Summary Binuclear metal complexes of the type [M(HMTE)-(H2O)2]2, where HMTE=1-(-hydroxynaphthyl)-2-(3-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazolc)2-aza-ethane and M-CuII, CoII, NiII and MnII have been prepared and characterized. An octahedral geometry around the metals is proposed. The complexes have been screened as possible fungicides.  相似文献

Four new ternary complexes of CuII with l-methionine and the nucleotides 5AMP (adenosine 5-phosphate), 5GMP (guanosine 5-phosphate) and 5IMP (inosine 5-phosphate), and with l-tryptophan and 5AMP, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and i.r. spectroscopy. One ternary complex of NII with l-cysteine and 5IMP was also prepared and characterized. The study of the three ternary compounds of CuII, of general formulae Cu-5NMP-l-methionine, indicates coordination of the phosphate group and of N(7) of the purinic ring. l-Methionine is bound by the carboxylic and amino groups. The ternary complex obtained from a mixture of Cu-5AMP and l-tryptophan is a dimer in which the nucleotide bridges the two copper atoms. In the complex of Ni-5IMP and l-cysteine, the nucleotide seems to bind the metal through the N(7) of the heterocyclic ring, and the l-cysteine is coordinated as a bidentate chelate by the carboxyl and thiol groups. E.s.r. spectra of the copper complexes are in good agreement with the low symmetry structure proposed. The one-electron reduction potentials Ec(Fc+/Fc) (V) of CuII to CuI were established for the four copper complexes from cyclic voltammetry studies. The one-electron oxidation potential Ea(Fc+/Fc+) (V) of NiII to NiIII was also measured for the nickel complex.  相似文献

Self-consistent-field and configuration-interaction studies were performed on borazine, using a double-zeta basis set augmented by six diffuse -functions. Low-lying singlet and triplet states of the A 1 , A 2 and E species were calculated, corresponding to * excited valence and Rydberg states. A selection out of singly and doubly excited configurations relative to a set of reference configurations was made for each species. Calculated vertical excitation energies (in eV) are 7.12 for 1 A 2(V), 8.45 for 1 E (3p-R), 8.57 for 1 A 1(V), 8.9 for 1 E(V-R), 9.55 for 1 E(3d-R), 6.98 for 3 A 1(V), 7.27 for 3 E(V), 7.82 for 3 A 2(V), 8.30 for 3 E(3p-R), and 9.5 for 3 E(3d-R), where V and R refer to valence or Rydberg character. The results are compared with experimental excitation energies, previous ab initio studies of borazine, and with recent ab initio studies of benzene.Dedicated to Professor Dr. H. Summary Palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes [MLX2], where L=2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)benzimidazole (mpbi), 2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)benzoxazole (mpbo), 2-(4-methyl-2-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mpbo), 2-(4-methyl-8-quinolyl)benzoxazole (mq'bo), X=Cl. Br, together with M(mqbo)2Br2 and Pt2(mpbt)Cl4, where mpbt=2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)benzthiazole, have been synthesized and characterized by conductivity and magnetic measurements as well as by i.r. and electronic spectra. The ligands are bidentate chelates through the pyridine or quinoline and isoxazole or imidazole nitrogen atoms. The [MLX2] derivatives arecis, square planar.  相似文献

Treatment of [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] with two equivalents of 4,4-bipyridine (4,4-bipy) in CH2Cl2 at room temperature gave the MeCN displaced products, [MI2(CO)3(4,4-bipy-N)2] (1) and (2). Equimolar amounts of [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] and L (L = PPh3, AsPh3 or SbPh3) react to give [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)L], which when reacted in situ with 4,4-bipy yield the new complexes, [MI2(CO)3(4,4-bipy-N)L] (3)(8). Reaction of equimolar quantities of [WI2(CO)(NCMe)( 2-RC2R)2] (R = Me or Ph) and 4,4-bipy gave the new bis(alkyne) complexes, [WI2(CO)(4,4-bipy-N)( 2-RC2R)2] (9) and (10). Treatment of [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] with two equivalents of (9) or (10) in CH2Cl2 at room temperature affords the bimetallic complexes, [MI2(CO)3{WI2(CO)(4,4-bipy-N,N)( 2-RC2R)2}2] (11)(14). Equimolar quantities of [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)(PPh3)] (prepared in situ) and (9) or (10), react to give the 4,4-bipy-bridged complexes, [MI2(CO)3{WI2(CO)(4,4-bipy-N,N)( 2-RC2R)2}(PPh3)] (15)(18). All the new complexes, (1)(18) were characterised by elemental analysis (C, H and N), i.r. and 1H-n.m.r. spectroscopy.  相似文献

Freeze-drying is used as a gentle dehydration method for heat sensitive materials especially in food and pharmaceutical industries. Most materials, including dissolved sugars in water, do not crystallise during freezing prior to freeze-drying. Supersaturated, freeze-concentrated solutions are amorphous materials and they solidify into a glassy state when their temperature is depressed to below the glass transition temperature,T g. Differential scanning calorimetry has been used to show that maximally freeze-concentrated sugar solutions, when properly frozen, show during heating a glass transition,T g , which is followed by ice melting endotherm with onset atT m . Low molecular weight materials are difficult to freeze-dry as they have lowT g , andT m slightly above T g . High molecular weight materials, such as carbohydrate polymers, exhibit improved dehydration characteristics and they have g and m at about the same temperature close to the melting point of pure water. The amorphous, glassy structure typical of freeze-dried materials is formed during prefreezing and retained after removal of ice and the unfrozen water from the freeze-concentrated material. Dehydration temperatures belowT g allow removal of ice within the solid, glassy solutes, but temperatures aboveT m result in collapse. The frozen state transitions and properties of freeze-dried materials can be shown in state diagrams which are used to derive proper freeze-drying conditions and storage requirements for various materials.  相似文献

The vertical valence ionization potentials of cyclopropane, ethylene oxide and ethylene imine are calculated by a many-body Green's function method. For C3H6 the ordering of the ionization potentials is 2e(), 1e(), 2a1(), 1a2(), 1e(). The assignment of the 2a1 and the 1a2 ionization potentials which has been controversial is thus clarified. The ordering is in agreement with the result obtained via Koopmans' theorem. For ethylene oxide and ethylene imine Koopmans' theorem fails in predicting the correct order of ionic states. For C2H4O the ordering of the ionization potentials is 2b 1(), 4a 1, 1a 2(), 2b 2,3a 1, 1b 1(), 1b 2, 2a 1 and for C2H5N 6a, 5a, 3a, 2a, 4a, 3a, 1a, 2a. The agreement of the computed ionization potentials with the experimental values is very satisfactory.  相似文献

[M(hfacac)2(bpym)] complexes, where M = CoII, NiII or ZnII, hfacac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate and bpym = 2,2bipyrimidine; and [Cl2M(bpym)M(hfacac)2] complexes, where M = CoII, NiII MnII or ZnII M = NiII; M = NiII or ZnII and M = ZnII; M = NiII and M = CoII have been prepared and characterized by chemical analysis, conductance measurements, IR and electronic spectroscopies and magnetic susceptibility measurements (4.2–292K range). The dinuclear NiII–NiII, CoII–NiII and MnII–NiII complexes are antiferromagnetic, with an intramolecular exchange parameter, J, of –2.3–8.9cm–1. CoII and MnII are in a high spin state. The low temperature effect observed in monomers and in NiII–ZnII dimers is considered a consequence of either an intermolecular antiferromagnetic interaction or the zero-field splitting in NiII.  相似文献

The methyl ester and N,N-diethylamide of 2-azido-5-phenyl-4-thiazolecarboxylic acid were obtained by the reaction of the corresponding 4-substituted 2-hydrazino-5-phenylthiazole with NaNO2 in acid media. IR and UV spectroscopy were used to show that the compounds synthesized retain azide form in both the crystalline state and in solution. Condensation of phenothiazine with phenyl isocyanide dichloride has given 10(N-phenylchloroformimidoyl)phenothiazine, exchange reactions of which with salts of diakylthio- and dithiophosphoric acids result in rearrangement of the initially formed 10-[N-phenyldialkoxy(thio)phosphorylthioformimidoyl]phenothiazines to 10-{N-phenyl-N-[dialkoxy(thio)phosphoryl]thiocarbamoyl}phenothiazines, while reaction with diisopropyl dithiophosphoric acid affords diisopropyl chlorothiophosphate, phenyl isothiocyanate, and phenothiazine. 10-(N-Phenylethoxyformimidoyl)phenothiazine alkylates dithiophosphoric acid to give 10-(N-phenylcarbamoyl)phenothiazine, while N2-phenyl-N1,N1-diethyl-(10-phenothiazinyl)formamidine reacts with diisopropyl dithiophosphoric acid, affording the salt N2-phenyl-N1,N1-diethyl-(10-phenothiazinyl)formamidinium O,O-diisopropyl dithiophosphate.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 11, pp. 2596–2601, November, 1989.  相似文献

Summary The influence of thymic factors on the levels of different cyclic nucleotides in human lymphoblastic lymphoma cells has been studied. A single-step HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 2,3-cGMP, 3,5-cGMP, 2,3-cAMP and 3,5-cAMP from biological cell materials is described. Concentrations even in the picomolar range could be determined quantitatively.

Summary When measuringQ –1 and the flexural resonance frequency of bars clamped at one end, constituted by a viscoelastic polymeric material glued to a rigid support of modulusE 1, it is possible to calculate the componentsE 2 andE 2 of the complex elastic modulus of the polymeric material examined. In this work the minimum (critical) value of the ratioa=E 2 /E 1=a c and the values of the ratioQ 2 –1/Q –1=F 1 are evaluated beyond which no exact calculation ofE 2 and ofQ 2 –1 is possible.Within the confidence limits of the linear viscoelasticity theory, these values depend on the accuracy of measurement of both frequency and resonance curve, as well as on the instrument employed, on the operating temperature and on the ratio between the thicknesses of the two coupled materials.In order to keep outside the critical conditions, the most convenient method involves the use of measurements of coupled test-pieces having different ratiosz between their thicknesses and of supports having different modulusE 1, depending on the field of temperature of the analysis ofE 2 and tg 2 concerning and E.P.R. elastomer and a vulcanized cis-1,4 polyisoprene in very wide ranges of temperature comprising the glass transition. Moreover, it is demonstrated by analysis the shift on the temperature axis of the tg maximum of the composite test-piece with respect to the position of the tg maximum of the polymeric material alone.With 11 figures and 1 table  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Arylhydrazon-cyanacetylcarbamidsäureäthylester (I) wurde durch Einwirkung einer Na2CO3-Lösung auf 1-Aryl-5-cyan-6-azauracile (II)1,2 cyclisiert. Nitrile (II) wurden durch Addition von Hydroxylamin in entsprechende Amidoxime (III) übergeführt, welche durch Kochen mit Acetanhydrid die zugehörigen 1-Aryl-5-[5-methyl-1,2,4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauracile (IV) lieferten.
Aryl hydrazone-cyanoacetylcarbamic acid ethyl esters (I) have been cyclized in Na2CO3 soln. yielding 1-aryl-5-cyano-6-azauraciles (II)1,2. Addition of NH2OH to the nitriles (II) gave the corresponding amidoximes (III), which by refluxing with Ac2O were converted to the corresponding 1-aryl-5-[5-methyl-1, 2, 4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauraciles (IV).

Octahedral geometry around the metal(II) ions is proposed and the crystal field parameters of the cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes are also calculated.
