本文对 meso-四(2-H-5-SP)P 的提纯方法进行了改进,同时以光度法研究了该试剂在水溶液中的酸碱平衡、测得其 pKa_1、pKa_2、pKa_3、pKa_4分别为2.99,4.21,8.68,10.28。

四（４氨基苯基）卟啉（ＴＡＰＰ）是含有４个反应活性基团的卟啉衍生物,可在模拟某些生物过程或氧化还原反应的树枝状或簇状分子中作为富电子中心,也可直接用来制备光电器件或作为光电功能聚合物的功能单体和交联剂,因此,ＴＡＰＰ的合成研究具有重要意义［１］．...     

meso-四(对烷氧基苯基)卟啉配合物的合成、表征和液晶性研究

The method of Adler was improved to prepare a series of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-alkoxyphenyl)porphyrins and their complexes containing Fe³⁺, Mn³⁺, Pb²⁺, Co²⁺, Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺. Among them there were seven new compounds. All these compounds were identified through ¹H NMR, MS, IR, UV and Element analysis. The correlation between the structure of compounds and their ¹H NMR, MS, IR, UV spectra was discussed and their specific spectra were explained. We found nine metalloporphyrins exhibited liquid crystal behaviour through DSC and polarized-light microscope. They had one to three mesophases and certain phase transition temperature, ΔH and temperature range of L.C(ΔT).     

2-甲酰基-meso-四苯基卟啉的合成

研究了以金属四苯基卟啉为原料,经由Vilsmeier甲酰化反应制备2-甲酰基-meso-四苯基卟啉的合成方法。不同金属离子、溶剂以及Vilsmeier反应时间等因素对目标化合物的最终收率影响很大。在以铜四苯基卟啉为原料、氯仿为溶剂及Vilsmeier反应时间为5 h的反应体系中,目标化合物的收率可以高达99%以上。     

热液法合成四苯基卟啉

以苯甲醛和吡咯为原料,采用热液法合成了四苯基卟啉,其结构经UV, 1H NMR和IR表征.较适宜的反应条件为:苯甲醛25 mmol, n(苯甲醛) : n(吡咯) : n(水杨酸)=1 : 1 : 1,在二甲苯(80 mL)中于140 ℃反应5 h,收率15.38%.     

新型meso-四(4-十四氨基磺酰苯基)卟啉及其配合物的合成与液晶性能

以吡咯和苯甲醛为原料制得meso-四苯基卟啉(1);1经氯磺化得meso-四(4-氯磺苯基)卟啉(2);2与十四胺反应制得meso-四(4-十四氨基磺酰苯基)卟啉(3);3与醋酸镉经配位反应合成了meso-四(4-十四氨基磺酰苯基)镉卟啉(4)。3和4为新化合物,其结构经UV-Vis,1H NMR和IR表征。偏光显微镜和DSC检测结果表明:3和4均具有液晶性能。     

超高灵敏显色剂meso-四(4-氯苯基)卟啉与钴反应的分光光度法研究

本文研究了新显色剂meso-四(4-氯苯基)卟啉与钴的反应条件。在表面活性剂存在下,90℃恒温加热15min,试剂与钴形成稳定的1:1配合物。λ_(max)=420nm,ε_(420)=7.94×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),0～3.2μgCo/25ml符合比尔定律,为目前已报道的分光光度法测定钴最灵敏的方法。用来测定维生素B_(12)针剂中微量钴,结果满意。     

meso-四(3-氯-4-磺酸苯基)卟啉与钴(Ⅱ)显色反应的光度法研究

研究了弱碱性介质中新试剂meso-四(3-氯-4磺酸苯基)卟啉(m-ClTPPS4)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件.不加任何辅助试剂,沸水浴中加热,m-ClTPPS4与Co(Ⅱ)形成检测灵敏度很高的1:1(M:L)配合物,其最大吸收波长为426 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数达4.0×105L@mo1-1@cm-1.钴(Ⅱ)含量在0～5.0μg/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律.该方法应用于维生素B12中钴(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意.     

四(3,4-二甲基苯基)卟啉钴的合成及其光学性质

采用“两步法”,以吡咯和3,4-二甲基苯甲醛为原料,合成了四(3,4-二甲基苯基)卟啉(TDMPP, 1); 1与四水醋酸钴经络合反应合成四(3,4-二甲基苯基)卟啉钴(TDMPPCo, 2),其结构经¹H NMR, IR和荧光光谱确证。考察了金属盐的预处理、反应物浓度、浓缩比和投料比对合成2的收率影响。实验结果表明：在最佳反应条件［γ=n(1)：n(四水乙酸钴)=1 ：7, c（1）为22.95 mmol·L^-1,回流（150 ℃）反应4 h,浓缩比η为75%］下,收率可达82%。

1,4-Dichloro- (1) and 1,4-dibromo-1,1,4,4-tetranitrobutane-2,3-diol dinitrates (2) were synthesized by nitration of the corresponding diols with a mixture of trifluoroacetic anhydride and nitric acid. 24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,19-二醇的合成

从豆甾醇出发,通过10步反应,合成得到具有显著细胞毒活性的24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,19-二醇(1),总产率为16%.目标产物1的熔点、[α]值和波谱数据与天然产物一致.化合物1的合成是首次报道,它对人体鼻咽癌(CN2)和胃癌(Mgc803)细胞有显著抑制活性.     

First Asymmetric Total Synthesis of (R,E)-1-[4-(3-Hydroxyprop-1-enyl)phenoxyl]-3-methylbutane-2,3-diol

A new anti-inflammatory active phenylpropenoid, (R,E)-1-[4-(3-hydroxyprop-1-enyl) phenoxyl]-3-methylbutane-2,3-diol (1), isolated from the stem wood of Zanthoxylum integrifoliolum, has been synthesized for the first time using commercially available 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde (2). The key step involves the Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation of olefin (3).

Triplet-triplet absorption spectra of meso-tetraphenyl-2,3-tetranaphtho-2,3-tetraphenanthroporphins

Flash photolysis has been used to measure triplet-triplet (T-T) absorption spectra of meso-tetrapheny1-2,3-tetranaphthorphin and its zinc complex, and also zinc complexes of two isomers of meso-tetrapheny1-2,3-tetraphenanthrenopurphin. Synthesis of certain pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-5-carboxylic acid derivatives as potential antimicrobial agents

Summary A synthetic approach to new 1-benzyl-7-alkyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-oxopyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-5-carboxylic acids using 5,6-dimethyl-2,4-dioxopyrrolo[2,3-d][1,3]oxazine as the starting material is reported. The antimicrobial activity of these compound is reported.

Synthese von Pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-carbonsäure-Derivaten als potentielle antimikrobielle Substanzen

Zusammenfassung Die Synthese von neuen 1-Benzyl-7-alkyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-oxopyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-carbonsäuren durch Verwendung von 5,6-Dimethyl-2,4-dioxopyrrolo[2,3-d][1,3]oxazinen als Ausgangsmaterial wird beschrieben. Die antimikrobielle Aktivität dieser Substanzen wurde geprüft.

     

Synthesis and Biological Activity of Novel 2,3-Dihydro-2-phenylsulfonylhydrazono-3-(2'',3'',4'',6''-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)thiazoles

A series of novel 2,3-dihydro-2-phenylsulfonylhydrazono-3-(2',3',4',6'-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)thiazoles were designed and synthesized via the reaction of thiosemicarbazide with chloroaldehyde. Their chemical structures were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The bioassay results indicate that some of these compounds exhibit moderate fungicidal and herbicidal activities.     

1,1,4,4-Tetranitrobutane-2,3-diol and its derivatives. 4. Study of the reaction of 1,1,4,4-tetranitrobutane-2,3-diol with N-(methoxymethyl)-2-fluoro-2,2-dinitroethylamine; synthesis and crystalline structure of 1,12-difluoro-1,1,3,5,5,8,8,10,12,12-decanitro-3,10-diazadodecane-6,7-diol dinitrate

A two-step synthesis has been proposed to obtain 1,12-difluoro-1,1,3,5,5,8,8,10,12,12-decanitro-3,10-diazadodecane-6,7-diol dinitrate, starting from 1,1,4,4-tetranitrobutane-2,3-diol and N-(methoxymethyl)-2-fluoro-2,2-dinitroethyl-amine, followed by nitration of the Mannich base formed. Synthesis of Phenyl-2,3-oxazine Derivatives of Chrysenequinonecarboxylic Acid

A mixture of isomeric phenyloxazines (2, 3) in a 5:4 ratio was synthesized via a [4 + 2] addition reaction of a heterocyclic diene-precursor prepared from bromoacetophenone oxime and the methyl ester of chrysenequinonecarboxylic acid (1). The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed using spectral methods.     

丙酮肟氧化偶联合成2,3-二甲基-2,3-二硝基丁烷反应的研究

以丙酮肟为原料,在改性TS-1(钛硅分子筛)催化剂催化下,可用H2O2氧化偶联合成2,3-二甲基-2,3-二硝基丁烷(DMNB).在此基础上以丙酮为原料,在改性TS-1催化剂催化下,一锅法进行丙酮氨肟化和氧化偶联反应可制备收率43.2%的DMNB.该方法简便易操作,操作安全.产物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR表征.
