A simple Cu/Al-HT catalyzed amination of aryl chlorides with primary and secondary aromatic amines has been developed. This ligand-free heterogeneous Cu/Al-HT catalyst, in conjunction with base, also efficiently works for the amination of aryl chlorides with cycloalkylamines. This method tolerates a variety of functional groups and does not require an expensive additive.  相似文献

Reported herein is the preparation of glycosyl chloride donors obtained by reaction of the corresponding thioglycoside precursors with chlorosulfonium chloride reagent 4. We report an efficient method for the preparation of aryl nitriles from aryl chlorides under either microwave assisted or thermal conditions. A catalyst system comprising tris(dibenzylidene acetone)dipalladium (Pd2(dba)3) and 2-(2′,6′-dimethoxybiphenyl)dicyclohexylphosphine (S-Phos) is shown to effectively promote cyanation of various aryl chlorides with Zn(CN)2 as the cyanide source.  相似文献

Two sets of conditions have been developed for a base-mediated, transition-metal-free alkynylation of aryl chlorides that proceeds via benzyne intermediates. The first set of conditions involves the use of TMPLi base in a pentane/THF mixture at 25 °C. The second set involves use of a metal alkoxide base in dioxane at elevated temperature. Reasonable functional group tolerance has been observed. Fluoro, trifluoromethyl, silyl, cyano, and alcohol functionalities are compatible with the reaction conditions.  相似文献

High activity in the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids was furnished using biphenylene-substituted di- tert-butylruthenocenylphosphine (R-Phos) as a supporting ligand. Substrate combinations even for the construction of highly hindered tetra- ortho-substituted biaryls can be achieved in good to excellent yields with low catalyst loadings in short reaction times.  相似文献

In the presence of Cy2NMe, Pd/P(t-Bu)3 serves as an exceptionally mild and versatile catalyst for Heck reactions of aryl chlorides and bromides. A sterically and electronically diverse array of aryl bromides, as well as activated aryl chlorides, couple with a range of mono- and disubstituted olefins at room temperature, furnishing the arylated product with high E/Z stereoselection. The corresponding reactions of a broad spectrum of electron-neutral and electron-rich aryl chlorides proceed at elevated temperature, also with high selectivity. In terms of scope and mildness, Pd/P(t-Bu)3/Cy2NMe represents an advance over previously reported catalysts for these Heck coupling processes.  相似文献

Collectively, palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions represent some of the most powerful and versatile tools available to synthetic organic chemists. Their widespread popularity stems in part from the fact that they are generally tolerant to a large number of functional groups, which allows them to be employed in a wide range of applications. However, for many years a major limitation of palladium-catalyzed coupling processes has been the poor reactivity of aryl chlorides, which from the standpoints of cost and availability are more attractive substrates than the corresponding bromides, iodides, and triflates. Traditional palladium/triarylphosphane catalysts are only effective for the coupling of certain activated aryl chlorides (for example, heteroaryl chlorides and substrates that bear electron-withdrawing groups), but not for aryl chlorides in general. Since 1998, major advances have been described by a number of research groups addressing this challenge; catalysts based on bulky, electron-rich phosphanes and carbenes have proved to be particularly mild and versatile. This review summarizes both the seminal early work and the exciting recent developments in the area of palladium-catalyzed couplings of aryl chlorides.  相似文献

Manganese-catalyzed homo-coupling of aryl magnesium chlorides to give biphenyls was successfully achieved using manganese chloride as catalyst. A variety of aryl magnesium chlorides were efficiently converted into the corresponding symmetrical biaryls using 10 mol% MnCl2 as catalyst in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of 1,2-dichloroethane. Since the aryl chlorides, from which the Grignard reagents were prepared, are cheaper and more readily available that the corresponding bromides and iodides this procedure should become the method of choice for preparing symmetrical biaryls.  相似文献

A method for the palladium-catalyzed silylation of aryl chlorides has been developed. The method affords desired product in good yield, is tolerant of a variety of functional groups, and provides access to a wide variety of aryltrimethylsilanes from commercially available aryl chlorides.
