首先利用5'-磷酸吡哆醛酯(PLP)对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的氮端进行定位活化,之后与2-溴-2甲基丙酸-2-氨氧基乙酯(ABM)反应形成大分子引发剂(BSA-Br).最后以寡聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(OEGMA)为单体,通过原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)制备带有2条POEGMA高分子链的蛋白质高分子结合体(BSAPOEGMA).利用红外(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)、紫外分光光度计(UV-Vis)、基质辅助激光解析串联飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF-MS)等分析技术对所合成化合物进行表征.实验结果表明各步骤的化合物及最终的蛋白质高分子结合体都具有预期结构.  相似文献

一类新型的含4-叔丁基环己基和烯烃共轭结构的双苯并噻唑类聚合物PBTs III1,2由1,1’-双(4-氨基-3-巯基苯基)-4-叔丁基环己烷二盐酸盐(BAMPBCH?2HCl)与烯烃二元酸经过缩聚反应制备得到。聚合物的结构都经过了红外(IR)、核磁(NMR)、元素分析(EA)的表征。4-叔丁基环己基的引入提高了此类聚合物的溶解性并保持了较好的热稳定性,失重10%的温度在419 oC以上。相比聚苯撑苯并双噻唑(PBZT),PBTs III1,2的紫外吸收波长发生了蓝移,相对聚2,2’-对苯撑-6,6’-(4-叔丁基)环己基双苯并噻唑(PBT)则发生了红移,光学能带隙分别为2.56eV和2.53eV,大侧基和烯烃结构的引入扩大了苯并噻唑类聚合物光学能带隙的可调范围。PBTs III1,2的荧光发射波长较PBT发生了红移,大侧基的引入降低了固态时聚合物分子链的聚集程度。顺磁共振(EPR)的结果表明,PBTs III1,2都有明显的顺磁共振信号,顺磁中心是它们本身所固有的。  相似文献

以二聚甘油为原料,经过酯交换及氨基脱保护反应合成了一种两端含氨基的环状原酸酯新单体。该单体与辛二酸/十二烷二酸活性酯缩聚得到两种新的疏水性聚原酸酯共聚物POEAd-1和POEAd-2,其数均分子量分别由凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测得为1.24×104及1.81×104,分散度(PDI)分别为1.59及1.93。热失重分析法证实POEAd-1和POEAd-2具有较高的热稳定性能,其起始降解温度分别可达198.5℃及202.5℃。溶血试验和MTT细胞毒性试验表明,POEAd-1和POEAd-2均具有良好生物相容性,作为一种潜在的生物医用材料,在药物缓控释领域将具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

以1,4-二(3-乙酰丙酮基)苯(DAB)为有机配体分别与铝离子和铬离子反应,合成出2个新型的金属-有机凝胶:Al-湿凝胶和Cr-湿凝胶,通过直接干燥法得到相应的2种多孔干凝胶:Al-干凝胶和Cr-干凝胶.通过X射线粉末衍射仪(PXRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)和氮气吸附-脱附仪对凝胶材料的结构和形貌进行了表征.结果显示,2种多孔金属有机凝胶材料是由球状纳米粒子堆积而成,具有较高的比表面积、丰富的微孔及少量的介孔结构.气体吸附性能测试结果表明,Al-干凝胶的比表面积为790.3 m2/g,在1.01×105Pa,77 K下能够吸附117.45 cm3/g的氢气,在273 K下能够吸附60.74 cm3/g的二氧化碳.  相似文献

Abstract

Phenacylmethacrylate (PAMA), a new monomer containing two carbonyl groups (C[dbnd]O), was obtained from phenacyl chloride and sodium methacrylate. The homopolymer of PAMA and its copolymer with styrene were prepared in dioxane by using benzoylperoxide (Bz2O2) as initiator. IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR techniques were used to identify the structure of the monomer and polymers. The density of monomer, homopolymer and copolymer were found to be 1.13; 1.35 and 1.10 gr/ml respectively. Also, limit viscosity numbers, solubility parameters, glass transition and decomposition temperatures of polymers were determined.  相似文献

A new diimide-diacid, (4-(4-(2,6-diphenylpyridin-4yl)phenoxy)phenyl)-1,3-bis(trimellitimidobenzene) (PPMIB), was synthesized from the condensation reaction of a new diamine, (4-(4-(2,6-diphenylpyridin-4yl)phenoxy)phenyl)-3,5-diaminobezamide (PPDA), and trimellitic anhydride carboxylic acid (TMAA) in glacial acetic acid. The diimide-diacid (PPMIB) was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. A series of novel aromatic poly(amide-imide)s (PAIs) was synthesized by using direct polycondensation of PPMIB with various diamines in NMP in the presence of triphenylposphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The resulting PAIs were amorphous, readily soluble in many polar aprotic solvents and showed inherent viscosities of 0.35–0.50 dL/g. According to thermal analysis, these polymers exhibited glass transition temperatures (Tgs) in the range of 202–280°C and temperature of 10% weight loss (T10) varied from 400 to 545°C in N2. These polymers in NMP solution exhibited strong UV-Vis absorption maxima at 320°C nm and their fluorescence emission peaks appeared around 410–565 nm.  相似文献

Novel nanophase hexagonal structured polyaniline (PANI) and poly(2,5‐dimethoxyanilines) (PDMA) were synthesized by oxidative polymerization involving the respective anilines and a mixture of ferric chloride and ammonium persulfate. The morphological, spectral and electrochemical characteristics of the polymers were determined from the results of SEM, FTIR, UV‐vis, TGA and cyclic voltammetry experiments. The hexagonal PANI and PDMA nanorods (15–200 nm diameter) exhibited very good thermal stabilities, losing only 10% of their weight on heating to 400 °C. Electrochemical data indicated a pernigraniline state of the polymers with formal potential, E°′, values of 394±6 mV and 400±1 mV, for PANI (conductance, C=0.37×10?3 S) and PDMA (conductance, C=2.02×10?3 S), respectively. The pernigraniline state was confirmed by sharp FTIR pernigraniline quinoidic peaks (PANI: 1414 cm?1; PDMA: 1157 cm?1), and UV‐vis absorption maxima at 340–370 nm (PANI) and 450–650 nm (PDMA) which are characteristic of charge transfer excitons of the quinoid structures of pernigraniline.  相似文献

对FeBr3/Me6TREN催化的反向原子转移自由基聚合进行了研究.在不同的催化剂、引发剂的配比、聚合温度和配体用量等条件下,该催化体系催化的MMA聚合反应动力学为一级反应,聚合物分子量可控,分子量分布很窄,说明该体系催化的聚合反应为活性可控聚合.通过实验计算了反应的活化能,并利用UV光谱对催化剂进行了研究.  相似文献

合成了一种新的三元引发剂[C2H5C(CH2OCH2CH2CO+ClO4-)3],并用于制备聚四氢呋喃三元醇.用1HNMR,FTIR和GPC法对聚合物的结构进行了表征.结果表明,产物中环状齐聚物的含量极低.对聚合物水解产物的分子量及分子量分布测定结果表明,产物为预期的三元醇,聚合反应过程中链转移可以忽略,聚合物的分子量可控.  相似文献

详细介绍了以4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐(DADHB)为原料,采用多聚磷酸法、三甲基硅烷基化法、中间相聚合法、单体成盐法合成聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO),还有以4,6-二硝基间苯二酚(DNR)为原料,先选择还原制得4-氨基-6-硝基间苯二酚盐酸盐,进而与对甲氧羰基苯甲酰氯进行缩环合获得苯并噁唑化合物,再催化加氢合成AB型PBO新单体2-(对甲氧羰基苯基)-5-氨基-6-羟基苯并噁唑,最后自缩聚反应制备PBO的新路线.另外,本文还介绍了直链烯烃型、直链脂肪烷烃型、稠环芳烃型、联苯取代基型、杂环型、聚醚型等苯并双噁唑类聚合物的合成方法.  相似文献

采用两步法成功地将聚氨酯分子链以共价键连接到碳纳米管表面. 首先将聚丙烯酰氯通过与强酸氧化后多壁碳纳米管表面产生的羟基及少量羧基之间的化学反应共价接枝到碳纳米管表面; 然后将接枝到碳纳米管表面的聚丙烯酰氯与端羟基聚氨酯发生酯化反应, 实现了聚氨酯对碳纳米管的表面共价接枝. 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM) 和热重分析(TGA)等对接枝后的产物进行了表征, 结果表明, 聚氨酯已共价接枝到碳纳米管表面, 被接枝的聚合物的含量接近90%.  相似文献

用不同配比的5-磺酸钠间苯二甲酸、4,4'-二羧基二苯醚与3,3'-二氨基联苯胺在多聚磷酸中进行共缩聚反应,制得了一系列磺化度可控的溶解性较好的磺化聚苯并咪唑(sPBI-IE).采用FTIR,1HNMR,GPC和TGA等手段对所合成的聚合物的结构、分子量与热稳定性能进行了表征.结果表明,sPBI-IE的数均分子量(Mn)介于41300-46900之间,多分散指数为2.15-2.54,并且sPBI-IE具有优异的热稳定性能,其起始分解温度、最大分解速率温度、5%和10%热失重温度分别高于513,586,573和597℃.  相似文献

Summary Poly(methylphenylvinylsiloxane) (PMPVS) coating was first prepared using sol-gel technology and applied for solid-phase microextraction (SPME). The extraction properties of the novel coating for volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds were investigated using a homemade SPME device coupled with GC-FID. The porous surface structure of the coating provided high surface area and allowed for high extraction efficiency. Compared with commercial SPME stationary phase, the new phase showed better selectivity and sensitivity toward the various analytes, due to their inherent multifunctional properties and the features of sol-gel chemistry. Furthermore, PMPVS coating showed good thermal stability and long lifetime.  相似文献

用巯基乙酸作稳定剂在水相中合成了CdSe纳米颗粒. 聚4-乙烯基吡啶季铵盐(PVPNI)通过静电作用与CdSe纳米颗粒复合形成了纳米复合材料.该复合材料通过红外光谱数据(IR)、电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)、透射电镜(TEM)等方法进行了表征,并通过紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱(PL)对其光学性质进行了研究.结果表明,复合材料的形成,改善了纳米CdSe的分散性,并提高了纳米CdSe的荧光强度.  相似文献
