Formylation of 2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 1 ) with N-methylformanilide and phosphorus oxychloride gave 5-formyl-2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 2 ) and 5,5′-diformyl-2,2′5′,2′-terfuran ( 3 ). Reduction of 2 and 3 afforded 5-hydroxymethyl-2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 4 ) and 5,5′ dihydroxymethyl-2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 5 ), respectively. Terfuran 1 reacted with phenylmagnesium bromide to give 5-(phenylhydroxymethyl)-2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 6 ), and was carbonated to 5-carboxy 2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 7 ) and 5,5′-dicarboxy-2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 8 ). Bromination of 1 with N-bromosuccinimide gave 5,5′-dibromo 2,2′,5′,2′-terfuran ( 9 ).  相似文献

A new diimide‐dicarboxylic acid, 2,2′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bis(4‐trimellitimidophenoxy)biphenyl (DBTPB), containing a noncoplanar 2,2′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐biphenylene unit was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 2,2′‐dimethyl‐4,4′‐bis(4‐minophenoxy)biphenyl (DBAPB) with trimellitic anhydride in glacial acetic acid. A series of new polyamide‐imides were prepared by direct polycondensation of DBAPB and various aromatic diamines in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone (NMP), using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The polymers were produced with high yield and moderate to high inherent viscosities of 0.86–1.33 dL · g−1. Wide‐angle X‐ray diffractograms revealed that the polymers were amorphous. Most of the polymers exhibited good solubility and could be readily dissolved in various solvents such as NMP, N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide, pyridine, cyclohexanone, and tetrahydrofuran. These polyamide‐imides had glass‐transition temperatures between 224–302 °C and 10% weight loss temperatures in the range of 501–563 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. The tough polymer films, obtained by casting from DMAc solution, had a tensile strength range of 93–115 MPa and a tensile modulus range of 2.0–2.3 GPa. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The reaction of N‐methyl‐2,2′‐diphenolamine 1 and 2,2′‐diphenolamine 2 with some diorganotin(IV) oxides [R1/2SnO: R1 = Me, n‐Bu, t‐Bu and Ph] led to the syntheses of diorgano[N‐methyl‐2,2′‐diphenolato‐O,O′,N]tin (IV) 3–6 and diorgano[2,2′‐diphenolato‐O,O′,N]tin (IV) 7–9 . All compounds (except 7 ) studied in this work were characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, infrared, and mass spectroscopy. Their 119Sn NMR data show that the tin atom is tetracoordinated in CDCl3 but penta and hexacoordinated in DMSO‐d6. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Heteroatom Chem 10: 133–139, 1999  相似文献

New aromatic dicarboxylic acids having kink and crank structures, 2,2′-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) biphenyl and 2,2′-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl, were synthesized by the reaction of p-fluorobenzonitrile with biphenyl-2,2′-diol and 2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl, respectively, followed by hydrolysis. Biphenyl-2,2′-diyl-and 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl-containing aromatic polyamides having inherent viscosities of 0.58–1.46 dL/g and 0.63–1.30 dL/g, respectively, were obtained by the low-temperature solution polycondensation of the corresponding diacid chlorides with aromatic diamines. These polymers were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents including N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), dimethyl sulfoxide, m-cresol, and pyridine. Transparent, pale yellow, and flexible films of these polymers could be cast from the DMAc or NMP solutions. These aromatic polyamides containing biphenyl and binaphthyl units had glass transition temperatures in the range of 210–272 and 260–315°C, respectively. They began to lose weight around 380°C, with 10% weight loss being recorded at about 450°C in air. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Synthesis, EPR and X-Ray Structure of mer-Trichloro(2,2′-bipyridine)nitridotechnetium(VI) — a new Technetium(VI) Nitrido Complex mer-Trichloro(2,2′-bipyridine)nitridotechnetium(VI) has been prepared by the reaction of (NBu4)[TcNCl4] with 2,2′-bipyridine in acetonitrile, whereas the same procedure gives in methanol the technetium(V) cation [TcNCl(bipy)2]+. The EPR spectrum of [TcNCl3(bipy)] suggests a meridional coordination of the three chloro ligands. [TcNCl3(bipy)] crystallizes monoclinic in the space group P21/n; a = 8.572(1), b = 15.462(1), c = 10.110(1) Å, β = 104.21(1)°, Z = 4. The R value converged at 0.034 on the basis of 3 040 reflections. The technetium atom is distorted octahedrally coordinated with the chloro ligands meridionally cis with respect to the nitrido nitrogen. The Tc? N(1) bond length is 1.669(4) Å, and the Tc? N(3) bond (2.371(4) Å) is significantly lengthened due to the structural trans labilizing influence of the “N3?” ligand.  相似文献

Poly[bis(3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐2,2′‐diium) γ‐octamolybdate(VI) dihydrate], {(C10H16N4)2[Mo8O26]·2H2O}n, (I), and bis(3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐2,2′‐diium) α‐dodecamolybdo(VI)silicate tetrahydrate, (C10H16N4)2[SiMo12O40]·4H2O, (II), display intense hydrogen bonding between the cationic pyrazolium species and the metal oxide anions. In (I), the asymmetric unit contains half a centrosymmetric γ‐type [Mo8O26]4− anion, which produces a one‐dimensional polymeric chain by corner‐sharing, one cation and one water molecule. Three‐centre bonding with 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethyl‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐2,2′‐diium, denoted [H2Me4bpz]2+ [N...O = 2.770 (4)–3.146 (4) Å], generates two‐dimensional layers that are further linked by hydrogen bonds involving water molecules [O...O = 2.902 (4) and 3.010 (4) Å]. In (II), each of the four independent [H2Me4bpz]2+ cations lies across a twofold axis. They link layers of [SiMo12O40]4− anions into a three‐dimensional framework, and the preferred sites for pyrazolium/anion hydrogen bonding are the terminal oxide atoms [N...O = 2.866 (6)–2.999 (6) Å], while anion/aqua interactions occur preferentially viaμ2‐O sites [O...O = 2.910 (6)–3.151 (6) Å].  相似文献

A terpyridine derivative DPTP [di-(4-methylphenyl)-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine] was conveniently synthesized from 2-bromopyridine via halogen-dance reaction, Kharash coupling and Stille coupling reaction. Then its corresponding ruthenium complex Ru-DPTP [N,N,N-4,4''-di-(4-methy,phenyl)-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine-N,N,N-tris(is,-thi,cyanat,)- ruthenium(H) ammonium] was obtained and fully characterized by IR, UV-Vis, ESI MS and elemental analysis. The MLCT absorption band of Ru-DPTP was blue-shifted from 570 to 500 nm upon addition of Hg^2+. Among a series of surveyed metal ions, the complex showed a unique recognition to Hg^2+, indicating that it can be used as a selective colorimetric sensor for Hg^2+.  相似文献

New aromatic diamines having kink and crank structures, 2,2′-bis(p-aminophenoxy)biphenyl and 2,2′-bis(p-aminophenoxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl, were synthesized by the reaction of p-fluoronitrobenzene with biphenyl-2,2′-diol and 2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl, respectively, followed by catalytic reduction. Biphenyl-2,2′-diyl- and 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl-containing aromatic polyamides having inherent viscosities of 0.44–1.18 and 0.26–0.88 dL/g, respectively, were obtained either by the direct polycondensation or low-temperature solution polycondensation of the diamines with aromatic dicarboxylic acids (or diacid chlorides). These aromatic polyamides containing biphenyl and binaphthyl units had glass transition temperatures in the range of 215–255 and 266–303°C, respectively. The aldehyde moiety in the title complex, chloro(2‐pyridinecarboxaldehyde‐N,O)(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N)ruthenium(II)–chloro(2‐pyridinecarboxylic acid‐N,O)(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N)ruthenium(II)–perchlorate–chloroform–water (1.8/0.2/2/1/1), [RuCl(C6H5NO)(C15H11N3)]1.8[RuCl(C6H5NO2)(C15H11N3)]0.2(ClO4)2·CHCl3·H2O, is a structural model of substrate coordination to a transfer hydrogenation catalyst. The title complex features two independent RuII complex cations that display very similar distorted octahedral coordination provided by the three N atoms of the 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine ligand, the N and O atoms of the 2‐pyridinecarboxaldehyde (pyCHO) ligand and a chloride ligand. One of the cation sites is disordered such that the aldehyde group is replaced by a 20 (1)% contribution from a carboxylic acid group (aldehyde H replaced by carboxyl O—H). Notable dimensions in the non‐disordered complex cation are Ru—N 2.034 (2) Å and Ru—O 2.079 (2) Å to the pyCHO ligand and O—C 1.239 (4) Å for the pyCHO carbonyl group.  相似文献

New aromatic polyimides containing a biphenyl-2,2′-diyl or 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl unit were prepared by a conventional two-step method starting from 2,2′-bis(p-aminophenoxy) biphenyl or 2,2′-bis(p-aminophenoxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl and aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydrides. The polyimides having inherent viscosities of 0.69–0.99 and 0.51–0.59 dL/g, respectively, were obtained. Some of these polymers were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents including N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), dimethyl sulfoxide, and pyridine. Transparent, flexible, and pale yellow to brown films of these polymers could be cast from the DMAc or NMP polyamic acid solutions. These aromatic polyimides containing biphenyl and binaphthyl units had glass transition temperatures in the range of 200–235 and 286–358°C, respectively. They began to lose weight around 380°C, with 10% weight loss being recorded at about 470°C in air. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Intramolecular cycloaddition of [1,1′-binaphthyl]-2,2′-bis(allylamine) Unlike the 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-bis(allylether) the corresponding [1,1′-binaphthyl]-2,2′-bis(allylamine) (1) upon heating to 230° in mesitylene undergoes thermal decomposition only. However, when 1 is heated in a mixture of 2-methylaminoethanol and water, besides 3 the policyclic ketones 4 and 5 are formed in isolated yields of 28 and 10%, respectively (Scheme 1). Intermediates are the imines corresponding to 4 and 5 which are hydrolysed under the reaction conditions rather than decomposed. The imines are formed by a intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction, in which the double bond of one N-allylgroup reacts with the naphthalene ring of the second half of the molecule. The policyclic ketones 4 and 5 are characterized as acetates 6 and 7 , respectively, and as the acetylated reduced products 11 , and 12 and 13 , respectively. The constitutions of all compounds are derived from spectroscopic data, chiefly from the 1H-NMR. spectra.  相似文献

Aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride having crank and twisted noncoplanar structure, 2,2′-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)-1,1′-binaphthyl dianhydride, was synthesized by the reaction of 4-nitrophthalonitrile with 2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl, followed by alkaline hydrolysis of the intermediate bis(ether dinitrile) and subsequent dehydration of the resulting bis(ether diacid). Binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl–containing novel aromatic polyimides having inherent viscosities up to 0.67 dL/g were obtained by the one-step polymerization process starting from the bis(ether anhydride) and various aromatic diamines. All the polyimides showed typical amorphous diffraction patterns. Most of the polyimides were readily soluble in common organic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), and pyridine. These aromatic polyimides had glass transition temperatures in the range of 280–350°C, depending on the nature of the diamine moiety. All polymers were stable up to 400°C, with 10% weight loss being recorded above 485°C in air. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Polym Sci A: Polym Chem 36: 1937–1943, 1998  相似文献

Previously unknown 3′‐R1‐5‐R2‐spiro[indoline‐3,6′‐[1,2,4]triazino[2,3‐c]quinazoline]‐2,2′‐(7′H)‐diones and their N‐substituted analogues were obtained via reaction of 6‐R1‐3‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐1,2,4‐triazin‐5‐ones with isatin and its substituted derivatives. It was shown that alkylation of 3′‐R1‐5‐R2‐spiro[indoline‐3,6′‐[1,2,4]triazino[2,3‐c]quinazolin]‐2,2′‐(7′H)‐diones by N‐R3‐chloroacetamides or chloroacetonitrile in the presence of а base proceeds by N‐1 atom of isatin fragment. The spectral properties (1H and 13C NMR spectra) of synthesized compounds were studied, and features of spectral patterns were discussed. The high‐effective anticonvulsant and radical scavenging agents among 3′‐R1‐5‐R2‐spiro[indoline‐3,6′‐[1,2,4]triazino[2,3‐c]quinazolin]‐2,2′(7′H)‐diones and their N‐substituted derivatives were detected. It was shown that compounds 2.2 , 2.8 , and 3.1 exceed or compete the activity of the most widely used in modern neurology drug—lamotrigine on the pentylenetetrazole‐induced seizures model. The aforementioned fact may be considered as a reason for further profound study of synthesized compounds using other pathology models.  相似文献

The molecular structures of trichlorido(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N,N′,N′′)gallium(III), [GaCl3(C15H11N3)], and tribromido(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N,N′,N′′)gallium(III), [GaBr3(C15H11N3)], are isostructural, with the GaIII atom displaying an octahedral geometry. It is shown that the Ga—N distances in the two complexes are the same within experimental error, in contrast to expected bond lengthening in the bromide complex due to the lower Lewis acidity of GaBr3. Thus, masking of the Lewis acidity trends in the solid state is observed not only for complexes of group 13 metal halides with monodentate ligands but for complexes with the polydentate 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine donor as well.  相似文献

The synthesis of four electropolymerizable 2,2′-bipyridinium salts with tuned reduction potential (E1°) is described (N,N′-ethylene-4-methyl-4′-vinyl-2,2′-bipyridinium dibromide ( 4 ; E1° ?–0.48 V), 4-methyl-N, N′-(trimethylene)-4′-vinyl-2,2′-bipyridinium dibromide ( 5 ; E1°? ?0.66 V), N,N′-ethylene-4-methyl-4′-[2-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)ethyl]-2, 2′-bipyridinium bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 6b ; E1°? ?0.46 V), and 4-methyl-4′-[2-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)ethyl]-N, N′-(trimethylene)-2,2′-bipyridinium bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 7b ; E1°? ?0.66 V)). E1°-Tuning is based on the torsional angle C(3)–C(2)–C(2′)–C(3′), imposed by the N,N′-ethylene and N,N′-(trimethylene) bridge. The vinylic compounds 4 and 5 undergo cathodic, the pyrrole derivatives 6b and 7b anodic electropolymerization on glassy carbon electrodes from MeCN solutions, yielding thin, surface-confined films with surface concentrations of redox-active material in the range 5 · 10?9 < Γ < 2.10?8 mol/cm2, depending on experimental conditions. The modified electrodes exhibit reversible ‘diquat’ electrochemistry in pure solvent/electrolyte. Copolymerization of 6b or 7b with pyrrole yields most stable electrodes. Bi ayer-film-modified electrodes were prepared by sequential electropolymerization of the monomers. The assembly electrode/poly- 6b /poly- 7b behaves as a switch, it transforms – as a Schmitt trigger – an analog input signal (the electrode potential) into a digital output signal (redox state of the outer polymer film). Forward-(electrode/poly- 7b /poly- 6b ) and reverse-biased assemblies (electrode/poly- 6b /poly- 7b ) were coupled to the electrochemical reduction of redox-active solution species, e.g. N- (cyanomethyl)-N′-methyl-4,4′-bipyridinium bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 8 ). Zener-diode-like behavior was observed. Aspects of redox-polymer multilayer-film assemblies, sandwiched between two electronic conductors, are discussed in terms of molecular electronic devices.  相似文献

2,2,′3,3′‐Biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (2,2,′3,3′‐BPDA) was prepared by a coupling reaction of dimethyl 3‐iodophthalate. The X‐ray single‐crystal structure determination showed that this dianhydride had a bent and noncopolanar structure, presenting a striking contrast to its isomer, 3,3,′4,4′‐BPDA. This dianhydride was reacted with aromatic diamines in a polar aprotic solvent such as N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAc) to form polyamic acid intermediates, which imidized chemically to polyimides with inherent viscosities of 0.34–0.55 dL/g, depending on the diamine used. The polyimides from 2,2,′3,3′‐BPDA exhibited a good solubility and were dissolved in polar aprotic solvents and polychlorocarbons. These polyimides have high glass transition temperatures above 283°C. Thermogravimetric analyses indicated that these polyimides were fairly stable up to 500°C, and the 5% weight loss temperatures were recorded in the range of 534–583°C in nitrogen atmosphere and 537–561°C in air atmosphere. All polyimides were amorphous according to X‐ray determination. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Polym Sci A: Polym Chem 37: 1425–1433, 1999  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, alternatively called 2,2′‐(2,2′‐biimidazole‐1,1′‐diyl)diacetohydrazide monohydrate, C10H14N8O2·H2O, (I), and 3,3′‐(2,2′‐biimidazole‐1,1′‐diyl)dipropionohydrazide, C12H18N8O2, (II), respectively, have been determined. The molecules consist of half‐molecule asymmetric units related by a twofold rotation in (I) and by a center of inversion in (II). The imidazole rings of both molecules crystallize in a nearly coplanar fashion [dihedral angles of 5.91 (3) and 0.0 (1)° for (I) and (II), respectively]. Both planar hydrazinocarbonylalkyl substituents are essentially planar and assume the E orientation.  相似文献

Two noble metal complexes involving ancillary chloride ligands and chelating 2,2′‐bipyridylamine (Hdpa) or its deprotonated derivative (dpa), namely [bis(pyridin‐2‐yl‐κN)amine]tetrachloridoplatinum(IV), [PtCl4(C10H9N3)], and [bis(pyridin‐2‐yl‐κN)aminido]dichloridogold(III), [AuCl2(C10H8N3)], are presented and structurally characterized. The metal atom in the former has a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment, formed by four chloride ligands and two pyridyl N atoms of Hdpa, while the metal atom in the latter has a slightly distorted square‐planar coordination environment, formed by two chloride ligands and two pyridyl N atoms of dpa. The difference in conjugation between the pyridine rings in normal and deprotonated 2,2′‐dipyridylamine is discussed on the basis of the structural features of these complexes. The influence of weak interactions on the supramolecular structures of the complexes, providing one‐dimensional chains of [PtCl4(C10H9N3)] and dimers of [AuCl2(C10H8N3)], are discussed.  相似文献
