聚醚聚酯嵌段共聚物的表面性质对血液相容性的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
聚合物的表面性质和结构对血液相容性具有很大的影响。本文通过接触角、吸水率和电子能谱研究了聚醚聚酯嵌段共聚物混合物的表面组成及微相分离结构。电子能谱的测试表明:试样空气面的氧碳元素比高于试样本体,表明醚键向空气面扩散,并以此来估量试样空气面的组成分布。试样的血液相容性与试样空气面氧碳比的提高程度随试样中聚乙二醇对苯二甲酸酯(PEGT)组成的递增呈相似的变化趋势,在共混物中软链段的组分比:聚四亚甲基二醇对苯二甲酸酯/聚乙二醇对苯二甲酸酯(PTMGT/PEGT)=60/40时,试样的接触角最大、氧碳比的提高率最大、血液相容性最好,且试样呈现最为细微的相分离结构。由此表明聚醚聚酯嵌段共聚物混合物的血液相容性主要受表面组成、各链段的表面自由能及微相分离程度的影响。 相似文献

Since nanostructured amphiphilic macromolecules capable of affording high ion and water transport are becoming increasingly important in a wide range of contemporary energy and environmental technologies, the swelling kinetics and temperature dependence of water uptake are investigated in a series of midblock‐sulfonated thermoplastic elastomers. Upon self‐assembly, these materials maintain a stable hydrogel network in the presence of a polar liquid. In this study, real‐time water‐sorption kinetics in copolymer films prepared by different casting solvents are elucidated by synchrotron small‐angle X‐ray scattering and gravimetric measurements, which directly correlate nanostructural changes with macroscopic swelling to establish fundamental structure–property behavior. By monitoring the equilibrium swelling capacity of these materials over a range of temperatures, an unexpected transition in the vicinity of 50 °C has been discovered. Depending on copolymer morphology and degree of sulfonation, hydrothermal conditioning of specimens to temperatures above this transition permits retention of superabsorbent swelling at ambient temperature.

Chitosan membrane was modified by the selective oxidization of chitosan molecules on its surface with NO2 gas. FTIR spectra indicated there were plenty of -COOH and -COO groups on the modified membrane surface. The SEM study showed the modified membrane surface was rough rather than smooth as chitosan membrane. All antithrombosis test, hemolysis test and blood cell morphology observation with SEM revealed that modified chitosan membranes have superior blood compatibility to chitosan. 相似文献

Preparation and blood compatibility of different shape polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) membrane were investigated. Firstly, the tabular and tubular[polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) capillary as supporter] PVA membranes were prepared; then, methoxy polyethylene glycol(mPEG) was grafted onto the surface of the PVA membranes. The effects of the shape, structure and properties of the membrane surface on blood compatibility were studied in detail. The experiment results show that mPEG modified PVA membranes, especially mPEG modified tubular membrane, could availably repel the adhesion of the platelets. In addition, the anticoagulant mechanism of mPEG with a steric repulsion effectiveness was confirmed further via different grafting methods. 相似文献

The use of persistent electrical polarization in polymers has been explored as a means of reducing surface thrombogenicity. Parallel efforts have been carried out on the characterization of surface properties related to the electret state in polymers, on the stability of the electret state in desirable prosthetic materials under simulated blood pumping conditions, and on in vitro and in vivo blood compatibility experiments. Preliminary correlations among critical surface tension, electrical polarization, and blood compatibility have been obtained. In vitro blood compatibility has been explored using both a modified Lee-White clotting test and a platelet adsorption experiment. No significant difference in clotting time was found for polarized samples; however, those with a negative charge did adsorb fewer platelets. A series of in vivo studies has been carried out using electrified right atrial flags (36) of poly-vinylidene chloride and vena cava rings (22) of FEP Teflon, Hypalon rubber, and Hypalon/2% polysulfonate. Negatively polarized samples showed improved blood compatibility in all cases. About 2/3 of the negatively charged atrial flags showed little or no thrombus and the remainder moderate thrombus whereas 2/3 of the positively charged flags showed severe thrombus. About 3/4 of the negative ring implants showed little or no thrombus. A correlation with anomalous contact angle or low charge was found in 4 of 6 cases of the rings with moderate to heavy thrombus. 相似文献

合成了系列丙烯酸丁酯/4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物[P(BAVP)].以四氢呋喃为溶剂,用溶剂浇铸法制备了一系列P(BAVP)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)的共混物.动态力学性能测试表明:共混物中吡啶环含量高于1%(摩尔百分含量)的共混物呈均相,即共聚物与PVC相容.P(BAVP)/PVC共混物的Tg随PVC含量和乙烯基吡啶链段含量增加而提高.由红外光谱分析推论出:P(BAVP)分子间的作用力比PBA分子间作用力弱,从而使P(BAVP)与PVC的相容性提高. 相似文献

Abstract To improve the compatibility of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer/low density polyethylene (SMA/LDPE) blends, LDPE grafted with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-isophorone diisocyanate (LDPE-g-HI) was prepared and blended with SMA of which anhydride was converted to carboxylic acid (SMAAc). The infrared spectra of LDPE-g-HI established the presence of isocyanate group. In the blend morphology, some adhesions between the two phases and much finer dispersions were observed in the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends, indicating that chemical reactions took place during the melt blending. The lower heat capacity change at the glass transition temperature demonstrated that chemical bonds were produced in the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends. From the results of the rheological test, it was found that strong positive deviation from the mixing rule occurred in viscosity for the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends, concerning with good adhesion and finer dispersions. In the measurement of tensile property, the improved mechanical properties for the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends were shown. 相似文献

采用自由基引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为功能改性剂, 通过AIBN分解产生的异丁腈自由基进攻氧化石墨烯上五元环与七元环的缺陷点, 形成氰基改性氧化石墨烯中间体, 再通过水解反应制得羧基化氧化石墨烯[GeneO-C(CH3)2-COOH]纳米材料. 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR), X射线衍射(XRD), 热重分析(TGA)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等方法对合成的材料进行了表征, 并采用复钙时间测试考察了材料的血液相容性. 研究结果表明, 氧化石墨烯中羧基的含量可以通过调整AIBN和GeneO的投料比来控制. 本方法不但可提高氧化石墨烯的羧基含量, 而且可使其具有良好的血液相容性. 相似文献

Injectable hydrogels have been commonly used as drug‐delivery vehicles and tried in tissue engineering. Injectable self‐healing hydrogels have great advantage over traditional injectable hydrogels because they can be injected as a liquid and then rapidly form bulk gels in situ at the target site under physiological conditions. This study develops an injectable thermosensitive self‐healing hydrogel based on chain‐extended F127 (PEO90‐PPO65‐PEO90) multi‐block copolymer (m‐F127). The rapid sol–gel transition ability under body temperature allows it to be used as injectable hydrogel and the self‐healing property allows it to withstand repeated deformation and quickly recover its mechanical properties and structure through the dynamic covalent bonds. It is hoped that the novel strategy and the fascinating properties of the hydrogel as presented here will provide new opportunities with regard to the design and practical application of injectable self‐healing hydrogels.

利用形成碳-氧键将磷铵两性离子(1)共价键合到聚砜(PSF)材料表面,改善其抗凝血性能.首先对聚砜(PSF)进行氯甲基化反应,生成苄氯结构,然后通过自合成两性离子化合物1中的—OH与氯甲基化聚砜的—CH2Cl反应形成醚键,将两性离子结构接枝在PSF上.用ATR-FTIR、EA和1H-NMR表征了产物结构,并通过水接触角、溶血实验和血小板黏附实验对结构修饰前后材料的亲水性和抗凝血性能进行了比较.改性PSF材料的表面亲水性提高,几种改性PSF材料的溶血率均低于5%,PSF-18.1%1材料的表面几乎没有血小板黏附.结果表明,磷铵两性离子结构修饰的聚砜材料可以显著提高其血液相容性,在血液相容性材料等领域具有潜在的应用价值. 相似文献

用不同分子量聚乙二醇和二氯甲烷在氢氧化钾存在下合成几种氧亚甲基连接的聚氧乙烯多嵌段聚合物。某些聚合物具有较好的力学性能和一定的结晶度,聚合物与LiClO4络合物的室温电导率较高,35℃时的电导率随聚氧乙烯链段分子量变化出现峰值。以电导率最高的络合物为电解质,Na1+xV3O8复合物和Li片分别为正、负极组装了薄型锂电池并测定其放电性能。 相似文献
