The title compound (C16H14BrNO) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-tolylamine, Meldrum’s acid and 4-bromo-benzaldehyde, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 7.6850(11), b = 8.3004(11), c = 21.301(3) , β = 95.110(2)°, V = 1353.4(3) 3, Mr = 316.19, Z = 4, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 3.028 mm-1, F(000) = 640, the final R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0768. The new cadmium(II) coordination polymer [Cd(bte)2(dca)2]n 1 (bte = 1,2-bis(1,2,4- triazol-1-yl)ethane, dca = dicyanamide) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.7148(15), b = 8.6142(17), c = 15.204(3) A, β = 92.100(10)o, V = 1140.6(4) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 572.87, Dc = 1.668 g/cm3, F(000) = 572, μ = 1.004 mm-1, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1429 for 1737 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The cadmium atom is coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four bte ligands and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two dca anions to adopt a distorted octahedral geometry. Each bte molecule bridges two cadmium(II) atoms. The results of the X-ray structure analysis of three novel 3,6-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine cocrystals are presented. These are 3,6-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine–2,4,6-tribromophenol (1/2), C12H8N6·2C6H3Br3O, 3,6-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine–isonicotinic acid N-oxide (1/2), C12H8N6·2C6H5NO3, and 3,6-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine–4-nitrobenzenesulfonamide (1/1), C12H8N6·C6H6N2O4S. Special attention is paid to a conformational analysis of the title tetrazine molecule in known crystal structures. Quantum chemistry methods are used to compare the energetic parameters of the investigated conformations. A structural analysis of the hydrogen and halogen bonds with acceptor aromatic tetrazine and pyrazine rings is conducted in order to elucidate factors responsible for conformational stability. 相似文献

A series of 2-(2-aminothiazol-5-yl)-3,6-dichloro-5-diethylaminoethenyl-1,4-benzoquinones was synthesized from 2-(2-aminothiazol-5-yl)-3,5,6-trichloro-1,4-benzoquinones using acetaldehyde and diethylamine in toluene solution. A new mercury(II)-organic polymeric complex generated from 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (3-bpo) as an angular dipyridyl derivative ligand, [Hg(3-bpo)2(SCN)2], was prepared from reactions of ligand 3-bpo with mercury(II) thiocyanate. This review highlights the methods used for the synthesis of 3-oxo-N-(pyridin-2-yl)butanamide compounds. The reactivity and synthetic importance are investigated. In this context, recent progress in the synthesis and use of 3-oxo-N-(pyridin-2-yl)butanamide as precursors for heterocyclic compounds is reviewed. The synthetic routes for preparation of 3-oxo-N-(pyridin-2-yl)butanamide are based on the reaction of diketene with aromatic primary amine and reaction of 2-aminopyridine with β-keto-t-butylthioester or ethylacetoacetate. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, chiral space group C2 with a = 18.1328(14), b = 5.5969(5), c = 19.2195(15),μ= 115.5420(10)°, V = 1759.9(2)3, Z = 4, F(000) = 744, C19H19N3O2S, Mr = 353.43, Dc = 1.334 g/cm3, S = 1.15, μ = 0.201 mm-1, the final R = 0.035 and wR = 0.111 for 2307 observed reflections (I > 2δ(I)). The Flack parameter is -0.03(10). The preliminary bioassay result indicated that the title compound exhibits strong insecticidal activity (93.75% mortality) against Mythimna separate at the concentration of 1.000 g/L. 相似文献

The title compound 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-[5-(pyrid-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea (C14H10ClN5OS, Mr = 331.79) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(pyrid-4-yl)- 1,3,4-thiadiazole with 4-chlorobenzoyl azide, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P with a = 5.8550(8), b = 7.5668(10), c = 16.416(2) , α = 78.364(2), β = 81.204(2), γ = 84.749(2)°, V = 702.58(16) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 0.429 mm-1, F(000) = 340, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1092 for 2001 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title molecule is nearly planar. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by strong intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds together with weak nonclassical intermolecular (C-H…Y, Y = N, O and Cl) hydrogen bonds and stacked through π-π interactions. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Dothiorella gregaria. 相似文献
