Catalytic performance of Al-MCM-41-supported vanadia catalysts (V/Al-MCM-41) with different V loading was investigated for oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene (ST) with CO2 (CO2-ODEB). For comparison, pure silica MCM-41 was also used as support for vanadia catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD) pyridine-Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, H2-temperature-programmed reduction, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV-Raman, and diffuse reflectance (DR) UV–vis spectroscopy. The results indicate that the catalytic behavior and the nature of V species depend strongly on the V loading and the support properties. Compared with the MCM-41-supported catalyst, the Al-MCM-41-supported vanadia catalyst exhibits much higher catalytic activity and stability along with a high ST selectivity (>98%). The superior catalytic performance of the present V/Al-MCM-41 catalyst can be attributed to the Al-MCM-41 support being more favorable for the high dispersion of V species and the stabilization of active V5+ species. Together with the characterization results of XRD, TGA, and DR UV–Vis spectroscopy, the deep reduction of V5+ into V3+ during CO2-ODEB is the main reason for the deactivation of the supported vanadia catalyst, while the coke deposition has a less important impact on the catalyst stability.  相似文献

As-synthesized MCM-41 was used as a reusable, heterogeneous catalyst for the eco-friendly synthesis of cyclic carbonate precursors of polycarbonates via a cycloaddition reaction of CO2 with epoxides. This catalyst is also efficient for the synthesis of alkyl and aryl carbamate precursors of polyurethanes via the reaction of amines, CO2 and alkyl halides. Both these reactions were carried out under mild conditions and without using any solvent or co-catalyst. CO2 is utilized as a raw material replacement for toxic phosgene in the conventional synthesis of these chemicals.  相似文献

 以柠檬酸为络合剂, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有尖晶石结构的 MgFe0.1Al1.9O4 催化剂, 并将其用于催化乙苯与 CO2 氧化脱氢反应. 运用 X 射线衍射、X 射线能量色散光谱分析、红外光谱、热重-差热、N2 吸附-脱附和 H2 程序升温还原等技术对催化剂进行了表征. 结果表明, 在 650 ºC 以上焙烧即可制得结构确定、组成均一的 Mg-Fe-Al-O 复合氧化物催化剂, 其中 Fe 物种主要以同晶取代的形式存在于尖晶石骨架中. 随着焙烧温度的升高, 尖晶石结晶度提高, Fe 物种还原能力下降, 催化剂晶粒度增大, 比表面积降低. 700 ºC 焙烧制备的 MgFe0.1Al1.9O4 具有较好的催化乙苯与 CO2 氧化脱氢反应活性和稳定性.  相似文献

室温晶化合成了掺杂不同Cr含量的Cr–MCM–41分子筛。应用XRD、FT-IR和DRS UV–Vis等技术对所制样品进行了表征。表征结果表明,用室温晶化法能合成较好结构的Cr–MCM–41分子筛,掺杂的Cr除了进入MCM–41分子筛骨架中,还弥散或高度分散在分子筛表面。在常压连续流动固定床反应器上考察了它们对乙烷和CO2氧化脱氢制乙烯反应的性能。实验结果表明,5%Cr-MCM-41在973K可使乙烷的转化率达到43.27%,乙烯的选择性达到86.70%、收率达到37.51%。Cr的掺杂量、反应温度等条件对该反应均有一定影响。Cr3+是催化活性中心。  相似文献

以亚微米级NaZSM-5为载体合成了一系列负载型Cr催化剂, 采用氮气吸附、 XRD、 UV-Vis和H2-TPR对Cr/NaZSM-5催化剂的结构和织构性质进行了表征, 并评价了催化剂在CO2气氛下的丙烷脱氢性能. 硅铝摩尔比为60, Cr质量分数为3%的催化剂具有最高的反应活性, 于550 ℃反应10 min和8 h后的丙烷转化率分别为48.3%和30.1%, 丙烯选择性则分别为86.0%和91.8%. 催化剂中的Cr6+含量和反应初活性具有良好的对应关系, 表明高Cr6+含量对催化剂表现出高的丙烷脱氢活性是至关重要的. CO2气氛下的丙烯产率明显比氮气气氛下的高, 这是由于CO2气氛下催化剂表面有较多量的Cr6+, 并且CO2可通过逆水煤气变换反应除去脱氢反应生成的氢.  相似文献

通过原位引入Mg一步法合成了Mg@MCM-41复合介孔材料,并将其作为载体制备了高性能Ni基CO_2甲烷化催化剂。通过BET、XRD、TEM、CO_2-TPD、TG等手段对催化剂进行了表征分析,着重比较了Mg/Si物质的量比对于催化剂特性的影响。结果表明,当Mg/Si物质的量比为0.05时能够在不破坏孔道结构的前提下显著增加催化剂上的碱性位,有效地提高了催化剂对CO_2的吸附和活化,从而促进CO_2甲烷化反应过程中反应物的转化。实验所制得的催化剂均具有较好的热稳定性和催化反应活性,其中,Ni/0.05Mg@MCM-41在CO_2甲烷化反应表现出最优的催化性能,在320℃,1 MPa的条件下,CO_2转化率和CH_4选择性分别高达84.3%和97.8%。  相似文献

Experimental bubble pressure, as well as liquid density of (CO2 + NO2/N2O4) mixtures are reported at temperatures ranging from (298 to 328.45) K. Experiments were carried out using a SITEC high-pressure variable volume cell. Transition pressures were obtained by the synthetic method and liquid density was deduced from measurement of the cell volume. Correlation of experimental results was carried out without considering chemical equilibrium of NO2/N2O4 system. (Liquid + vapour) equilibrium was found to be accurately modelled using the Peng–Robinson equation of state with classical quadratic mixing rules and with a binary interaction coefficient kij equal to zero. Nevertheless, modelling of liquid density values was unsatisfactory with this approach.  相似文献

The cation of the supporting electrolyte was found to play an important role in the electrochemical reduction of highly concentrated CO2 in a CO2 + methanol medium. Electroreduction of CO2 with tetrabutylammonium (TBA) salts yielded CO as the main product, while methyl formate was predominantly formed when lithium salts were used as supporting electrolytes. The latter supporting electrolytes showed a higher overvoltage than the former. When TBA salt was used, the reduction of CO2 was catalysed by TBA ion to yield CO−.2. This intermediate may be stabilized by forming an ion pair, {TBA+---CO−.2}, or by being adsorbed on the electrode surface as CO−.2ad. Then CO−.2 reacts with CO2 to produce CO. The hydrophobic atmosphere at the electrode provided by TBA ion may be adequate for CO production. Lithium ion, on the other hand, suppressed the reduction of CO2.  相似文献

The influence of Pt loading on the metal dispersity and catalytic activity of Pt catalysts on SiO2−AlPO4 in the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to benzene has been analyzed. Kinetic parameters and apparent reaction rate constants were determined by the Bassett-Habgood equation. Thermodynamic parameters for the reaction were determined.  相似文献

CrOx/SiO2催化剂上丙烷在CO2气氛中脱氢反应的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用XRD、UV-vis DRS、ESR和微分吸附量热等技术,考察了铬担载量分别为2.5、5和10wt%的CrOx/SiO2催化剂的结构、表面性质和氧化还原性能。结果表明,催化剂表面上存在多种Cr的氧化态和聚集形式。随着Cr担载量从2.5wt%到10wt%的逐渐增大,催化剂表面占主导地位的Cr物种由CrO3单体转为多聚CrO3和Cr2O3晶相。在CO2气氛中催化剂对丙烷转化率和丙烯选择性的大小顺序为2.5wt%CrOx/SiO2>5wt%CrOx/SiO2>10wt%CrOx/SiO2,反应过程中的原位ESR和UV-visDRS测定结果表明,催化剂表面的反应活性中心为Cr5+,Cr5+可由催化剂预处理过程中Cr3+的氧化及丙烷反应过程中CrO3单体的还原产生,在反应中CO2可使Cr3+重新氧化为Cr5+.  相似文献

利用乙二醇的还原性,采用乙二醇溶剂热法制备了表面具有丰富氧空穴的CeO2-GST纳米晶,对其进行了X射线衍射、透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱、原位H2还原-O2氧化循环和CO2原位红外漫反射表征,并研究了其可逆氧化还原性及CO2捕获性能. 结果表明,与CeO2-nanorod和柠檬酸溶胶法合成的CeO2-CA样品相比,CeO2-GST纳米晶具有最好的可逆氧化还原性能和循环稳定性,同时在50 ℃下具有最好的CO2吸附性能(149 μmol/g). 利用原位红外漫反射光谱研究了CO2在还原CeO2表面的吸附情况,发现CO2主要以双齿碳酸盐和桥连碳酸盐两种形式吸附在CeO2表面,其中桥连碳酸盐物种不稳定,He吹扫可脱附. 此外,CO2在CeO2-nanorod上还会生成稳定的甲酸盐和单齿碳酸盐物种.  相似文献

采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同负载量的La2O3/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并考察了负载量和反应温度对催化剂用于二甲醚二氧化碳重整制氢反应的性能影响。结果表明,反应温度为550℃、La2O3负载量为15%时,催化剂表现出最好的性能:二甲醚的转化率为100%,二氧化碳的转化率达到85.4%,产物氢气的选择性高达93.3%,一氧化碳的选择性为76.04%,副产物甲烷的选择性仅为6.3%。550 ℃时其平均积炭速率为1.387 5 mg/(g·h)。研究还利用XRD、BET、TEM、TG等方法对催化剂进行了表征。  相似文献

以稀土金属Nd,Ce或La的氧化物为助剂,采用β-环糊精浸渍法对Ni/SBA-15催化剂进行了改性,并运用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、程序升温还原和热重等手段考察了改性的催化剂在CO2重整CH4制合成气反应中的催化性能. 结果表明,Nd等稀土金属氧化物的添加对催化剂孔结构和晶相结构等性质影响不大,但可影响NiO的还原; Nd的添加使NiO与载体之间以Ni-Nd-O形式相互作用,促进了活性组分NiO的还原. 其中,Nd的添加量为5-10 wt%时所制备的催化剂在重整反应中的催化活性最高,且具有很强的抗积碳性能. La和Ce氧化物促进的Ni催化剂也表现出类似的性质和催化性能.  相似文献

A series of hydroxyl-functionalized ionic liquids (HFILs) were synthesized and characterized. They showed efficient reactivity and reusability toward the coupling of epoxide and CO2 without any additional co-catalyst and organic solvent. Highest activity and selectivity were achieved in the presence of 1-(2-hydroxyl-ethyl)-3-methylimidazolium bromide (HEMIMB) in comparison with other similar catalysts investigated. 采用浸渍法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了三种含Mg,Fe和Al量相同的Fe2O3-MgO/γ-Al2O3,Fe2O3/MgAl2O4和MgFe0.1Al1.9O4催化剂,在580°C考察了它们催化乙苯与CO2氧化脱氢反应性能,并采用X射线衍射,表面元素分析,H2-程序升温还原和CO2-程序升温脱附等技术对催化剂体相及表面性质进行了表征.结果表明,催化剂制备方法影响Fe物种的存在形态,进而影响催化剂的稳定性和活性.采用浸渍法制备的Fe2O3/MgAl2O4催化剂含有高度分散的Fe2O3活性物种,该物种具有较好的初活性,但是稳定性较差;而采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的MgFe0.1Al1.9O4催化剂中,Fe物种主要以同晶取代的形式存在于尖晶石骨架中,因而具有较高的乙苯与CO2氧化脱氢催化活性和稳定性.  相似文献
