作为一种新型的辐射诱变源, 重离子束在辐射诱变育种中的优越性已经显现。 在此基础上综述了重离子束用于微生物诱变育种的基本原理、 独特优点、 所取得的成果及研究进展, 并对其在新型生物能源开发中的潜力进行了展望。As a new radiation source, heavy ion beams have demonstrated the outstanding advantage in mutation breeding. Based on this background, the basic principal and unique peculiarity of heavy ion beams, the achievement and the progress in the research of microbial mutation breeding are reviewed in the paper. The potential application of heavy ion beams to new biological energy is also prospected.  相似文献

相对于低能离子束生物学, 中能重离子束对植物的诱变效应介绍较少。 从机理上综述了中能重离子束辐照诱变技术的优点, 简要介绍了粮食作物、 经济作物及模式植物的重离子束辐照育种的现状, 最后从转基因、 分子辅助标记及航天育种等方面对重离子束辐照育种的发展趋势进行了展望。 In recent years, the intermediate energy heavy ion biology has been concerned rarely comparing to that of the low energy ions. In this paper, we summarized the advantage of a new mutation breeding method mediated by intermediate energy heavy ion irradiations. Meanwhile, the present state of this mutation technique in applications of the breeding in grain crops, cash crops and model plants were introduced. And the preview of the heavy ion irradiations in gene transfer, molecular marker assisted selection and spaceflight mutation breeding operations were also presented.  相似文献

重离子生物技术已引起人们的广泛关注, 植物育种是重离子生物技术研究和应用的热点之一。 简要介绍了重离子的基本特征和在育种应用中的优势, 综述了重离子辐射对植物分子、 细胞、 个体3个水平的诱变效应研究及重离子辐射育种取得的进展。 Heavy ion biotechnology has received much attention since the mid 1980s, when the first mutagenic effect of heavy ion beams was found in rice. Since then, plant breeding is one of the focuses in heavy ion biotechnology. In this paper we outlined the recent developments in plant breeding by heavy ion beams. We introduced briefly the essential characteristics and superiority of heavy ion beams applied in plant breeding, and reviewed further the mutagenic research in three levels(e.g., molecular, cell and individual) of plants. 研究了He-Ne激光对红霉素链霉菌(streptomyc eserythreus简称SE)和龟裂链霉菌(Streptomyces rimosus简称SR)灭活原生质体和种间融合频率的影响.正交实验结果表明:在温度40℃,融合时间5min,聚乙二醇(PEG)浓度为40%的条件下,灭活原生质体融合频率为1.03×10-5,在He-Ne激光与PEG双重促融作用下,双亲灭活原生质体的种间融合频率可达7.86×10-5.证实了He-Ne激光对原生质体融合有明显的促进作用.  相似文献

选用12C6+ 离子束对阿维链霉菌诱变选育高产菌株与原始菌株进行辐照诱变, 研究其累进辐照效应。实验结果表明,在辐照剂量为10 Gy时, 原始菌株比诱变高产菌株存活率高, 抗辐射能力强;辐照剂量高于30 Gy时,诱变高产菌株比原始菌株存活率高, 抗辐射能力强。原始菌株正突变率最高的辐照剂量为50 Gy, 致死率99.43%,正突变率最高, 达34.2%;对诱变高产菌株辐照剂量为30 Gy,致死率94.97%,正突变率最高, 达23.5% 。累进辐照效应降低了最佳辐照剂量。 Mutagenic effect on the mutant high producing strain ZJAV Y1 203 and the original strain ZJAV A1 irradiated by ion beam of 12C6+ have been investigated. The experimental results indicated that the original strain has higher survival rate and stronger resistance to radiation than mutant high producing Strain at dose of 10 Gy. The mutant high producing strain has higher survival rate and stronger resistance to radiation than the original strain at the dose higher than 30 Gy. The lethality was 97% and the highest rate of orthomutation was 34.2%, when ZJAV A1 was irradiated by 50 Gy 12C6+ beam. The lethality was 94.97% and the highest rate of orthomutation was 23.5% when ZJAV Y1 203 was irradiated by 30 Gy 12C6+ beam. The best radiation dose is decreased by progressivity irradiation.  相似文献

文章综述了重离子束在物理学、生物学、临床治疗等方面的优势,以及在放射生物学方面的基础实验研究内容。分析总结了国内外重离子束辐照治疗肿瘤的临床研究结果。其中,日本已接受治疗了约6 000 名不同类型的肿瘤患者,并取得较高的局部控制率和生存率;德国在头颈部肿瘤临床治疗方面取得了巨大的成功;在兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL) 肿瘤治疗终端上,中国科学院近代物理研究所联合甘肃省肿瘤医院及兰州军区总医院对肿瘤患者的重离子治疗已进入临床试验阶段。甘肃省肿瘤医院治疗结果显示:43 例患者通过影像学检查评价疗效,客观有效率(CR+PR)为71.4%,主要急性放射损伤为1-2 级皮肤反应(红斑形成和脱皮),发生率为61.9%,治疗1 个月后随访结果显示重离子束(12C6+)对深部肿瘤具有较好的局部控制作用,且无严重不良反应发生。This article reviews the advantages of heavy ion in physical, biological and clinical aspects, discusses the radio-biological basis of experiment research, and summarizes clinical results of heavy ion beam treatment on tumor at home and abroad. Japan has accepted and treated about 6000 cancer patients of different types with high local control rates and survival ones. Germany has achieved great success in head and neck tumor clinical treatment. Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMP-CAS), Tumor Hospital of Gansu Province and Lanzhou General Hospital of PLA have begun clinical trial on heavy ion treatment of deep-seated tumors after the shallow-seated tumor therapy has been done at HIRFL (Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou). The treatment results of Tumor Hospital of Gansu Province show that the objective response rate (CR+PR) is 71.4% and the rate of 1-2 levels radiation injury to skin reactions (erythema and desquamation) is 61.9% when we evaluate the 43 patients by means of maging. The results of case follow-up after treatment in 1 month indicate that the deep-seated tumor therapy with heavy ion beam has high local control rates without severe adverse effect.  相似文献

低能重离子与生物体系相互作用及其生物诱变效应的应用研究在我国率先兴起, 并在应用中取得了很大的成就。 介绍了重离子注入与生物有机体的相互作用及其主要的生物学效应, 包括细胞染色体水平、 生理生化效应, 以及对DNA损伤修复、 基因表达、 甲基化修饰的影响。 总结了离子注入诱变的分子遗传学机理的相关研究。 同时分析、 比较讨论了高能与低能离子、 离子束与射线的生物学效应的异同。 提出了离子注入今后的研究方向, 特别指出了离子注入对生物基因表达影响研究的重要性。 As a new mutagenesis technique, low energy heavy ion implantation started in China for the study of interaction effect between incident ions and organism, and great achievements have been obtained in crop breeding. The article reviewed the main biological effects induced by heavy ion implantation, including physiology, biochemistry and genetics effects, on levels of cell and chromosome, gene expression, DNA methylation, DNA damage and reparation etc. It compared the differences in mutagenesis for organism by high energy and low energy ion implantation, as well as γ ray radiaiton. 国产ZIRLO合金是CAP1400重要的燃料包壳管候选材料之一,因此需要在使用前对该材料进行辐照性能考验。研究了国产ZIRLO合金的辐照性能随辐照温度和损伤剂量的变化。辐照实验在中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器上,采用80 MeV的Ni离子进行,辐照产生的损伤采用透射电子显微镜、能量色散谱和纳米压痕法等方法表征。国产ZIRLO合金在300℃经10 dpa损伤剂量辐照后观察到均匀分布的析出颗粒,同样剂量在700℃辐照析出颗粒数目减少,析出相的主要成分为Nb。辐照后出现硬化现象,辐照损伤剂量越大,硬化程度越高;随着辐照温度升高,辐照硬化呈减小趋势。The domestic ZIRLO is a promising candidate of cladding materials for CAP1400. It is necessary to test its radiation properties before its use. In this paper, the radiation properties of the domestic ZIRLO have been studied as functions of irradiation temperature and dose respectively. The experiment was performed at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy by using 80 MeV Ni ions at different temperature and different dose. The transmission electron microscopy, electron dispersive spectroscopy and nano-indentation were used to characterize the radiation damage. The experimental results show that the precipitates are uniformly distributed at 10 dpa and 300℃, while at 700℃ the number of precipitates is reduced. Among all the precipitates, Nbisthe dominant element. Hardening phenomenon was also observed after irradiation, the higher the radiation dose, the higher the degree of hardening, and it illustrates a decreasing tendency with the increasing of the irradiation temperature.  相似文献

载能重离子与高能中子在材料中能够产生相似的级联碰撞损伤,加之重离子具有大的离位损伤截面和在材料样品中低的感生放射性,载能重离子束成为模拟先进核能装置内部结构材料辐照损伤的重要手段。HIRFL能区的重离子在结构材料中的射程一般远大于晶粒尺寸,因此能够产生材料体损伤,借助小样品技术可以获得材料力学性能变化(尤其辐照脆化)的有用信息,为探讨材料辐照损伤微结构和宏观力学性能变化的关联提供了重要条件。本文简要介绍了近年来我们基于HIRFL高能离子束开展的聚变堆候选材料辐照损伤的研究,包括低活化钢的辐照脆化行为、氧化物弥散强化(ODS)铁素体钢的结构优化对于抗辐照性能的影响、不同载能粒子辐照条件下铁素体/马氏体钢的辐照肿胀数据的关联,以及高能重离子辐照的钨材料中氢同位素的滞留行为。研究表明,结合特殊的测试技术及数据分析方法,高能重离子可作为核能结构材料辐照损伤研究及评估的有效手段。Because of the similarity in cascade damage structure in materials produced by energetic heavy ions and by fast neutrons, and the high displacement rate and low induced radioactivity of samples by heavy ions, heavy ion beam becomes an important tool to simulate radiation damage by energetic neutrons in materials in advanced nuclear energy systems. The ranges of heavy ions provided by HIRFL (Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou) are generally much larger than the mean dimensions of grains in alloys candidate to advanced nuclear reactors, and is capable of producing radiation damage in bulk scale. It therefore makes possible the evaluation of change of mechanical properties including the radiation induced embrittlement from the irradiated specimens by using miniaturized specimen techniques. In the present paper, we provide an introduction of our recent studies of radiation damage of materials candidate to future fusion reactors by utilizing heavy ion beams in HIRFL.The studies include issues as follows:ductility loss of RAFM steels causes by high-energy Ne ions, impact of oxide dispersoids on the radiation resistance of ODS ferritic steels, correlation of void swelling of ferritic/martensitic steels under different particle irradiation, and behavior of deuterium retention in tungsten under irradiation with high-energy heavy ions. The results show that high-energy heavy ions can be used as a tool to efficiently investigate or evaluate radiation damage in structure materials if combined with some special test techniques and data analysis.  相似文献

利用中能重离子束辐照生物靶材料时产生的中子、γ射线和次级碎片等次级辐射对春麦种子进行辐照 ,然后通过田间试验和实验室的分析测定 ,得到了 M1代植株的变化 . (1 )在生物学性状中 ,穗粒数、小穗数、千粒重、穗粒重、小穗密度和有效分蘖数变异率较大 ;(2 )除 SOD活性外 ,POD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量和蛋白质含量的变异率也较大 ;(3 )休眠种子和萌发种子辐照M1代在生物学性状的变化上存在很大的差异 ;(4)两个春麦材料的辐射敏感性差异明显 .由此表明 ,兰州重离子加速器辐照终端在进行生物学实验时产生的次级辐射是可能利用的诱变源. 在高电离态类氢离子的新势函数模型下, 电子近核区域运动的相对论效应、有限核效应、量子电动力学(QED)等效应已被电离度效应所取代. 利用包含电离度效应的类氢离子波函数, 系统研究了电离度效应对重类氢离子电偶极跃迁概率的影响. 发现电离度效应使类氢He+9至Pm+60离子的跃迁概率相对增加3.55 %-10.38 %. 这有利于实验研究者估价自己测量到的原子或离子状态的正确性.  相似文献
