采用传统熔融-淬冷法制备了一系列新型(100-x)(4GeSe2-In2Se3)-xAgI(x=20,30,40mol%)硫系玻璃样品.利用X射线衍射分析、差热分析、可见-近红外吸收光谱、红外透过光谱、喇曼分析等技术手段研究了该玻璃系统的组成、结构、热稳定性和光学特性等.利用Tauc方程计算出了样品的间接带隙;测试了部分样品在不同升温速率下的差示扫描量热曲线,并采用Kissinger法计算了玻璃样品的析晶活化能.X射线衍射数据表明,该玻璃体系在较宽的组分范围内有良好的非晶特性,成玻范围较宽;差热分析和析晶动力学研究表明,玻璃样品70(4GeSe2-In2Se3)-30AgI具有较好的热稳定性(ΔT=114℃)和较高的活化能(Ea=320.4kJ/mol).随着AgI含量的增加,玻璃的短波吸收限蓝移,并且光学带隙有增大的趋势.此外,红外透过光谱分析表明该玻璃体系具有良好的红外透过性能,其红外截止波长不会随着AgI含量的增加而发生明显变化,皆为16μm左右.  相似文献

对掺有镉、硒、硫的玻璃在650—800℃退火4?h,生长了不同尺寸的CdS0.13Se0.87纳米晶体,测量了纳米晶体的吸收光谱、光致发光(PL)谱和电调制光谱,确定了纳米晶体部分电子态的能量,讨论了CdSSe纳米晶体的光学性质与其尺寸之间的依赖关系.随着纳米晶体尺寸的增大,对应激子的吸收峰、PL峰及电吸收信号发生红移,表现出明显的量子尺寸效应.小尺寸纳米晶体的电吸收表现为量子受限的Stark效应,而大尺寸纳米晶体的电吸收线形与体材料的相似;随着纳米晶体尺寸的增大,电吸收信号增强.所有尺寸的纳米晶体都表现 关键词: CdSSe纳米晶体 吸收光谱 光致发光谱 电光响应  相似文献

用近简并三波混频实验方法对半导体CdS0.4Se0.6掺杂玻璃在非谐振透明区的三阶光学非线性进行了研究.该实验消除了由于双光子吸收光生载流子的非线性折射产生的五阶非线性效应,仅获得速度快的三阶光学非线性响应.研究结果表明,在非谐振透明区,CdS0.4Se0.6掺杂玻璃的三阶非线性极化率并不比它的基底玻璃大很多.量子尺寸效应没有有意义地提高掺杂玻璃中CdS0.4Se0.6微晶的三阶非线性极化率,即使较小激子吸收峰的出现也没有发现明显的变化.  相似文献

Silver nanowires (Ag NWs) and their silica gel glass composite were produced. Their nonlinear optical (NLO) properties, mainly saturable absorption (SA) and reverse-saturable absorption (RSA), were investigated at 532 and 1064 nm, using the open aperture z-scan technique and a nanosecond-pulsed laser. We found that Ag NWs demonstrate rather different NLO behaviors in liquid and solid-state matrices. The Ag NWs suspension exhibited only RSA, whereas a transformation from SA to RSA occurred in the silica gel glass composite. The underlying mechanism was proposed from the viewpoint of different environments and electronic dynamics of Ag NWs in the liquid and solid-state matrices.  相似文献

Nanostructured silver and linear carbon chain (LCC) particle water colloids were prepared by a pulsed laser ablation procedure. Sample's optical transmission response was investigated in the 190–900 nm range, the third-order nonlinear optical properties were studied using the z-scan method and a nanosecond laser. The silver nanoparticles induce a structural change in the LCC colloids: the mixed Ag and LCC optical absorption looses the signature of the short carbon chain maintaining the features attributable to the longer ones. The stability of LCC colloids and their nonlinear response are remarkably improved by the Ag nanoparticles addition to the carbon water colloids. The Ag nanoparticles induce a limiting threshold reduction, an increased nonlinear absorption coefficient β and a marked asymmetrical peak/valley profile of the (Ag:LCC)mix when compared to the LCC. All these nonlinear contributions determine the increase of the third order susceptibility, while maintaining a significantly high linear transmission value (75%) at 532 nm and high photostability. The magnitude of the nonlinear optical response of these nanohybrids makes them promising candidates for potential optoelectronic applications.  相似文献

采用新型的热化学还原法,制备了银纳米颗粒掺杂的铋酸盐复合玻璃材料。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱观察到了银纳米颗粒表面等离子谐振(SPR)吸收的峰值位移特性,用拉曼光谱表征了引入银纳米颗粒后玻璃的结构变化。借助飞秒激光脉冲激发下的Z扫描与光克尔闸技术,在近红外波段下研究了材料的三阶非线性光学特性。研究结果表明银纳米颗粒铋酸盐复合材料有着亚皮秒级的非线性响应时间,并且其非线性折射率γ在纳米颗粒的热电子效应以及局部场效应的影响下,较基质玻璃最高可以提升29倍。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论和平面波赝势方法对含天然杂质黄铁矿的电子结构和光学性质进行了计算,并讨论了二十种天然杂质:钴、镍、砷、硒、碲、铜、金、银、钼、锌、铊、锡、钌、钯、铂、汞、镉、铋、铅和锑,对黄铁矿催化活性的影响.结果表明在过渡金属杂质中,杂质能级主要由它们的d轨道产生,而在主族金属及非金属杂质中,杂质能级主要由它们的s或p轨道产生.含铜、钼、砷、金、银或镍的黄铁矿对氧的还原的电催化能力增强.除锌、钼、钌、砷、锑、硒和碲外,其余杂质能增强黄铁矿表面俘获电子的能力,使光生电子和空穴复合的概率减小.光学性质计算表 关键词: 天然黄铁矿 杂质 电子结构 光学性质  相似文献

In this work, nano silver clusters incorporated into europium oxide thin films at a level of 3.8% and 12.5% have been prepared by a vacuum evaporation method on glass and silicon substrates. Samples were investigated by X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, and linear and nonlinear optical absorption methods. The X-ray diffraction reveals that the Eu oxide of these samples remains amorphous after pre-annealing at 400 °C. The linear optical absorption of the samples shows surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomena, which varies with the Ag content of the samples. The optical nonlinear absorption properties of the prepared films were investigated using an open Z-scan technique with cw laser at wavelengths 476 nm and 514 nm. A changeover from reverse saturation absorption (RSA) to saturation absorption (SA) was observed. RSA is attributed to interband transition via two photon absorption. SA is attributed to plasmon bleach.  相似文献

通过准分子激光(XeCl, 308 nm, 20 ns)在MgO(100)单晶衬底上制备了不同掺杂浓度的Ag:BaTiO3纳米复合薄膜,通过X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱对薄膜的结构和组分进行了表征.在430 nm和470 nm附近观测到了不同浓度Ag纳米颗粒引起的等离子体吸收峰,通过z扫描技术对复合薄膜的三阶非线性光学特性进行了测量,并对其光学非线性的增强机制进行了讨论. 关键词: 金属纳米复合薄膜 激光沉积 非线性光学  相似文献

The evolution of nanoclusters in sequentially ion-implanted Cu/Ag into silica glasses has been studied. The doses for implantation (×1016 ions/cm2) were 5Cu/5Ag, 5Cu/10Ag and 5Cu/15Ag, respectively. The microstructural properties of the nanoclusters are characterized by optical absorption spectra and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Fast nonlinear optical refraction and nonlinear optical absorption coefficients were measured at 1064 nm of wavelength using Z-scan technique. Results in this project indicate that different optical nonlinearities could be selectively obtained at the near-infrared region of 1064 nm of wavelength by changing the metal ingredient percentage in silica.  相似文献

The nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refractive index of hydrogenated amorphous silicon-selenium (a-Si,Se:H) film prepared by a plasma-enhanced chemical deposition process was measured using a z-scan technique. Intensity dependent transmission was observed and attributed to reverse saturation absorption (optical limiting). The thermal contribution to nonlinear refractive index is discussed. The nonlinear response time was measured by using the pump and probe technique. Reverse saturating absorption was utilized to demonstrate all optical switching.  相似文献

本文用卢瑟福背散射和光吸收技术研究了高剂量Ag离子注入SiO_2玻璃以及退火后的状况.吸收光谱测量表明,注入的Ag离子聚集形成了胶态粒子,其等离子共振峰的极大值在400nm处.运用米(Mie)理论和德拜(Doyle)方法,根据测得的等离子共振峰的光宽度,估算出Ag胶态粒子的半径约为18(?).  相似文献

Bi2S3-xSex/poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)nanocomposite films were prepared using microwave assisted synthesis with different compositions of x.Crystal structure,surface morphology,and optical properties were investigated to characterize the prepared nanocomposite films.The crystallinity and optical band gap of the prepared Bi2S3-xSex/PMMA were affected by x.The prepared samples showed a blue shift in the absorption edge.The laser power dependent nonlinear refraction and absorption of Bi2S3-xSex/PMMA nanocomposite films were investigated by using the Z-scan technique.The optical nonlinearity of the nanocomposite films exhibited switchover from negative nonlinear refraction to positive nonlinear refraction to negative nonlinear refraction effects,and from saturable absorption to reverse saturable absorption to saturable absorption with an increase and decrease in the composition.An interesting all-optical figure of merit was reported to assess the nanocomposite films for a practical device.It was calculated that the device all-figures of merit were based on the nonlinear response,which is important for the all-optical switching device.The results demonstrate that the optimized all-optical figures of merit can be achieved by adjusting the composition and input laser power,which can be used for the design of different all-photonic devices,and the results of nonlinear switching behavior can open new possibilities for using the nanocomposite films in laser Q-switching and mode-locking.  相似文献

Simultaneous effects of an on-center hydrogenic impurity and band edge non-parabolicity on intersubband optical absorption coefficients and refractive index changes of a typical GaAs/Al x Ga 1 x As spherical quantum dot are theoretically investigated,using the Luttinger-Kohn effective mass equation.So,electronic structure and optical properties of the system are studied by means of the matrix diagonalization technique and compact density matrix approach,respectively.Finally,effects of an impurity,band edge non-parabolicity,incident light intensity and the dot size on the linear,the third-order nonlinear and the total optical absorption coefficients and refractive index changes are investigated.Our results indicate that,the magnitudes of these optical quantities increase and their peaks shift to higher energies as the influences of the impurity and the band edge non-parabolicity are considered.Moreover,incident light intensity and the dot size have considerable effects on the optical absorption coefficients and refractive index changes.  相似文献

The ultrafast nonlinear optical response of Ag:BaTiO3 composite films synthesized by pulse laser deposition (PLD) is studied at the near-ultraviolet (400 nm) wavelength. The pulse duration of the laser used in the measurement is 200 fs. The real and imaginary parts of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility x(3) of the composite materials are measured. The composite films indicate self-focusing effect and nonlinear saturation, the values of Rex(3) and Imx(3) are measured to be 3.42 × 10-10 and -1.37 × 10-10 esu respectively, which are much lower than those reported before. It is mainly because that the duration of the laser used in the measurements is too short to induce the hot electron excitation and the thermal effect. The ultrafast nonlinear saturated absorption response of the Ag:BaTiO3 composite films may have potential applications for femtosecond laser mode locking.  相似文献

The structure of Ge(5)As(x)Se(95-x) (x?=?10, 20, 30, 38?at.%) and Ge(15)As(x)Se(85-x) (x?=?10, 25, 34?at.%) glasses has been investigated by high-energy x-ray diffraction and extended x-ray absorption fine structure measurements. The experimental datasets have been modelled using the reverse Monte Carlo simulation technique. The model atomic configurations have been analysed in detail. It has been found that the homonuclear Ge-Ge, As-As, Se-Se and heteronuclear Ge-As bonds play an important role in the structure formation of the Ge-As-Se glasses. The total number of these bonds decreases quite slowly with the mean coordination number similarly to the nonlinear refractive index.  相似文献

用传统熔融淬冷法制备了一系列(100-x)(GeTe4.3)-xAgI (x=5,10,20,30)硫卤玻璃.并通过阿基米德法、XRD衍射、差热分析、可见/近红外吸收光谱、红外透射光谱等手段研究了该硫卤玻璃的热稳定性和光学特性.研究表明随着AgI含量的增加,玻璃的密度从5.591 g·cm-3递增到6.314 g·cm-3|折射率从3.73上升到5.70|XRD衍射数据表明该玻璃体系在较宽的组分范围内没有微晶析出,说明成玻范围较宽|差热分析表明当x=5时玻璃有着最高的转变温度206 ℃|AgI含量增多时短波截止限发生红移,红外截止波长基本不变(均超过25 μm),表明此硫卤玻璃材料在远红外领域有很大的潜在应用前景.  相似文献

Thin films of Bi were grown by pulsed laser deposition on glass substrates at room temperature. The thickness and roughness of the films were characterized by grazing-incidence x-ray reflectivity, and the complex refractive indices were measured in the range from 1.5 to 4 eV by spectroscopic ellipsometry. We performed Z-scan measurements to study the third-order optical nonlinearity of the films. It was found that the Bi films exhibited an unusually large nonlinear refractive coefficient, n(I)~1.24x10(-1) cm(2)/kW and nonlinear absorption coefficient, alpha(I)~-3.97 cm/W , at low laser intensity, ~60 kW/cm(2) . This anomaly is believed to have an origin related to melting of the Bi films at the focus spot by the laser beam.  相似文献
