The chemical investigation of whole plants Piper terminaliflorum Tseng led to the isolation of one new furofuran lignan, 7-methoxyasarinin (1), along with three known amide alkaloids (24) as N-3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxycinnamoylpyrrole (2), dihydropipercide (3) and 1-[(2E,4E,9E)-10-(3,4-Methylenedioxyphenyl)-2,4,9-undecatrienoyl]pyrrolidine (4). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS, and by comparison with the literature. Compounds (24) were isolated from Piper terminaliflorum Tseng for the first time. All isolated compounds (14) were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against five human cancer cell lines (including A-549, SMMC-7721, HL-60, MCF-7 and SW-480).  相似文献

Using various chromatographic separations, eight sesquiterpenoids (18), including one new compound 3β,5α-dihydroxyeudesma-4(15),11-diene (1), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the Vietnamese soft coral Sinularia erecta. The structure elucidation was confirmed by spectroscopic experiments including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The cytotoxic activities against three human cancer cell lines (A-549, HeLa and PANC-1) of all isolated compounds were evaluated by MTT-based colorimetric assays. Compound 1 exhibited selective cytotoxicity against the A549 cell line with IC50 of 14.79 ± 0.91 μM.  相似文献

Abstract

Six compounds including three new polyketide ones named eleubosas A-C (13) were isolated from the active frations of Eleutherine bulbosa. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods, including NMR, MS and IR spectroscopic analyses data. All the isolates were evaluated against three pathogenic bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the results showed that compounds 1 and 2 displayed moderate inhibitory activities against E. coli with MIC values both 12.5?μg/mL, which are consistent with the clinical applications and need further studies.  相似文献

A new triterpenoid glycoside (1) and 15 known compounds (216) were isolated from the whole plants of Gueldenstaedtia verna. The new compound (1) was identified as complogenin 22-O-β-d-glucopyranoside by extensive spectroscopic techniques including 1D (1H and 13C) and 2D NMR experiments (HSQC, HMBC and NOESY), HR-DART-MS and chemical methods. Most of the isolates were evaluated for their inhibitory activities on LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 cells. The inhibitory effects of the active compounds, sulphuretin (8) and (22E,24S)-5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methyl-cholesta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (13), on the production of pro-inflammatory mediators (including IL-6, IL1β and PGE2) were further estimated in vitro by ELISA in RAW 264.7 macrophages.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the stems of Vatica mangachapoi (Dipterocarpaceae) led to the isolation and structural elucidation of twenty-seven oligostilbenes (1–27), including a new natural compound 1. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses including NMR, MS and ECD data, and the known compounds were identified by comparisons with those reported in the literature. The absolute configuration of 1 was first time determined by a combination of NOESY spectrum and quantum chemical computation. Among of isolates were tested for their anti-osteoporosis and anti-HIV-1 activities in vitro by the MTT method. Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarised.  相似文献

The investigation of chemical constituents from the whole plants Piper pleiocarpum Chang ex Tseng resulted in the isolation of one new dineolignan, pleiocarpumlignan A (1), along with one known benzoate derivative, trans-2,3-diacetoxy-1-[(benzoy1oxy)methyl]-cyclohexa-4,6-diene (2), and two known neolignans (34) as (±)-trans-dehydrodiisoeugenol (3), (7R,8R,3′S)-△8′-3′,6′-dihydro-3′-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-6′-oxo-8,3′,7,O,4′-lignan (4). Their structures were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analyses including 1D, 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and by comparison with the literature. All compounds (14) were firstly isolated from Piper pleiocarpum Chang ex Tseng. The 13C NMR spectra of 2 were completely assigned for the first time. Cytotoxic activities of these isolated compounds against five human cancer cell lines (including A-549, SMMC-7721, HL-60, MCF-7, and SW-480) were evaluated.  相似文献

Three biflavonoid glycosides, named carinoside B, C and D (1, 2 and 3, respectively), were isolated from the n-BuOH crude extract of the aerial part of Lomatogonium carinthiacum (Wulfen) Rchb (L. carinthiacum). Two new benzolactones, 5-methyl-6-prenyl-isobenzofuran-1(3H)-one (1), 5-hydroxymethyl-6-prenyl-isobenzofuran-1(3H)-one (2), together with four known phenolic compounds (3–6), were isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1–6 were evaluated for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activities. The results showed that compounds 1–6 exhibited high anti-TMV activities with inhibition rates in the range of 16.9–26.2%, respectively.  相似文献

从大叶橐吾的根部分离得到三个新的艾里莫芬型倍半萜(1, 23), 经多种波谱方法和单晶X射线衍射确定它们的结构分别为: 6α,15β-环氧-8β-羟基-艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-8α,12-内酯(1), 7-乙酰基-13β-羧酸-6(7)-烯-降-艾里莫芬烷(2), 艾里莫芬-7(11)-烯-6α,15β-内酯(3). 此外, 对化合物1进行了抗菌和抗癌活性测试.  相似文献

The secondary metabolites of Xylaria cf. cubensis SWUF08-86 fungus were investigated, and the chromatographic separation of the crude extracts yielded seventeen compounds. The structure elucidation by spectroscopic analysis including 1D and 2D NMR and the comparison of these data with literature, along with HREIMS spectrometry, revealed one new amino amidine derivative (1), together with five known simple cyclic dipeptide analogs, diketopiperazines (26) and eleven other known compounds, including one hemi-cycline (10), three aromatic derivatives (1113), one sesquiterpene (14) and three sterols (1517). The isolated compounds were screened for anticancer and anti-pathogenic bacterial and fungal activities. Based on this work, Xylaria cf. cubensis SWUF08-86 has proven to be a diverse secondary metabolites producer.  相似文献

Novel porphyrin derivatives with twelve flexible alkyl chains, namely meso‐tetra[4‐(3,4,5‐n‐trialkoxybenzoylamino)phenyl]porphyrins (1a, n = 12; 1b, n = 16) and the zinc complex (2a) were synthesized. The mesomorphic properties were investigated by DSC, WAXD and polarizing optical microscopy; the results showed that 1a and 2a exhibit a pseudo‐hexagonal columnar phase, and 1b a rectangular (Col) phase over a wide temperature range including room temperature.  相似文献

A new germacrenolide (1) and fourteen known terpenoids (2–15) were isolated from the barks of Magnolia maudiae (Dunn) Figlar (Magnoliaceae). The structure of (7αH,11βH)-2α,8α-dihydroxy-4α,5β-epoxy-germacr-1(10)-en-6α,12-olide (1) was elucidated by physical and spectroscopic data analysis, including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. Lyratol F (9) was isolated from Magnolia for the first time. The structures of known compounds were established by comparing their spectroscopic data with those in literatures.  相似文献

A new 19-oxygenated steroid, 25-acetate-nebrosteroid K (1), and five known steroids (26), along with one known 19-hydroxy steroidal glycoside (7) were obtained from the gorgonian Dichotella gemmacea collected from the South China Sea. The structure and relative configuration of 1 were elucidated by using comprehensive spectroscopic data including NOESY spectra. Compound 1 represents the first example of 19-oxygenated steroid with a 19-oic acid methyl ester group isolated from gorgonians. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for lethal activity to brine shrimp Artemia salina and cytotoxicity against A549 and HL-60 cell lines. Fungus Alternaria brassicae 93 isolated from crinoid (Comanthina schlegeli), which was collected from the South China Sea. Six compounds were isolated from A. brassicae 93, including one new compound (1), along with five known compounds, ochratoxin A methyl ester (2), cis-4-hydroxym-ellein (3), (R)-7-hydroxymellein (4), trans-2-anhydromevalonic (5) and protocatechuic acid (6). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods and comparison with reported data. Abstract

From the MeOH extract of the Vietnamese sea cucumber Holothuria edulis, eight triterpene glycosides (18), including one new compound namely holothurin A5 (1), were isolated by using various chromatographic separations. Their structures were established by spectroscopic experiments including 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. Holothurin A5 (1) has a hydroperoxy group at C-25. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of this group in triterpene saponins obtained from sea cucumbers to date. In addition, the in vitro cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines (HepG2, KB, LNCaP, MCF7 and SK-Mel2) of all isolated compounds was also evaluated using SRB assays.  相似文献

A new citromycetin analogue, ascomycotin A (1), together with eight known compounds, wortmannilactone E (2), orcinol (3), orsellinic acid (4), isosclerone (5), (3R,4S)-( ? )-4-hydroxymellein (6), diorcinol (7), chaetocyclinone B (8) and 2,5-dimethoxy-3,6-di(p-methoxypheny1)-1,4-benzoquinone (9), was isolated from the fungal strain Ascomycota sp. Ind19F07, which was isolated from the deep sea sediment of the Indian Ocean. The structures of the compounds were established by spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The peptide temporin-LK1 (1) was obtained from the skin secretion of frog Limnonectes kuhlii (Ranidae). It is a unique antimicrobial peptide with 17 residues, including four L-phenylalanines and single glycine. Mass spectrometry and Edmand degradation were used for the determination of sequence of amino acids in temporin-LK 1 (1), and confirmed by cDNA cloning. We report here the synthesis and structural studies of temporin-LK1 (1) and its analogs 2–4. Peptides 24 were prepared by substitution of achiral glycine residue of temporin-LK1 (1) with D-alanine, L-phenylglycine, and L-naphthylalanine, respectively. Peptides 1–4 were evaluated against multidrug-resistant (MDR) strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Analog 2 was found active against all MDR strains of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa at a much lower dose than the clinically used antibiotics.  相似文献

A novel isoindole alkaloid named oleraisoindole (1), together with six known compounds, 7′-ethoxy-trans-feruloyltyramine (2), N-trans-feruloyltyramine (3), N-trans-feruloyl-3-methoxytyramine (4), N-trans-p-coumaroyltyramine (5) aurantiamide (6) and ferulic acid methyl ester (7) were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L. Compounds 2 and 7 were isolated for the first time from this plant. Compound 1 was identified using spectroscopic methods including HR-ESI-TOF-MS, 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR. It was tested in a nitric oxide (NO) inhibition assay and was shown to inhibit NO production in RAW 264.7 cells induced by LPS.  相似文献

Six iridoid derivatives (1–6), including two new compounds myrmecodoides A and B (1 and 2), were isolated from the ant-plant Myrmecodia tuberosa. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data (1H and 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY, NOESY and HR-ESI-MS) and by comparison with the literature values. Among isolates, 3 and 4 exhibit weak antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus with MIC value of 100.0 μg/mL.  相似文献

Abstract

The phytochemical investigation on the twigs and leaves of Archidendron clypearia (Jack) I.C.N. led to the isolation of three pairs of furolactone-type lignans enantiomers, including a pair of new compounds (1R,5S,6S)-Kachiranol (1a) and (1S,5R,6R)-Kachiranol (1b) and four known compounds (2a/2b and 3a/3b). Separation of the furolactone-type lignans enantiomeric mixtures was achieved using chiral HPLC for the first time. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and comparison between the experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. All optical pure compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on β-amyloid aggregation by ThT assay. Among them, the inhibitory activity of the compound 1b (71.1%) was higher than the positive control (61.0%) and other compounds. In addition, molecular dynamics and molecular docking were employed to explore the binding relationship between the ligand and the receptor.  相似文献
