本文采用改进的Schiemann反应, 合成了一些用Schiemann反应不易制得的氟代芳烃。本方法中, 芳烃氟硼酸重氮盐水溶液可不经分离, 室温下"一锅法"反应, 简便合成了对氟硝基苯、对氟苯乙酮, 氟代苯甲酸等, 分离产率为25-62%。  相似文献

An efficient triethylamine-catalyzed synthesis of 4-amino-3,5-dicyano-6-arylphthalates is described.A one-pot,simple pseudo four-component reaction between arylaldehydes,dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and twice as much malononitrile gave 4-amino-3,5-dicyano-6-arylphthalates in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

In the present work, the catalytic activity of quinolinic acid (QUIN) was studied for the synthesis of spirochromene and pyranopyrazole derivatives from readily available materials. The salient features of these one‐pot multicomponent protocols are the clean reaction profile, easy isolation of products, no chromatographic separation techniques, high efficiency, short reaction time, and high yield of products plus using QUIN as a new, inexpensive, commercially available, and efficient organocatalyst.  相似文献

One-step synthesis of ‘privileged medicinal scaffolds’, 2-amino-3,5-dicarbonitrile- 6-sulfanylpyridines, has been demonstrated via a multicomponent reaction of aldehydes, malononitrile, and thiols using silica nanoparticle (NP) as catalysts. The silica NP catalysts are very mild (nearly neutral in nature), effective, environmentally benign, and retain most of their activities after being reused for three times.  相似文献

A facile, one-pot three-component protocol for the synthesis of substituted 4-(benzylideneamino)-5-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiols have been reported by the reaction of 4-amino-5-hydrazinyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol with acetyl acetone and various substituted benzaldehydes via multi component reaction. The newly synthesized derivatives were characterized by their elemental analysis and spectral data. The current strategy provides heterocyclic compounds in good yields with broad substrate scope.  相似文献

利用室温离子液体作催化剂,芳香醛、尿素和乙酰乙酯或乙酰丙酮三组分缩合制备3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物,反应条件温和,反应时间短,且不需另加有机溶剂,考察了不同取代基对芳香醛、尿素和乙酰乙酸乙酯或乙酰丙酮三组分缩合反应的影响。还考察了不同的室温离子液体的催化性能,发现1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐较1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐的催化效果略好。  相似文献

Two different heterocycles, thiazole-2-imines and imidazole-2-thiones, have been conveniently synthesized by just altering the sequential order (1 + 2 + 3 or 1 + 3 + 2) when combining the same components [aryl amine (1), aryl isothiocyanate (2), and phenacyl bromide (3)] in one-pot, three-component protocols. The third possible sequential order of combination (2 + 3 + 1) chemoselectively affords thiazole-2-imine. The finding is a stepping stone in the synthetic applicability of sequential one-pot, three-component protocols.  相似文献

A new approach is applied for the synthesis of novel acridine-calix[4]arene derivatives via a multicomponent reaction. These compounds have been characterised by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-MS. Our binding studies between acridine-functionalised calix[4]arenes and calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) via fluorescence titration show that these compounds have a good affinity to CT-DNA.  相似文献

A novel methodology is presented for the synthesis of 3‐substituted 2‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives based on an efficient tandem multicomponent reaction using copper bromide as catalyst. This methodology is based on the multicomponent one‐pot reaction of methyl 2‐bromobenzoate, phenylisothiocyanate derivatives and sodium azide in the presence of copper bromide and l ‐proline under basic conditions. To show the generality of the method, various phenylisothiocyanates bearing electron‐donating or electron‐withdrawing functionalities were used and the desired products were obtained in high isolated yields.  相似文献

Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-mediated facile one-pot synthesis of polysubstituted-tetrahydropyrimidines have been developed under mild and green reaction conditions. The obtained products are interesting nitrogen heterocyclic molecules that contain α- and β-amino acid blocks. PEG can be reused with minimum loss of its activity.  相似文献

2-Pyrone derivatives were prepared in a one step procedure from readily available (chlorocarbonyl)phenyl ketene and 1,3-diketones such as 2,4-pentanedione, 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione, 1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione, 1,3-cyclohexanedione, 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, 1,3-dimethyl-pyrimidine-2,4,6-trione and ethyl 2,4-dioxopentanoate. A mechanism is presented to account for the formation of the products. This method provides an easy route to prepare 3,4,5,6-tetrasubstituted 2-pyrones in good to excellent yields and in a short experimental time.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of l ‐arginine‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 particles (Fe3O4@l ‐arginine) proves they are a novel magnetic catalyst without the use of heat and reflux for the synthesis of 1,3‐diaryl‐2‐N‐azaphenalene derivatives and n‐acyl‐1,3‐diaryl‐2‐N‐azaphenylene derivatives in a one‐pot pseudo‐five‐component condensation reaction of compounds of 2,7‐naphthalene diol, aldehydes, and ammonia derivatives (ammonium acetate or ammonium hydrogen phosphate) and solvent (water and alcohol) with high yield and short reaction times, economical, and simple workup. The structure and magnetic properties of the obtained nanoparticles were characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM). The results demonstrated that the average size of the synthesized magnetite nanoparticles is about 21 nm. In addition, the heterogeneous catalyst can be easily recovered magnetically and can be reused for further runs without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

We have discovered a unique stabilization condition for beta-amino ketone 7. With compound 7 as an unprecedented intermediate, omarigliptin 1 could be prepared in a highly efficient one-pot procedure with good yield. Aminomethylation of 3,5-dicyano-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolates upon treatment with primary amines and excess formaldehyde leads to 3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives. N-Methylmorpholinium 4-(2-chlorophenyl)-3,5-dicyano-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolate was obtained by the reaction of (E)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-cyanoprop-2-enethioamide with 1-cyanoacetyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazole and N-methylmorpholine in acetone in quantitative yield. It has been shown that bromination of 5-aryl-5-benzylidene-3,5-dihydro-4H-2-methylthioimidazol-4-one in methylene chloride at room temperature leads to the addition of bromine at the double bond, but the the reaction of 5-aryl-3,5-dihydro-4H-2-methylthio-5-(2-pyridylmethylene)imidazol-4-one gave complex compound of the starting materials. After boiling both of the compounds obtained in ethanol the corresponding 5-[bromo(aryl)methylene]imidazolidine-2,4-diones were obtained. Dedicated to Academician B. A. Trofimov on his 70th jubilee.
