Electrically charged dust is considered in the framework of Einstein–Maxwell–dilaton gravity with a Lagrangian containing the interaction term \(P(\chi )F_{\mu \nu }F^{\mu \nu }\) , where \(P(\chi )\) is an arbitrary function of the dilaton scalar field \(\chi \) , which can be normal or phantom. Without assumption of spatial symmetry, we show that static configurations exist for arbitrary functions \(g_{00} = \exp (2\gamma (x^{i}))\) ( \(i=1,2,3\) ) and \(\chi =\chi (\gamma )\) . If \(\chi = \mathrm{const}\) , the classical Majumdar–Papapetrou (MP) system is restored. We discuss solutions that represent black holes (BHs) and quasi-black holes (QBHs), deduce some general results and confirm them by examples. In particular, we analyze configurations with spherical and cylindrical symmetries. It turns out that cylindrical BHs and QBHs cannot exist without negative energy density somewhere in space. However, in general, BHs and QBHs can be phantom-free, that is, can exist with everywhere nonnegative energy densities of matter, scalar and electromagnetic fields.  相似文献

A recently observed relation between ‘weakly nonassociative’ algebras $\mathbb{A}$ (for which the associator ( $\mathbb{A},\mathbb{A}^2 ,\mathbb{A}$ ) vanishes) and the KP hierarchy (with dependent variable in the middle nucleus $\mathbb{A}$ ′ of { $\mathbb{A}$ ) is recalled. For any such algebra there is a nonassociative hierarchy of ODEs, the solutions of which determine solutions of the KP hierarchy. In a special case, and with matrix algebra $\mathbb{A}$ ′, this becomes a matrix Riccati hierarchy which is easily solved. The matrix solution then leads to solutions of the scalar KP hierarchy. We discuss some classes of solutions obtained in this way.  相似文献

We introduce and study a model of percolation with constant freezing (PCF) where edges open at constant rate $1$ , and clusters freeze at rate $\alpha $ independently of their size. Our main result is that the infinite volume process can be constructed on any amenable vertex transitive graph. This is in sharp contrast to models of percolation with freezing previously introduced, where the limit is known not to exist. Our interest is in the study of the percolative properties of the final configuration as a function of $\alpha $ . We also obtain more precise results in the case of trees. Surprisingly the algebraic exponent for the cluster size depends on the degree, suggesting that there is no lower critical dimension for the model. Moreover, even for $\alpha <\alpha _c$ , it is shown that finite clusters have algebraic tail decay, which is a signature of self organised criticality. Partial results are obtained on $\mathbb {Z}^d$ , and many open questions are discussed.  相似文献

We consider a version of directed bond percolation on the triangular lattice such that vertical edges are directed upward with probability $y$ , diagonal edges are directed from lower-left to upper-right or lower-right to upper-left with probability $d$ , and horizontal edges are directed rightward with probabilities $x$ and one in alternate rows. Let $\tau (M,N)$ be the probability that there is at least one connected-directed path of occupied edges from $(0,0)$ to $(M,N)$ . For each $x \in [0,1]$ , $y \in [0,1)$ , $d \in [0,1)$ but $(1-y)(1-d) \ne 1$ and aspect ratio $\alpha =M/N$ fixed for the triangular lattice with diagonal edges from lower-left to upper-right, we show that there is an $\alpha _c = (d-y-dy)/[2(d+y-dy)] + [1-(1-d)^2(1-y)^2x]/[2(d+y-dy)^2]$ such that as $N \rightarrow \infty $ , $\tau (M,N)$ is $1$ , $0$ and $1/2$ for $\alpha > \alpha _c$ , $\alpha < \alpha _c$ and $\alpha =\alpha _c$ , respectively. A corresponding result is obtained for the triangular lattice with diagonal edges from lower-right to upper-left. We also investigate the rate of convergence of $\tau (M,N)$ and the asymptotic behavior of $\tau (M_N^-,N)$ and $\tau (M_N^+ ,N)$ where $M_N^-/N\uparrow \alpha _c$ and $M_N^+/N\downarrow \alpha _c$ as $N\uparrow \infty $ .  相似文献

We prove the existence of front solutions for the Ginzburg-Landau equation $$\partial _t u(x,t) = \partial _x^2 u(x,t) + (1 - |u(x,t)|^2 )u(x,t)$$ , interpolating between two stationary solutions of the form \(u(x) = \sqrt {1 - q^2 } e^{iqx}\) with different values ofq atx=±∞. Such fronts are shown to exist when at least one of theq is in the Eckhaus-unstable domain.  相似文献

We consider self-similar solutions to Smoluchowski’s coagulation equation for kernels \(K=K(x,y)\) that are homogeneous of degree zero and close to constant in the sense that $$\begin{aligned} -\varepsilon \le K(x,y)-2 \le \varepsilon \Big ( \Big (\frac{x}{y}\Big )^{\alpha } + \Big (\frac{y}{x}\Big )^{\alpha }\Big ) \end{aligned}$$ for \(\alpha \in [0,1)\) . We prove that self-similar solutions with given mass are unique if \(\varepsilon \) is sufficiently small which is the first such uniqueness result for kernels that are not solvable. Our proof relies on a contraction argument in a norm that measures the distance of solutions with respect to the weak topology of measures.  相似文献

We consider solutions to the Cauchy problem for the incompressible Euler equations on the 3-dimensional torus which are continuous or Hölder continuous for any exponent ${\theta < \frac{1}{16}}$ . Using the techniques introduced in De Lellis and Székelyhidi (Inventiones Mathematicae 9:377–407, 2013; Dissipative Euler flows and Onsager’s conjecture, 2012), we prove the existence of infinitely many (Hölder) continuous initial vector fields starting from which there exist infinitely many (Hölder) continuous solutions with preassigned total kinetic energy.  相似文献

We consider the Ising model on \(\mathbb Z\times \mathbb Z\) where on each horizontal line \(\{(x,i), x\in \mathbb Z\}\) , called “layer”, the interaction is given by a ferromagnetic Kac potential with coupling strength \(J_{ \gamma }(x,y)={ \gamma }J({ \gamma }(x-y))\) , where \(J(\cdot )\) is smooth and has compact support; we then add a nearest neighbor ferromagnetic vertical interaction of strength \({ \gamma }^{A}\) , where \(A\ge 2\) is fixed, and prove that for any \(\beta \) larger than the mean field critical value there is a phase transition for all \({ \gamma }\) small enough.  相似文献

The relativistic3 P 0 model is applied to the \(p\bar p\) annihilation into twoS-wave mesons. We calculate the branching ratios of the \(p\bar p\) annihilation at rest into two mesons in the quark rearrangement model and in the quark annihilation model. In the annihilation model, we project the intermediate \(cq\bar q\) state to eigenstates ofSU (4) with the relative angular momentum of \(cq\bar q\) equals orp. In the rearrangement model, no annihilation occurs from theS-wave \(p\bar p\) and certain branching ratios conflict with the experimental data. Detailed comparison with the experiment needs inclusion ofP-wave mesons in the final state, nevertheless we find that the annihilation model gives qualitatively better results than the rearrangement model. The effect of initial state interaction through \(N\bar \Delta \pm \Delta \bar {\rm N}\) or \(\Delta \bar \Delta \) channels is discussed.  相似文献

The shallow water equations have wide applications in ocean, atmospheric modeling and hydraulic engineering, also they can be used to model flows in rivers and coastal areas. In this article we obtained exact solutions of three equations of shallow water by using $\frac{{G'}} {G} $ -expansion method. Hyperbolic and triangular periodic solutions can be obtained from the $\frac{{G'}} {G} $ -expansion method.  相似文献

A phenomenological model for the $ \overline{{K}}$ N $ \rightarrow$ K $ \Xi$ reaction is suggested. The model includes s and u channel exchanges by $ \Lambda$ , $ \Sigma$ , $ \Sigma$ (1385) , and $ \Lambda$ (1520) and s channel exchanges by above-threshold hyperonic resonances. The explicit expression for the propagator for a particle with spin 7/2 is presented. High-mass and high-spin resonances play a significant role in the process. We deal with the whole set of existing experimental data on the cross-sections and polarizations in the energy range from the threshold to 2.8GeV in the center-of-mass system and reach a good agreement with experiments. Applications of the model to other elementary reactions of $ \Xi$ production and to $ \Xi$ hypernuclear spectroscopy are briefly discussed.  相似文献

We discuss the process $$e^ + e^ - \to Q\bar Q \to 3gluons \to 3jets$$ with attention to the kinematics and observability of the jets. We also show how to check the gluon spin through jet or hadron angular distributions. Gluon flavor can be checked by looking for quantum number correlations between opposite jets. We predict that correlations exist off resonance for \(e^ + e^ - \to q\bar q\) , but not on resonance for \(Q\bar Q \to 3g\) .  相似文献

Charmonium rescattering effects in the M1 transition of $ \psi$ (2S) $ \rightarrow$ $ \gamma$ $ \eta_{c}^{}$ are investigated by modeling a $ \chi_{{cJ}}^{}$ or J/ $ \psi$ rescattering into a $ \eta_{c}^{}$ final state. The absorptive and dispersive part of the transition amplitudes for the rescattering loops of $ \eta$ $ \psi$ ( $ \gamma^{{\ast}}_{}$ ) and $ \gamma$ $ \chi$ ( $ \psi$ ) are separately evaluated. The numerical results show that the contribution from the $ \gamma$ $ \chi$ ( $ \psi$ ) rescattering process is negligible. Compared with the virtual D $ \bar{{D}}$ (D *) rescattering processes, the $ \eta$ $ \psi$ ( $ \gamma^{{\ast}}_{}$ ) process may be regarded as the next-leading order of the hadronic loop mechanism, which only offers the partial decay width of ~ 0.045 keV to the $ \psi$ (2S) $ \rightarrow$ $ \gamma$ $ \eta_{c}^{}$ .  相似文献

We discuss the formalism of the two Higgs doublet model of type III with CP violation from CP-even CP-odd mixing in the neutral Higgs bosons. The flavor-changing interactions among neutral Higgs bosons and fermions are presented at tree level in this type of model. These assumptions allow the study of rare top decays mediated by a neutral Higgs boson; particularly we are interested in $t\rightarrow c l^+l^-$ . For this process we estimate the upper bounds of the branching ratios $\mathrm{Br }(t\rightarrow c \tau ^+\tau ^-)$ of the order of $10^{-9}\sim 10^{-7}$ for a neutral Higgs boson mass equal to 125 GeV and $\tan \beta =1$ , 1.5, 2, 2.5. For the case of $t\rightarrow c \tau ^+\tau ^-$ the number of possible events is estimated to range from 1 to 10 events, which could be observed in future experiments at LHC with a luminosity of 300  $\hbox {fb}^{-1}$ and 14 TeV for the energy of the center of mass. Also we estimate that the number of events for the process $t\rightarrow c l^+l^-$ in different scenarios is of the order of 2,500.  相似文献

The average of the moments for event shapes in e ?+? e??→hadrons within the context of next-to-leading order (NLO) perturbative QCD prediction in dispersive model is studied. Moments used in this article are $\langle {1-T}\rangle$ , $\langle \rho\rangle$ , $\langle {B_{\rm T}}\rangle$ and $\langle {B_{\rm W} }\rangle$ . We extract α s, the coupling constant in perturbative theory and α 0 in the non-perturbative theory using the dispersive model. By fitting the experimental data, the values of $\alpha_{\rm s} ({M_{\rm Z^0} })=0.1171\pm 0.00229$ and $\alpha_0 \left( {\mu_{\rm I} =2\,{\rm GeV}} \right)=0.5068\pm 0.0440$ are found. Our results are consistent with the above model. Our results are also consistent with those obtained from other experiments at different energies. All these features are explained in this paper.  相似文献

In scenarios of strongly coupled electroweak symmetry breaking, heavy composite particles of different spin and parity may arise and cause observable effects on signals that appear at loop levels. The recently observed process of Higgs to $\gamma \gamma $ at the LHC is one of such signals. We study the new constraints that are imposed on composite models from $H\rightarrow \gamma \gamma $ , together with the existing constraints from the high precision electroweak tests. We use an effective chiral Lagrangian to describe the effective theory that contains the Standard Model spectrum and the extra composites below the electroweak scale. Considering the effective theory cutoff at $\Lambda = 4\pi v \sim 3\text { TeV}$ , consistency with the $T$ and $S$ parameters and the newly observed $H\rightarrow \gamma \gamma $ can be found for a rather restricted range of masses of vector and axial-vector composites from 1.5 to 1.7 and 1.8 to 1.9 TeV, respectively, and only provided a non-standard kinetic mixing between the $W^{3}$ and $B^{0}$ fields is included.  相似文献

For the Schrödinger map equation \({u_t = u \times \triangle u \, {\rm in} \, \mathbb{R}^{2+1}}\) , with values in S 2, we prove for any \({\nu > 1}\) the existence of equivariant finite time blow up solutions of the form \({u(x, t) = \phi(\lambda(t) x) + \zeta(x, t)}\) , where \({\phi}\) is a lowest energy steady state, \({\lambda(t) = t^{-1/2-\nu}}\) and \({\zeta(t)}\) is arbitrary small in \({\dot H^1 \cap \dot H^2}\) .  相似文献

In this paper, an interacting dark energy model in a non-flat universe is studied, with taking interaction form $C=\alpha H\rho _{de}$ C = α H ρ d e . And in this study a property for the mysterious dark energy is aforehand assumed, i.e. its equation of state $w_{\Lambda }=-1$ w Λ = - 1 . After several derivations, a power-law form of dark energy density is obtained $\rho _{\Lambda } \propto a^{-\alpha }$ ρ Λ ∝ a - α , here $a$ a is the cosmic scale factor, $\alpha $ α is a constant parameter introducing to describe the interaction strength and the evolution of dark energy. By comparing with the current cosmic observations, the combined constraints on the parameter $\alpha $ α is investigated in a non-flat universe. For the used data they include: the Union2 data of type Ia supernova, the Hubble data at different redshifts including several new published datapoints, the baryon acoustic oscillation data, the cosmic microwave background data, and the observational data from cluster X-ray gas mass fraction. The constraint results on model parameters are $\Omega _{K}=0.0024\,(\pm 0.0053)^{+0.0052+0.0105}_{-0.0052-0.0103}, \alpha =-0.030\,(\pm 0.042)^{+0.041+0.079}_{-0.042-0.085}$ Ω K = 0.0024 ( ± 0.0053 ) - 0.0052 - 0.0103 + 0.0052 + 0.0105 , α = - 0.030 ( ± 0.042 ) - 0.042 - 0.085 + 0.041 + 0.079 and $\Omega _{0m}=0.282\,(\pm 0.011)^{+0.011+0.023}_{-0.011-0.022}$ Ω 0 m = 0.282 ( ± 0.011 ) - 0.011 - 0.022 + 0.011 + 0.023 . According to the constraint results, it is shown that small constraint values of $\alpha $ α indicate that the strength of interaction is weak, and at $1\sigma $ 1 σ confidence level the non-interacting cosmological constant model can not be excluded.  相似文献

We have studied \(D_s^ + \to K_0^{* + } \bar K^0\) and \(D_s^ + \to \bar K_0^{*0} K^ +\) decays in the factorization of the hadron currents approximation. The spectator model leads the decays have different but negligible branching ratios. We show, however, that the inclusion of annihilation contribution can enhance the branching ratios. We predict that \(B(D_s^ + \to \bar K_0^{*0} K^ + )\) and \(B(D_s^ + \to K_0^{* + } \bar K^0 )\) could be around 2%.  相似文献

Warm inflation model with bulk viscous pressure in the context of “intermediate inflation” where the cosmological scale factor expands as $a(t)=a_0\exp (At^f)$ , is studied. The characteristics of this model in slow-roll approximation and in high dissipative regime are presented in two cases: 1—Dissipative parameter $\Gamma $ as a function of scalar field $\phi $ and bulk viscous coefficient $\zeta $ as a function of energy density $\rho $ . 2— $\Gamma $ and $\zeta $ are constant parameters. Scalar, tensor perturbations and spectral indices for this scenario are obtained. The cosmological parameters appearing in the present model are constrained by recent observational data (WMAP7).  相似文献
