(2E,3Z)-2-(1-Methyl-2,5-dioxoimidazolidin-4-ylidene)-3-[(arylamino- or heteroarylamino)methylene]succinate 5 obtained by [2+2] cycloaddition of (5Z)-5-[(dimethylamino)methylene]-3-methylimidazolidine-2,4-dione (1) and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (2) followed by substitution of the dimethylamino group with aromatic or heteroaromatic amines, afforded by heating in ethanol in the presence of potassium hydroxide, potassium salts 6. Acidification of 6 with hydrochloric acid afforded mixtures of (E)- and (Z)-isomers of methyl 4-(2-hydroxy-1-methyl-5-oxo-1H-imidazol-4(5H)-ylidene)-5-oxo-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylates. On the other hand, alkylation of compounds 6 with methyl iodide or benzyl bromide produced the corresponding methyl (E)-4-(2-methoxy- or 2-benzyloxy-1-methyl-5-oxo-1H-imidazol-4(5H)-ylidene)-5-oxo-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylates 9, derivatives of a new triazafulvalene system.  相似文献

  • is obtained by chemical or electrochemical four-electron reduction of (±)-dibromo- or (±)-dicano[1-hydroxy-8H-HDP]cobalt(III) 2a or 2b 4, respectively. The crystal nad molecular structure of 1 was determined by combination of X-ray analysis and MS, 1H-, and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Square-planar coordinated Co(I) lies closely to the best plane through the four N-atoms which form the first coordination sphere. Thermodynamic data for the coordination of axial bases with the cation of [1-hydroxy-8H-HDP]cobalt 2 in its different metal oxidation states were determined. The pathway of the overall four-electron reduction of 2a to 1 was elucidated: it involves a two-electron reduction of the central metal, a two-electron reduction of the macrocycle accompanied by elimination of the OH-group and final protonation at C(1). Evidence for an intramolecular electron transfer between the central metal and the macrocycle is presented.  相似文献

    Dehydrochlorination of chlorinated 5-hydroxy-2-oxabicyclo[3.2.0]heptan-4-ones, 3a-c, which were obtained from the photo[2+2]cycloadditions between 4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone 1 and chloroethylenes, with triethylamine gave 2-ethenyl-3(2H)-furanones 4a,b or 2-(2-cyanoethyl)-3(2H)-furanone 4c. 2-Oxa-bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-6-en-4-ones 7 being [2+2]cycloadducts between 1 and acetylenes gave 2,3-dihydro-3-oxooxepin derivatives 8 by electrocyclic rearrangement.  相似文献

    1,6-Additions to 3-Methyl-5-methylidene-2(5H)-furanone Derivatives The anions of thiophenol, methyl malonate and malononitrile react with 3-methyl-5,6-dihydro-2 (4H)-benzofuranone ( 1c ) by the formation of the corresponding 1,6-addition products cis- 5c (63%), trans- 6 (42%) and trans- 7 (76%), respectively. Likewise, the reaction of 3-methyl-5-methylidene-2 (5H)-furanone ( 1b ) with thiophenol yields the 1,6-addition product 5b (66%), and with the sodium salt of methyl aceto-acetate the 1,6-addition product 8 (11%) and the dispiro-dilactone 9 (39%).  相似文献

    Summary A simple capillary electrophoretic method with UV detection has been developed for resolution of the enantiomers of 2,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone, the key flavor compounds in strawberry fruit. The separation was performed in fused-silica capillaries (30/40.2 cm long×50μm i.d.) with running buffer consisting of 50mm ammonium acetate, pH 4.0, containing 20mm heptakis-(2,3-O-diacetyl-6-O-sulfato)-β-cyclodextrin (HDAS-β CD). The applied potential was 10 kV, the temperature 25°C, and detection was at 280 nm. The method was used to determine the enantiomer ratio of 2,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone (DMHF) isolated from strawberry fruits and from the yeastZygosaccharomyces rouxii. The formation of enantiomerically enriched(+)-DMHF byZ. rouxii was demonstrated for, the first time.  相似文献

    Reactions of 4-arylidene-3-methyl-5(4H)-isoxazolones with nucleophiles lead to 4-substituted-benzyl-3-methyl-5(2H)-isoxazolones. Formation of 5(4H)- and 5(2H)-isoxazolone derivatives have been observed when 4-substituted-arylidene-3-rriethyl-5(4H)-isoxazolones are reacted with methyl magnesium iodide. Oxidation of 4-substituted-benzyl-3-methyl-5(2H)-isoxazolones with manganic acetate and pyridinium chlorochromate, gives 4,4′-bis[4-substituted-benzyl-3-methyl-5(4H)-isoxazolone]. Oxidation of 4-substituted-benzyl-3-methyl-5(2H)-isoxazolones with metachloroperbenzoic acid gives 4-hydroxy-4-substituted-benzyl-3-methyl-5(4H)-isoxazolones and reactions of the same substrates with N-bromosuccinimide furnish 4-bromo-4-substitutedbenzyl-3-methyl-5(4H)isoxazolones.  相似文献

    The rearrangement of 1-alkyl- and 1-aryldihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones (1 a) or-ones (1 b) and of methylene compounds (2a, 2b) resp., to 4-alkylamino- and 4-arylaminodihydro-2(1H)-pyridinethiones (4 a) or-ones (4 b) takes place via the corresponding 3-alkylamino- and 3-aryl-amino-3-butenylisothiocyanates (3 a) or-isocyanates (3 b). Dialkylamino-dihydro-2(1H)-pyridinethiones (10) are formed by heating dihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones (6 a) and 3,4-dihydro-6-methyl-1,3-thiazin-2-thiones (6 b) with dialkylformamides and by the reaction of secondary amines with tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-1,3-thiazin-2-thiones (5 a), with N,N-dialkyl-N-(3-oxobutyl)-thioureas (7) and 3-oxobutyl isothiocyanates (8). A general method for the preparation of10 is the reaction of dialkylammoniumrhodanides12, N,N-dialkylthioureas13 and dialkylammonium chlorides and KCNS, resp., with 3-alken-2-ones14 and 4-hydroxy-2-alkanones15, resp. Methyl ketones such as acetone, which readily undergo the aldol condensation, behave analogously. The reactions described take place via the intermediate aminoalkenyl isothiocyanates (9).  相似文献

    Condensation of 4-methyl-4-trichloromethylcyclohexa-2,5-dienone with cyclopentadiene gave the first representative of cross-conjugated pentafulvenes of the para-semiquinoid series: 1-cyclopentadienylidene-4-methyl-4-trichloromethylcyclohexa-2,5-diene.     5-Methyl- and 6-methyl-2-phenyl-2H-indazole-4,7-diones were condensed with 2-aminobenzenethiol or 6-substituted-3-aminopyridine-2(1H)thiones 4 to produce a new type of 5-methyl-2-phenyl-4H-pyrazolophenothiazin-4-ones or 8-substituted-7-aza-5-methyl-2-phenyl-4H-pyrazolophenothiazin-4-one derivatives. From 6-bromo-2,5-dimethyl-1,3-diphenyl-2H-isoindole-4,7-dione and 4 8-substituted-7-aza-2,5-dimethyl-1,3-diphenyl-4H-pyrrolophenothiazin-4-one derivatives were also prepared.  相似文献

    Two series of 2H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,5(6H)-dione derivatives have been prepared. Thus, the reaction of 6-hydroxy-pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones (1 a–c) with bis-2,4,6-trichlorphenyl malonates (2 a–d) or diethyl malonates (3 a–d) afforded good yields of 4-hydroxy-2H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,5(6H)-diones (4 a-l).     The reduction of 4-aroyl-3-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanons 1a-c was investigated using different reducing agents. Sodium borohydride reacts with type 1 compounds by loss of water to yield 4-(arylmethylene)-2,3(4H,5H)-furandiones 2a-c . Platinum or charcoal supported by pallodium chloride transforms 1a to 4-benzyl-3-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanone ( 3). Compounds 2a and 2b react with o-phenylenediamine to give 3-(E-(1′-hydroxymethyl-2′-aryl)ethenyl]-2-quinoxalinones 4a and 4b . The lactone 3 under the same conditions splits out formaldehyde and forms 3-(2′-phenylethyl)-2-quinoxalinone ( 6 ). The structure assignments of the novel compounds are based on elemental analysis and nmr as well as ir spectroscopic data.  相似文献

The reaction of diphenyl [(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene)methyl]phosphonate with 2-methylbenzene-1,3-diol at a ratio of 1: 1 afforded 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-7-methyl-2-phenoxy-2,3-dihydro-1,2λ5-benzoxaphosphol-6-one.  相似文献

    4-Arylaminomethylene-3-methyl-1-(6-methyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl)pyrazol-5(4H)-ones were synthesized by a three-component reaction between the 6-methyl-2-(3-methyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)pyrimidin-4(1H)-one, triethoxymethane, and an aromatic amine. These compounds were found to exist as aminomethyleneketones regardless of the electronic effects of substituents in the aromatic fragments. The results suggest that 6 (F) retains the D4h-conformation in the gas phase, i.e. A conformation with a planar cyclooctatetraene ring, as observed in the crystal.     The reaction of 5-chloro-2-(N-methyl-jodomethanesulfon-amido)-benzophenone (6b) with liquid or absol. alcoholic ammonia leads to 6-chloro-4-hydroxy-1-methyl-4-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzothiazine-2,2-dioxid (7) and 6-chloro-4-hydroxy-3-jodo-1-methyl-4-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzothiazine-2,2-dioxid (9) resp. The mechanism of these reactions is discussed.

    Investigation of the tubers of Eranthis hyemalis (Ranunculaceae) afforded six chromenone glycosides.     The synthesis of pyrrolo[3,4-c] [1] benzazepine-4,10(2H, 5H)-dione, a compound related to 11-oxosibiromycinone, is described. 2-Methyl-, 5-methyl- and 2,5-dimethylpyrrolo[3,4-c] [1] benzazepine-4, 10 (2H, 5H) - dione have been also prepared. The title compound has been synthesized either by ring enlargement of 2H-benz [f] isoindole-4,9-dione or by TosMIC addition to 1H-1-benzazepin-2,5-dione.  相似文献

    The domino reactions of (E)-2-(aryl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ones and 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol in the presence of triethylamine in water stereoselectively afforded a library of 2′-(aryl)-4′-hydroxy-4′,5′-dihydro-2′H-spiro[indene-2,3′-thiophen]-1(3H)-ones. This transformation presumably proceeds via the generation of 2-mercaptoacetaldehyde from 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol followed by Michael addition–intramolecular aldol sequence with C–C and C–S bond formations and creation of three contiguous stereocenters in a one-pot operation.  相似文献

    The title compounds7 are formed in a general reaction by heating β-isothiocyanoketones3 with primary amines in inert solvents, or by thermal elimination of water from tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones5, also in inert solvents. The 1-alkyl compounds can also be prepared under similar conditions from α,β-unsaturated ketones by reaction with alkylammonium rhodanides. The NMR-spectra show that the 1-substituted dihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones are in tautomeric equilibrium with the tetrahydro-6-methylene-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones13. The reactivity of 1-alkyl and 1-aryldihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones is similar to that of dihydro-4,4,6-trimethyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethione7 j, although their ring stability is certainly less.  相似文献
