For bilinear systems with colored noise, this paper gives the input–output representation of the bilinear systems through eliminating the state variables in the model and derives a three-stage gradient-based iterative algorithm and a three-stage least-squares-based iterative algorithm for identifying the parameters of the input–output representation by means of the hierarchical identification principle. A gradient-based iterative (GI) algorithm is given for comparison. Compared with the GI algorithm, the proposed algorithms have lower computational burden and faster convergence speed. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithms are more effective for identifying bilinear systems.  相似文献

This paper presents a gradient-based iterative identification algorithm and an auxiliary-model-based multi-innovation generalized extended stochastic gradient algorithm for input nonlinear systems with autoregressive moving average (ARMA) noises, i.e., the input nonlinear Box–Jenkins (IN–BJ) systems. The estimation errors given by the gradient-based iterative algorithm are smaller than the generalized extended stochastic gradient algorithm under same data lengths. An auxiliary principle technique to study a class of generalized set-valued strongly nonlinear mixed variational-like inequalities is extended. The existence and uniqueness of the solution of the auxiliary problem for the generalized set-valued strongly nonlinear mixed variational-like inequalities are proved, a novel and innovative three-step iterative algorithm to compute approximate solution is constructed, and the existence of the solution of the generalized set-valued strongly nonlinear mixed variational-like inequality is shown using the auxiliary principle technique. The convergence of three-step iterative sequences generated by the algorithm is also proved.  相似文献

This paper proposes an inexact Newton method via the Lanczos decomposed technique for solving the box-constrained nonlinear systems. An iterative direction is obtained by solving an affine scaling quadratic model with the Lanczos decomposed technique. By using the interior backtracking line search technique, an acceptable trial step length is found along this direction. The global convergence and the fast local convergence rate of the proposed algorithm are established under some reasonable conditions. Furthermore, the results of the numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the pro- posed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper studies parameter identification problems for input nonlinear finite impulse response systems with moving average noise (i.e., input nonlinear finite impulse response moving average systems). Since the identification model of the system contains the product of the parameters of the nonlinear part and the linear part, we use the key variables separation technique and express the output of the system as the linear combination of all parameters, and then derive a Newton iterative identification method. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective.  相似文献

For the difficulty that the information vector in the identification model contains the unknown variables, we substitute these unknown variables with the outputs of the auxiliary model and then develop an auxiliary model based recursive least squares algorithm, an auxiliary model based least squares iterative (AM-LSI) algorithm, and derive an equivalent matrix decomposition based AM-LSI algorithm for input nonlinear controlled autoregressive systems based on the auxiliary model. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithms can estimate the parameters of a class of input nonlinear systems.  相似文献

振动系统动力学设计被抽象为高维广义非线性特征值反问题。若系统构成以可变参数表示,则可构造一个非线性多元函数。基于多元函数极小原理,提出了一套求解这一特征值反问题的迭代算法。该算法不受系统给定阶数和给定方向的限制,也适用于具有重特征值的退化情况,系统或结构的构成材料可以是任意的。文中同时讨论了解的存在条件,且以显式表达,可方便地应用于工程实际。结合某直升机旋翼桨叶的动力学设计,给出了应用的数值算例。大量数值仿真结果及应用实践表明,本文算法具很好的收敛性,并有较高的计算精度。  相似文献

An algorithm for investigation of nonlinear systems by the transfinite element method is presented. Basically, the transformation techniques have been developed for linear systems. Nonlinear transient heat transfer of a thick FGM cylinder with temperature-dependent material properties is investigated in the present paper to clarify the proposed algorithm. Two main novelties of the present research are: (1) incorporating the temperature-dependency of the material properties in the thermal analysis which lead to highly non-linear governing equations and (2) proposing an updating numerical transfinite element procedure to solve the resulted highly nonlinear governing equations. To reduce the effect of the artificial local heat source generation at the mutual boundaries of the elements, second order elements are used. Influences of various boundary conditions, geometric parameters, and volume fraction indices on the temperature distribution are investigated. Results of the proposed transfinite element technique show a good agreement with those obtained using the iterative time integration or analytical method. Furthermore, results reveal the significant effect of the temperature-dependency of the material properties. The present solution algorithm prevents numerical oscillations and damping, and accumulated time integration errors. The present technique may be used to obtain relatively accurate and stable results in a less computational time.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the identification problem of Wiener nonlinear systems with non-uniform sampling. The mathematical model for the Wiener nonlinear system is established from the non-uniformly sampled input–output data. In order to solve the identification problem of the Wiener nonlinear system with the unmeasurable variables in the information vector, the gradient-based iterative algorithm is presented by replacing the unmeasurable variables with their corresponding iterative estimates. Wilson-θ法和Newmark-β法是非线性动力学方程求解的常用方法。它们的一个基本步骤是,将方程改写为增量平衡的形式,在每一个积分步长内用状态参量修正平衡方程的系数矩阵,其本质是在单个步长内对系统的非线性环节进行了线性化处理。本文基于增量思想分别改进了Wilson-θ法和Newmark-β法,根据即时解给出下一步的猜测解,然后对猜测解进行迭代校正,最终得到收敛的近似解。算例表明,改进算法的精度更高,且收敛准则简单。更为重要的是,本文方法无须对非线性项进行线性化处理,因而计算效率更高,适应范围更广。  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic surface control (DSC) algorithm is proposed for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with nonminimum phase and the standard output-feedback form. The proposed algorithm is a stochastic vision by combining the traditional back-stepping together with the DSC technique, which can overcome the problem of ‘explosion of complexity’ in the back-stepping designing procedure for the stochastic nonlinear systems. Thus, it can reduce the computation complexity and is easy to be used in the actual implementation. It is shown that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop system are uniformly ultimately bounded.  相似文献

This paper considers iterative identification problems for a Hammerstein nonlinear system which consists of a memoryless nonlinear block followed by a linear dynamical block. The difficulty of identification is that the Hammerstein nonlinear system contains the products of the parameters of the nonlinear part and the linear part, which leads to the unidentifiability of the parameters. In order to obtain unique parameter estimates, we express the output of the system as a linear combination of all the system parameters by means of the key-term separation principle and derive a gradient based iterative identification algorithm by replacing the unknown variables in the information vectors with their estimates. This paper discusses iterative identification problems for a class of output nonlinear systems (i.e., Wiener nonlinear systems) with moving average noises from input–output measurement data, based on the Newton iterative method. The basic idea is to decompose a nonlinear system into two subsystems, to replace the unknown variables in the information vectors with their corresponding estimates at the previous iteration, and to present a Newton iterative identification method using the hierarchical identification principle. This paper develops a multistage least squares based iterative algorithm to estimate the parameters of feedback nonlinear systems with moving average noise from input–output data. Since that the identification model is bilinear on the unknown parameter space, the solution is to decompose a system into several subsystems with each of which is linear about its parameter vector, then to replace the unknown noise terms in the information vectors with their corresponding estimates at the previous iteration of each subsystem, and estimate each subsystem, respectively. Based on the dynamical theory of multi-body systems with nonholonomic constraints and an algorithm for complementarity problems, a numerical method for the multi-body systems with two-dimensional Coulomb dry friction and nonholonomic constraints is presented. In particular, a wheeled multi-body system is considered. Here,the state transition of stick-slip between wheel and ground is transformed into a nonlinear complementarity problem(NCP). An iterative algorithm for solving the NCP is then presented using an event-driven method. Dynamical equations of the multi-body system with holonomic and nonholonomic constraints are given using Routh equations and a constraint stabilization method. Finally, an example is used to test the proposed numerical method. The results show some dynamical behaviors of the wheeled multi-body system and its constraint stabilization effects.  相似文献
