A one-dimensional coordination polymer [Co(μ 1,3-NCS)2(npdo)2] n (npdo?=?4-nitropyridine N-oxide) has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group of Pbcn with a?=?22.688(5)?Å, b?=?7.2636(17)?Å, c?=?10.299(2)?Å. Adjacent Co(II) ions are coordinated by two μ 1,3-SCN? bridging ligands, forming a one-dimensional chain along the c axis and the npdo coordinates to Co(II) ion as a terminal ligand. The thermal variation of the magnetic moments of the complex reflects the antiferromagnetic interaction between the bridged Co(II) ions above 20?K and the ferromagnetic transition or the strong short-range spin interaction below 20?K. 相似文献

A binuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(μ 1,3-N3)(N3)(pmp)2(ClO4)]ClO4 (pmp = 2-((pyridin-2-yl) methoxy)-1,10-phenanthroline), was synthesized with a single azide as end-to-end bridge ligand, and pmp and perchlorate as ligands. In the crystal, Cu(II) is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry, and a single azide bridges equatorial-axial linking two Cu(II) ions with separation of 5.851 Å. There are π?π stacking interactions involving 1,10-phenanthroline rings. The variable-temperature (2–300 K) magnetic susceptibilities were analyzed using a binuclear Cu(II) magnetic formula and it indicates that there is a very weak ferromagnetic coupling with 2J = 2.82 cm?1. 相似文献

A new complex of formula [Ni(NIT2Py)2Cl(H2O)]Cl·2CH3OH, where NIT2Py is 2-(2′-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide, was synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. The structure consists of a [Ni(NIT2Py)2Cl(H2O)]+ ion, a chloride anion and two methanol molecules. The nickel(II) ion lies in a distorted octahedral environment; two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from NIT2Py ligands from the basal plane; one oxygen atom from a water molecule and one chloride anion occupy axial positions. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data show that there is strong antiferromagnetic coupling between the nickel(II) ion and nitronyl nitroxide radicals. The results suggest that the sign of the magnetic interaction depends on structural and ligand effects. 相似文献

The new trinuclear complex [Cu2(μ-L)2CuCl2] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and X-ray spectroscopy, where L is a dianionic tetradentate Schiff base ligand with N2O2 donor atoms. The molecular structure of [Cu2(μ-L)2CuCl2] was determined by X-ray crystallography. In the complex, the most remarkable aspect of the trinuclear complex is that it adopts a bent structure for the three copper atoms, with a Cu1Cu3Cu2 intramolecular angle of approximately 90.62(2)°. All three copper atoms are five coordinate, with a slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. In the two terminals moieties, the basal plane of the square pyramidal is formed by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms of the Schiff base ligand, and the apical position at the Cu atom is occupied by the bridging Cl1 anion. The Cu1Cl1Cu2 angle is 110.51(5)°. The central copper atom also has a five-coordinate, slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry, with four phenolato oxygens belonging to the Schiff base ligands from Cu(salpn) units describing the square planar base and the Cl anions being apical. The optimized structure of the complex has been studied using the B3LYP/6-31G(d)/LanL2TZf level of theory. The calculation shows that all the copper atoms are five coordinate with distorted square pyramidal structures, which is consistent with experimental data. 相似文献

A new linear trinuclear Cu(II) complex, [Cu3(NTA)2(4,4′-bpt)4(H2O)2]?·?10H2O (H3NTA?=?nitrilotriacetic acid, 4,4′-bpt?=?4-amino-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole) (1), was obtained from evaporation of an aqueous solution containing Cu(NO3)2?·?6H2O, 4,4′-bpt, nitrilotriacetic acid (H3NTA), and NaOH. 1 was characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, and elemental analysis. In the trimer, the three linear copper ions are bridged by two NTA carboxylate groups in a syn–anti conformation and connected by 4,4′-bpt to produce a 1-D array. Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities reveal the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange between metal centers. 相似文献

A two-dimensional complex {[Mn2(DBT)(DMF)4]·2H2O}n (DBT?=?3,6-dinitro-1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate anion; DMF?=?N,N-dimethylformamide) has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in a triclinic system and the space group is P 1 with a?=?9.012(5), b?=?9.196(6), c?=?9.910(6)?Å. In the complex there exist two kinds of coordination environments for Mn(II) ions; each DBT coordinates four Mn(II) ions by its four carboxylate groups and in this way a two-dimensional sheet was constructed. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility of the complex was measured in the 5–300?K range and the magnetic data indicate that the magnetic interaction between the bridged manganese(II) ions displays an anti-ferromagnetic coupling. 相似文献

A novel one-dimensional complex, [Cd(NIT4py)2(DTB)2(H2O)2] (1), (where NIT4py is 2-(4′-pyridyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide and DTB is 3,5-dinitrobenzoate) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electronic spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. The Cd(II) ion lies in a distorted octahedral environment with two nitrogen atoms from two NIT4py ligands and two oxygen atoms from two DTB molecules in the basal plane, and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules in axial positions. [Cd(NIT4py)2(DTB)2(H2O)2] units are connected to form one-dimensional chains by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The complex exhibits intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions. 相似文献

Four new complexes [Ni3(μ-L)6(H2O)6](NO3)6·6H2O (1), [Co3(μ-L)6(H2O)6](NO3)6·6H2O (2), [Ni3(μ-L)6(H2O)4(CH3OH)2](NO3)6·4H2O (3), [Co3(μ-L)6(H2O)4(CH3OH)2](NO3)6·4H2O (4) (L = 4-amino-3,5-dimethanyl-1,2,4-triazole) were synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The structural analyses show that complex 1 and 2 are isomorphous; complex 3 and 4 are isomorphous. Four complexes all consist of the linear trinuclear cations ([M3(μ-L)6(H2O)6]6+ (M = Ni,Co) for 1 and 2; [M3(μ-L)6(H2O)4(CH3OH)2]6+ (M = Ni,Co) for 3 and 4), NO3− anions and crystallized water molecules. In the trinuclear cations, the central M(II) ions and two terminal M(II) ions are bridged by three triazole ligands. Other eleven solid solution compounds which are isomorphous with complex 3 and 4 were obtained by using different ratio of Ni(II) and Co(II) ions as reactants and ICP result indicates that ligand L has higher selectivity of Ni(II) ions than that of Co(II) ions. The magnetic analysis was carried out by using the isotropic spin Hamiltonian ? = −2J(?1?2 + ?2?3) (for complexes 1 and 3) and simultaneously considering the temperature dependent g factor (for complexes 2 and 4). Both the UV-Vis spectra and the magnetic properties of the solid solutions can be altered systematically by adjusting the Co(II)/Ni(II) ratio. 相似文献

The synthesis, structure and magnetic properties of the cobalt(II) complex, (Ph4P)2[Co(NCNCN)4] (1) is reported. The compound crystallises in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with cell constants:
β=105.65(2)°, Z=4 and
The structure of 1 consists of octahedral CoN6 chromophores with uni- and bidentate N(CN)2 ligands. Cobalt atoms are doubly bridged by bidentate NCNCN groups forming infinite ribbons along the crystallographic b-axis. As first representative of an anionic dicyanamide complex 1 behaves as a weak ferromagnet at low temperatures. 相似文献

[PtCl2(SMe2)2] reacts with (N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine) to give (N,N′-bis(salicylidene)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine)platinum(II). The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared (IR), UV-Vis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Pt(II) is in a square-planar environment, coordinated by a chelating N2O2 donor. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations such as geometry optimization, vibrational frequency, electronic properties, and natural bond orbital (NBO) have been performed for the platinum compound using the OLYP method at TZP(6-311G*) basis set. The optimization calculation shows that the geometry parameters can be reproduced with the OLYP/TZP basis set. Experimental IR frequencies and calculated vibrational frequencies support each other. Time-dependent DFT has been used for absorption wavelengths and results were compared with experimental data. Moreover, NBO analysis has been performed. 相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination polymer [Ni(μ1,3-SCN)(μ-Pheno)(CH3OH)] n (where Pheno = dehydrogen-1,10-phenanthrolin-2-ol) has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography. Adjacent Ni(II) ions are coordinated by μ1,3-SCN? and μ-Pheno alternately forming a two-dimensional sheet structure. The fitting of the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities with a binuclear nickel(II) formula reveals that there is an anti-ferromagnetic interaction between the bridging Ni(II) ions with the magnetic coupling constant 2J = ?0.67 cm?1. 相似文献

The binuclear radical complex [N-hydrogenpyridinium]2[Ni(tdas)2]2 (tdas = 1,2,5-thiazole-3,4-dithiolate) has been prepared and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography. In the binuclear radical complex, the two nickel ions assume a distorted pyramidal geometry and are bridged by two sulfurs of different tdas anionic ligands. ESR spectra and the theoretical calculations reveal a very strong antiferromagnetic interaction in the binuclear radical complex, leading to diamagnetic crystals. The theoretical calculations also reveal a very weak antiferromagnetic interaction between adjacent radical complexes. This study is the first to report the magnetism of a binuclear radical nickel complex with tdas as ligand. 相似文献

Two new nickel(II) complexes, {[Ni(L)(4,4′-bpdc)] · 3H2O} n (1) and {[Ni(L)(2,6-ndc)] · 2CH3CN} n (2) (L = 1,8-dihydroxylethyl-1,3,6,8,10,13-hexaazacyclotetradecane, 4,4′-bpdc = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate, 2,6-ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction methods. Compound 1 shows a 3-D supramolecule which is composed of two different series of 1-D coordination polymers, where each 1-D chain runs in different directions and interacts by π–π stacking at the intersection. Compound 2 contains 1-D coordination polymers in which 1-D chains run in the same direction. The 1-D chains are interconnected by hydrogen bonds in an undulated fashion to form a 3-D supramolecule. 相似文献
