首先将巯基DNA分子与金纳米粒子偶联,并用琼脂糖凝胶电泳分离出含不同DNA分子数目的金纳米粒子,最后将修饰有互补DNA链的Au纳米粒子进行组装,得到组装体(五聚体)。透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究表明,DNA-Au纳米组装体被成功地获得;表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)研究表明,与未组装的金纳米粒子相比,DNA-Au纳米组装体具有更强的SERS活性。  相似文献

表面增强拉曼(SERS)是一种快速灵敏的表面分析检测技术。提出了一种简便快捷的制备高活性的透明柔性SERS基底,使用乙醇诱导Au NPs从水溶液中组装到水/油界面的形成致密的Au MLF后再用透明胶带转移即制备完成了SERS基底。UV-Vis和SEM测试结果显示纳米金被紧密的吸附在透明胶带上。通过调控Au溶胶的浓度以及加入乙醇与Au溶胶的体积比来控制Au纳米粒子在胶带的密度,发现加入的氯金酸体积0.4mL,乙醇与Au溶胶体积比10∶4时,制备完成的Au/Tape基底具有最佳的活性,以孔雀石绿分子为拉曼探针计算了Au/Tape基底的增强因子EF为1.8×107。此基底在非平整表面现场超灵敏快速检测具有潜力。  相似文献

利用化学自组装方法,首先在色谱玻璃小瓶的内壁吸附上一层PDDA阳离子聚电解质,然后通过静电吸附作用将带有负电荷的银纳米粒子组装到内壁;比较了不同色谱瓶作为吸附银纳米粒子的载体的优缺点;用紫外-可见吸收光谱监测吸附到玻璃瓶内壁的银纳米粒子的表面等离子体共振峰,跟踪银纳米粒子的组装情况;利用对-巯基苯胺作为探针分子研究了基底的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性。结果表明:所制备的SERS小瓶基底具有良好的SERS活性,并且使用简单,保存时间长,适合SERS现场快速检测的需要。  相似文献

采用化学还原法制备了以Au为核、包覆Ag的双金属核壳Au@Ag纳米粒子,并成功地用于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)分析测试。通过改变制备液中Ag/Au的量比来调控Ag壳包覆厚度。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见光谱仪(UV-Vis)对Au@Ag纳米粒子的构貌进行表征。TEM显示明显存在核壳结构,且Ag壳层随Ag/Au的量比的增加而逐渐变厚;UV-Vis表明随着Ag/Au的量比的增加,Au@Ag纳米粒子出现了Au核与Ag壳吸收峰的2个等离子体共振峰,同时伴随着Au峰的蓝移和Ag峰的红移。以双甲脒为分析物,考察了不同Ag/Au的量比时的Au@Ag纳米粒子的SERS活性。结果表明,SERS活性随Ag/Au的量比的增加先增大后减小,在6∶5时其SERS增强效应最佳,此时Ag壳厚度约为6 nm。以对巯基苯胺(4-ATP)、结晶紫(CV)和双甲脒为分析测试对象,对比了Au@Ag、Ag、Au 3种基底的SERS活性。结果表明,所制备的Au@Ag纳米粒子的SERS活性要明显优于单纯的Au、Ag纳米粒子。  相似文献

在氨基硅烷化的单晶硅片表面通过静电自组装技术组装上金和金核铂壳两种纳米粒子,通过改变基底浸泡在溶胶中的时间控制基底上纳米粒子的密度。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对基底表面上的形貌进行表征,结果表明纳米粒子呈亚单层二维阵列分布。以吡啶(Py)为探针分子,用波长为632.8 nm的激发光作为激发光源,研究纯金和金铂复合基底上的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)行为。数据显示在金纳米粒子之间引入金核铂壳纳米粒子后,Py的两个特征峰的频率没有明显变化,但谱峰的强度却变弱了,其SERS信号衰减最大可至原来的24%。这是由于引入的铂的d态电子使金的等离子体激发猝灭,从而破坏了电磁场增强,使金的SERS信号衰减。  相似文献

通过先采用Frens法制备粒径约为12nm的Au NPs,以此为基础通过以抗坏血酸为还原剂,采用种子生长法成功制得Au@Ag纳米粒子,通过UV-Vis表征发现具有很好的稳定性。接着以4-巯基吡啶(4-MPy)分子为探针,考察了加入电解质的量、加入顺序、电解质的阳离子、电解质的阴离子对纳米粒子SERS活性的影响,并结合UV-Vis光谱进行了分析。结果显示加入电解质的量一般会有一个最佳值,加入阳离子种类以及加入顺序对纳米粒子SERS活性影响不是很明显。不同阴离子的加入对纳米粒子影响不同,这主要是由于阴离子的加入使溶胶发生聚集以及阴离子与Au@Ag纳米粒子银表面相互作用的结果。  相似文献

通过溶胶-水热法合成TiO_2纳米粒子,然后采用光催化还原法通过改变氯金酸(HAuCl4)水溶液浓度和光照时间等参数制备不同量Au沉积的TiO_2(Au-TiO_2)纳米复合体,并以其作为SERS活性基底对吸附在其表面的探针分子(4-MBA)进行SERS研究。与纳米TiO_2上本征的SERS增强相比,适量的Au沉积导致复合基底对4-MBA分子具有更强的SERS增强效应,4-MBA的SERS信号增强来源于贵金属和半导体的共同作用;制备复合基底的光还原时间和氯金酸的浓度对复合基底的SERS增强效应均具有重要的影响。  相似文献

在4,4’-二硫联吡啶在Au表面形成自组装单分子层膜的基础上,采用表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)研究了在不同pH值条件下金纳米粒子在4,4’-二硫联吡啶自组装单分子膜/Au体系表面的组装。研究结果表明,由于处于单分子膜表面的吡啶环中氮原子的质子化程度随溶液环境中pH值的变化而变化,使得金纳米粒子与单分子膜表面间的结合作用程度不同,由此会引起金纳米粒子在单分子膜表面的覆盖度存在差异,并最终导致所观测到的4-巯基吡啶自组装单分子膜的SERS光谱强度存在明显的差异。而且,令人感兴趣的是,所观测到的SERS谱峰强度随金纳米粒子组装时pH值的变化呈现出明显的规律性。结合分子结构特征的分析,初步阐明了SERS谱峰强度随pH值这一组装条件的改变而发生规律性变化的内在原因。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种制备多功能磁性Fe2O3/Au/Ag纳米粒子的简捷方法, 制备的粒子直径大约在100 nm左右, 采用UV-vis和SEM对该结构进行了表征。并通过调节硝酸银的用量, 制备了一系列具有不同壳层厚度和表面结构的多重核壳纳米粒子。以苯硫酚(TP)为探针分子, 研究了不同银壳厚度的磁性纳米粒子的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性。结果表明随Ag:Au比例的不断增加, 其SERS活性呈现先增大后减小的趋势, 这与表面结构的改变有关。  相似文献

通过自组装技术在玻璃基片上合成了银纳米粒子(Ag NPs)组装基底,对牛奶中痕量的青霉素G(PG)药物分子进行SERS分析。利用自组装的Ag NPs基底可以实现对牛奶样品中PG分子的定性检测,获得了较低的检出限,可以达到10-7 mol·L-1。与传统的高效液相色谱法相比,这种检测方法具有操作更加简便、成本低以及检测时间短等优点。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献
