The title compound, C8H17NO2, exists as a zwitterion, adopting a propeller conformation. Molecules self‐assemble to form a hydrogen‐bonded layer parallel to the ab crystallographic plane connected by N+—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. These layers are stacked along the c axis and are stabilized by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Er(C6H11NO)8][Cr(NCS)6], is a new structure type for [Ln(ɛ‐caprolactam)8][Cr(NCS)6], where Ln is a lanthanide. There are two independent cations and two independent anions in the asymmetric unit. The Er atom is in a distorted square‐antiprismatic environment of eight O atoms of the organic ligands; Er—O bond distances are in the range 2.29–2.44 Å. The coordination environment of the Cr atom is a slightly distorted octahedron; Cr—N bond distances vary from 1.99 to 2.01 Å. The mutual packing of the cations and the anions follows a distorted NaCl motif. One cation has the Er atom on a twofold axis and one of the anions has the Cr atom on a twofold axis.  相似文献

The title compounds, C18H21NO and C18H21NS, in their enantiomerically pure forms are isostructural with the enantiomerically pure 4‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,2,4‐trimethylchroman and 4‐(2,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐2,2,4‐trimethylchroman analogues and form extended linear chains via N—H...O or N—H...S hydrogen bonding along the [100] direction. The absolute configuration for both compounds was determined by anomalous dispersion methods with reference to both the Flack parameter and, for the light‐atom compound, Bayesian statistics on Bijvoet differences.  相似文献

In the title compound, (C10H9N2)2[Pt(CN)6]·2C10H8N2 or [(Hbpy)+]2[Pt(CN)6]2−·2bpy, where bpy is 4,4′‐bipyridine, the Hbpy+ cations and bpy mol­ecules form a hydrogen‐bonded two‐dimensional cationic approximately square grid parallel to the (110) plane. The [Pt(CN)6]2− dianions reside in the cavities within this grid, with the nitrile N atoms forming weak hydrogen bonds with the CH groups in the cationic lattice.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, [Mn4Al(CH3)2(C3H7O2)4I5(C4H8O)], contains one AlIII and four MnII ions. Two Mn atoms are five‐coordinate in the form of a trigonal bipyramid or a square pyramid. The two other Mn atoms are six‐coordinate with an octahedral geometry. The fourcoordinate Al atom is linked to the manganese core by μ‐Oalkoxo bridges, forming an almost planar five‐membered ring.  相似文献

In dimethylformamide containing tetramethylammonium tetrafluoroborate, cyclic voltammograms for reduction of 4,4′‐(2,2,2‐trichloroethane‐1,1‐diyl)bis(chlorobenzene) (DDT) at a glassy carbon cathode exhibit five waves, whereas three waves are observed for the reduction of 4,4′‐(2,2‐dichloroethane‐1,1‐diyl)bis(chlorobenzene) (DDD). Bulk electrolyses of DDT and DDD afford 4,4′‐(ethene‐1,1‐diyl)bis(chlorobenzene) (DDNU) as principal product (67–94%), together with 4,4′‐(2‐chloroethene‐1,1‐diyl)bis(chlorobenzene) (DDMU), 1‐chloro‐4‐styrylbenzene, and traces of both 1,1‐diphenylethane and 4,4′‐(ethane‐1,1‐diyl)bis(chlorobenzene) (DDO). For electrolyses of DDT and DDD, the coulometric n values are essentially 4 and 2, respectively. When DDT is reduced in the presence of a large excess of D2O, the resulting DDNU and DDMU are almost fully deuterated, indicating that reductive cleavage of the carbon–chlorine bonds of DDT is a two‐electron process that involves carbanion intermediates. A mechanistic scheme is proposed to account for the formation of the various products.  相似文献

This study presents the coordination modes and crystal organization of a calcium–potassium coordination polymer, poly[hexaaquabis(μ4‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κ4O1:O1′:O1′′:O4)bis(μ3‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κ2O1:O1′)calcium(II)dipotassium(I)], [CaK2(C7H5O5S)4(H2O)6]n, displaying a novel two‐dimensional framework. The potassium ion is seven‐coordinated by four sulfonate and one carboxyl O atom located on five different acid ligands, two of which are unique, and by two symmetry‐independent water O atoms. A pair of close potassium ions share two inversion‐related sulfonate O‐atom sites to form a dimeric K2O12 unit, which is extended into a one‐dimensional array along the a‐axis direction. The six‐coordinate Ca2+ ion occupies a special position () at (0, , ) and is surrounded by four sulfonate O atoms from two inversion‐related pairs of unique acid monoanions and by two O atoms from aqua ligands. The compound displays a layered structure, with K2O12 and CaO6 polyhedra in the layers and aromatic linkers between the layers. The three‐dimensional scaffold is open, with nano‐sized channels along the c axis.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the first cyclopentadienyl vanadium(IV) pseudohalide complex, (η5‐C5H4CH3)2V(NCO)2, was determined. The molecule has a typical bent metallocene structure in which two η5‐bonded methyl‐cyclopentadienyl rings and two nitrogen atoms of cyanato ligands occupy the pseudotetrahedral coordination sites around the vanadium(IV) center. The title compounds are salts of the general form (Q+)2[Zn(dmit)2]2?, where dmit corresponds to the ligand (C3S5)? present in both and Q+ to the counter‐cations (nBu4N)+ [or C16H36N+] and (Ph4As)+ [or C24H20As+], respectively. In the first case, Zn is in the 4e special positions of space group C2/c and hence the [Zn(dmit)2]2? dianion possesses twofold axial crystallographic symmetry. Including these, there are now 11 known examples of [Zn(dmit)2]2? or its analogues, with O replacing the exocyclic thione S, and [Zn(dmio)2]2? dianions in nine structures with various Q. Comparison of these reveals a remarkable variation in details of the conformation which the dianion may adopt in terms of Zn coordination, equivalence of the Zn—S bond lengths, displacement of Zn from the plane of the ligand and overall dianion shape.  相似文献

The title compound, C36H28O4P2·CH4O, was synthesized directly from the methoxy analogue. The crystal structure shows that one OH group interacts with an O atom of a phosphine oxide group in an adjacent mol­ecule, while the other OH group complexes with the methanol solvent molecule via intermolecular hydrogen bonds. An O atom of one phosphine oxide group interacts with the hydroxy H atom of methanol via a hydrogen bond. There are intra‐ and intermolecular π–π interactions between the phenyl rings. All these interactions result in the formation of supramolecular chiral parallelogram channels via self‐assembly.  相似文献

The 4‐chloro‐ [C14H11ClN2O2, (I)], 4‐bromo‐ [C14H10BrN2O2, (II)] and 4‐diethylamino‐ [C18H21N3O2, (III)] derivatives of benzylidene‐4‐hydroxybenzohydrazide, all crystallize in the same space group (P21/c), (I) and (II) also being isomorphous. In all three compounds, the conformation about the C=N bond is E. The molecules of (I) and (II) are relatively planar, with dihedral angles between the two benzene rings of 5.75 (12) and 9.81 (17)°, respectively. In (III), however, the same angle is 77.27 (9)°. In the crystal structures of (I) and (II), two‐dimensional slab‐like networks extending in the a and c directions are formed via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules stack head‐to‐tail viaπ–π interactions involving the aromatic rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.7622 (14) Å in (I) and 3.8021 (19) Å in (II)]. In (III), undulating two‐dimensional networks extending in the b and c directions are formed via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules stack head‐to‐head viaπ–π interactions involving inversion‐related benzene rings [centroid–centroid distances = 3.6977 (12) and 3.8368 (11) Å].  相似文献

Two new complexes of the Ln2(oda)3·nH2O (oda =–O2CCH2OCH2CO2–) series are reported, i.e. {[Pr2(C4H4O5)3(H2O)3]·5H2O}n and {[Nd2(C4H4O5)3(H2O)6]·C4H6O5·‐2H2O}n. The former is isostructural with the reported La analogue, while the latter is a new structural variety within the series. Each compound exhibits two independent nine‐coordinated Ln centres showing a variety of coordination geometries.  相似文献

Hydrogen Bonds in 1,1‐Bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐3‐benzoylthiourea and its Nickel(II)‐ and Copper(II)‐Chelate Complexes The ligand 1,1‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐3‐benzoylthiourea HL, ( 1 ), yields with nickel(II) and copper(II) ions neutral complexes [NiL2], ( 2 ), and [CuL2], ( 3 ). By X‐ray structure analysis and IR spectroscopy different intramolecular hydrogen bonds (OH…O) and (OH…N) could be identified in both equally coordinated ligands of the [NiL2] molecule. The title complex, [Cu4(C11H10N3O4)2(C6H6N4S2)2](C6H2N3O7)2, consists of a circular tetracopper(II) cation with an embedded inversion centre and two uncoordinated picrate (2,4,6‐trinitrophenolate) anions. The CuII cations at the inner sites of N‐(2‐aminoethyl)‐N′‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)oxamidate(3−) (oxbe) have square‐planar environments and those at the outer sites are in square‐pyramidal geometries. The separations of pairs of CuII cations bridged by cis‐oxamide and carboxylate groups are 5.2217 (5) and 5.2871 (5) Å, respectively. The tetracopper(II) cations and picrate anions are connected by N—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional network parallel to the (010) plane, and these two‐dimensional networks are assembled by two types of π–π stacking interactions into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

In contrast to diradicals connected by alternant hydrocarbons, only a few studies on those connected by nonalternant hydrocarbons have been reported. The syntheses, structures, and magnetic properties of azulene‐1,3‐diyl linked bis(nitronyl nitroxide) (NN2Az) and bis(iminonitroxide) (IN2Az) diradicals and their Cu(hfac)2 (hfac=hexafluoroacetylacetonate) complexes were investigated. NN2Az was shown to have an intramolecular ferromagnetic interaction with J obs/k B=+10.0 K (H =−2J S 1 ⋅S 2) between (nitronyl nitroxide) spins, whereas IN2Az was estimated to have a much weaker intramolecular magnetic interaction. The reactions of NN2Az and IN2Az with Cu(hfac)2 gave a 1:2 [{Cu(hfac)2}2(NN2Az)] complex and a 1:1 [Cu(hfac)2(IN2Az)] ⋅ C6H12 complex, respectively. [{Cu(hfac)2}2(NN2Az)] showed strong intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions (J 1‐Cu‐R/k B≈−800 K, J 2‐Cu‐R/k B≈−500 K) between the CuII spins and the coordinating NN spins, whereas [Cu(hfac)2(IN2Az)] exhibited a ferromagnetic exchange interaction (J obs‐Cu‐R/k B=+114 K) between the CuII spin and the imino‐coordinated iminonitroxide spin.  相似文献

The title nest‐shaped cluster, [Cu3WIOS3(C10H8N2)2], has been synthesized by the reaction of (NH4)2[WOS3], CuI and 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) in dimethyl­formamide under a purified nitro­gen atmosphere. The cluster has a neutral skeleton containing the bipy ligands, and the central W atom is tetra­hedrally coordinated by three S atoms and one O atom. The three Cu atoms are divided into two different kinds. Two Cu atoms adopt distorted tetra­hedral geometry, with each Cu atom coordinated by two S atoms and the two N atoms of a bipy ligand. The other Cu atom adopts a trigonal mode surrounded by two S atoms and one I atom.  相似文献

The title dinuclear complex, (aqua‐1κO)tetrakis(μ‐2,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐enoato‐1:2κ2O:O′)bis(2,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐enoato)‐1κO;2κO‐(ethanol‐2κO)bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1κ2N,N′;2κ2N,N′‐dilanthanum(III), [La2(C15H11O2)6(C12H8N2)2(C2H5OH)(H2O)], contains two similar LaIII centres with distorted [LaO6N2] bicapped triganol–prismatic coordination polyhedra formed by six phenylcinnamate (PCA or 2,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐enoate) ligands, two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands, a coordinating ethanol molecule and a coordinating water molecule. The two metal centres are bridged by four μ‐PCA ligands, with the remaining two PCA ligands coordinated in a monodentate fashion. The noncoordinated carboxylate O atoms on the terminal PCA ligands form O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the coordinated solvent molecules. Each La centre is also coordinated by a bidentate phen ligand. The PCA ligands all adopt synsyn orientations, with the two phenyl rings presenting dihedral angles of about 70°. The compound displays photochromic behaviour both in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献
