目的研究并分析治疗牙周病时使用复方局部缓释性药物的效果。方法收集牙周炎患者共74例,根据随机化分组原则分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例),对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受复方局部缓释性药物治疗,将两组患者的疗效、相关致病菌总数进行观察和对比。结果观察组疗效显著高于对照组,观察组相关致病菌总数显著低于对照组,P均0.05。结论在牙周炎患者的治疗过程中,复方局部缓释性药物能够使患者获得更佳疗效,减少致病菌,抑制病情发展,值得推广应用。  相似文献

目的观察枳实、枳壳用于复方治疗冠心病的临床疗效对比分析。方法观察260例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组、复方组(分1~4小组)、阴性组(分a~d小组)、考察组(分Ⅰ~Ⅳ小组),疗程8周。结果各项评价指标显示,复方组(1~4)、考察组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)明显优于对照组(P0.05),复方各小组与对应考察组比较无显著性差异(P0.05),但考察组(Ⅲ、Ⅳ)不良反应率高于对应的复方组。阴性组疾病疗效、心电图与对照组比较无显著性差异,中医症状改善明显优于对照组。复方组与对应阴性组比较有明显差异。结论枳实、枳壳用于复方中治疗冠心病心绞痛有重要作用,能明显缓解心绞痛症状,改善中医症状,提高疾病疗效,两者之间不可完全相互替代。  相似文献

目的分析可吸收螺钉内固定治疗内踝关节骨折的疗效及临床优势。方法研究对象选取2012年6月至2014年5月86例内踝关节骨折患者,根据随机原则分成对照组和实验组。其中对照组患者采用金属螺钉内固定治疗,实验组患者采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗。术后随访1年,对比两组患者踝关节功能恢复情况的差异。结果经过数据统计发现,对照组患者术后1年时踝关节功能为优22例、良15例、可4例、差2例,优良率为86.05%;实验组患者术后1年时踝关节功能为优26例、良16例、可1例,优良率为97.67%。实验组患者术后踝关节功能优良率明显高于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P0.05)。结论可吸收螺钉内固定治疗骨折的疗效确切,且避免了二次手术的创伤,可将其作为内踝关节骨折治疗的有效方案推广应用。  相似文献

目的研究K-L入路切开复位内固定治疗髋臼骨折伴股骨头脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年3月至2014年3月到湖北省孝感市中心医院行K-L入路切开复位内固定术的30例髋臼骨折伴股骨头脱位患者临床资料,采用改良Merled,Aubigne与Postel评分系统评价手术后髋关节功能恢复情况,采用Matta标准评定骨折复位效果,同时随访1年,观察术后并发症发生情况。结果末次随访时髋关节功能评分为(16.4±1.6)分,显著高于治疗前的(12.3±1.5)分,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。末次随访时患者优良率为76.67%,解剖复位19例,满意复位9例,复位较差2例。术后并发症总发生率为43.33%。结论 K-L入路切开复位内固定治疗髋臼骨折伴股骨头脱位效果显著,但并发症较多,应严格操作,降低并发症发生率。  相似文献

目的分析研究针灸治疗面瘫的临床效果。方法将40例面瘫患者随机分成对照组和实验组各20例,对照组患者采用常规西医疗法治疗,实验组患者采用中医针灸方法治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为80%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,具有非常显著性差异(P0.05)。结论在治疗过程中,较常规针刺疗法,针灸疗法使面神经恢复正常功能;治疗时病人痛苦小,疗程短,疗效显著,为治疗面瘫首选方法。  相似文献

目的探讨甲基强的松龙用于重症哮喘急性发作院前急救中的临床疗效。方法筛选2014年1月至2015年12月天津市北辰医院急诊收治的重症哮喘急性发作患者96例作为研究对象。根据患者院前急救用药将其分为对照组与观察组,每组48例,其中对照组患者接受临床常规院前急救,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用甲基强的松龙治疗,比较两组患者临床效果及症状改善情况。结果两组患者离开现场时及到达急诊科时呼吸频率、心率与急救前比较均存在显著差异,并且观察组患者呼吸频率、心率改善效果更为显著,P0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者急救后疗效评分明显优于对照组,P0.05,具有统计学意义。结论重症哮喘急性发作院前急救中应用甲基强的松龙可有效改善患者呼吸频率及心率,缓解患者临床症状与支气管痉挛,具有临床应用及推广价值。  相似文献

目的探讨桡骨远端经关节面骨折腕关节镜辅助复位经皮克氏针内固定的疗效。方法对普宁市人民医院2011年5月至2013年12月期间收治的50例桡骨远端经关节面骨折的骨折患者,关节镜辅助复位经皮克氏针内固定,对疗效进行分析。结果在50例患者中,术后随访3~36个月,平均为(16.1±3.2)个月。对患者的疗效进行分析,其中优25例,良16例,优良率达82%。所有患者经过治疗后,其中10例患者出现并发症,包括5例为穿克氏针处感染,经加强换药后好转;3例患者为克氏针退针,但不影响位置和骨折愈合,1例患者出现并发腕管综合征,行腕横韧带切断及正中神经松解术,术后随访后,1例患者出现创伤性骨关节炎。结论腕关节镜辅助复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端经过关节面骨折,能够更清晰的显示骨折块,对于患者来说,疗效高,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

通过在玻璃纤维(GF)上接枝1,3,5,7-四甲基-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(D4Vi)的方法,制备了一种新的负载型铂基催化剂(GF-Pt).制备过程是:先用甲基二氯硅烷对玻璃纤维表面进行硅烷化处理使玻璃纤维表面键合硅氢键,然后以Pt(0)-D4Vi络合物为催化剂催化D4Vi与硅氢键反应,从而在玻璃纤维表面接上D4Vi环并同时络合有铂.傅里叶变换红外光谱、场发射扫描电镜、X射线能谱和热重分析研究结果表明,D4Vi环成功地以共价键键合于纤维表面.采用苯乙烯与甲基二乙氧基硅烷的硅氢化反应对该催化剂的催化性能进行了表征.结果表明,该催化剂能在室温下有效地催化硅氢化反应,能符合所设计的聚合物基自修复复合材料体系的特殊要求.  相似文献

目的探析老年重症心力衰竭在急诊内科治疗的临床效果。方法选取佛山市第一人民医院2014年1月—2015年6月收治的98例老年重症心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各为49例,对照组给予利尿剂、强心剂等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予厄贝尔沙坦氢氯噻嗪与美托洛尔联合治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗疗效及临床指标改善情况。结果治疗组33例显效,15例有效,1例无效,总有效率为97.96%,对照组20例显效,16例有效,13例无效,总有效率为73.47%,两组比较差异显著,P0.05;治疗前两组患者的临床指标差异不显著,P0.05,治疗后,治疗组在LVFE(左室射血分数)、NYHA(心功能分级)及BNP(B型利钠肽)上较对照组比较差异显著,P0.05。结论老年重症心力衰竭在急诊内科治疗中加以厄贝尔沙坦氢氯噻嗪与美托洛尔,临床疗效更加显著,患者的临床指标改善更明显,值得应用。  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of various types of fixed prostheses on periodontal tissues and explore the association of gingival biotype and gum recession in relation to prosthesis types. The study participants (N = 95) were divided into three groups based on the type of dental prosthesis: Group-I: cobalt-chrome (Co-Cr) ceramic prosthesis fabricated by the conventional method (n = 35); Group-II: consisted of patients with Co-Cr ceramic prostheses fabricated by a computer-aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technique (n = 30); and Group-III: zirconia-based prostheses fabricated by the CAD/CAM technique (n = 30). Following the use of prostheses, periodontal examinations were performed using the Community Periodontal Index (CPI) and Modified Approximal Plaque Index (MAPI). In addition, the gingival biotype was examined using a probe transparency method. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Version 20 (IBM Company, Chicago, IL, USA), was used to analyze the results, and the significance level was set at p = 0.05. It showed the MAPI results after the use of prosthetic rehabilitation for 12 months of periodontitis in 87.9% ± 15.4 of patients in Group-I, in 80.6% ± 17.97 in those in Group-II, and in 62.5% ± 21.4 in those in Group-III (p < 0.01). The CPI index results indicated a high prevalence of periodontal disease in all groups. The number of people with healthy periodontium constituted 17.1% of patients in Group-I, 24.2% in Group-II, and 37.1% in Group-III. Our study concluded that prosthetic treatment with periodontal diseases showed better outcomes while using dental prostheses fabricated by the CAD/CAM technique compared to the conventionally fabricated dental prostheses. The thin gingival biotype is more often associated with gingival recession than the thick biotype.  相似文献

Due to the limitations of traditional periodontal therapies, and reported cold atmospheric plasma anti-inflammatory/antimicrobial activities, plasma could be an adjuvant therapy to periodontitis. Porphyromonas gingivalis was grown in blood agar. Standardized suspensions were plated on blood agar and plasma-treated for planktonic growth. For biofilm, dual-species Streptococcus gordonii + P. gingivalis biofilm grew for 48 h and then was plasma-treated. XTT assay and CFU counting were performed. Cytotoxicity was accessed immediately or after 24 h. Plasma was applied for 1, 3, 5 or 7 min. In vivo: Thirty C57BI/6 mice were subject to experimental periodontitis for 11 days. Immediately after ligature removal, animals were plasma-treated for 5 min once—Group P1 (n = 10); twice (Day 11 and 13)—Group P2 (n = 10); or not treated—Group S (n = 10). Mice were euthanized on day 15. Histological and microtomography analyses were performed. Significance level was 5%. Halo diameter increased proportionally to time of exposure contrary to CFU/mL counting. Mean/SD of fibroblasts viability did not vary among the groups. Plasma was able to inhibit P. gingivalis in planktonic culture and biofilm in a cell-safe manner. Moreover, plasma treatment in vivo, for 5 min, tends to improve periodontal tissue recovery, proportionally to the number of plasma applications.  相似文献

Background: The red-complex bacteria are one of the most significant complexes found simultaneously in subgingival plaque next to the periodontal pocket. The current antibacterial treatment is not adequate, and multidrug resistance to it is developing. Henceforth, the antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Nepeta deflersiana was put to test against red-complex bacteria in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: Well diffusion and micro broth dilution procedure by Alamar blue were applied to assess the zone of inhibition (ZOI), the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Anti-virulence efficacies of the plant extract that comprise of adherence and formation of biofilms were examined by the process of adherence and biofilm production assay. Results: The crude extract of Nepeta deflersiana exhibited significant inhibitory outcome against periodontopathic bacteria with noteworthy MIC (0.78–3.12 mg/mL), inhibitory zone (12–20 mm), as well as MBC (3.12–12.50 mg/mL). The N. deflersiana extract inhibited bacterial adhesion ranging from 41% to 52%, 53% to 66%, and 60% to 79% at the given MIC × 0.5, MIC × 1, and MIC × 2 in succession. Substantial suppression was also developed in the biofilm production of the investigated periodontopathic strains following exposure to numerous concentrations of N. deflersianan extract for a period of 24 and 48 h. Conclusion: These outcomes divulge a new concept that N. deflersiana extract can be utilized to manufacture valuable antibacterial compounds to treat chronic and acute periodontitis. This identifies N. deflersiana as an essential natural source for future drug development.  相似文献

Periodontal disease and diabetes mellitus are two pathologies that are extremely widespread worldwide and share the feature of chronic inflammation. Carvacrol is a phenolic monoterpenoid, produced by a variety of herbs, the most well-known of which is Origanum vulgare. Magnolol is a traditional polyphenolic compound isolated from the stem bark of Magnolia officinalis, mainly used in Chinese medicine. The purpose of this paper is to review the therapeutic properties of these bioactive compounds, in the treatment of periodontitis and diabetes. Based on our search strategy we conducted a literature search in the PubMed and Google Scholar databases to identify studies. A total of one hundred eighty-four papers were included in the current review. The results show that carvacrol and magnolol have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-osteoclastic, and anti-diabetic properties that benefit both pathologies. Knowledge of the multiple activities of carvacrol and magnolol can assist with the development of new treatment strategies, and the design of clinical animal and human trials will maximize the potential benefits of these extracts in subjects suffering from periodontitis or diabetes.  相似文献

Hyperbranched polymers have the potential to reinforce crosslinked polymeric materials. In this study several concentrations of a methacrylated hyperbranched polyether are formulated with a denture base resin and cured. The denture base resin is a polymethyl methacrylate based resin. The fracture toughness of each of these concentrations was measured and compared to control. Only the 1% concentration had a significantly higher fracture toughness compared to the control. Pulsed laser can excite light absorber to generate photoacoustic (PA) effect, that is, when the absorber is irradiated with pulsed laser, the absorbed light energy is converted into local heat to cause rapid thermoelastic expansion and generate acoustic wave. The generated PA signal has been widely employed for the diagnosis of many diseases with superb contrast, high penetrability and sensitivity. In addition, with the increase of pulsed laser energy, the resulting PA shockwave and cavitation can promote efficient drug release at lesion sites to potentiate the resulting therapeutic efficacy. Furthermore, the PA shockwave/cavitation can mechanically inhibit disease and produce reactive species. In this Concept article, the principle and research status of pulsed laser excited disease theranostics are briefly summarized, extra suggestions are proposed to inspire extensive PA probes and photodynamic materials as well as novel methodologies.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of toothpaste containing natural tea tree essential oil (TTO) and ethanolic extract of propolis (EEP), on microflora and selected indicators of oral health in patients using removable acrylic partial dentures. Fifty patients with varying conditions of hygiene were divided into two groups. The study group received the toothpaste with TTO and EEP, while the control group received the same toothpaste but without TTO and EEP. At the first visit, oral hygiene and hygiene of the prostheses were carried out. Control visits took place 7 and 28 days later and compared to baseline. Indexes like API (Approximal Plaque Index), mSBI (modified Sulcus Bleeding Index), OHI-s (simplified Oral Hygiene Index), and DPI (Denture Plaque Index) were assessed in three subsequent stages, and swabs were collected from floor of the mouth area to assess the microbiota. After 7 and 28 days of using the toothpaste with TTO and EEP, a statistically significant decrease of the examined indicator values were observed in the study group as compared to the values upon the initial visit. The number of isolated strains of microorganisms in the study group was decreased or maintained at the same level, whereas in the control group an increase in the number of isolated strains was observed. The observed stabilization of oral microbiota in patients from the study group confirms the beneficial activity of toothpaste containing EEP and TTO compared to the control group.  相似文献

研究了Ti1.0V1.1-xMr0.5Ni0.4Lax(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15和0.2)贮氢金的相结构和电化学性能。结果表明,当无La替代时,合金主要含有BCC结构的固溶体相以及少量Laves相。随着La替代量的增加,该合金中Cl4型Laves相含量增加,并且出现了富镧相,说明镧的添加对合金的相组成产生了明显的影响。当La含量x=0.15时,合金具有最大放电容量Cmax=245.4mAh·g^-1;合金电极放电容量随温度升高而增大,当x=0.2,60℃时最大放电容量达到385mAh·g^-1。但倍率放电能力没有明显提高。  相似文献

目的观察通脉化浊汤对痰瘀互结型冠心病患者的临床疗效,以期为临床治疗提供一定的参考。方法选取2010年1月—2015年1月间入院收治的痰瘀互结型冠心病患者110例,随机分为实验组(55例)和对照组(55例)。对照组应用常规西药消心痛、阿司匹林治疗,实验组在此基础上应用通脉化浊汤。观察两组患者治疗8周的疗效。结果症状观察中,对照组显效19例,好转21例,总有效率为72.73%;实验组显效26例,好转26例,总有效率为94.54%。心电图疗效对比中,对照组显效18例,好转23例,总有效率为74.55%;实验组显效27例,好转26例,总有效率为96.36%。结论应用通脉化浊汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病患者疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状与心电图表现。  相似文献
