We investigate spin squeezing in optomechanical system. We first derive the mean spin direction, the optimally squeezed angle and then calculate the spin squeezing parameter, which is independent of the frequency of the cavity field. The lager coupling strength more rapidly generates spin squeezed state, but the corresponding spin squeezed state maintains shorter time interval.  相似文献

We investigate the effects of classical driving fields on the dynamics of purity, spin squeezing, and genuine multipartite entanglement (based on the Peres-Horodecki criterion ) of three two-level atoms within three separated cavities prepared in coherent states in the presence of decoherence. The three qubits are initially entangled and driven by classical fields. We obtain an analytical solution of the present system using the superoperator method. We find that the genuine multipartite entanglement measured by an entanglement monotone based on the Peres-Horodecki criterion can stay zero for a finite time and revive partially later. This phenomenon is similar to the sudden death of entanglement of two qubits and can be controlled efficiently by the classical driving fields. The amount of purity, spin squeezing, and genuine multipartite entanglement decrease with the increase of mean photon number of cavity fields. Particularly, the purity and genuine multipartite entanglement could be simultaneously improved by the classical driving fields. In addition, there is steady state genuine multipartite entanglement which can also be adjusted by the classical driving fields.  相似文献

In this study we investigate the spin squeezing in superposition of a Biaxial state (Mallesh et al. in J. Phys. A, Math. Gen. 33:779–789, 2000 and Sirsi in Theoretical studies on spin distributions in external electric and magnetic fields, 1995) and Bell state. Numerical and analytical solutions for the length of mean spin, mean spin direction and spin squeezing are given. It is shown that both the mean spin direction and spin squeezing parameter are determined by the coefficients of superposition and the relative phase.  相似文献

We propose an efficient scheme for realizing two-mode squeezing for two cavity modes with an atomic ensemble trapped in the cavity and driven by two classical fields. Through a suitable choice of the driving classical fields, the evolution dynamics of the two cavity modes is decoupled with the atomic system and described by a two-mode squeezing operator. We show that a highly squeezed state can be obtained at the output even with a bad cavity. The required experimental techniques are within the scope of what can be obtained in the BEG-cavity setup.  相似文献

We propose a scheme to realize strong squeezing for a cavity field with a single three-level atom. In the scheme the atom is sent through the cavity initially filled with a coherent field. The atom dispersively interacts with the cavity field, which is displaced by a microwave resource during the interaction. Then, a selective measurement on the atom collapses the field to a superposition of an even coherent state with a vacuum state, which exhibits strong squeezing. The scheme can also be generalized to the two-mode case.  相似文献

We consider the dissipative N two-level atom Dicke system driven by a c.w. laser field. In the steady state, the cooperativity among the atoms via the radiation field produces spin squeezing. Even in the absence of dipole-dipole interaction, the system shows spin squeezing which is attributed to strong nonlinear interaction with the driving field.  相似文献

本文研究了一串级型四能级原子与双模腔场的相互作用,其中位于下方的模2腔场初始时刻不存在。计算表明,在一定的条件下,模2腔场的动力学行为中存在着长时间的深压缩现象或场复振幅算符两个正交分量的交替压缩现象,存在着强烈的反聚束效应以及强烈的超聚束效应,而且压缩与超聚束效应之间有一定的对应关系,非经典的压缩态和反聚束效应能够同时出现。模2腔场的这些非线性效应与复杂的叠加态有关。 关键词:  相似文献

本文应用熵最大原理,假定腔内二能级原子起初就没有关于系统所处态的任何信息,研究了腔内原子与腔场相互作用的压缩行为,得出了原子初始处于任意统计混合态下,当初始激发足够强时,辐射场将产生极其接近于纯态情况在相同激发时的强压缩现象的重要结果,同时还讨论了产生压缩的混态范围。  相似文献

The interaction of classical and quantized electromagnetic fields with an ensemble of atoms in an optical cavity is considered. Four fields drive a double- level scheme in the atoms, consisting of a pair of systems sharing the same set of lower levels. Two of the fields produce maximum coherence, , between the ground state sublevels 1 and 2. This pumping scheme involves equal intensity fields that are resonant with both the one- and two-photon transitions of the system. There is no steady-state absorption of these fields, implying that the fields induce a type Electromagnetically-Induced Transparency (EIT) in the medium. An additional pair of fields interacting with the second system, combined with the EIT fields, leads to squeezing of the atom spin associated with the ground state sublevels. Our method involves a new mechanism for creating steady-state spin squeezing using an optical cavity. As the cooperativity parameter C is increased, the optimal squeezing varies as C -1/3. We propose a scheme to coherently control spin squeezing of atomic Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) via the technique of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT). We study quantum dynamics of the mean spin vector and spin squeezing. It is shown that the mean spin vector and spin squeezing of the BEC can be controlled and manipulated by adjusting the external coupling fields or/and internal nonlinear interactions of the BEC. It is indicated that the spin squeezing can be generated rapidly in the dynamical process and maintained in a long time interval. It is found that a larger effective Rabi coupling between atoms and lasers can produce a stronger spin squeezing, and the squeezing can maintain a longer time interval.  相似文献

We show that the spin squeezing can be associated with a fixed-point bifurcation in the classical dynamics, namely, it acts as an indicator of the classical bifurcation. For the ground state of a system with coupled giant spins, we find that the spin squeezing achieves its minimum value near the bifurcation point. We also study the dynamics of the spin squeezing, for an initial state corresponding to one of the fixed point, we find that in the stable regime, the spin squeezing exhibits periodic oscillation and always persists except at some fixed times, while in the unstable regime, the periodic oscillation phenomenon disappears and the spin squeezing survives for a short time. 考虑双模纠缠相干光场,将其中一束光场注入腔中与一个二能级原子发生共振相互作用,总系统在腔量子电动力学演化过程中,对原子作选择性的测量,通过操纵参加相互作用的时间以及选择适当的光场参量可控制未参加相互作用光场的量子统计性质,在一定条件下可产生反聚束、压缩态等非经典光场,并且通过适当的控制和调整这些参量可以改变未参加相互作用光场的反聚束和压缩特性的强弱。这样,通过利用腔与原子之间简单的共振相互作用和相干光场之间的纠缠关联,实现了远程的、无直接量子测量的控制或改变相干光场的非经典性质这一目的。  相似文献

在周期性脉冲撞击的两分量玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚系统中研究了自旋压缩动力学性质,结果表明:原子自旋压缩动力学能够揭示相空间的混沌和规则结构,即当初始相干态处在混沌区域时,自旋压缩在很短时间后消失,而当初始相干态处在规则区域时,自旋压缩则存在很长时间.特别是随着时间的演化,系统的平均自旋方向的分布和摆动也与初态所处的空间结构有着密切的联系.最后,研究了相空间的整体自旋压缩动力学,得到了一种较好的量子-经典对应. 关键词: 玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚 混沌 自旋压缩 平均自旋方向  相似文献

Squeezing in the resonance fluorescence emitted by a regular structure of atoms is discussed. Intense squeezed light fields are a prerequisite, e.g., for efficient measurements with sensitivity below the standard quantum limit. Regular structures are known to offer macroscopic squeezed light due to the fixed phase relation between the light scattered by the respective atoms, but typically restrict squeezing to low incident light intensity. As our main result, we demonstrate that this restriction to low driving field intensity can be circumvented. For this, we assume a suitable modification of the surrounding electromagnetic bath, as it can be achieved, e.g., with a cavity. The modified environment leads to a redistribution of the collective dressed state populations, such that squeezing is recovered at strong driving. In such modified environments, squeezing even occurs for a resonant driving field, in contrast to the regular vacuum case.  相似文献

拉曼散射过程中利用原子系综中初始制备的自旋激发(原子相干性),以及注入与原子系综中初始制备的自旋激发相关联的种子光场都可以极大的提高光场频率转换的效率,实现增强拉曼散射.本文理论上计算了增强拉曼散射过程中原子-光场量子界面的正交分量的量子起伏,得到了相干性导致的增强拉曼散射,只能在一定的范围内稍微提高初始光子-原子的压缩度;而关联增强拉曼散射,能够制备很强的光子-原子间的双模压缩.这样强压缩度的光子-原子量子界面,对于利用光场和原子系统实现量子精密测量研究有着非常重要的应用.  相似文献

Numerical solutions for the length of mean spin, mean spin direction and spin squeezing were given.
