ZnCl_2溶液中微波辅助SnCl_4催化纤维素制备5-HMF   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将纤维素溶解在ZnCl_2溶液中,以SnCl_4为催化剂,微波下使纤维素降解成5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)。实验考察了微波功率、纤维素的质量、ZnCl_2溶液浓度、反应时间及催化剂与纤维素物质的量比等对5-HMF产率的影响。结果表明,以SnCl_4为催化剂,在优化条件:1.0 g纤维素溶解在100 m L 70%ZnCl_2溶液中,微波功率为420 W,降解反应9 min,SnCl_4与纤维素物质的量比2∶1下,5-HMF的产率达到39.4%。  相似文献

 以离子液体 1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯为溶剂, 以 CrCl3•6H2O 为催化剂, 直接转化纤维素生成 5-羟甲基糠醛 (HMF). 考察了微波辐射条件、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对 HMF 产率的影响. 结果表明, 在最佳条件下, HMF 产率可达 55%.  相似文献

微波辅助的金属氯化物Lewis酸催化纤维素水解   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
研究了微波辐射下四种金属氯化物Lewis酸的催化纤维素酸水解反应性能,发现CuCl2的催化性能最好。反应温度、反应时间、微波功率、催化剂用量和酸种类对纤维素水解转化率、葡萄糖和5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的选择性均有明显影响。与传统热反应相比,微波辐射明显加快纤维素酸水解速率,提高葡萄糖的选择性。0.5g纤维素和15g水,在微波功率800W,温度到达225℃时立即停止反应的条件下,当CuCl2用量为0.05mmol时,纤维素转化率和葡萄糖选择性达72.6%和62.3%;当CuCl2用量为0.15mmol时,5-HMF的选择性最高为13.2%;当CuCl2用量为0.30mmol时,纤维素的转化率高达90.6%,但葡萄糖选择性只有6.7%。  相似文献

以离子液体氯化1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑鎓([Amim]Cl)为溶剂,以咪唑类酸功能离子液体[Cnmim]HSO4(n=2,4,6,8)和Cr Cl3·6H2O为复合催化剂,在微波辅助加热条件下降解纤维素制备5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF),考察了催化剂加入量、反应温度、催化剂种类、反应时间、加水量等反应条件对纤维素降解反应的影响。结果表明,当[C2mim]HSO4的加入量为0.02g、微晶纤维素(MCC)和Cr Cl3·6H2O的摩尔比为10∶1、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为30min、加水量为50μL时,微晶纤维素转化率为100%,总还原糖收率为87.2%,5-HMF产率最高可达到50%。  相似文献

分别以无水氯化锌、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用微波辐射法,在无溶剂条件下由4-氯间苯二酚与三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯缩合制备标题化合物;优化了反应条件.结果表明,在微波辐射下,无水氯化锌对该反应有较好的催化活性,相应的4-三氟甲基-7-羟基-6-氯香豆素的产率可达73.0%.优化的反应条件为:4-氯间苯二酚、三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯和无水ZnCl2的摩尔比为1∶1.1∶0.9,微波辐射功率800W,辐射时间20min,反应温度85℃.  相似文献

本研究将铁、锰、铜和金刚烷胺缩水杨醛衍生的席夫碱配体组成的原位催化剂用于催化5-羟甲基糠醛(5-Hydroxymethylfurfural,简称HMF)选择性氧化制备5-甲酰基呋喃-2-羧酸(5-formyl-2-furancarboxylic acid,简称FFCA)。通过核磁共振(NMR)、红外(FT-IR)和单晶衍射对配体和配合物进行了表征,并对氧化反应时间、反应温度、MnCl2·4H2O与配体物质的量比、氧化剂和催化剂用量等反应条件进行优化,在最优化条件下,HMF转化率为100%,并且可以获得收率为52.1%的FFCA。根据反应结果对Mn金属配合物催化的HMF氧化反应过程进行了分析。  相似文献

对近年来催化转化多羟基化合物制备5-羟甲基糠醛、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇等高附加值化学品进行了综述. 分析了果糖、葡萄糖、纤维素等不同结构的碳水化合物制5-羟甲基糠醛存在的挑战, 并对相应的解决方法进行了总结. 对于5-羟甲基糠醛的转化, 我们重点讨论了5-羟甲基糠醛选择性氧化制备2,5-二甲酰基呋喃和2,5-呋喃二甲酸以及它们作为聚合单体的潜在应用. 概述了催化氢解纤维素、糖醇、甘油等多羟基化合物制备乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇等二元醇的方法, 并对可能的机理进行了讨论. 依据近年来多羟基化合物催化选择性转化制备高附加值化学品的研究现状, 对今后的研究热点进行了展望.  相似文献

一种新的催化剂,SnCl2·2H2O,已用于2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯与乙酐的酰化反应来制备高产率的3,3,4-三甲基-4-戊烯-2-酮 (TMP). 发现SnCl2·2H2O是室温下2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯与乙酐进行酰化反应的有效催化剂. 考察了催化剂用量、乙酐用量、反应时间和溶剂的加入等因素对该酰化反应的影响. 发现当催化剂/2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯摩尔比在0.30/1和 0.60/1之间、反应时间为2 h时,所得酰化产品的产率最高. 该酰化反应进行到完全所需的时间取决于催化剂用量和乙酐用量. 在需要加入溶剂的情况下,二氯甲烷或氯仿是一种合适的溶剂.  相似文献

 研究了水/有机溶剂双相中来源于郁李仁的(R)-醇腈酶催化2-三甲基硅-2-乙酮与2-甲基-2-羟基丙腈对映选择性合成(R)-2-三甲基硅-2-羟基丙腈,初步探讨了反应时间、酶粉颗粒大小、底物浓度、底物配比和酶添加量对转氰反应的影响. 结果表明,适宜的反应条件为: 反应时间96 h左右, 酶粉颗粒大小0.3~0.45 mm, 底物2-三甲基硅-2-乙酮浓度14 mmol/L, 底物2-甲基-2-羟基丙腈与2-三甲基硅-2-乙酮摩尔比2:1, 单位体积反应介质中的酶添加量43.5 g/L左右. 在该优化反应条件下,反应平衡转化率和产物的光学纯度(ee值)均可高达99%. 对比研究发现,郁李醇腈酶催化2-三甲基硅-2-乙酮反应在酶促反应初速率、底物转化率和产物光学纯度等方面均显著优于其碳结构类似物3,3-二甲基-2-丁酮.  相似文献

以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、4-羟基苯乙酮(HAP)为原料分别和环氧氯丙烷反应,经微波辐照合成了两种反应性紫外线吸收剂2-羟基-4-缩水甘油醚基二苯甲酮(HEPBP)和4-缩水甘油醚基苯乙酮(EPAP)。结构采用红外光谱、核磁和质谱表征。最佳合成条件为:n(羟基芳香酮)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶3,微波功率400W,于90℃反应15min,收率分别是52.6%和58.3%。与常规合成方法比较,微波合成法能降低反应温度、大大地缩短反应时间。产物中环氧丙烷基团的引入能明显改善芳香酮类紫外线吸收剂的紫外吸收性能。  相似文献

As a key renewable chemical for plastics and fine chemicals, the preparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) from biomass is an important research topic. Cellulose, although abundant in nature, is difficult to convert to 5-HMF in good yields due to its recalcitrant and heterogeneous nature. In this work, we show an efficient two-step process for converting microcrystalline cellulose into 5-HMF with ionic liquids under mild conditions. In the first step, high glucose yields of above 80% could be obtained from the cellulose hydrolysis by a strong acidic cation exchange resin in 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride ([EMIM][Cl]) with gradual addition of water. In the second step, the resin was separated from the reaction mixture and CrCl3 was added which lead to a 5-HMF yield of 73% based on cellulose substrate. The strategy can allow practical conversion of biomass into bio-derived products.  相似文献

2-(Furan-2-yl)- and 2-(thiophen-2-yl)pyrroles are readily ethynylated with acylbromoacetylenes in the solid Al2O3 medium (no solvent, room temperature, 1 h) to afford 5-(furan-2-yl)- and 5-(thiophen-2-yl)-2-acylethynylpyrroles in 39–74% yields. In the case of 2-(furan-2-yl)pyrroles, an alternative ethynylation of the furan ring takes place, the ratio of the furan and pyrrole ring ethynylation products being 1:5–7. No ethynylation of the thiophene ring as well as ethynylation of both heterocycles in a one molecule has been detected. Thus the reactivity of the heterocycles towards the ethynylation system (acylbromoacetylenes/Al2O3) falls in the order: pyrrole>furan>thiophene.  相似文献

研究了以竹节废料为原料,采用微波辐射氯化锌法制备优质活性炭的可行性.探讨了微波功率.活化时间及氯化锌浓度对产品各项指标的影响.得到了微波辐射氯化锌法制备活性炭的最佳工艺:微波功率350W、活化时间5min、氯化锌浓度40%.用此工艺制得的活性炭碘吸附值1088.4mg/g、亚甲基蓝脱色力22.0ml/0.1g.得率39.2%.该工艺所需活化时间为传统方法的1/36,产品活性炭亚甲基蓝脱色力为国家一级标准的1.83倍(GB/T13496.10-1999).微波辐射法所制活性炭比传统方法所制活性炭具有更加发达的孔隙结构,且孔隙的分布更加均匀.  相似文献

A series of 3-(3′-pyrrolyl)-2-oxindoles incorporating the phenothiazine moiety has been synthesized under both conventional and microwave heating conditions via multicomponent reaction of 3-(2-(phenothiazin-2-yl)-2-oxoethylidene)-2-oxindole derivatives, acyclic and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, and ammonium acetate. The resulting 2-oxindole derivatives underwent selective chloroacetylation at both the oxindole and the phenothiazine NH groups. Treatment of the dichloroacetylated compound with 2 mol of sodium azide in acetone under reflux gave the corresponding monoazide with concomitant dechloroacetylation of the N-chloroacetyl group of the oxindole ring. Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the resulted alkyl azide with diethyl acetylene–dicarboxylate afforded the corresponding triazole derivative in good yield. Furthermore, the dichloroacetylated compound could be easily cyclized into 4-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydroxazolo[3,2-a]indol-9-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylate derivative by treatment with sodium hydride in dry toluene. The yields and rate of reactions significantly improved under microwave heating conditions.  相似文献

New hetarylethenes, viz., 3-[(E)-alk-1-enyl]-4-(1-alkyl-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)furan-2,5-diones, exhibiting photochromic properties in solution were synthesized. The molecular and crystal structure of 3-(5-methoxy-1,2-dimethyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-4-[(E)-prop-1-enyl]furan-2,5-dione was determined by X-ray diffraction. The initial and photoinduced forms of hetarylethenes are characterized by thermal stability. The open-ring isomers of furandiones exhibit fluorescence with quantum yields of up to 0.1.  相似文献

A series of 2-amino-6-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-4-pyridine-3-carbo-nitriles were synthesized by the one-pot, multicomponent reaction of 3-acetyl-coumarin, aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and ammonium acetate in acetic acid under microwave irradiation. The reactions were completed in 10–13 min with 61–86% yields, were environmental benign, and had easy workup. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, and MS spectra and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A facile and efficient one-pot synthesis of 3-(furan-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-ones was developed. The reaction of ethyl 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-oxopropanoates and 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran were performed in presence of K10 Montmorillonite Clay heterogeneous catalyst under the solvent-free condition at 80?°C for 1?h, and followed by further converted to 3-(furan-2-yl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-ones via refluxing in the alkaline EtOH solution for 0.5?h. The demonstrate method not only avoided the usage of any expensive transition-metals, but also eliminated the tedious intermediate purification. Moreover, due to the wide functional group tolerance, it could be applied to various substrates and gave product in good to excellent yields.  相似文献
