采用大孔吸附树脂法从桑叶水提液中分离黄酮类化合物。通过比较10种大孔吸附树脂对桑叶水提液中总黄酮的吸附特性及机理,发现H103树脂对桑叶总黄酮吸附量大、洗脱容易、吸附速度快,是一种良好的桑叶总黄酮吸附剂。实验表明,H103树脂吸附桑叶黄酮的适宜上样浓度为6.05mg/mL,吸附动力学符合Bangham模型,吸附过程符合内扩散模型。 相似文献

大孔吸附树脂分离纯化仙人掌中总黄酮的研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
考察了4种大孔吸附树脂对仙人掌总黄酮的吸附分离性能,筛选出效果最佳的树脂为AB-8。以总黄酮的吸附量、总黄酮含量和回收率为考察指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮。确定了AB-8树脂吸附分离仙人掌总黄酮的工艺条件:上样浓度为15mg/mL,仙人掌总黄酮最大吸附量为18.6mg/mL,吸附流速为5mL/min,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱剂用量为6倍柱体积,树脂可重复使用3次。经AB-8树脂分离纯化后,总黄酮含量从29%提高到76%,总黄酮回收率为86%。实验结果表明,AB-8树脂可用于仙人掌总黄酮的分离纯化。 相似文献

大孔吸附树脂分离纯化香椿叶总黄酮的研究 总被引:2,自引:3,他引:2
比较了AB-8、S-8、X-5、NKA-9、D-3520、NKA、聚酰胺、硅胶8种吸附剂对香椿叶黄酮类化合物的吸附及脱附性能.在静态吸附试验的基础上,筛选出效果较好的X-5树脂进行动态试验研究.结果表明,X-5树脂在约15℃下对香椿叶总黄酮动态吸附-脱附较优的工艺参数为:上柱液pH值5~6,上柱速度3BV/h,溶液处理量6BV/次;脱附剂为70%乙醇,脱附剂的流速3BV/h,脱附剂用量6BV/次.此工艺条件能够分离纯化香椿叶黄酮类化合物,树脂使用1次时,总黄酮的收率达95.5%,总黄酮的纯度由7.2%提高到43.5%;树脂重复使用5次时,总黄酮的收率仍达80%以上,总黄酮的纯度可由7.2%提高到20%以上. 相似文献

通过亚临界水法提取桑叶中的1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin)(DNJ)。比较AB-8树脂与732树脂以及这两种树脂联用对桑叶提取液中DNJ的纯化效果。结果表明,在洗脱剂为60%乙醇溶液、样品液pH值为7、吸附时间6h、解吸时间2h、动态吸附与解吸速度均为2BV/h的条件下,AB-8树脂的平衡吸附率为37.2%,解吸率为84.8%,所得DNJ含量为2.37mg/g,较原提取液提高2.9倍。在洗脱剂为0.5mol/L氨水溶液、样品液pH值为4、吸附时间8h、解吸时间4h、动态吸附与解吸速度均为2BV/h的条件下,732型阳离子树脂的平衡吸附率为31.3%,解吸率为78.1%,所得DNJ含量为3.134mg/g,较原提取液提高3.8倍。联合使用两种树脂,所得DNJ含量为9.48mg/g,较原提取液提高11.5倍。 相似文献

考察了NKA-9、S-8、XDA-1、AB-8、HPD-100、HPD-600 6种大孔吸附树脂对宁夏枸杞总黄酮的吸附和解吸性能,筛选出XDA-1树脂的效果最佳;考察了pH值、样液浓度、流速等对XDA-1树脂静态吸附效果的影响;并进行了动态吸附试验,确定出XDA-1树脂动态吸附枸杞总黄酮的最佳条件:样品液浓度为0.25mg/mL,控制流速为0.5mL/min,样品液pH 5;最佳洗脱条件:洗脱液为80%的乙醇水溶液,用量为35mL (5倍柱床体积).在此条件下,枸杞总黄酮含量从27.2%提高到79.8%,回收率为87.4%,表明XDA-1树脂可用于宁夏枸杞总黄酮的分离纯化. 相似文献

A PSII reaction center complex consisting of three polypeptides, D_1, D_2 and Cyt. b_(559), was first purified from broad bean leaves. The complex was fairly active inDCIP photoreduction in the presence of DPC, and showed signal Ⅱs either in the dark or under illumination. The complex also contained manganese atoms. Its Mn~(2+)-EPR intensity decreased by about 40% under continuous illumination and recovered to the original level when the complex was transferred to the dark. The above results indicated that the complex reported here contains all of the PSII electron transport chain components from the secondary donor Z to the stable primary electron acceptor Q_A, and it is possible that the complex contains manganese binding sites. The alternation in dark and illumination can induce reversible valence changes of the manganese atoms in the purified complex. 相似文献

以草酸为催化剂将糠醇单体直接聚合成所需黏度的聚糠醇液体作为涂膜液,仅需一步涂覆便可在价格低廉的煤基炭管支撑体上制备出高性能的聚糠醇炭分子筛膜.聚糠醇炭分子筛膜的热解过程、微观形貌和分离性能分别采用热重分析、扫描电镜以及O2、N2渗透实验进行表征.实验结果表明制备出的聚糠醇炭分子筛膜表面均匀且无缺陷.聚糠醇在热解过程中最终转化成具有超微孔的乱层石墨微晶结构.热解温度升高导致了起分离作用的有效超微孔尺寸的减小,进而表现出O2、N2的渗透速率逐渐降低,O2/N2的选择性逐渐增大的趋势.不同热解温度下制备的炭分子筛膜的O2渗透性和O2/N2选择性之间关系均超出了传统聚合物膜的Robeson上限. 相似文献

Abstract— Visible radiation can substantially influence the degree to which plant photosynthesis is inhibited by UV-B radiation. This study was designed to separate the immediate effects of visible radiation on UV-B photosynthetic inhibition from the indirect influence of visible irradiation on morphological and physiological properties of leaves during leaf development. Soybean plants were pretreated in growth chambers with either high or low visible irradiance (750 and 70 μmol m-2 s-1 quantum flux in the 400–700 nm waveband, respectively) during the development of leaves used subsequently for UV irradiation. Test leaves still attached to the plant were exposed to 5 h of polychromatic UV-B irradiation and the photosynthetic capacity (net CO2 exchange) was determined before and after the UV irradiation. During the UV irradiation, plants from both pretreatment groups received either high or low visible flux. Development of leaves in the high visible flux pretreatment conditions resulted in thicker leaves, higher chlorophyll a/b ratios, more UV-absorbing pigments, and reduced sensitivity to the UV-B irradiation. However, higher visible flux during the UV-B irradiation resulted in greater depression of photosynthesis by the UV-B irradiation. The relative magnitude of photosynthetic depression under these treatment combinations was the same when photosynthesis was measured under either light-limited or light-saturated conditions. 相似文献
