Reactions of [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PR'3)2(Cl)] with NaBAr(F) [BAr(F)-=B{3,5-[C6H3(CF3)2]}4-; PR'3=PEt3 or 1/2Et2PCH2CH2PEt2) (depe)] and PR2H (R=Ph, a; tBu, b; Cy, c) in C6H5F, or of related cationic Ru(N2) complexes with PR2H in C6H5F, gave the secondary phosphine complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PR'3)2(PR2H)]+ BAr(F)- (PR'3=PEt3, 3 a-c; 1/2depe, 4 a,b) in 65-91 % yields. Additions of tBuOK (3 a, 4 a; [D6]acetone) or NaN(SiMe3)2 (3 b,c, 4 b; [D8]THF) gave the title complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2(PR2)] (5 a-c) and [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(depe)(PR2)] (6 a,b) in high spectroscopic yields. These complexes were rapidly oxidized in air; with 5 a, [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2{P(=O)Ph2}] was isolated (>99 %). The reaction of 5 a and elemental selenium yielded [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2{P(=Se)Ph2}] (70 %); selenides from 5 c and 6 a were characterized in situ. Competitive deprotonation reactions showed that 5 a is more basic than the rhenium analog [(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(PPh2)], and that 6 b is more basic than PtBu3 and P(iPrNCH2CH2)3N. The latter is one of the most basic trivalent phosphorus compounds [pK(a)(acetonitrile) 33.6]. Complexes 5 a-c and 6 b are effective ligands for Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reactions: 6 b gave a catalyst nearly as active as the benchmark organophosphine PtBu3; 5 a, with a less bulky and electron-rich PR2 moiety, gave a less active catalyst. The reaction of 5 a and [(eta3-C3H5)Pd(NCPh)2]+ BF4- gave the bridging phosphido complex [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2(PPh2)Pd(NCPh)(eta3-C3H5)]+ BAr(F)- in approximately 90 % purity. The crystal structure of 4 a is described, as well as substitution reactions of 3 b and 4 b.  相似文献

The reaction of Pd(OAc)2 with bis-iminophosphoranes Ph3P=NCH2CH2CH2N=PPh3 (1a), [C6H4(C(O)N=PPh3)2-1,3] (1b) and [C6H4(C(O)N=PPh3)2-1,2] (1c), gives the orthopalladated tetranuclear complexes [{Pd(mu-Cl){C6H4(PPh2=NCH2-kappa-C,N)-2}}2CH2]2 (2a) [{Pd(mu-OAc){C6H4(PPh2=NC(O)-kappa-C,N)-2}}2C6H4-1',3']2 (2b) and [{Pd(mu-OAc){C6H4(PPh2=NC(O)-kappa-C,N)-2}}2C6H4-1',2']2 (2c). The reaction takes place in CH2Cl2 for 1a, but must be performed in glacial acetic acid for 1b and 1c. The process implies in all cases the activation of a C-H bond on a Ph ring of the phosphonium group, with concomitant formation of endo complexes. This is the expected behaviour for 1a, but for 1b and 1c reverses the exo orientation observed in other ketostabilized iminophosphoranes. The influence of the solvent in the orientation of the reaction is discussed. The dinuclear acetylacetonate complexes [{Pd(acac-O,O'){C6H4(PPh2=NCH2-kappa-C,N)-2}}2CH2] (3a), [{Pd(acac-O,O'){C6H4(PPh2=NC(O)-kappa-C,N)-2}}2C6H4-1',3'] (3b) and [{Pd(acac-O,O'){C6H4(PPh2=NC(O)-kappa-C,N)-2}}2C6H4-1',2'] (3c) have been obtained from the halide-bridging tetranuclear derivatives. The X-ray crystal structure of [3c.4CHCl3] is also reported.  相似文献

Cyclopalladated tetranuclear Pd(II) complexes, [Pd2(micro-Cl)2(Y)]2 (Y = L1 or L2; H2L1 = di(2-pyridyl)-2,2'-bithiophene; H2L2 = 5,5'-di(2-pyridyl)-2,2':5',2'-terthiophene), containing two pyridyl-alpha, alpha'-disubstituted derivatives of thiophene were prepared. Treating these products with PR3 and subsequently with NaN3 produced the dinuclear Pd-azido complexes [(PR3)2(N3)Pd-Y-Pd(N3)(PR3)2] (Y = L1 or L2) or a cyclometallated complex [(PR3)(N3)Pd-Y'-Pd(N3)(PR3)] (Y' = C,N-L2). Reactions of these Pd-azido complexes with CN-Ar (Ar = 2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3), 2,6-i-Pr(2)C(6)H(3)) or R-NCS (R = i-Pr, Et, allyl) led to the complexes containing end-on carbodiimido groups [(PMe3)2(N[double bond]C[double bond]N-Ar)Pd-Y-Pd(N[double bond]C[double bond]N-Ar)(PMe3)2] or S-coordinated tetrazole-thiolato groups {(PMe3)2[CN4(R)]S-Pd-Y-Pd-S[CN4)(R)](PMe3)2}. Interestingly, when treated with elemental sulfur, the carbodiimido complexes transformed into the cyclometallated derivatives, [(PMe3)(N[double bond]C[double bond]N-Ar)Pd-Y'-Pd(N[double bond]C[double bond]N-Ar)(PMe3)] (Y' = C,N-L1, C,N-L2). We also report the preparation of linear, thienylene-bridged dinuclear Pd complexes [L2(N3)Pd-X(or X')-Pd(N3)L2] (L = PMe3 or PMe2Ph; H2X = 2,2'-bithiophene or H2X' = 2,2':5',2'-terthiophene) and their reactivity toward organic isocyanide and isothiocyanates.  相似文献

Unsymmetrical 1-(arylimino)-3-(2-hetarylimino)isoindolines have been prepared from 1,3-diiminoisoindoline, an arylamine (aniline, 2-methylaniline, 2-iodoaniline), and a heteroaromatic amine (2-amino-6-methylpyridine, 2-amino-4-methylthiazole) in a stepwise manner by two consecutive condensations. The metalation reactions of these compounds with palladium(II) acetate proceed upon cyclopalladation of the carbocyclic aryl moieties and yield unsymmetrical C, N, N pincer complexes in all cases. X-ray crystallographic analysis were performed on single crystals of hydrogen{acetato[1-phenylimino-3-(6-methylpyridylimino)isoindolinato]palladate(II)} H[(phpi)Pd(OAc)] and pyridine[1-(2-tolylimino)-3-(4-methylthiazolylimino)isoindolinato]palladium(II) [(2-tolti)Pd(py)] by which the coordination mode, the conformation, the protonation site, and the trans influence of the carbon donor were established. For one more C, N, N pincer complex, hydrogen{acetato[1-(2-iodophenylimino)-3-(6-methylpyridylimino)isoindolinato]palladate(II)} H[(2-Iphpi)Pd(OAc)], a similar mononuclear coordination mode was confirmed by (1)H NMR spectroscopy, whereas for the product of an oxidative addition reaction of a palladium(0) precursor to the iodoaryl derivative a product with exo coordination was found. First experiments showed the effectivity of one of these complexes as a precatalyst in CC coupling reactions (Heck and Stille coupling).  相似文献

Thermolysis of a 2'-[(16)O]-O-benzoyl-[(17)O]-5'-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-O(2),3'-cyclouridine derivative gave the more stable 3'-[(17)O]-O-benzoyl-[(16)O]- 5'-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-O(2),2'-cyclouridine isomer, which was converted into 3'-[(17)O]-2'-azido-2'-deoxyuridine by deprotection and nucleophilic ring opening at C2' with lithium azide. The 5'-diphosphate was prepared by nucleophilic displacement of the 5'-O-tosyl group with tris(tetrabutylammonium) hydrogen pyrophosphate. Model reactions gave (16)O and (18)O isotopomers, and base-promoted hydrolysis of an O(2),2'-cyclonucleoside gave stereodefined access to 3'-[(18)O]-1-(beta-D-arabinofuranosyl)uracil. Inactivation of ribonucleoside diphosphate reductase with 2'-azido-2'-deoxynucleotides results in appearance of EPR signals for a nitrogen-centered radical derived from azide, and 3'-[(17)O]-2'-azido-2'-deoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate provides an isotopomer to perturb EPR spectra in a predictable manner.  相似文献

Protection (O5') of 2',3'-anhydroadenosine with tert-butyldiphenylsilyl chloride and epoxide opening with dimethylboron bromide gave the 3'-bromo-3'-deoxy xylo isomer which was treated with benzylisocyanate to give the 2'-O-(N-benzylcarbamoyl) derivative. Ring closure gave the oxazolidinone, and successive deprotection concluded an efficient route to 3'-amino-3'-deoxyadenosine. Analogous treatment of the antibiotic tubercidin [7-deazaadenosine; 4-amino-7-(beta-D-ribofuranosyl)pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine] gave 3'-amino-3'-deoxytubercidin. Trifluoroacetylation of the 3'-amino function, elaboration of the heterocyclic amino group into a (1,2,4-triazol-4-yl) ring with N,N'-bis[(dimethylamino)methylene]hydrazine, and nucleophilic aromatic substitution with dimethylamine gave puromycin aminonucleoside [9-(3-amino-3-deoxy-beta-D-ribofuranosyl)-6-(dimethylamino)purine] and its 7-deaza analogue. Aminoacylation [BOC-(4-methoxy-L-phenylalanine)] and deprotection gave puromycin and 7-deazapuromycin. Most reactions gave high yields at or below ambient temperature. Equivalent inhibition of protein biosynthesis in a rabbit reticulocyte system and parallel growth inhibition of several bacteria were observed with the 7-aza/deaza pair. Replacement of N7 in the purine ring of puromycin by "CH" has no apparent effect on biological activity.  相似文献

A series of N-[4'-(dodecyloxy)resorcylidene]-4-(RO*)-anilines (HLn n = 1, R*O = (-)-cis-myrtanyl; n = 2, R*O = (-)-menthyl; n = 3, R*O = S-(-)-β-citronellyl; n = 4, R*O = R-(-)-2-octyl) has been synthesized and the mesomorphic properties investigated. These ligands are able to chelate a metal atom; accordingly three different series of palladium complexes, [(Ln)Pd(Ln)], [(Ln)Pd(Azoxy-6)] and [(L3)Pd(Ph-Pyn)] (where Azoxy-6 and PhPyn are cyclopalladated 4,4'-dihexyloxyazoxybenzene and 5-substituted-2-(4-substituted-phenyl)pyrimidine, respectively) have been prepared. The mesogenic HL3 and HL4 ligands exhibit a S*C phase, retained in [(L3)Pd(L3)], which changes to a cholesteric phase in [(L4)Pd(L4)] and becomes the more ordered S*H phase in the [(Ln)Pd(Azoxy-6)] (n = 3,4) derivatives. In contrast, in the [(L3)Pd(Ph-Pyn)] compounds the mesomorphic phase is a SA phase.  相似文献

The thioethers 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBu-L3) and 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBu-L4) react with PdCl2(NCMe)2 to give the dinuclear palladium thiophenolate complexes [(L3)Pd2Cl2]+ (2) and [(L4Pd2(mu-Cl)]2+ (3) (HL3= 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol, HL4 = 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylamino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol). The chloride ligands in could be replaced by neutral (NCMe) and anionic ligands (NCS-, N3-, CN-, OAc-) to give the diamagnetic Pd(II) complexes [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+ (4), [(L3)Pd2(NCS)2]+ (5), [(L3)Pd2(N3)2]+ (6), [{(L3)Pd2(mu-CN)}2]4+ (7) and [(L3)Pd2(OAc)]2+ (9). The nitrile ligands in and in [(L3)Pd2(NCCH2Cl)2]3+ are readily hydrated to give the corresponding amidato complexes [(L3)Pd2(CH3CONH)]2+ (8) and [(L3)Pd2(CH2ClCONH)]2+ (10). The reaction of [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+ with NaBPh4 gave the diphenyl complex [(L3)Pd2(Ph)2]+ (11). All complexes were either isolated as perchlorate or tetraphenylborate salts and studied by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. In addition, complexes 2[ClO4], 3[ClO4]2, 5[BPh4], 6[BPh4], 7[ClO4]4, 9[ClO4]2, 10[ClO4]2 and 11[BPh4] have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The complex [Pd(O,N,C-L)(OAc)], in which L is a monoanionic pincer ligand derived from 2,6-diacetylpyridine, reacts with 2-iodobenzoic acid at room temperature to afford the very stable pair of Pd(IV) complexes (OC-6-54)- and (OC-6-26)-[Pd(O,N,C-L)(O,C-C(6)H(4)CO(2)-2)I] (1.5:1 molar ratio, at -55?°C). These complexes and the Pd(II) species [Pd(O,N,C-L)(OX)] and [Pd(O,N,C-L')(NCMe)]ClO(4), (X = MeC(O) or ClO(3), L' = another monoanionic pincer ligand derived from 2,6-diacetylpyridine), are precatalysts for the arylation of CH(2)=CHR (R = CO(2)Me, CO(2)Et, Ph) using IC(6)H(4)CO(2)H-2 and AgClO(4). These catalytic reactions have been studied and a tentative mechanism is proposed. The presence of two Pd(IV) complexes was detected by ESI(+)-MS during the catalytic process. All the data obtained strongly support a Pd(II)/Pd(IV) catalytic cycle.  相似文献

Syntheses and characterizations of a Pd-based molecular triangle and square and hybrid composites with polyoxometalates are examined. The equilibrium between the Pd-based molecular triangle [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]3(NO3)6 and square [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4(NO3)8 largely depends on the solvents, and both compounds have successfully been isolated: [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]3(NO3)6.3.5DMSO, monoclinic Cc (No. 9), a = 19.8210(2) A, b = 34.3667(5) A, c = 27.5484(4) A, beta = 89.9420(10) degrees , V = 18765.5(4) A3; [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4(NO3)8, monoclinic C2/c (No. 15), a = 45.6921(16) A, b = 8.7721(8) A, c = 36.719(3) A, beta = 126.509(2) degrees , V = 11829.4(14) A3. The reactions of the Pd-based molecular triangle/square with [W6O19]2-, [W10O32]4-, and [alpha-SiW12O40]4- form [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW6O19]][W6O19]3, [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW6O19]](NO3)6, [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW10O32]][W10O32], [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[W10O32]2, and [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[alpha-SiW12O40]2. The molecular square does not encapsulate the largest [alpha-SiW12O40]4-, but it does encapsulate [W6O19]2- and [W10O32]4-. The isolation of [W6O19]2- and [alpha-SiW12O40]4- from the mixture by use of the molecular square is possible by utilizing the quite different solubility of [[(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[ supersetW6O19]](NO3)6 and [(en*)Pd(4,4'-bpy)]4[alpha-SiW12O40]2 formed in DMSO. The size-selective encapsulation property of supramolecules may open the new way to rationalize isolation methods of the useful polyoxometalates.  相似文献

Carbocyclic 9-deazapurine nucleosides (1-4), a spiranic pyrimidone carbocyclic compound (5), and an unusual carbocyclic isonucleoside (6) were prepared as enantiomerically pure compounds via the key intermediates 10 and 21 from 1,4-gamma-ribonolactone. The key intermediate 10 was prepared by stereoselective reduction with Bu3SnH and then converted to carbocyclic C-ribonucleosides 1, 3, and 4. 2',3'-Didehydro-2',3'-dideoxycarbocyclic 9-deazainosine (2) was prepared from a 2',3'-dimesylate 17 by treatment with Li2Te followed by an acidic deprotection. The key bicyclic intermediate 21 was prepared from a diol 20 by an intramolecular cyclization using CHI3-Ph3P-imidazole and converted to the spiranic compound 5 and an olefinic nucleoside 6 by the construction of the heterocyclic moiety followed by deprotection.  相似文献

Reaction paths leading to palladium catalyst deactivation during cyanation of haloarenes (eq 1) have been identified and studied. Each key step of the catalytic loop (Scheme 1) can be disrupted by excess cyanide, including ArX oxidative addition, X/CN exchange, and ArCN reductive elimination. The catalytic reaction is terminated via the facile formation of inactive [(CN)4Pd]2-, [(CN)3PdH]2-, and [(CN)3PdAr]2-. Moisture is particularly harmful to the catalysis because of facile CN- hydrolysis to HCN that is highly reactive toward Pd(0). Depending on conditions, the reaction of [(Ph3P)4Pd] with HCN in the presence of extra CN- can give rise to [(CN)4Pd]2- and/or the remarkably stable new hydride [(CN)3PdH]2- (NMR, X-ray). The X/CN exchange and reductive elimination steps are vulnerable to excess CN- because of facile phosphine displacement leading to stable [(CN)3PdAr]2- that can undergo ArCN reductive elimination only in the absence of extra CN-. When a quaternary ammonium cation such as [Bu4N]+ is used as a phase-transfer agent for the cyanation reaction, C-N bond cleavage in the cation can occur via two different processes. In the presence of trace water, CN- hydrolysis yields HCN that reacts with Pd(0) to give [(CN)3PdH]2-. This also releases highly active OH- that causes Hofmann elimination of [Bu4N]+ to give Bu3N, 1-butene, and water. This decomposition mode is therefore catalytic in H2O. Under anhydrous conditions, the formation of a new species, [(CN)3PdBu]2-, is observed, and experimental studies suggest that electron-rich mixed cyano phosphine Pd(0) species are responsible for this unusual reaction. A combination of experimental (kinetics, labeling) and computational studies demonstrate that in this case C-N activation occurs via an S(N)2-type displacement of amine and rule out alternative 3-center C-N oxidative addition or Hofmann elimination processes.  相似文献

The synthesis of the enantiomerically pure bis(hydroxymethyl)-branched cyclohexenyl and cyclohexyl purines is described. Racemic trans-4,5-bis(methoxycarbonyl)cyclohexene [(+/-)-6] was reduced with lithium aluminum hydride to give the racemic diol (+/-)-7. Resolution of (+/-)-7 via a transesterification process using lipase from Pseudomonas sp. (SAM-II) gave both diols in enantiomerically pure form. The enantiomerically pure diol (S,S)-7was benzoylated and epoxidized to give the epoxide 9. Treatment of the epoxide 9 with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate and 1,5-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-5-ene followed by dilute hydrochloric acid gave (1R,4S,5R)-4,5-bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]-1-hydroxycyclohex-2-ene (10). Acetylation of 10 gave (1R,4S,5R)-1-acetoxy-4,5-bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-2-ene (11). (1R,4S,5R)-1-Acetoxy-4,5-bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-2-ene (11) was converted to the adenine derivative 12 and guanine derivative 13 via palladium(0)-catalyzed coupling with adenine and 2-amino-6-chloropurine, respectively. Hydrogenation of 12 and 13 gave the correspondning saturated adenine derivative 14 and guanine derivative 15. (1R,4S,5R)-4,5-Bis[(benzoyloxy)methyl]-1-hydroxycyclohex-2-ene (10) was converted to the adenine derivative 16 and guanine derivative 17 via coupling with 6-chloropurine and 2-amino-6-chloropurine, respectively, using a modified Mitsunobu procedure. Hydrogenation of 16 and 17 gave the corresponding saturated adenine derivative 18 and guanine derivative 19. Compounds 12-19 were evaluated for activity against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), but were found to be inactive. Further biological testings are underway.  相似文献

O(6)-(Benzotriazol-1H-yl)guanosine and its 2'-deoxy analogue are readily converted to the O(6)-allyl derivatives that upon diazotization with t-BuONO and TMS-N(3) yield the C-2 azido derivatives. We have previously analyzed the solvent-dependent azide·tetrazole equilibrium of C-6 azidopurine nucleosides, and in contrast to these, the O(6)-allyl C-2 azido nucleosides appear to exist predominantly in the azido form, relatively independent of solvent polarity. In the presently described cases, the tetrazole appears to be very minor. Consistent with the presence of the azido functionality, each neat C-2 azide displayed a prominent IR band at 2126-2130 cm(-1). A screen of conditions for the ligation of the azido nucleosides with alkynes showed that CuCl in t-BuOH/H(2)O is optimal, yielding C-2 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleosides in 70-82% yields. Removal of the silyl groups with Et(3)N·3HF followed by deallylation with PhSO(2)Na/Pd(PPh(3))(4) gave the C-2 triazolylinosine nucleosides. In a continued demonstration of the versatility of O(6)-(benzotriazol-1H-yl)purine nucleosides, one C-2 triazolylinosine derivative was converted to two adenosine analogues via these intermediates, under mild conditions. Products were desilylated for biological assays. The two C-2 triazolyl adenosine analogues demonstrated pronounced antiproliferative activity in human ovarian and colorectal carcinoma cell cultures. When evaluated for antiviral activity against a broad spectrum of DNA and RNA viruses, some of the C-2 triazolylinosine derivatives showed modest inhibitory activity against cytomegalovirus.  相似文献

Mononuclear palladium hydroxo complexes of the type [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))(OH)] [(N[bond]N = 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me(2)bipy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), or N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda)] have been prepared by reaction of [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))(acetone)]ClO(4) with KOH in methanol. These hydroxo complexes react, in methanol, with CO (1 atm, room temperature) to yield the corresponding methoxycarbonyl complexes [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))(CO(2)Me)]. Similar alkoxycarbonyl complexes [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))(CO(2)R)] (N[bond]N = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane); R = Me, Et, or (i)Pr) are obtained when [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))Cl] is treated with KOH in the corresponding alcohol ROH and CO is bubbled through the solution. The reactions of [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))(OH)] (N[bond]N = bipy or Me(2)bipy) with CO(2), in tetrahydrofuran, lead to the formation of the binuclear carbonate complexes [(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))Pd(mu-eta(2)-CO(3))Pd(C(6)F(5))(N[bond]N)]. Complexes [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))(OH)] react in alcohol with PhNCS to yield the corresponding N-phenyl-O-alkylthiocarbamate complexes [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))[SC(OR)NPh]]. Similarly, the reaction of [Pd(bipy)(C(6)F(5))(OH)] with PhNCO in methanol gives the N-phenyl-O-methylcarbamate complex [Pd(bipy)(C(6)F(5))[NPhC(O)OR]]. The reactions of [(N[bond]N)Pd(C(6)F(5))(OH)] with PhNCS in the presence of Et(2)NH yield the corresponding thioureidometal complexes [Pd(N[bond]N)(C(6)F(5))[NPhCSNR(2)]]. Reactions of Ph2P(O)(OH) and t-BuP(O)(OSiMe3)(OH) with Ti(O-i-Pr)4 in equimolar ratios gave titanium phosphonates of the type [(O-i-Pr)3Ti(mu-O)2PR1R2]2 (1, R1 = R2 = Ph; 2, R1 = t-Bu, R2 = OSiMe3) as colorless crystalline solids in moderate yields. Reactions of Ph2P(O)(OH) and the isopropoxides of zirconium and hafnium resulted in products of the composition [(O-i-Pr)3M(mu-O-i-Pr)2(mu-OPOPh2)M(O-i-Pr)2]Ph2P(O)(OH) (M = Zr (3), Hf (4)) in high yields. The compounds were characterized by 1H, 31P, and 29Si NMR, infrared (IR), and mass spectroscopic (MS) techniques. The molecular structures of 2 and 3 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Three bidentate, mixed-donor ligands based on a triphenylphosphine unit bearing a pyrazole group in the ortho-position of one phenyl ring have been synthesised; the N,P ligand [2-(3-pyrazolyl)phenyl]diphenylphosphine pzphos has been synthesised and transformed into new N,P(O) and N,P(S) derivatives, [2-(3-pyrazolyl)phenyl]diphenylphosphine oxide pzphos(O) and [2-(3-pyrazolyl)phenyl]diphenylphosphine sulfide pzphos(S), respectively. The coordination chemistry of pzphos and pzphos(O) towards palladium(II) has been investigated. Depending on the ligand to metal molar ratio employed in the reactions of palladium(II) with pzphos, either the 1 : 1 chelate [Pd(pzphos)Cl2] 1a or the 2 : 1 N,P chelate [Pd(pzphos)2]Cl2 1b was obtained. 1b contains two six-membered chelate rings in which the chlorides have been displaced from the inner coordination sphere of palladium. Exchange of the chloride anions in 1b for perchlorate anions was achieved using AgClO4 to give [Pd(pzphos)2][ClO4]2 1c. Reaction of pzphos(O) under the same conditions forms the 2 : 1 adduct [Pd(pzphos(O))2Cl2] 2b regardless of the metal to ligand ratio or the order of addition of reactants. Unlike the N,P chelate 1b, the N,P(O) ligands in complex 2b bind in a monodentate fashion through the N-donor atoms of the pyrazole rings. Abstraction of the chloro ligands in compound 2b using AgClO4 gave the 2 : 1 N,P(O) chelate [Pd{pzphos(O)}2][ClO4]2 2c, in which entropically unfavourable 7-membered chelate rings are formed. X-Ray diffraction has been used to confirm the solid-state structures of the pzphos(O) ligand and the complexes 1b, 1c, 2b and 2c.  相似文献

[structure: see text] Various approaches to the indole bis-oxazole fragment of the marine secondary metabolite diazonamide A are described, all of which feature dirhodium(II)-catalyzed reactions of diazocarbonyl compounds in key steps. Thus, 3-bromophenylacetaldehyde is converted into an alpha-diazo-beta-ketoester, dirhodium(II)-catalyzed reaction of which with N-Boc-valinamide resulted in N-H insertion of the intermediate rhodium carbene to give a ketoamide that readily underwent cyclodehydration to give (S)-2-(1-tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-2-methylpropyl]-5-(3-bromobenzyl)oxazole-4-carboxamide, after ammonolysis of the initially formed ester. This aryl bromide was then coupled to a 3-formyl-indole-4-boronate under Pd catalysis to give the expected biaryl. Subsequent conversion of the aldehyde group into a second alpha-diazo-beta-ketoester gave a substrate for an intramolecular carbene N-H insertion, although attempts to effect this cyclization were unsuccessful. A second approach to an indole bis-oxazole involved an intermolecular rhodium carbene N-H insertion, followed by oxazole formation to give (S)-2-[1-tert-(butoxycarbonylamino)-2-methylpropyl]-5-methyloxazole-4-carboxamide. A further N-H insertion of this carboxmide with the rhodium carbene derived from ethyl 2-diazo-3-[1-(2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl)indol-3-yl]-3-oxopropanoate gave a ketoamide, cyclodehydration of which gave the desired indole bis-oxazole. Finally, the boronate formed from 4-bromotryptamine was coupled to another diazocarbonyl-derived oxazole to give the corresponding biaryl, deprotection and cyclization of which produced a macrocyclic indole-oxazole derivative. Subsequent oxidation and cyclodehydration incorporated the second oxazole and gave the macrocyclic indole bis-oxazole.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of (S)- or (R)-3-(benzyloxy-methyl)-cyclopent-3-enol was developed by appling an enzyme-catalyzed kinetic-resolution approach. This procedure allowed the syntheses of the enantiomeric building blocks (S)- and (R)-cyclopentenol with high optical purity (>98?% ee). In contrast to previous approaches, the key advantage of this procedure is that the resolution is done on the level of enantiomers that only contain one stereogenic center. Owing to this feature, it was possible to chemically convert the enantiomers into each other. By using this route, the starting materials for the syntheses of carbocyclic D- and L-nucleoside analogues were readily accessible. 3',4'-Unsaturated D- or L-carbocyclic nucleosides were obtained from the condensation of various nucleobases with (S)- or (R)-cyclopentenol. Functionalization of the double bond in 3'-deoxy-3',4'-didehydro-carba-D-thymidine led to a variety of new nucleoside analogues. By using the cycloSal approach, their corresponding phosphorylated metabolites were readily accessable. Moreover, a new synthetic route to carbocyclic 2'-deoxy-nucleosides was developed, thereby leading to D- and L-carba-dT. D-Carba-dT was tested for antiviral activity against multidrug-resistance HIV-1 strain E2-2 and compared to the known antiviral agent d4T, as well as L-carba-dT. Whilst L-carba-dT was found to be inactive, its D-analogue showed remarkably high activity against the resistant virus and significantly better than that of d4T. However, against the wild-type virus strain NL4/3, d4T was found to be more-active than D-carba-dT.  相似文献

Tripodal ligands N(CH2Py)3-n(CH2Py-6-NHR)n(R=H, n=1-3 L1-3, n=0 tpa; R=CH2tBu, n=1-3 L'1-3) are used to investigate the effect of different hydrogen bonding microenvironments on structural features of their LZnX complexes (X=Cl-, NO3-, OH-). The X-ray structures of [(L2)Zn(Cl)](BPh4)2.0.5(H2O.CH3CN), [(L3)Zn(Cl)](BPh4)3.CH3CN, [(L'1)Zn(Cl)](BPh4) 1', [(L'2)Zn(Cl)](BPh4)2'.CH3OH, and [(L'3)Zn(Cl)](BPh4)3' have been determined and exhibit trigonal bipyramidal geometries with intramolecular (internal) N-HCl-Zn hydrogen bonds. The structure of [(L'2)Zn(ONO2)]NO3 4'.H2O with two internal N-HO-Zn hydrogen bonds has also been determined. The axial Zn-Cl distance lengthens from 2.275 A in [(tpa)Zn(Cl)](BPh4) to 2.280-2.347 A in 1-3, 1'-3'. Notably, the average Zn-N(py) distance is also progressively lengthened from 2.069 A in [(tpa)Zn(Cl)](BPh4) to 2.159 and 2.182 A in the triply hydrogen bonding cavity of 3 and 3', respectively. Lengthening of the Zn-Cl and Zn-N(py) bonds is accompanied by a progressive shortening of the trans Zn-N bond from 2.271 A in [(tpa)Zn(Cl)](BPh4) to 2.115 A in 3 (2.113 A in 3'). As a result of the triply hydrogen bonding microenvironment the Zn-Cl and Zn-N(py) distances of 3 are at the upper end of the range observed for axial Zn-Cl bonds, whereas the axial Zn-N distance is one of shortest among N4 ligands that induce a trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Despite the rigidity of these tripodal ligands, the geometry of the intramolecular RN-HX-Zn hydrogen bonds (X=Cl-, OH-, NO3-) is strongly dependent on the nature of X, however, on average, similar for R=H, CH2tBu.  相似文献
