Compound(Z)-2-methyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[d]thiazol-7(4H)-one O-prop-2-yn-1-yl oxime, C11H12N2 OS, as a synthetic precursor of cytotoxic triazoles has been prepared and characterized by NMR spectra. Meanwhile, the crystal of IV was obtained and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Crystal data: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = 9.725(9), b = 8.068(7), c = 14.452(13)A, β = 98.68(2)°, V = 1120.9(17)A3, Z = 4, F(000) = 464, Dc = 1.305 g/cm3, μ = 0.263 mm-1, R = 0.0457 and w R = 0.1298 for 11511 independent reflections(Rint = 0.0709) and 2289 observed ones(I 2σ(I)).  相似文献

为了寻找生物活性良好的噻唑基丙烯腈类化合物, 利用2-[4-(2,6-二氟苯基)噻唑-2-基]乙腈(3)分别与取代氯甲酸酯4和取代苯基异氰酸酯6在碱存在下反应, 合成了8个2-[4-(2,6-二氟苯基)噻唑-2-基]-3-羟基-3-烃氧基丙烯腈化合物5和7个2-[4-(2,6-二氟苯基)噻唑-2-基]-3-羟基-3-取代苯胺基丙烯腈化合物7, 均为首次报道的丙烯腈类化合物. 化合物结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析表征. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 在试验浓度下, 目标化合物均具有一定的杀虫和抑菌活性, 其中化合物5f和5h在100 mg/L浓度下对炭疽病菌的抑制率达95%; 化合物5g和7d在250 mg/L浓度下对棉红蜘蛛的致死率达85%.  相似文献

N-Phenyl-4-(6-phenylimidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-5-yl)thiazol-2-amines (6a-q) have been synthesized by the Hantzsch thiazole reaction of 2-chloro-1-(6-phenylimidazo[2,1-b]thiazol-5-yl)ethanones (4a-e) with suitably substituted thioureas using microwave heating. The ethanones (4a-e) were prepared by the reaction of 6-phenylimidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles (3a-e) with chloroacetylchloride in refluxing 1,4-dioxane whereas the thiazoles (3a-e) were synthesized by the reaction of 2-bromo-1-phenylethanones (2a-e) with thiazol-2-amine in refluxing acetone.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzothiophene -2- carbaldehyde 1 reacted with 2-cyanoethanethioamide 2 in 1:2 molar ratios to give the corresponding 6-amino-4-(benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-thioxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile 6. The synthetic potentiality of compound 6 was investigated via its reaction with active halogen-containing reagents to afford the corresponding thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 11a,b, 14, 16, and 19. Also, compound 6 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 21. Compound 21 condensed with 4-(2-thienyl)benzaldehyde to afford pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 23. Structural elucidation of all the newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds was based on elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra.

The title compound(E)-2-(4-tert-butyl-5-(4-methoxybenzyl)thiazol-2-ylimino)me-thylphenol was synthesized by the reaction of 5-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4-tert-butylthiazol-2-amine with salicylaldehyde=and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system=space group P21/c with a=5.9362(8)=b=11.5070(15)=c=29.460(4)=β=97.326(3)°=V=1995.9(5)3=Z=4=F(000)=808=C22H24N2O2S=Mr=380.49=Dc=1.266 g/cm3=S=1.031=μ=0.181 mm--1=the final R=0.0474 and wR=0.1441 for 4327 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).Intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bond is observed in the crystal.The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits 95% inhibition rate against Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 500 mg/L.  相似文献

以2-(2-甲基烯丙氧基)苯酚为原料, 经Claisen重排、呋喃环化、醚化、Friedel-Crafts乙酰化、α-溴代和噻唑环化等反应合成了22种4-(7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃-5-基)-2-芳氨基噻唑化合物. 化合物的结构经质谱、1H NMR和元素分析等确证. 采用单晶X射线衍射仪测定了化合物7j的晶体结构, 该晶体属于单斜晶系, 空间群为C2/c, 晶胞参数a=2.21140(12) nm, b=0.87602(5) nm, c=2.13911(12) nm, β=115.5380(10)°; V=3.7391(4) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.375 g/cm3, F(000)=1616, S=1.046, μ=0.333 mm-1, 最终偏差因子R1=0.0390, wR2=0.1079. 杀虫活性实验结果表明, 化合物7a, 7b, 7h和7t在浓度为500 mg/L时对蚕豆蚜死亡率分别为95.12%, 62.60%, 57.53%和59.06%.  相似文献

设计合成了3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲苯基咔唑(8)和3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲氧苯基咔唑(9)两个新的化合物, 用IR, MS, 1H NMR和元素分析确认其结构. 并利用DPPH•方法, 超氧阴离子自由基( )法, 羟基自由基HO•法和噻唑蓝比色法(MTT法)分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性和调控鼠骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)的作用. 结果表明, 这两种化合物对DPPH•自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基具有较强的抗氧化活性, 化合物9在低浓度时对鼠骨髓间质干细胞增殖有很好的促进作用.  相似文献

Summary Sodium 2-aminothiophenoxide (1) reacts with ethyl 2-bromoalkanoates (2) under direct cyclization to form 2-alkyl-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3(4H)-ones (3). Reaction of the sodium salt of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (4) with2 or 2-bromoalkanoic acids (5) affords only S-alkylated products (6 or7, respectively). The cyclization products — 2-alkylbenzo[d]imidazolo[2,1-b]thiazolidin-3-ones (8) — can be obtained only from the corresponding 2-(2-benzimidazolylthio)alkanoic acids (7) by the action of acetic anhydride. Both compounds3 and8 exhibit only moderate antimicrobial activity against some gram-positive bacteria.
Synthese und antimikrobielle Wirkung von einigen 2-Alkyl-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3(4H)-onen und 2-Alkylbenzo[d]imidazolo[2,1-b]thiazolidin-3-onen
Zusammenfassung Bei der Reaktion von Natrium-2-aminothiophenolat mit 2-Bromoalkansäure-ethylestern (2) entstehen als Cyclisierungsprodukte 2-Alkyl-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3(4H)-one (3). Die Umsetzung von Natriumbenzimidazol-2-thiolat mit2 oder mit 2-Bromoalkansäuren (5) liefert nur S-Alkylierungsprodukte (6 oder7). Die Cyclisierungsprodukte — 2-Alkylbenzo[d]imidazolo[2,1-b]thiazolidin-3-one (8) — sind nur durch Umsetzung von entsprechenden 2-(2-Benzimidazolylthio)-alkansäuren (7) mit Acetanhydrid erhältlich. Die Verbindungen3 und8 weisen nur mäßige antimikrobielle Wirkung gegen einige gram-positive Bakterien aus.

The title compound 4-(7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)-N- (pyridin-2-yl) thiazol-2-amine was synthesized by reacting 2-bromo-1-(7-methoxy-2,2-dime-thyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-yl)ethanone with 1-(pyridine-2-yl)thiourea, and its crystal was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, chiral space group C2 with a = 18.1328(14), b = 5.5969(5), c = 19.2195(15),μ= 115.5420(10)°, V = 1759.9(2)3, Z = 4, F(000) = 744, C19H19N3O2S, Mr = 353.43, Dc = 1.334 g/cm3, S = 1.15, μ = 0.201 mm-1, the final R = 0.035 and wR = 0.111 for 2307 observed reflections (I > 2δ(I)). The Flack parameter is -0.03(10). The preliminary bioassay result indicated that the title compound exhibits strong insecticidal activity (93.75% mortality) against Mythimna separate at the concentration of 1.000 g/L.  相似文献

以氰乙酸乙酯(氰乙酸)为起始原料,经酯化、缩合、氯化,然后与2-氨基-4-甲基苯并[d]噻唑反应,合成了20个新化合物4.所有化合物结构经过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析确证.初步生物活性测试表明:在500μg·mL-1浓度下,该类化合物4具有一定的抗黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)及抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)室内活体治疗活性,其中化合物4b,4o,4q对CMV具有较好的活体治疗活性(抑制率分别为45.81%,43.20%,43.09%),化合物4d,4f,4h,4l对TMV具有较好的活体治疗活性(抑制率分别为45.68%,45.19%,45.86%,44.32%),对照药宁南霉素的活体治疗活性分别为56.31%,54.63%.  相似文献

在K2CO3存在下利用聚乙二醇-400 (PEG-400)作相转移催化剂, 于固-液相转移催化条件下, 通过5-芳亚甲基氨 基-2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与氯乙酰芳胺的硫烷基化反应, 合成了16个未见文献报道的[5-(芳亚甲基氨基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]硫乙酰芳胺衍生物. 经元素分析, FT-IR,1H NMR和13C NMR确证了其结构. 生物活性实验结果表明, 部分化合物对小麦幼苗的生长具有明显的植物生长调节活性, 并对枯草杆菌具有一定的抑制活性.  相似文献

A convenient synthesis of 2-(2-(difluoromethoxy)aryl)benzo[d]thiazoles from 2- (o-hydroxyaryl)benzothiazoles and commercially available ethyl difluoroiodoacetate (ICF2CO2Et) is described. The transformation was amenable to a one-pot, sequential three-component protocol from o-hydroxybenzaldehyde, o-aminothiophenol, and ICF2CO2Et promoted by KOH.
