An NMR study of a new stereoisomer of isoreserpiline pseudoindoxyl alkaloid is described. The complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments of the compound were carried out using COSY, HMQC and HMBC. Stereochemistry at carbons C‐2, C‐3, C‐15, C‐20 and C‐19 was established using values of 1H chemical shifts, coupling constants and NOESY experiments. The structure of 3beta-hydroxyballotinone, a new labdane diterpenoid isolated from Ballota undulata, has been established by NMR spectroscopic studies. In addition, complete and unambiguous assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of three other already known labdanes (ballotinone, ballonigrin and ballonigrinone) isolated from the same source have been achieved. The assignments are based on 2D shift-correlated (1)H--(1)H COSY, (1)H--(13)C gHSQC [(1)J(C,H)] and (1)H--(13)C gHMBC [(n)J(C,H) (n = 2 and 3)], and NOE experiments.  相似文献

Bioassay‐guided fractionation of the methanol extract of Odontadenia macrantha afforded a new limonoid, odontadenin A (1) and two known triterpenoids, lupeol (2) and α‐amyrin (3). The structure of 1 was established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR and high‐resolution fast atom bombardment mass spectrometric data. Three new steroidal compounds with polyhydroxy groups, tupisteroide A–C (1–3), were obtained from the roots of Tupistra chinensis, together with one known compound (4) that was isolated from this plant for the first time. The structures of tupisteroide A–C were determined on the basis of one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR spectroscopy, including 1H–1H Correlation Spectroscopy, Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation, and Heteronuclear Single Quantum Coherence experiments. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against A549, HepG2, and CaSki cancer cell lines in vitro. Among them, compounds 1, 2, and 4 did not show significant inhibitory activity, but compound 3 showed cytotoxicity against A549 cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 25.0 μM. Azalomycin F(4a) 2-ethylpentyl ester (1) and Azalomycin F(5a) 2-ethylpentyl ester (2), two new macrocyclic lactones, along with three known compounds of Azalomycins F(3a) (3), F(4a) (4) and F(5a) (5), were identified from metabolites of Streptomyces sp. 211726 isolated from mangrove rhizosphere soil. The complete (1)H and (13)C assignments of these compounds were achieved by using (1)H, (13)C, DEPT, HSQC, (1)H-(1)H COSY and HMBC spectra, and the relative stereochemistry of 5 was first elucidated on the basis of proton-proton coupling constants, NOESY and IR spectra. Moreover, some errors in the (1)H and (13)C assignments published of 3, 4 and 5 were found and revised. 1 and 2 were active against Candida albicans, and exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against HCT-116 cell line.  相似文献

Aervalanata possesses various useful medicinal and pharmaceutical activities. Phytochemical investigation of the plant has now led to the isolation of a new 2α,3α,15,16,19-pentahydroxy pimar-8(14)-ene diterpenoid (1) together with 12 other known compounds identified as β-sitosterol (2), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (3), canthin-6-one (4), 10-hydroxycanthin-6-one (aervine, 5), 10-methoxycanthin-6-one (methylaervine, 6), β-carboline-1-propionic acid (7), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2-hydroxylpalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3-diol (8), 1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3S,4R,8Z)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-8(Z)-octadene-1,3,4-triol (9), (2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (10), 6′-O-(4″-hydroxy-trans-cinnamoyl)-kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (tribuloside, 11), 3-cinnamoyltribuloside (12) and sulfonoquinovosyldiacylglyceride (13). Among these, six compounds (813) are reported for the first time from this plant. Cytotoxicity evaluation of the compounds against five cancer cell lines (CHO, HepG2, HeLa, A-431 and MCF-7) shows promising IC50 values for compounds 4, 6 and 12.  相似文献

A new triterpenoid bidesmoside (leptocarposide) possessing an acyl group in their glycosidic moiety (1), together with the known luteolin‐8‐C‐glucoside (2) and 1‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐(2S,3R,8E)‐2‐[(2′R)‐2‐hydroxypalmitoylamino]‐8‐octadecen‐1,3‐diol (3) was isolated from the n‐butanol‐soluble fraction of whole plant of Ludwigia leptocarpa (Nutt) Hara (Onagraceae). Structure of compound 1 has been assigned on the basis of spectroscopic data (1H and 13C NMR, 1H‐1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and ROESY), mass spectrometry, and by comparison with the literature. This compound was further screened for its potential antioxidant properties by using the radical scavenging assay model 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl and reveals non‐potent antioxidant activities, while compound 2 shows SC50 of 0,038 mM. Two new xanthones, 8-(methoxycarbonyl)-1-hydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3-carboxylic acid (1) and dimethyl 8-methoxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1,6-dicarboxylate (2) and one known xanthone methyl 8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylate (3) were isolated from the culture broth of the mangrove fungus Penicillium sp. (ZZF 32#) collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were established by comprehensive analysis of one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR data. The structure of compound 3 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography, which led to the suggestion that janthinone (4) might have the same structure as 3. Compounds 1-3 were inactive against KB or KBv200 cells during cytotoxicity evaluations.  相似文献

From the branches of Pittosporum senacia Putterlick (Pittosporaceae), two new triterpenoid saponins, senaciapittosides A and B (1, 2), were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of one‐ and two‐dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, high‐resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR‐ESIMS) and chemical evidence as 3‐O‐[β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1 → 2)]‐[α‐l ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1 → 3)]‐[α‐l ‐arabinofuranosyl‐(1 → 4)]‐β‐d ‐glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl ester (1) and 3‐O‐[β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1 → 2)]‐[α‐l ‐arabinopyranosyl‐(1 → 3)]‐[α‐l ‐arabinofuranosyl‐(1 → 4)]‐β‐d ‐glucuronopyranosyl‐22‐O‐α‐l ‐arabinopyranosyl‐21‐acetoxy R1‐barrigenol (2). (w-6), an endophytic fungus associated with Acanthus ilicifolius. Ilexpernoside A and ilexpernoside B, two new pentacyclic C(4)-nortriterpenoid saponins, were isolated from the leaves of Ilex pernyi Franch. The structure elucidations and complete (1)H and (13)C NMR assignments are reported for two new natural products: 3-benzylidene-8,8a-dihydroxy-2-methyl-hexahydro-pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(1) and 4-hydroxy-6-(hydroxy-phenyl-methyl)-N-(3-methyl-butyryl)-nicotinamide (2). Both of these secondary metabolites were isolated from the fermentation medium of a Mangrove endophytic fungus. High resolution electron impact mass spectrometry (HREIMS), FT-IR Spectroscopy and NMR experiments including gCOSY, gHMQC, gHMBC and NOE were used for determination of the structures and assignments of the amide alkaloids.  相似文献

As a continuation of our interest in the study of triterpenoid saponins from Albizia zygia, phytochemical investigation of its stem barks led to the isolation of two new oleanane-type saponins, named zygiaosides CD (12). The structure elucidations and complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments are reported for three new anthraquinone derivatives: Fusaquinon A (1), B (2), and C (3) isolated from the fermentation medium of the marine fungus Fusarium sp. (No. ZH‐210). HREIMS, Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrometry (FT‐IR), NMR experiments including gCOSY, gHMQC, gHMBC, and NOESY were used for the determination of the structures and NMR spectral assignments. Salsolins A (1) and B (2), the new triterpenes, have been isolated from the chloroform soluble fraction of Salsola baryosma along with 2alpha,3beta,23,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3) reported for the first time from this species.
