Localized valencies are displayed by the MnV–MnII complex ion 1 . This is the key finding from X-ray structure analysis, as well as vibrational and EPR spectroscopic invesigations on 1 obtained by the reaction of manganese(II ) and [Mnv(N)(CN)5]3− salts in aqueous 1 M NaCN solution. Remarkably, the asymmetry is induced by the nitrogen atom bridge.  相似文献

Organometallic Compounds of the Lanthanides. LIII. (C5H5Gd)52-OCH3)43-OCH3)45-O) and [Na2(tC4H9OGd)43-OtC4H9)86-O)], two New Alkoxi Gadolinium Clusters with Interstitial Oxygen Gadolinium trichloride reacts in tetrahydrofurane with cyclopentadienyl sodium and two equivalents of sodium methoxide with formation of (C5H5Gd)52-OCH3)43-OCH3)45-O) ( 1 ), and with potassium tert-butoxide with formation of [Na2(tC4H9OGd)43-OtC4H9)86-O)] ( 2 ). The X-ray structure of 1 shows a tetragonal pyramide build up by five gadolinium atoms, containing an oxygen atom in the center of the base and eight bridging methoxo groups. The structure of 2 consists of an oxygen centered octahedron build up by two sodium and four gadolinium atoms, connected by eight bridging tert-butoxy groups and four terminal butoxides. The monoclinic crystals of 1 , space group I2/a have the following crystallographic data: a = 2 276.9(5) pm, b = 2 063.1(6) pm, c = 3 152.2(3) pm, β = 90.7(1)°, Z = 12, Dcalcd 1.85 g · cm?3, R = 0.0519. 2 crystallizes tetragonal, space group I4/mmm with a = 1 728.5(4) pm, b = 1 031.0(3) pm, Z = 2, Dcalcd 1.69 g · cm?3, R = 0.0682.  相似文献

Reactions of aqueous HX (X?Cl, Br) or of AuCl(PPh3) with Ru55-C2PPh2)(μ-PPh2)(CO)13 result in addition of the 4e-donor set (H + X) or (Au(PPh3) + Cl) with concomitant opening of two Ru? Ru bonds to give complexes containing dimetallated triangular of ‘scorpion’ cores. Aqueous HI reacts similarly, but in this case the iodide ligand spans three Ru atoms, the (H + I) set acting as 6e-donor. The structures of the two title compounds were confirmed by X-ray crystallographic studies. Ru5(μ-H)(μ5-C2PPh2)(μ-PPh2)-(μ-Br)(CO)13 is triclinic, space group P1 , a = 9.689(2), b = 11.874(2), c = 20.005(4) Å, α = 84.66(2), β = 82.90(6), λ = 67.51(6)°, Z = 2; 6478 data with I > 2σ(I) were refined to R = 0.0368, Rw = 0.0362. Ru5(μ-H)(μ5-C2PPh2)(μ3-I)(μ-PPh2)-(CO)12.CH2Cl2 is monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 14.809(4), b = 20.721(4), c = 17.698(5) Å, β = 111.42(2)°, Z = 4; 7815 data with I > 2σ(I) were refined to R = 0.0440, Rw = 0.0416.  相似文献

Tris)(η 5-cyclopentadienyl-μ-carbonyl-iron)-μ3-nitrosyl cluster was obtained from the reaction of cyclopentadienyl dicarbonyliron dimer with nitrogen monoxide in xylene. The cluster was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, MS and 1H NMR. The crystal structure of [(η5-C5H5)(μ-CO)Fe]3(μ3-NO).C4H8O was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma, a=9.053(2), 6=10.545(2), c=22.525(4) A, V=2150.3(7) A3, Z=4,Dc=1.68 g.cm-3; structure solution and refinement based on 1141 reflections with I > 3.0 (I) (MoKa, A=0.71073 A) converged at R=0.0540. The infrared absorption band at 1325 cm-1 of the μ3-NO in the cluster, which is red shifted, shows that μ3-NO is activated.  相似文献

Activation of Carbon Disulfide on Triruthenium Clusters: Synthesis and X‐Ray Crystal Structure Analysis of [Ru3(CO)5(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2){μ‐η2‐PCy2C(S)}(μ3‐S)] and [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] [Ru3(CO)6(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)2(μ‐dppm)] ( 1 ) (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) reacts under mild conditions with CS2 and yields by oxidative decarbonylation and insertion of CS into one phosphido bridge the opened 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐dppm){μ‐η2‐PCy2C(S)}(μ3‐S)] ( 2 ) with only two M–M bonds. The compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; α = 84.65(3), β = 77.21(3), γ = 81.87(3)° and V = 2790.7(11) Å3. The reaction of [Ru3(CO)7(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)2] ( 3 ) with CS2 in refluxing toluene affords the 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] ( 4 ). The compound cristallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/a with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; β = 104.223(16)° and V = 4570.9(10) Å3. Although in the solid state structure one elongated Ru–Ru bond has been found the complex 4 can be considered by means of the 31P‐NMR data as an electron‐rich metal cluster.  相似文献

The first five-membered rings of metal atoms connected by M–M or M-H-M bonds only have been obtained by a Re2+Re3 condensation in which a polyhydride acts as a bridging bidentate ligand toward a coordinatively unsaturated fragment (see scheme below). In spite of the octahedral coordination of the Re centers, the Re5 rings display conformations (twisted and envelope) comparable with those observed for organic five-membered rings of tetrahedral carbon atoms.  相似文献
