为了获取中红外激光,通过采用电光调Q和Nd:YAG激光器腔内KTP-OPO技术,选用磷锗锌晶体(ZGP),构建实验装置,对中红外脉冲光参量振荡器进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,通过调节磷锗锌晶体(ZGP)的相位匹配角度,可获得3~5 μ m的中红外激光输出,满足ZGP OPO非线性效应能量守恒方程,为光参量振荡器的应用提供了科学依据. 相似文献

采用1 064 nm双频连续激光泵浦基于周期极化铌酸锂晶体的单谐振光参量振荡器实现了双频中红外激光输出,通过调节晶体的温度和极化周期,实现了输出波长在3~3. 8μm范围可调谐.双频中红外激光的拍频与泵浦光拍频相同,调谐范围为125~175 MHz.在泵浦光功率为6. 9 W,晶体极化周期30μm,晶体温度75℃时实现了1. 25W的双频中红外激光输出,泵浦光-闲频光的最高转换效率为18. 2%.通过调节双频激光的功率比,可以改变输出中红外双频激光的调制深度. 相似文献

长波红外波段的激光在大气中能够低损耗传输,这就使得长波红外激光具有广泛应用的天然优势,其中长波红外激光可用作红外光电对抗光源,特别是随着长波红外探测器的发展,其对相应波段的对抗光源的需求与日俱增。为此设计并搭建波长为2.05μm Ho∶YLF激光来泵浦长波CdSe光参量振荡器的实验装置,该装置可以输出峰值波长为12.5μm的高重频长波红外激光。激光器在重复频率5 kHz情况下的平均功率最高达526 mW,Ho∶YLF激光到长波激光的光光转换效率为1.46%,斜效率为23.4%,激光单脉冲宽度为24.4 ns,单脉冲能量为0.1 mJ,单脉冲峰值功率为4.3 kW,X方向的光束质量因子为4.3,Y方向的光束质量因子为3.2。 相似文献

为了获得小体积高功率3~5μm中红外激光输出,通过高重复频率驱动调Q技术和种子注入光放大技术,获得高功率高光束质量1.06μm光纤激光输出,外置起偏器获得两束激光输出,利用波片偏振旋光原理,实现两束偏振态一致的激光输出,泵浦非线性晶体PPLN进行频率变换,实现高功率3~5μm中红外激光输出。在电源输入电流60 A,调Q驱动频率50 kHz的条件下,获得最高功率6.2W的3.8μm中红外激光,1.06μm到3.8μm转化效率为16%。实验结果表明:通过光纤激光器泵浦光参量振荡器,可获得高功率3.8μm中红外激光输出。 相似文献

超快双谐振光参量振荡器(DRO)在宽带中红外频率梳产生、中红外超短脉冲产生等领域有较大的应用前景。由于信号光与闲频光均在腔内振荡,DRO呈现出很多同单谐振光参量振荡器(SRO)所不同的工作特性。其中,在简并附近的腔长调谐特性是DRO中最具有代表性的特点。随着腔长的改变,DRO会在非简并、近似简并以及完全简并态之间切换状态。为具体分析腔长调谐对简并附近DRO工作状态的作用,文中基于数值仿真,对常用泵浦条件下,低色散飞秒泵浦DRO的腔长调谐特性进行了系统的研究与总结,并对相关特性的产生原因进行了理论分析。 相似文献

We report the theoretical analysis of a tandem optical parametric oscillator (TOPO) in which the principal OPO generates a signal which pumps a secondary OPO. The signal produced by the principal OPO is resonated in a high-Q cavity containing both nonlinear crystals. This cavity also has low Q for the signal of the secondary OPO. The two OPO's are singly resonant, since neither idler is resonated. We show that the useful output, consisting of the two idlers and the signal of the secondary OPO, can be produced with high efficiency over a large dynamic range in the pump intensity. As an example, we discuss modeling in three space dimensions of a Nd:YAG-pumped monolithic TOPO based on periodically poled LiNbO3. We present a discussion of the threshold condition for the optical backward-wave parametric oscillator, taking into account diffraction due to the finite transverse extent of the fields, and using three transverse modes of both the forward- and backward-wave fields. The coupled differential equations are solved numerically, and the threshold is obtained by minimizing the pump field with respect to the parameters of the forward- and backward-wave fields. Denoting the confocal parameters byb_{1}, b_{2} , and b3 for the backward, forward, and pump waves, respectively, and if the length of the crystal is 1, we find that for1/b_{3} geq 2 , we may setb_{1} = b_{2} =b_{3} . For most purposes, the phase-matching condition may be taken ask_{2} = k_{1} + k_{3} . Also, when calculating the threshold, it is adequate to consider only the two lowest order transverse modes of the forward-and backward-wave fields. 相似文献
