A deep eutectic solvent was used as a dual catalyst and reaction medium for the efficient N-formylation of aromatic amines without hazardous organic solvent and catalyst. Treatment of aromatic amines with trimethyl orthoformate and formic acid in deep eutectic solvent at 70 °C gives the corresponding N-formyl derivatives in good to excellent yields. This simple ammonium deep eutectic solvent, easily synthesized from choline chloride and SnCl2, with 100% atom economy and making it applicable to industry and laboratory. Furthermore, heating the trimethyl orthoformate and aromatic primary amines in the deep eutectic solvent results in formation of the corresponding N,N’-diarylamidines in high yields.  相似文献

Nickel complexes of N-heterocyclic carbenes were examined for effecting C–N coupling reactions between aromatic diamines and aryl chlorides of varying electron density. The Ni(0) · 2IPr (IPr = N,N′-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene) complex associated to t-BuONa allowed N,N′-diarylation at 100 °C in 1,4-dioxane with excellent yields. Selective monoarylation of diamines could be performed in THF at 65 °C.  相似文献

Precise excess volumes of mixing measurements at T = 313.15 K are reported over the whole composition range for binary mixtures: (N,N-dimethylacetamide + water), (N,N-dimethylacetamide + methanol), (N,N-dimethylacetamide + ethanol) and for the ternary mixtures (N,N-dimethylacetamide + methanol + water) and (N,N-dimethylacetamide + ethanol + water). For all the systems, large negative deviations from ideality are observed. The binary results have been fitted using the Redlich–Kister type polynomial. The possibility of predicting the ternary results from the binary ones was examined.  相似文献

Novel cis- and trans-bis(imido) uranium disulfonamide derivatives have been prepared from iodide metathesis reactions between two equivalents of K[N(Me)(SO2Ar’)] (Ar’ = 4-Me-C6H4) and U(NtBu)2(I)2(L)x (L = OPPh3, x = 2; Me2bpy, x = 1; Me2bpy = 4,4’-dimethyl-2,2’-bipyridyl). These bis(amide) derivatives serve as useful precursors for the synthesis of the trans-diphenolate complex U(NtBu)2(O-2-tBuC6H4)2(OPPh3)2 (5), cis- and trans-dithiolate complexes U(NtBu)2(SPh)2(L)x (L = OPPh3 (6); Me2bpy (7)), and cis- and trans-dihalide complexes with the general formulas U(NtBu)2(X)2(L)x (X = Cl, L = OPPh3 (8), L = Me2bpy (10); X = Br, L = OPPh3 (9), L = Me2bpy (11)). DFT calculations performed on the trans-dihalide series U(NtBu)2(X)2(L)2 and the UO22+ analogues UO2X2(OPPh3)2 suggest that the uranium centers in the [U(NtBu)2]2+ ions possess more covalent character than analogous UO22+ derivatives but that the U-X bonds in the U(NtBu)2X2L2 complexes possess a more ionic nature.  相似文献

An efficient biocatalytic procedure to obtain chiral N,O-nucleoside derivatives consisting of a lipase-catalysed resolution of the corresponding racemates in organic solvent has been developed. Enantioselective esterification of thymine and cytosine derivatives, (±)-9a and (±)-9b, has been investigated by comparing the efficiency of different lipases and acyl donors. Since esterification of (±)-9a and (±)-9b, occurred with low enantioselectivity (E ? 14) in the presence of the lipases considered, for preparative purposes we resorted, with success, to a double sequential kinetic resolution, using Lipozyme IM as the best catalyst. This approach enables us to obtain all the enantiomers with ee ? 95%. The absolute configuration of the new chiral N-acetyl cytosine derivative 9b was established by circular dichroism spectroscopy.  相似文献

Predominant monoacylation of 1,n-linear disulfonamides took place in the presence of pyrrolidinopyridine-type organocatalysts when the chain length of the linear disulfonamides was n = 3, 4, or 5 (monoacylate/diacylate = up to 44). The chemoselectivity of the competitive acylation between N,N′-ditosyl-1,5-pentanediamine (n = 5) and N,N′-ditosyl-1,3-propanediamine (n = 3) was found to be 36, favoring the former substrate. Different chain length by only one carbon atom was discriminated in the competitive acylation between N,N′-ditosyl-1,5-pentanediamine (n = 5) and of N,N′-ditosyl-1,4-butanediamine (n = 4) with the relative acylation rate of 16 in the presence of the organocatalyst.  相似文献

The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation, at T = 298.15 K, in the gaseous phase, for two nitrobenzofurazan derivatives, 4-N,N-dimethylamino-7-nitrobenzofurazan (DMANBF) and 4-N,N-diethylamino-7-nitrobenzofurazan (DEANBF), were derived from their enthalpies of combustion and sublimation, obtained by static bomb calorimetry and by the Knudsen effusion technique, respectively. The results are compared with the corresponding data calculated by the G3(MP2)//B3LYP approach. Computationally, the molecular structures of both compounds were established and the geometrical parameters were determined at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory.  相似文献

Total vapour pressures, measured at the temperature 313.15 K, are reported for the ternary mixture (N,N-dimethylacetamide + ethanol + water), and for binary constituent (N,N-dimethylacetamide + ethanol). The present results are also compared with previously obtained data for (amide + ethanol) binary mixtures, where amide = N-methylformamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, N-methylacetamide, 2-pyrrolidinone, and N-methylpyrrolidinone. We found that excess Gibbs free energy of mixing for binary (amide + ethanol) mixtures varies roughly linearly with the molar volume of amide.  相似文献

Two substituted N-acylthioureas and the respective Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were synthesized, namely: N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-thenoylthiourea (Hnbtu); N,N-di-iso-butyl-N′-thenoylthiourea (Hibtu); bis[N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]nickel(II), [Ni(nbtu)2]; bis[N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]copper(II), [Cu(nbtu)2]; bis[N,N-di-iso-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]nickel(II), [Ni(ibtu)2]; bis[N,N-di-iso-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]copper(II), [Cu(ibtu)2]. The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation and sublimation of the two N-acylthioureas were measured, at T = 298.15 K, by rotating-bomb combustion calorimetry and Calvet microcalorimetry, respectively. The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation of the Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were determined, at T = 298.15 K, by high precision solution–reaction calorimetry. From the results obtained, the enthalpies of hypothetical metal–ligand and metal–metal exchange reactions, in the gaseous phase, were derived, thus allowing a discussion of the gaseous phase energetic difference between the complexation of Ni(II) and Cu(II) to 1,3-ligand systems with (S,O) ligator atoms.  相似文献

We report herein the design and synthesis of a series of novel nitrobenzamide derivatives. Results reveal that many of them display considerable in vitro antitubercular activity. Four N-benzyl or N- (pyridine-2-yl)methyl 3,5-dinitrobenzamides A6, All, Cl and C4 have not only the same excellent MIC values of0.016 μg/mL against both drug-sensitive MTB strain H37 Rv and two drug-resistant clinical isolates as PBTZ169 and the lead 1, but also acceptable safety indices (SI 1500), opening a new direction for further development.  相似文献

The dipolar cycloaddition of (Z)-N-benzyl-(3-O-benzyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-d-ribofuranos-5-ylidene)amine N-oxide to methyl acrylate gives a 53:16:26:5 diastereomeric mixture of isoxazolidine derivatives. The dipolar cycloaddition of the xylo analogue to methyl acrylate is more diastereoselective, producing a 44:13:43 mixture of only three diastereomers. The ribo-configured adducts have been converted (4 steps only) into the new (2R,6S,7S,8R,8aR)-, (2S,6S,7S,8R,8aR)-, (2S,6S,7S,8R,8aS)- and (2R,6S,7S,8R,8aS)-2,6,7,8-tetrahydroxyindolizidines. Similarly, the two xylo-configured major isoxazolidine derivatives were converted into the known derivatives (2R,6S,7R,8R,8aS)- and (2S,6S,7R,8R,8aR)-2,6,7,8-tetrahydroxyindolizidines. The six isomeric indolizidine derivatives obtained have been evaluated for their inhibiting activities towards 15 glycosidases. Only the (2R,6S,7S,8R,8aR)-configured isomer is a selective inhibitor of amyloglucosidases from Aspergillus niger (IC50 = 350 μM) and from Rhizopus mold (IC50 = 90 μM, Ki = 195 μM, non-competitive), the other indolizidines show very little inhibitory activity at 1 mM concentration.  相似文献

In this work, the stability of 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphine (TPP) and its metallic derivatives, NiTPP, CoTPP, CuTPP, and ZnTPP has been studied through differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. The decomposition temperatures are (712, 710, 708, 702, and 671) K for NiTPP, CoTPP, CuTPP, ZnTPP, and TPP, respectively. These values are in correspondence with the N–M bond length dM–N, of the metalloporphyrins. The corresponding molar enthalpies of melting ΔfusHm, were determined as (58, 57, 55, 52, and 44) kJ · mol?1 for the same series. These values are discussed in terms of the crystallographic features in the solid state.  相似文献

Compound Cu2(H2O)2{O3PCH2N(C2H4)2NCH2PO3} (1) has a pillared layered structure in which the organic groups of N,N′-piperazinebis(methylenephosphonate) are sandwiched between the inorganic layers. Compared with other copper phosphonates with layered or pillared layered structures, the inorganic layer in 1 is unique in that each {CPO3} tetrahedron is corner-shared with three {CuO4N} square pyramids through three oxygen donors. Using H3PO3 as a phosphorus source and oxalic acid as a reducing agent, the first three-dimensional open-framework gallium phosphate–phosphite formula as (C6N2H18)2(C6N2H17)Ga15(OH)8(PO4)2(HPO4)12(HPO3)6·2H2O (1), has been hydrothermally synthesized in the presence of N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylenediamine (TMEDA) as a structure-directing agent. Compound 1 crystallizes in trigonal system with space group P ? 3, a = b = 19.046(3) Å, c = 8.3306(17) Å, γ = 120°, V = 2617.1(7) Å3, and Z = 1. Its 3-D network is based on alternated Ga-centered (GaO4 tetrahedra, GaO5 trigonal bipyramids, and GaO6 octahedra) and P-centered (PO43?, HPO42?, and HPO32?) units. Protonated organic amines and water molecules are located in the 12-membered ring channels.  相似文献

Complexation of rhodium(II) dimeric tetraacylates: tetraacetate Rh2AcO4, tetratrifluoroacetate Rh2TFA4 , and (S)-Mosher’s acid salt Rh2MTPA4 with both enantiomerically pure and racemic methionine and its derivatives: hydrochloric salt of methionine, hydrochloric salt of methionine methyl ester, N-formyl methionine, N-phthaloyl methionine, N-phthaloyl methyl ester of methionine, and methyl ester of N,N-dimethylmethionine has been investigated by means of 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR) and absorption electronic spectroscopy in the visible range. Complexation processes were investigated in D2O or CDCl3 solutions, depending on the ligands’ and rhodium salts’ solubilities. Some supporting measurements were performed in the solid phase, using 13C and 15N CPMAS NMR techniques.All ligands investigated form 1:1 and 1:2 adducts in the solution, depending on the rhodium salt to ligand molar ratios. The complexation site in the ligands (S atom) was deduced on the basis of the NMR parameter adduct formation shift (Δδ = δadduct ? δligand) and calculated chemical shifts (DFT, NMR GIAO). In the cases of the Rh2TFA4 and Rh2MTPA4 adducts, decreasing the temperature within the range 220–254 K slowed down the ligand exchange and allowed us to observe the signals of all diastereoisomers in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

This paper, as a novelty to this field, presents the deproteinization and derivatization of plasma's free amino acids (PFAAs), simultaneously, in a single step, with the acetonitrile (ACN) containing 9-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl chloride (FMOC) reagent. Deproteinization and derivatization, were studied with 22 amino acids, applying photodiode array (DAD) and fluorescence (FL) detection, simultaneously. Model investigations have been carried out as a function of the FMOC concentration, reaction time and reaction conditions: with standard solutions, with human plasma samples in its initial condition and fortified with standard amino acids (excluding tryptophan because it co-elutes with the hydrolyzed FMOC). Reproducibilities of 22 amino acids, including both histidine and tyrosine derivatives, obtained under optimum derivatization conditions are presented (at 3.0 mM FMOC concentration, at pH 9; derivatization time = 20 min), and characterized with the relative standard deviation percentages of their responses (≤4.4%, RSD). Quantitation limit (LOQ) of amino acid FMOC derivatives proved to be 2.5 pmol, except for cystine, ornithine (5 pmol) and for the total of tyrosines (N-FMOC-tyrosine and N,O-FMOC-tyrosine 10 pmol).  相似文献

The spin density distribution of the paramagnetic [nBu4N]2[Cu(dana)] dana = N,N′-(naphthalene-2,3-diyl)-bis(oxamato) has been derived from angular dependent electron paramagnetic resonance measurements at room temperature. The results indicate a noticeable spin density transfer from the central metal to the coordinated N and O atoms. Quantum chemical studies using density functional theory reinforce the results.  相似文献

The novel branched chain-type nitridosilicates Ce5Si3N9 and La5Si3N9 have been synthesized in a radio-frequency furnace starting from the respective metals and silicon diimide Si(NH)2 at 1625 °C for La5Si3N9 and 1650 °C for Ce5Si3N9, respectively. The structure of Ce5Si3N9 has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (Ce5Si3N9, Cmca (no. 64), a = 10.567(2) Å, b = 11.329(2) Å, c = 15.865(3) Å, V = 1899.3 Å3, Z = 8, R1 = 0.0391, 1480 independent reflections, 90 refined parameters). The structure of isotypic La5Si3N9 has been refined by the Rietveld method, starting from single-crystal data of Ce5Si3N9 (La5Si3N9, Cmca (no. 64), a = 10.647(4) Å, b = 11.414(4) Å, c = 16.030(5) Å, V = 1948.1 Å3, Z = 8, RP = 0.0348, RF2 = 0.0533). Both compounds are built up of alternating Q2- and Q3-type corner sharing SiN4 tetrahedra with additional corner sharing Q1-units attached to the Q3-tetrahedra pointing alternately in opposing directions. These zipper-like chains are intertwined in both directions perpendicular to the chain itself to form a three-dimensionally interlocked structure with the rare-earth ions situated between the chains. Magnetic measurements resulted in a ferromagnetic ground state with a magnetic moment in agreement with Ce3+.  相似文献
