使用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的DMol^3量子力学计算程序模块,采用Ni(211)周期性模型表达镍表面上的单原子台阶结构,计算出CHx(x=0~4)在Ni(211)模型不同活性位上的吸附能和空间构型,并使用LST/QST方法找到了台阶结构上CHx(x=1~4)的解离路径、过渡态和相应的能量数据.计算结果表明,金属表面台阶结构较平台结构更有利于CHx物种的吸附.台阶结构上存在能够降低CHx解离活化能的活性位.处于台阶结构上的特定位置时,CH4解离全过程的关键步骤-CH4和CH解离的活化能会大幅降低。  相似文献

The bluish green binuclear dicarboxylato bridged copper(II) complex [Cu2(HL)2(µ-tp)], 1 has been synthesized, where (HL?) is the monodeprotonated form of N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine and tp = terephthalate dianion. Herein, we report the synthesis, spectral and structural characterization, and magnetic behavior of 1. The coordination geometry of Cu(II) has a distorted square pyramidal geometry (τ = 0.117). The variable temperature magnetic moment reveals that the complex exhibits very weak antiferromagnetic interaction (J Exp = ?0.30 cm?1) and the calculated J value (J Calcd = ?1.05 cm?1) using broken symmetry DFT method is in agreement with the experimentally observed value.  相似文献

以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为乳化剂和掺杂剂,采用水一油二相乳液聚合物方法对苯胺进行合成,制备出高溶解性和高电导率的PAn,通过x-射线,电镜分析和热重分析对产物的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,该法合成的导电性PAn具有较高的特性粘度,溶解性,耐热性及结晶度,与非极性溶剂-表面活性剂-水三相体系聚合产物结果相似,透射电镜显示水乳液聚合产物呈较规则的纤维状取向排列。  相似文献

A sequence of structural phase transitions in [(CH3)2NH2]3[Bi2Cl9] (DMACB) is established on the basis of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dilatometric studies. Four phase transitions are found: at 367/369, 340/341, 323/325 and 285/292 K (on cooling/heating). The crystal structure of DMACB is determined at 350 K. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n: a=8.062(2), b=21.810(4), c=14.072(3) Å, β=92.63(3)°, Z=4, R1=0.0575, wR2=0.1486. The crystal is built of the double chain anions (“pleated ribbon structure”) and the dimethylammonium cations. Dielectric studies in the frequency range 75 kHz-900 MHz indicate relatively fast reorientation of the dimethylammonium cations over the I, II, III and IV phases. Infrared spectra are recorded in the temperature range 40-300 K and analyzed in region assigned to the symmetric and asymmetric NC2 stretching vibrations. Optical observations show the existence of the ferroelastic domain structure over all phases below 367 K. The possible mechanisms of phase transitions are discussed on the basis of presented results.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of the Fluorochloroplatinates(IV) cis-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2], trans-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] · H2O, and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF5Cl] The complex ions cis-[PtF4Cl2]2?, trans-[PtF4Cl2]2? and [PtF5Cl]2? have been synthesized by stereoselective ligand exchange reactions utilizing the trans effect and are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. These anions form stable AB-type salts with the doubly charged cation dipyridiniomethane, [(C5H5N)2CH2]2+. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of cis-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] ( 1 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.379(10), b = 9.635(2), c = 13.738(2) Å, β = 99.142(10)°, Z = 4), trans-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] · H2O ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.059(7), c = 10.408(6) Å, α = 82.49(5), β = 68.92(4), γ = 75.46(4)°, Z = 2) and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF5Cl] ( 3 ) (orthorhombic, space group Pnma with a = 10.394(3), b = 13.320(2), c = 9.2694(10) Å, Z = 4), reveal the perfect ordering of the anion sublattice. The stronger trans influence of Cl compared with F is observed in asymmetric axes $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $? Pt? Cl′. The bond lengths Pt? $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $ are 0.026 Å (1.4%) longer and the Pt? Cl′ distances are 0.078 Å (3,3%) shorter in comparison with those of symmetrically coordinated axes. The weakening of the Pt? $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $ bond and the strengthening of the Pt? Cl′ bond is better recognizable from shifts of the stretching vibrations by 8% to lower and by 13% to higher frequencies, respectively. Correspondingly, the valence force constants are found to be 15% lower and 22% higher. The trans influence is observed most distinctly in the 19F-nmr spectra exhibiting the coupling constant 1J($ {\rm F}^ \bullet $Pt) to be 29% smaller than 1J(FPt).  相似文献

Oxidation of Intermetallic Phases: K4{Na2[Tl2O6]} from NaTl and K2O2 The hitherto unknown K4{Na2[Tl2O6]} was prepared in form of transparent, yellow single crystals from NaTl and KO1,08 (molar ratio 1:1.3; sealed Ag-cylinder; 450°C, 30 d). The structure determination (four-circle diffractometer, MoKα, 1 280 out of 1 523 Io(hkl), R = 5.75%, Rw = 4.58%) confirms the space group P21/c with a = 641.3 pm, b = 691.1 pm, c = 1188.5 pm, β = 95.69° and Z = 2. As characteristic building units of the structure there are doubles of tetrahedra of [Tl2O6] and [Na2O6]. The compound is isotypic with Cs6[In2O6] and Rb6[Tl2O6]. The Madelung Part of Lattice Energy, MAPLE, the Mean Fictive Ionic Radii, MEFIR, Effective Coordination Numbers, ECoN, and Charge Distribution, CHARDI, are calculated.  相似文献

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of the Nitridodiolato Osmates(VI) PPh4[OsNCl2(O2C2H4)] and PPh4[OsNCl2(O2C2Me4)] · 2 THF The title compounds were prepared by the reaction of PPh4[OsNCl4] with glycole and pinacole, respectively, in CH2Cl2 and THF, respectively, in the presence of triethylamine, forming orange-red single crystals. According to the crystal structure determinations the compounds have ionic structures. In the anions the nitrido ligand occupies the apical position of the distorted tetragonal pyramid, and the two chlorine atoms and the two oxygen atoms of the diolato ligands are in equatorial positions. PPh4[OsNCl2(O2C2H4)] : Space group P21/n, Z = 4, 3 331 observed unique reflections, R = 0.031. Lattice dimensions at 19°C: a = 1 750.3, b = 816.8, c = 1 816.5 pm, β = 95.16°. PPh4[OsNCl2(O2C2Me4)] · 2 THF : Space group P1 , Z = 2, 5 238 observed unique reflections, R = 0.051. Lattice dimensions at -80°C: a = 898.9, b = 1 405.1, c = 1 518.6 pm, α = 93.66°, β = 92.89°, γ = 92.51°.  相似文献

N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-β-alaninatonickel(II) was synthesized by the interaction of basic nickel carbonate with N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-β-alanine. The structures of the chelating agent and its nickel complex were studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In the synthesized compound, the nickel ion lies at the center of an octahedron of the N and 2O donor atoms of two tridentate ligands, each ligand having a meridional conformation. The ligands around the central atom are arranged in perpendicular planes. This coordination of two ligands yields two stereoisomers, whose cocrystallization affords a racemate.  相似文献

Single crystals of (NMe4)(HF2) were obtained during attempted recrystallization of NMe4F from fluoroolefin. X‐ray diffraction data show that (NMe4)(HF2) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pmmn with unit cell dimensions a = 6.535(2), b = 8.688(3), and c = 5.333(2) Å. The symmetric and virtually linear HF2 anions exhibit a short F···F distance of 2.256(2) Å. The both crystal structures of (NMe4)(H2F3) (orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 8.509(1), b = 11.273(2), and c = 14.880(2) Å) and CsH2F3 (orthorhombic, P212121, a = 7.345(3), b = 9.126(4), and c = 11.444(4) Å) contain dihydrogentrifluoride anions, H2F3?, which have a bent shape and F···F distances of 2.30‐2.34Å.  相似文献

摘要为了获得具有长寿命电荷分离态的[60]富勒烯-富硫衍生物有机功能分子, 我们设计了用单键硫桥键联[60]富勒烯和硫酮衍生物的分子7和8, 用半经验AM1方法得出最低能量的几何结构, 在此基础上用密度泛函(DFT) B3LYP/3-21G方法,对其进行计算, 得出电子相关的优化参数, 预测其稳定性. 发现用硫桥链接后, 硫酮部分和C60部分之间的距离比文献报道的无硫桥链接的C60衍生物要短, 且能隙变小, 使得在光激发下形成激发态较容易. 同时用硫酮烯砜6与C60发生Diels-Alder环加成反应, 合成了这两个新化合物, 用TOF-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV-Vis和荧光光谱等进行了结构表征.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论详细地研究了SiO2·(CO)n(n=1~2)的结构和属性.研究表明,SiO2·CO是一个T形的具有C2v对称性的分子,SiO2·(CO)2具有C2对称性的分子;频率计算结果与实验值一致,CO在与SiO2成键过程中,C-O伸缩振动频率有所增加,说明静电势在复合过程中起了重要作用;基组重叠误差(BSSE)修正在计算相互作用能时不可忽视,相互作用能和解离能的计算以及NBO分析表明,SiO2·(CO)2中的SiO2与CO之间的作用相对SiO2·CO来说较弱;SiO2和CO2与CO的成键特点不同,主要是缘于SiO2与CO2的能隙不同.  相似文献

Sm2As4O9: An Unusual Samarium(III) Oxoarsenate(III) According to Sm4[As2O5]2[As4O8] Pale yellow single crystals of the new samarium(III) oxoarsenate(III) with the composition Sm4As8O18 were obtained by a typical solid‐state reaction between Sm2O3 and As2O3 using CsCl and SmCl3 as fluxing agents. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the space group (No. 2, Z = 2; a = 681.12(5), b = 757.59(6), c = 953.97(8) pm, α = 96.623(7), β = 103.751(7), γ = 104.400(7)°). The crystal structure of samarium(III) oxoarsenate(III) with the formula type Sm4[As2O5]2[As4O8] (≡ 2 × Sm2As4O9) contains two crystallographically different Sm3+ cations, where (Sm1)3+ is coordinated by eight, but (Sm2)3+ by nine oxygen atoms. Two different discrete oxoarsenate(III) anions are present in the crystal structure, namely [As2O5]4? and [As4O8]4?. The [As2O5]4? anion is built up of two Ψ1‐tetrahedra [AsO3]3? with a common corner, whereas the [As4O8]4? anion consists of four Ψ1‐tetrahedra with ring‐shaped vertex‐connected [AsO3]3? pyramids. Thus at all four crystallographically different As3+ cations stereochemically active non‐binding electron pairs (“lone pairs”) are observed. These “lone pairs” direct towards the center of empty channels running parallel to [010] in the overall structure, where these “empty channels” being formed by the linkage of layers with the ecliptically conformed [As2O5]4? anions and the stair‐like shaped [As4O8]4? rings via common oxygen atoms (O1 – O6, O8 and O9). The oxygen‐atom type O7, however, belongs only to the cyclo‐[As4O8]4? unit as one of the two different corner‐sharing oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of (PPh4)2[TeS3] · 2 CH3CN and (PPh4)2[Te(S5)2] (PPh4)2[TeS3] · 2 CH3CN was obtained by the reaction of PPh4Cl, Na2S4 and Te in acetonitrile. With sulfur it reacts yielding (PPh4)2[Te(S5)2]. The crystal structures of both products were determined by X-ray diffraction. (PPh4)2[TeS3] · 2 CH3CN: triclinic, space group P1 , Z = 2, R = 0.041 for 4 629 reflexions; it contains trigonal-pyramidal [TeS3]2? ions with an average Te? S bond length of 233 pm. (PPh3)2[Te(S5)2]: monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 2, R = 0.037 for 2 341 reflexions. In the [Te(S5)2]2? ion the tellurium atom has a nearly square coordination by four S atoms. Along with the Te atoms each of the two S5 groups forms a ring with chair conformation.  相似文献

The yttrium chloride with the bridged bis(amidinate) L (L = Me3SiNC(Ph)N(CH2)3NC(Ph)NSiMe3) LYCl(DME) (2) was synthesized and structurally characterized. Treatment of LLnCl(sol)x (Ln = Yb, sol = THF, x = 2 1; Ln = Y, sol = DME, x = 1 2) with the dilithium salt Li2L(THF)0.5 afforded the novel bimetallic lanthanide complexes supported by three ligands, Ln22-L)3 · DME (Ln = Yb 3, Y 4; DME = dimethylether), instead of the designed complex LLn(μ2-L)LnL via the ligand redistribution reaction. Complexes 3 and 4 were fully characterized including X-ray analysis and 1H NMR spectrum for 4. Reaction of LnCl3 (Ln = Yb, Y) with 2 equiv. of Li2L(THF)0.5 gave the anionic complexes [Li(DME)3][L2Ln] (Ln = Yb 5, Y 6), which were confirmed by a crystal structure determination. The further study indicated that complexes 3 and 4 can also be synthesized by reaction of LnCl3 (Ln = Yb, Y) with 1.5 equiv. of Li2L(THF)0.5 or reaction of 1 and 2 with anionic complexes 5 and 6. Complexes 3, 4, 5 and 6 were found to be high active catalysts for ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone (CL).  相似文献

Monooxo complexes of rhenium(V) with 2-aminophenol and some of its derivatives (H2nod), containing the N,O donor-atom set, have been synthesized. Square-pyramidal complexes [ReO(nod)2]? were isolated by reaction with (n-Bu4N) [ReOCl4] in ethanol. In benzene the neutral species [ReOCL(Hnod)2] were obtained. In the presence of hydrochloric acid in ethanol, the anionic complexes (n-Bu4N) [ReOCl3(Hnod)] were produced. Trans-[ReOCl3(PPh3)2] was also reacted with some of the H2nod ligands to yield [ReOCL2(Hnod)(PPh3]. The crystal structure of [ReOCl2(Hmap)(PPh3)] (H2map = 2-aminobenzylalcohol) was determined; crystals are monoclinic, P21/n, with a = 15.065(6), b = 11.253(7), c = 15.850(7) Å, β = 94.27(4)°, U = 2680(2) &Aringsup3; and Z = 4. The structure was solved by the Patterson method and refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques to R = 0.042. The monoanionic Hmap? ligand is coordinated as a bidentate through a neutral amino nitrogen and an anionic alcoholate oxygen atom, with the latter trans to the oxo group.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to study the effect of dendrimer modified clay minerals on the structure and properties of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) nanocomposites.Flame-retardant and dendrimer modified organic montmorillonite (FR-DOMt) was successfully prepared by Na+-montmorillonite, tetrahydroxymethyl phosphonium chloride (THPC), N, N-dihydroxyl-3-aminomethyl propionate, and boric acid. This dendritic type of organoclay (OC) was used in preparation of EPDM/FR-DOMt nanocomposites. The properties of these nanocomposites were studied. The dispersion status of the layered silicates in EPDM was revealed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). XRD and TEM results showed that FR-DOMt was exfoliated in the EPDM matrix when 10 phr of FR-DOMt was incorporated. The mechanical behavior, thermal stability, and flame retardance of the samples were examined. The experimental data demonstrated that the EPDM hybrids owned an improved tensile strength and elongation at break. In addition, the nanocomposites exhibited higher thermal stability and flame retardance than that of unfilled EPDM matrix.  相似文献

The structure of di(aquo-O)(pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylato-N,O; -O′,O′′) calcium(II) hydrate [Ca(2,3-PZDC)(H2O)2·;H2O] contains molecular sheets in which Ca(II) ions are bridged by the carboxylate groups of the ligand molecules. Two bridging paths are evident. In the first, an N,O-bonding moiety formed by a hetero-ring nitrogen atom and the carboxylate oxygen atom nearest to it and both oxygen atoms of the second carboxylic group are active. The second path is formed by the other oxygen atom from the carboxylic group involved in the N,O-bonding moiety and an oxygen atom from the second carboxylic group. The latter atom is bidentate. A two-dimensional molecular pattern is formed. Each Ca(II) ion is also coordinated by two water oxygen atoms, making the number of coordinated atoms eight. The coordination polyhedron is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with an oxygen atom at the apex on one side of the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms forming the apices on the other side.  相似文献

Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analyses of the Chloro-Iodo-Rhenates(IV) (CH2Py2)[ReCl5I], cis -(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO, trans -(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO, and fac -(EtPh3P)2[ReCl3I3] [ReCl5I]2–, cis-[ReCl4I2]2–, trans-[ReCl4I2]2–, and fac-[ReCl3I3]2– have been synthesized by ligand exchange reactions of [ReI6]2– with HCl and are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. X-ray structure determinations have been performed on single crystals of (CH2Py2)[ReCl5I] ( 1 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.685(2), b = 9.253(2), c = 12.090(4) Å, α = 90.06(2), β = 101.11(2), γ = 95.07(2)°, Z = 2), cis-(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.662(2), b = 12.109(2), c = 12.9510(12) Å, a = 97.533(11), β = 96.82(2), γ = 89.90(2)°, Z = 2) , trans-(CH2Py2)[ReCl4I2] · 2 DMSO ( 3 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.315(7), b = 9.663(3), c = 15.232(3) Å, α = 80.09(2), β = 81.79(4), γ = 83.99(5)°, Z = 2) and fac-(EtPh3P)2[ReCl3I3] ( 4 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/a with a = 17.453(2), b = 13.366(1), c = 19.420(1) Å, β = 112.132(8)°, Z = 4). The crystal structure of ( 1 ) reveals a positional disorder of the anion sublattice along the asymmetric axis. Due to the stronger trans influence of I compared with Cl on asymmetric axes Cl˙–Re–I′ is caused a mean lenghthening of the Re–Cl˙ distances of 0.020 Å (0.8%) and a shortening of the Re–I′ distances of 0.035 Å (1.3%) with regard to symmetrically coordinated axes Cl–Re–Cl and I–Re–I, respectively. Using the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determinations the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectra of the (n-Bu4N) salts of all four chloro-iodo-rhenates(IV) are assigned by normal coordinate analyses. The weakening of the Re–Cl˙ bonds and the strengthening of the Re–I′ bonds is indicated by a decrease or increase of the valence force constants each by 9%.  相似文献

The First Fluoride A2[PtF6] of the K2PtCl6 Type: β-Cs2[PtF6] For the first time, yellow cubic single crystals of Cs2[PtF6] have been obtained by solid state reaction, heating (Pt-tube, 35 d, 800°C) the fluorination product of an intimate mixture of (NH4)2PtCl6 and 2 CsCl (diluted F2, F2:N2 = 1:5, 10 d, 400°C). The new form is isostructural with K2PtCl6: Fm3 m; a = 905.5(2) pm; Z = 4 (Guinier-de Wolff data, CuKα1); R = 2.32% (SHELX-76); 1398 I0(hkl), Image-Plate diffractometer data (Stoe IPDS). It is compared with already known α-Cs2[PtF6] (K2GeF6-type, P3 m1). The Madelung-Part of Lattice Energy, MAPLE, Effective Coordination Numbers, ECoN, and Mean Fictive Ionic Radii, MEFIR, are calculated and discussed in comparison with the data of further Hexafluoroplatinates(IV). A complete analysis of MAPLE was carried out for the title compound as well as for the α- and a hypothetical α′-form.  相似文献
