对Co基熔体抽拉非晶丝进行了普通炉内退火和不同磁场强度(500 Oe,1600 Oe,4000 Oe)下的横向和纵向磁场退火,利用HP4192阻抗分析仪和Lakeshore7407VSM分析了退火态样品的巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应和软磁性能.研究结果表明,纵向磁场降低了环向各向异性,纵向磁场退火样品GMI效应降低且GMI曲线为单峰,最大阻抗变化率ΔZ/Z为131%,磁场响应灵敏度为7%/Oe;而横向磁场提高了环向畴体积,增加了环向各向异性场,导致退火样品GMI曲线随频率升高由单峰转 关键词: 非晶丝 巨磁阻抗效应 退火  相似文献

根据实验研究成果提出纳米晶合金软磁性能受其介观结构影响的观点,建立了Fe基纳米晶合金的球状介观结构模型,分别求出只有交变磁场或交变磁场和静磁场作用时纳米晶粒球的频率函数——D函数.分析表明,两种D函数都是复变函数,其实部Re(D)为纳米晶电感性质和电容性质的反映,虚部Im(D)为纳米晶电阻性质的反映,据此建立了Fe基纳米晶合金介观结构的等效RLC并联模型.由该模型求得合金产生极值巨磁电阻的条件为vextGMI=v|Re(D)=0,决定因素有μ,σ,ω,R和Hex及微观磁结构. 关键词: Fe基纳米晶合金 等效RLC并联模型 球状介观结构模型 频率函数  相似文献

根据用原子力显微镜对Fe基纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金薄带的介观结构和巨磁阻抗效应的实验研究结果,提出了纳米晶软磁合金巨磁阻抗效应受其介观结构影响的理论模型.该模型成功地解释了低频对纳米晶软磁合金巨磁阻抗效应的影响,反映了现有“三明治”理论的主要特征,并弥补了它的不足;同时指出了纳米晶粒电导率σ、磁导率μ对合金巨磁阻抗效应有影响. 关键词: 铁基纳米晶合金 介观结构 巨磁阻抗效应 介观模型  相似文献

采用脉冲电沉积工艺在Cu丝上沉积Fe Ni合金镀层 ,成功地制备出巨磁阻抗效应 (GMI)复合丝材料 ,研究了复合丝的磁性能和巨磁阻抗效应 .复合丝外壳磁性镀层软磁性越好 ,巨磁阻抗效应越明显 ,制备的复合丝最高巨磁阻抗效应为 2 7.19% .研究了复合丝阻抗与巨磁阻抗比值GMI随外加磁场的变化 ,其变化曲线的形状受复合丝磁各向异性场的影响 .此外 ,还研究了复合丝巨磁阻抗效应与驱动交变电流频率的关系 ,复合丝Fe17Ni83 样品巨磁阻抗效应的临界频率为 30kHz(GMI为 9.95 % ) ,特征频率为 30 0kHz(GMI为 2 7.19% ) ,截止频率为 10MHz (GMI为 10 .36 % ) .如此低的临界频率和特征频率及较宽的频率段对于实际应用非常有利 .  相似文献

用原子力显微镜(AFM)观测了不同张应力退火的Fe基纳米晶(Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9)薄带横断面的形貌,并结合X射线衍射(XRD)图谱对不同张应力退火的Fe基纳米晶薄带的介观结构进行分析;测量了不同张应力退火Fe基纳米晶薄带的纵向驱动巨磁阻抗(LDGMI)曲线及横向磁各向异性场;认为张应力退火Fe基纳米晶薄带感生横向磁各向异性场的介观结构机理,是由于外加张应力退火产生由非晶相包裹着的α-Fe(Si)纳米晶粒(包裹晶粒)的横向优势团聚. 关键词: 应力退火 介观结构 AFM 团聚  相似文献

研究了电流退火工艺对铁基非晶合金Fe84Zr8Nb3.5B3.5Cu1〈/sub>薄带巨磁阻抗效应的影响.实验结果表明,该铁基合金的巨磁阻抗ΔZ/Z随退火电流的增加而增强,当电流为820mA时,ΔZ/Z达到最大值62%,阻抗变化灵敏度可达约0.23%(A/m)-1.结合此合金在电流退火燧后电性能和软磁性能的演变,讨论了材料的巨磁阻抗效应借助趋肤效应与交流频率和外加纵向磁场的关系. 关键词:  相似文献

根据具有巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应的实际三明治样品的状况,提出三明治结构作为理论计算的模型,考虑了磁性层的各向异性场,利用一定边界条件下的Maxwell方程和Landau-Lifshitz方程对模型进行了理论计算,得到了阻抗与频率、各向异性场等因素间的函数关系.在此基础上,着重讨论了各向异性场Hk的作用.Hk的大小、方向均会对GMI效应造成影响,最佳的Hk应在400A/m左右,位于面内并与电流垂直.还证实了三明治结构中磁性层的磁致伸缩只会减弱G 关键词: 巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应 三明治膜 Maxwell方程 Landau-Lifshitz方程  相似文献

用射频溅射法制备了Fe71.5Cu1Cr2.5V4Si12B9单层膜和结构为(F/S)3/M/(F/S)3的多层膜,在制备过程中加72kA/m的纵向磁场.研究表明在制备过程中加磁场明显改善了材料的软磁性能,降低了材料的矫顽力.将样品经不同温度退火热处理后,发现经230℃退火1.5h的单层膜和多层膜具有最佳的软磁性能和最大的磁阻抗效应,单层膜最大横向磁阻抗比为37.5%,多层膜最大横向磁阻抗比高达277%.通过比较单层和多层膜磁阻抗效应随频率和磁场的变化,发现多层膜具有较低的磁阻抗效应的临界频率和峰值特征频率,和较大的磁阻抗变化率,而且有较低的横向磁阻抗效应的饱和场. 关键词: 铁基合金 多层膜 巨磁阻抗效应  相似文献

The frequency and the amplitude of the driving AC current dependence on the harmonic behavior of the giant magneto-impedance (GMI) voltage of Co-rich amorphous wire have been studied. Single-peak, two-peak and three-peak behavior in the GMI characteristics was studied with the change of amplitude and frequency of the AC current. GMI ratio was calculated from the first harmonic signals which were initially increased and then decreased monotonically with the increase of frequency (f) and the amplitude (IAC) of the driving current. The response of the GMI voltage was found non-linear with the generation of higher harmonics at higher amplitude of the driving current. The second and third harmonic signals were also evaluated and their dependence on the driving current amplitude and frequency were presented in the paper. The experimental results were analyzed using single domain rotational model. The voltage harmonics were calculated through Fourier transform of the time derivative of the estimated circular magnetization of the sample.  相似文献

The giant magneto-impedance of melt spun CoxFe72−xNb4Si4B20(x=10, 20, 36, 50) amorphous and nanostructured ribbons have been investigated. Alloys have been optimized at the driving current amplitude, frequency and found that amorphous ribbon of nominal composition of Co36Fe36Nb4Si4B20 shown maximum GMI ratio of 13%. The behaviour of the driving current amplitude on the GMI behaviour was studied and the sample was optimized for driving current amplitude, Iac=10 mA. The frequency dependence of the GMI behaviour was studied for the ribbon sample Co36Fe36Nb4Si4B20 at frequency in the range of 100 kHz-1.2 MHz of the optimized driving current amplitude and it was found that the sample showed the maximum GMI behaviour at f=700 kHz. The optimized samples were Joule heated at the current density J=0-35 A/m2 for a period of 1 min. The GMI ratio initially increased then progressively deteriorated with J, but after a certain range it shows up to 16% of improvement in the magneto-impedance value due the increase of nanocrystalline volume fraction. The asymmetry in the GMI profile was observed for the sample Joule heated at J=1-5 A/m2 for 1 min.  相似文献

Ni nanowire arrays with varying wire dimensions (diameter d, length l) and center-to-center distances dCC were synthesized by pulsed electrodeposition of Ni in porous Al templates. The magnetization-reversal behavior of the arrays was investigated by means of magnetometry for different angles θ between the wire axes and the applied magnetic field. The functional dependences of the characteristic parameters coercivity HC(θ) and reduced remanence mR/mS(θ) exhibit a strong dependence on the wire dimensions and the center-to-center distance. For instance, for nanowire arrays with d=40 nm, dCC=100 nm, and for θ=0°, the coercivity takes on a rather large value of μ0HC=85 mT and mR/mS≅94%; reducing dCC to 30 nm and d to 17 nm results in μ0HC=49 mT and mR/mS≅57%, an observation which suggests an increasing magnetostatic interwire interaction at increased (d/dCC)-ratio. The potential application of nanowires as the constituents of ferrofluids is discussed.  相似文献

We study nonintegrable hamiltonian dynamics: H(I,θ) = H0(I) + kH1(I,θ), for large k, that is, far from integrability. An integral representation is given for the conditional probability P(I,θ, t¦I0, θ0, t0) that the system is at I, θ at t, given it was at I0, θ0 at t0. By discretizing time into steps of size ?, we show how to evaluate physical observables for large k, fixed ?. An explicit calculation of a diffusion coefficient in a two degrees of freedom problem is reported. Passage to ? = 0, the original hamiltonian flow, is discussed.  相似文献

The circular permeability μ′=μ′−″ of two Fe-based soft magnetic wires with axial and transverse domains, has been determined from the measurements of impedance Z=R+jX as functions of frequency (f=10-105 Hz) and AC current amplitude (I=0.1-100 mA). From the magnetic spectra of μ′−f and μ″−f for a few circular fields (Hφ=0.4, 1.2, 4, 12, 40 A/m), we found that the sample with axial domain structure exhibits a relaxational feature, while for the one with transverse domain resonance-like spectra were observed when the circular field Hφ≥4 A/m. These results have been discussed in terms of domain structure and circular magnetization processes.  相似文献

The transverse magnetic anisotropy and lattice plane anisotropy of stress-annealed Fe–Cu–Nb–Si–B amorphous ribbons have been studied. The GMI effect or impedance ratio decreased gradually with increasing applied tensile stress. The transverse anisotropy field (Hk) corresponded to the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the GMI curves. A linear response was found between the applied tensile stress (σ) and the transverse anisotropy field (Hk), and it was seen from the linear expression that annealing without stress resulted in a very small Hk of ~200 A/m. We also calculated the strains from the elongations obtained during the stress annealing process, the results showed that the strain and applied stress were linearly related and for a zero-tensile stress, the elastic strain was negative (?0.0219) showing that contraction dominates during annealing without tensile stresses. The lattice plane anisotropy (Δd) calculated from XRD peaks was also linearly related to the applied tensile stress. The lattice spacing in the direction parallel to the tensile stress was elongated while the lattice spacing in the direction perpendicular to the tensile stress was compressed.  相似文献

In this paper an attempt has been made to extend the Jiles and Atherton (J–A) quasi-static hysteresis model to describe magnetisation of a material with an alternating magnetic field. In low – industrial – and medium frequency of magnetic field it is possible to ignore the magnetic relaxation and resonance. The field penetration is assumed to be uniform through the material. The influence of eddy currents on the hysteresis loop could be considered and calculated using the method of successive reactions of eddy currents, where a reaction is an additional magnetic field, called reaction Hd, induced in the material by the eddy currents according to rot J=γB/∂t where γ is the electrical conductivity. The reaction field Hd was added to the basic field H0Iz1, where I is the current intensity in the magnetising coil of z1 number of windings. By solving the J–A equation for the magnetic field Hw=H0+Hd it has achieved an extension of the hysteresis loop at an increased frequency of the current, caused by increased losses of the eddy currents. At the frequency f→0 Hz , the hysteresis loop approaches the shape of the quasi-static one.  相似文献

A system of pancake vortices formed near the boundary of a sample in a monotonically increasing external magnetic field is calculated with allowance for pinning due to the cellular structure of the medium for various values of the pinning parameter I, which is proportional to the critical current of the junction and the cell diameter. The shortest distance from the outermost vortex to the nearest neighbor is proportional to I −11. It is shown that the pinning parameter has a critical value I c separating two regimes with different types of critical states. For I<I c the external magnetic field has a threshold value H t(I), above which the field immediately penetrates the interior of the junction to an infinite distance. For I>I c the magnetic field decays linearly from the boundary into the interior of the junction. The value obtained in the study, I c=3.369, differs from the value of 0.9716 postulated by other authors. The dependence of the slope of the magnetic field profile near the boundary on I is determined. It is shown that the slope is independent of I in intervals 2πk<I<2πk+π. Fiz. Tverd. 本文研究了圆对称环域Josephson隧道结的静态特性。在环带宽度较窄的情形下,不计入自场,并考虑到外磁场在结区内的非均匀性,解析地得到了lm与外磁场的lH的关系。与典型的小结衍射图形所不同的是所有极小都不为零,表现出准衍射图形特征。在环带宽度较宽的情形下,对自场方程进行了数值计算,得到其与一般一维结不同的结特性。 关键词:  相似文献
