High molecular weight, 1:1 alternating copolymers of 1-bicyclobutanecarbonitrile with styrene were prepared in tetramethylenesulfone solution by complexing the electron-poor bicyclobutane monomer with zinc chloride. Methyl 1-bicyclobutanecarboxylate under these conditions gave copolymers containing a slight excess of styrene units (ratio 1:1.3 to 1:1.8). High molecular weight homopolymers of 1-bicyclobutanecarbonitrile and of methyl 1-bicyclobutanecarboxylate were prepared similarly. The tendency of the bicyclobutane nitrile to form 1:1 alternating copolymers is as great as that of its vinyl analog, acrylonitrile, and the synthesis of other alternating copolymers from this monomer should be possible.  相似文献

It has been shown that the copolymerization of 4-methyl-2-pentyne with 1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne or 1-trimethylgermyl-1-propyne with the use of niobium pentachloride-based catalytic systems in the presence of Ph3Bi, Et3SiH, and Bu4Sn as cocatalysts yields corresponding copolymers of various compositions. The technique of determining the composition of copolymers from their IR spectra has been developed. The reactivity ratios of the monomers have been estimated. It has been demonstrated that these values increase in a sequence 4-methyl-2-pentyne > 1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne > 1-trimethylgermyl-1-propyne.  相似文献

Conclusions 1-Hydroperfluoropropylene reacts with tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of SbF5 to form the corresponding 11 and 12 adduct olefins. The condensation is accomplished at both the CFH and CF2 groups of the starting propylene. An environmental-benign methodology to synthesize 1-benzoylisoquinolines from 1-benzyl-3, 4-dihydroisoquinolines or 1-benzyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolines using dioxygen as an oxidant was developed. This methodology in combination with Bischler-Napieralski reaction leads to a facile synthesis of 1-benzoylisoquinolines from phenylacetic acids and phenylethanamines.  相似文献

Conclusions 1,1-Dichloro-1-nitrosobutane reacts exothermally with N, N-dimethylamidodichlorophosphite to give N,N-dimethylamidotetrachlorophosphorane and a nitrile oxide. Cocrystallization of baicalein with nicotinamide yields a 1:1 cocrystal [systematic name: pyridine‐3‐carboxamide–5,6,7‐trihydroxy‐2‐phenyl‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one (1/1)], C6H6N2O·C15H10O5. The asymmetric unit contains one baicalein and one nicotinamide molecule, both in neutral forms. Molecules in the cocrystal form column motifs stabilized by an array of intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

SAV1 is a core component involved in the Hippo pathway which can control the organ size via regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis simultaneously. We explored the regulatory mechanism of SAV1. We established the HEK293T cell pool, the cells in which can stably express SAV1 by retroviruses infection and found that SAV1 stable cells reduced the movement of themselves and resulted in multicellular aggregation. We purified SAV1 interacting protein complex using streptavidin resin and subsequently analyzed the digested peptides by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-MS/MS. Results show that about 150 proteins were identified in the complex of SAV1 with protein. TUBA1A, OTUD4, and ATD were identified as proteins interacting with SAV1. Importantly, PP1A, serine/threonine protein phosphatase PP1-alpha 1 catalytic subunit, was also in the top 10 list. The interaction between PP1A and SAV1 was detected by both co-immunoprecipitation(CO-IP) and immunostaining. Our results indicate that PP1A might be the phosphatase of SAV1 and may take part in the regulation of the Hippo pathway.  相似文献

The first stage of the reaction of hexamethyldisilazane with 1-chloro-1-methyl-1-silacyclotmtane gives 1,3,3,3-tetramethyl-1,1-trimethylenedisilazane, and after that 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-bis(trimethylene)disilazane is formed. The latter reacts with 1-chloro-1-methyl-1-silacyclobutane to give tris[methyl(trimethylene)silyl] amine. From a large number of examples it is shown that transsilylation of disilazanes with chlorosilanes is a general reaction.  相似文献

A reaction of aryl ketenes with 1-arylmethylidenepyrazolidin-1-azomethine imines, generated by the diaziridine ring opening in 6-aryl-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes catalyzed with Et2O·BF3, leads to 1,2-bis(phenylacetyl)pyrazolidine, 2-arylacetyl-1-arylidenepyrazolidin-1-ium chlorides, or a representative of 1,5-diazabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-ones, viz., 4-(4-eth-oxyphenyl)-3,3-diphenyl-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-one, depending on the reaction conditions and the structure of the starting compounds. A mechanism suggested earlier for the transformation of 1,5-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes in the reaction with ketenes was confirmed.  相似文献

The interaction of the antifungal pharmaceutical agent fluconazole with salicylic acid in acetonitrile solution yields the 1:1 cocrystal 2‐(2,4‐difluorophenyl)‐1,3‐bis(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)propan‐2‐ol–2‐hydroxybenzoic acid (1/1), C13H12F2N6O·C7H6O3. The asymmetric unit consists of one molecule of fluconazole and one molecule of salicylic acid, both in their neutral forms. Both crystal agents form head‐to‐tail hydrogen‐bonded dimers, which are further connected into hydrogen‐bonded extended zigzag tapes propagating along the ac diagonal.  相似文献
