The oxidized lubricating naphthenic base oil was used as a stationary phase for the separation of short-chain free fatty acids (SFFA) either as a pure sample or an aqueous solution containing 0.9 - 1.2 mg/L of each acid. It is found that the oil oxidation for 20 h improved the separation of SFFA in these two sample forms. This separation improvement represents not only the increase in retention volume intervals and peak symmetries in case of the pure sample but also in acid peak areas in case of the aqueous solution sample.  相似文献

 The Flory-Huggins interaction parameter (χ∞1,2) and solubility parameter (δ2) and its hydrogen bonding sensing component (δh) were determined using inverse gas chromatography (IGC). These parameters were successfully used in the probes of chemical changes that occur during the oxidation of naphthenic and paraffinic base oils in a GC column. Changes in χ∞1,2 values reflect the different types of intermolecular interactions (dispersive, polar, hydrogen bonding) of the given lubricating base oil during oxidation. The obtained results showed that δh component of solubility parameter is the most important parameter for probing the oxidative-chemical changes during the oxidation of given lubricating oils.  相似文献

 Inverse gas chromatographic technique (IGC) was attempted as a new approach to follow the chemical changes that occur during lubricating base oil oxidation. Three groups of the oxidized base oils were prepared at different oxygen flow rates, periods and temperatures according to IP48 method. The corrected retention volumes (VR) were calculated for a series of selected test solutes possessing different functional groups on the oxidized base oils used as stationary phases. Kovats retention index (I), Flory-Huggins interaction parameter (κ∞1,2), and partial molar free energy of solution (ΔG∞L), were calculated for the given test solutes from their VR. The relationships between the I values and the oxidation variables were plotted and discussed. The obtained results were confirmed by potentiometric titration. The study reveals that the magnitudes of variation of I, κ∞1,2 or ΔG∞L retention parameters depend on the oxidation degree of the base oil. Large differences between the I values permit discrimination between the different oxidation steps.  相似文献

建立了气相色谱法(GC)同时检测人唾液中7种短链脂肪酸(Short-chain fatty acids,SCFAs)含量的方法.唾液样品与乙醇溶液按体积比1∶1混合(含0.5% (v/v)浓HCl)涡旋混合,离心后取上清液进行GC分析.采用DB-FFAP毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)进行分离;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行检测,内标法定量.实验结果表明,唾液中共检测到7种SCFAs(乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、丁酸、异戊酸、戊酸、己酸),7种SCFAs与内标物2-乙基丁酸的色谱峰峰面积比值与其浓度均呈现良好的线性关系(R2≥0.999),检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.060~0.198 μg/mL和0.180~0.594 μg/mL,平均加样回收率为94.8%~ 109.7%(RSD≤4.3%).本方法简单、快速、准确,可用于测定人的唾液中短链脂肪酸的含量.  相似文献

建立了一种基于脂肪酸含量分析结合化学计量学技术的橄榄油等级判别方法。以经确认属性的特级初榨橄榄油和精炼橄榄油作为测试集,采用气相色谱法分别测定两类橄榄油中的脂肪酸含量,通过主成分分析(PCA)、聚类分析(HCA)及偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)法建立橄榄油的等级鉴别模型。结果表明,PCA能成功区分特级初榨橄榄油和精炼橄榄油,HCA也能有效对两种等级橄榄油进行鉴别,最终筛选出VIP值(重要贡献值)大于1的6种特征组分:C23∶0、C18∶2n6t、C24∶0、C18∶1/C18∶2、C20∶1和C18∶1n9c。同时以98个未知属性的橄榄油样品为验证集,对建立的橄榄油等级判别模型进行交叉验证(CV),模型预测评估值(Q2)及相关系数(R2)均大于0.96,说明所建的橄榄油等级鉴别预测模型较可靠。因此,采用脂肪酸含量分析结合化学计量学技术可用于特级初榨橄榄油和精炼橄榄油的等级鉴别  相似文献

 对云南产蒜头果油用硫酸 甲醇法酯化 ,以气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用仪进行了分析。共分离出 17种成分 ,鉴定了其中的 7种成分 ,分别为棕榈酸 (质量分数 (下同 ) 1.5 0 % )、油酸 (2 1.5 4% )、二十碳烯 11 酸 (7.0 4% )、芥酸(18.2 9% )、二十二烷酸 (1.33% )、二十四碳烯 15 酸 (4 0 .92 % )、二十四烷酸 (2 .14% ) ,占总质量的 92 .76 % ;未被鉴定的成分占总质量的 7.2 4%。  相似文献

Abstract

A gas chromatographic technique has been developed and applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fatty acids in the interstitial gases of landfill sites. Acetic, propionic. and butyric acids were those shown to be present in the highest concentrations. The fatty acid concentrations were higher at a site where landfill had been completed two years ago than at a site where operations had finished twenty-five years ago.

The concentrations of fatty acids measured were well above the odour thresholds. These compounds may be responsible for the unpleasant smells frequently associated with landfill gases.  相似文献

用碱催化法将青海湖裸鲤鱼油甲酯化,以气相色谱/质谱法分析鱼油中的脂肪酸。青海湖裸鲤可食用部分中鱼油含量为25.13%。从鱼油中共鉴定出47种脂肪酸,包括直链、单支链、多支链饱和脂肪酸,单不饱和、多不饱和脂肪酸,环丙烷基、呋喃基脂肪酸等。不饱和脂肪酸含量为73.6%,其中多不饱和脂肪酸含量为25.4%,以C18∶2(4.9%),C18∶3(3.1%),C20∶4(1.3%),C20∶5(二十碳五烯酸(EPA), 9.4%)和C22∶6(二十二碳六烯酸(DHA), 6.7%)为主。单不饱和脂肪酸含量为48.2%,主要由C16∶1(20.3%),C18∶1(25.9%)构成。饱和脂肪酸含量为25.7%,主要有C14∶0(3.4%),C16∶0 (19.4%)和C18∶0(1.1%)。青海湖裸鲤鱼油中还存在不常见的环丙烷基和呋喃基脂肪酸及多种奇数碳链和支链脂肪酸。因此,青海湖裸鲤是功能性脂肪酸的重要膳食来源。  相似文献

利用微波技术,研究了用KOH-甲醇,H2SO4-甲醇-甲苯、HCl-甲醇等不同体系对食用油中的脂肪酸进行了衍生化,系统地比较了它们的优劣势,以及适合的分析对象,在1min内完成衍生物生化反应,选用正庚烷代替传统方法的苯+石油醚作为脂肪酸甲酯蝗提取剂,与传统消解及衍生化方法相比,具有节省溶剂,省时,易于操作等特点。  相似文献

采用硅胶柱层析-气相色谱法对月桂酸甲酯乙氧基化物(LME)中副产物二酯进行了定量分离与测定,同时考察了不同条件下合成的LME中二酯含量的变化规律。结果表明:LME中二酯含量随环氧乙烷(EO)加合数(n)的增加而先增大后趋平衡,当加合数n为8时,其质量分数为2.13%;并随反应温度升高而增大;随原料甲酯所含碳原子个数增加而降低。  相似文献

提出了毛细管气相色谱法测定橄榄油、芝麻油和花生油中的15种反式脂肪酸。样品用异辛烷溶解,与2mol·L-1氢氧化钾的甲醇溶液进行酯化反应,生成的脂肪酸甲酯经强极性聚二氰丙基硅氧烷毛细管气相色谱柱SP-2560分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器检定。在优化的试验条件下,15种反式脂肪酸甲酯的质量浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)和测定下限(10S/N)分别为0.012%(以脂肪计)和0.024%(以脂肪计)。对空白样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在86.6%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)在2.0%~4.2%之间。方法用于分析市售橄榄油、芝麻油和花生油中的15种反式脂肪酸,结果与标准方法的测定值相符。  相似文献

The performance of a fused silica column coated with 50% phenyl-/50% dimethyl-polysiloxane, characterized by a high thermal stability, was evaluated for the gas chromatographic determination of cholesterol oxidation products. A silylated mixture of eighteen oxysterol standards (0.1 mg/ml of each compound) was injected into the gas chromatographic system. The temperature was programmed from 230 to 260°C at 2.5°/min and then to 290°C at 1°/min; the injector and detector temperatures were set at 325°C, and the gas linear velocity was 22.8 cm/s. The column gave a fast (15 min) and satisfactory resolution of the main cholesterol oxides. Good separation of the hydroxy from the epoxy derivatives was achieved.The suitability of the method for the determination of oxysterols in food matrices was successfully tested on a saponified lipid extract from egg yolk powder, previously enriched and purified by NH2 solid phase extraction.  相似文献
