The insoluble β-cyclodextrin/glutaraldehyde crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone nanofibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning technique. The membranes were extensively characterized by various techniques including attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and UV-visible absorption to correlate membrane characteristics with their performance. The adsorption ability of the nanofibrous membranes was tested by performing extraction of Methyl orange(MO) dye in water. It was observed that β-cyclodextrin incorporated in polyvinylpyrrolidone provided the characteristics of high adsorption capacity of polyvinylpyrrolidone. Results of sorption experiments show that the nanofibrous membranes exhibited an adsorption rate of more than 95% for MO and the MO absorbent was 39.82 mg to per gram of fl-cyclodextrin glutaraldehyde(β-CDXFM) crosslinked PVP under the optimized experimental conditions.  相似文献

A cyclomaltohcptaose-β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) crosslinked chitosan derivative via glyoxal or glutaraldehyde was prepared. The structures of β-CD crosslined chitosan with glyoxal or glutaraldehyde were characterized by IR spectra. The surface morphology of the β-CD crosslinked chitosan particles was examined using a scanning electron microscope. The immobilization capacity of β-CD on chitosan was affected on the weight ratio of β-CD/chitosan,the utilization amount of crosslinking agent, the acidity of the reaction system and the temperature.The adsorption for nicotine indicated that the chitosan-β-CD was a good adsorbent.  相似文献

The surface ion-imprinting concept and chitosan incorporated sol-gel process were applied to the preparation of a new attapulgite-supported organic-inorganic hybrid polymer for selective separation of Sr(II) from aqueous solution. The prepared polymer was characterized with SEM, IR and XRD. The results showed that as a sorbent, it had good configuration and binding sites. Its adsorption behaviors for Sr(II) was investigated by FAAS and ICP-AES. The effects on adsorption capacities, including pH, quiescent time, and adsorbent amount were discussed, and the adsorption isothermal curve was obtained. Then the Kd a parameter estimating relative adsorbability, was conducted to study the selectivity towards Sr(II) of the prepared polymer. Under the optimum conditions, the ion-imprinted polymer offered a fast kinetics for the adsorption of Sr(II) and the maximum capacity was 12.9mg/g. The Kd and K parameters estimating relative adsorbability towards target ion, suggested that selective recognition of the ion-imprinted polymer towards Sr(II) was much higher than that of the non-imprinted polymer and attapulgite. Furthermore, the ion-imprinted polymer is of great regeneration capacity. The prepared functional polymer was shown to be promising for selective preseparation and enrichment of trace Sr(II) in environmental samples.  相似文献

Polymeric β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) supported by crosslinked poly(acrylamide-co-vinylamine) was synthesized as anartificial analog of hydrolytic enzyme and its catalysis of the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate (p-NPA) was theninvestigated. The result showed that the polymer-supported β-CD could accelerate the hydrolytic reaction of p-NPA morequickly than β-CD itself and crosslinked poly(acrylamide-co-vinylamine) alone. The acceleration rate of the polymer-supported β-CD was about 10 times as fast as that of free β-CD in 0.01 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) containing 32%DMSO at 37±0.1℃ when the molar amount of β-CD units in the polymer was equal to that of free β-CD in the experiments.The enhanced acceleration of thc polymer-supported β-CD should be ascribed to the cooperative contribution of theinclusion effect of β-CD ring and the nucleophilic effect of amino groups on the polymeric support.  相似文献

Amidoxime-based adsorbents are widely studied as the main adsorbent in the recovery of uranium from seawater.However,the adsorption rate and loading capacity of such adsorbents should be further improved due to the economic viability consideration.In this paper,polyvinyl alcohol functionalized with amidoxime(PVA-g-AO)has been prepared as a new adsorbent for uranium(Ⅵ)adsorption from aqueous solution.The physicochemical properties of PVA-g-AO were investigated using infrared spectroscopy(IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Results showed that the ligand monomers were successfully grafted onto the matrixes.The XRD and XPS analysis showed that uranium was adsorbed in metal ionic form rather than in crystal form.Uranyl(U(Ⅵ))adsorption properties onto PVA-g-AO were evaluated.The adsorption of U(Ⅵ)by PVA-g-AO was fast,with an equilibrium time of less than 50 min.Additionally the maximum adsorption capacity reached 42.84 mg/g at pH 4.0.  相似文献

Desulphurization slag modified nickel slag adsorbent was prepared by unburned forming technology. The structure of the sample was characterized by BET,XRD,IR,SEM and EDAX. The adsorption performance of Pb~(2+) and Cu~(2+) onto the resultant adsorbent from aqueous solution was studied. Results indicated that the adsorbent possesses a network pore structure formed by the AFt and C–S–H through cross lapping; the adsorbent contains a large number of Si–OH and Al–OH functional groups. The presence of functional groups not only provides abundant adsorption sites for Pb~(2+) and Cu~(2+),but also improves the adsorption performance of Pb~(2+) and Cu~(2+) from waste water through the complexation of heavy metal ions. The result of specific surface area analysis showed that the adsorbent sample possesses mesoporous structure and the BET specific surface area is 27.15 m~2/g. The solution p H values for the adsorption of Pb~(2+) and Cu~(2+) were optimized to be 6 and 5.5,respectively. The adsorption capacities of Pb~(2+) and Cu~(2+) gradually increase,whereas the removal rates of the two metal ions decrease with increasing the initial concentration of simulated solution. The resultant adsorbent gives a higher adsorption capacity for Cu~(2+) than for Pb~(2+) in the single ion solution. However,it shows preferential adsorption of Pb~(2+) rather than that of Cu~(2+). Meanwhile,results of recyclability indicate the remarkable regeneration capacity,re-adsorption ability and reusability performance of the adsorbent sample.  相似文献

The supramolecular interaction of gemfibrozil with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was studied by spectrofluorimetry. The mechanism of the inclusion was discussed by spectrofluoremetry, infrared spectrum and ^1H NMR spectrum. The results showed that a 1 : 1 (β-CD : gemfibrozil) complex was formed with an apparent association constant of 3.844 × 10^3 L·mol^-1. Based on the enhancement of the fluorescent intensity of gemfibrozil, a spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of gemfibrozil in bulk aqueous solution in the presence of β-CD was developed. The linear range was 3.30 ng·mL^- 1 -6.00 ug·mL^-1 with the detection limit of 0.980 ng·mL^-1. There was no interference from the excipients normally used in tablet composition and the serum main compositions. The proposed method was then successfully applied to the determination of gemfibrozil in capsules and serum.  相似文献

Porous graphene oxide/chitosan(PGOC) materials were prepared by a unidirectional freeze-drying method.Their porous structure,mechanical property and adsorption for metal ions were investigated.The results show that the incorporation of graphene oxide(GO) significantly increased the compressive strength of the PGOC materials.The saturated adsorption capacity of Pb2+ increased about 31%,up to 99 mg/g when 5 wt%GO was incorporated These biodegradable,nontoxic,efficient PGOC materials will be a potential adsorbent for metal ions in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Along with the growing severity of environment problem and energy crisis, it is inevitable to develop novel materials, which are contributed to the removal of hazardous pollutants from contaminated water. Herein, we reported a fhcile method for the preparation of free-standing chitosan/graphene oxide(CS/GO) composite sponges with low density, where CS/GO mixtures were first synthesized by tlie homogeneous reaction of chitosan and graphene oxide in aqueous acetic acid solution;then CS/GO sponges were obtained by lyophilizing the suspension, which were prefrozen at -20 ℃ and in liquid nitrogen successively. The obtained layered sponge showed good water- driven shape memory effect and was a good adsorbent of Co^2+ and Ni^2+ witli a large adsorption capacity of 224.8 and 423.7 mg/g, respectively. Importantly, the successive adsorption-desorption studies employing CS/GO sponge indicated that the composite could be regenerated by HC1 solution and reused in more than five cycles with regeneration efficiency beyond 80%. Also, the resultant sponge was explored as an exceptionally adsorbent for the removal of organic dye(e.g., methylene blue, MB).  相似文献

Macroporous polystyrene microsphere/graphene oxide(PS/GO) composite monolith was first prepared using Pickering emulsion droplets as the soft template. The Pickering emulsion was stabilized by PS/GO composite particles in-situ formed in an acidic water phase. With the evaporation of water and the oil phase(octane), the Pickering emulsion droplets agglomerated and combined with each other, forming a three-dimensional macroporous PS/GO composite matrix with excellent mechanical strength. The size of the macrospores ranged from 4 mm to 20 mm. The macroporous PS/GO composite monolith exhibited high adsorption capacity for tetracycline(TC) in an aqueous solution at p H 4–6. The maximum adsorption capacity reached 197.9 mg g 1at p H 6. The adsorption behaviour of TC fitted well with the Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model. This work offers a simple and efficient approach to fabricate macroporous GO-based monolith with high strength and adsorption ability for organic pollutants.  相似文献

An improved biosorbent of thiourea modified chitosan microsphere(TMCM) with high specific surface,favorable mechanical strength and excellent adsorption performance had been synthesized via microfluidic technology. Polyethylene glycol was used as a significant component added in aqueous solution of chitosan to produce such microspheres through droplets forming, chemical crosslinking and pores creating. For the improvement of adsorption capacity, thiourea was considered as an excellent choice in increasing amino functional group by graft modification. The SEM, FTIR and EDS were employed to detect distinct features of TMCM. Copper(Ⅱ) was used to test the adsorption performance of TMCM. The experimental results indicated that TMCM exhibited higher adsorption capacity(q_e= 60.6 mg g_(-1)) and faster adsorption rate than that non-modified chitosan microsphere(NMCM).The adsorption kinetic was described well by the pseudo-second order kinetic model, which suggested that chemical adsorption along with electrons transferring was dominant in adsorption process.  相似文献

It is emergent to develop a green waste water adsorbent with high efficiency.Therefore,a type of low-cost,green and environmentally friendly konjac glucomannan(KGM)-silk fibroin(SF)composite aerogels were compounded via simple chemical grafting and vacuum freeze drying,and a study on its adsorption capacity was also conducted.The characterizations of FT-IR,SEM,XRD and DSC indicate that the modified aerogels show a porous network space structure and there is a strong hydrogen bond effect between the KGM and SF molecules,which improves the density,compressive strength and thermal stability of aerogel materials.The adsorption experiments show that KGM-SF aerogels can effectively adsorb the water pollutants Cr(Ⅲ)with a maximal adsorption capacity of 82 mg·g-1.In addition,the adsorption isotherm and dynamic model analysis are used to elaborate the adsorption mechanism of KGM-SF aerogels and explain that the composite aerogels can be single molecule chemisorption.KGM-SF aerogels have potential adsorption capacity.  相似文献

p-Aminophenol (PAP), a typical amphoteric compound, has been widely used as raw chemical material and important interrnediate in various fields. To study on the recovery of PAP, an experimental comparison of the adsorption and desorption properties of PAP onto three types of hyper-cross-linked resins in aqueous solutions was performed. This paper focuses on the static equilibrium adsorption and desorption behaviors, the adsorption thermodynamics, the column dynamic adsorption and desorption, and other influencing factors of adsorption, such as temperature and pH values. All the isothermal data fit well to the Freundlich model. The capacity of equilibrium adsorption for PAP on NG-10 is the highest within the temperature range 288K-318K, which may greatly contribute to the advantage in specific surface area, especially the micropore area, of the adsorbent. While in the desorption experiments, NG-9 achieved relative well regeneration efficiency whether by ethanol or by 4% hydrochloric acid. Furthermore, the results of column tests and field applications were also proved that NG-9 was an effective sorbent for the reclamation PAP from wastewater.  相似文献

Six different N-alkyl substituted acrylarnide nonionic hydrogels were prepared and their swelling characteristics were measured. Poly N-isopropyl acrylamide (PNIPA) and poly N-n-propyl-acrylamide (PNNPA) temperature sensitive hydrogels were chosen as the nonionic temperature sensitive hydrogels for concentration of very dilute aqueous protein solution. The separation properties of PNIPA and PNNPA hydr0gels with different network dimensions were studied and the modification of the hydrogels was surveyed in order to decrease their surface adsorption of protein molecules. The experimental results of the concentration of BSA (Bovin serum albumin) dilute aqueous solution by hydroxylpropyl methacrylate (HPMA) copolymerized PNIPA hydrogel were given. A macroporous polymeric adsorbent NG-8 was synthesized with divinylbenzene using conventional suspension polymerization technique.Its aminated product NG-9 was prepared by introducing tertiary amino groups into NG-8 for removal of tannin acid from aqueous solutions.NG-9 could be used directly without a wetting process and had higher adsorption capacity than NG-8,which might be attributed to the enhanced adsorbent-adsorbate interaction due to the tertiary amino groups on the polymeric matrix.The Langmuir equation was successfully employed to describe the adsorption process.The adsorption enthalpy change further validated the uptake of tannin acid on NG-9 to be an enhanced physical adsorption because of the Lewis acid-base interaction.In addition,adsorption kinetic studies testified that the tertiary amino groups on the polymer matrix could decrease the adsorption rate maybe for the hindrance of the tertiary amino groups and water clusters built up.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of pesticide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) in aqueous solution has been investigated using a hypercrosslinked polystyrene adsorbent (NDA-99) modified by dimethylamine group as well as a nonionic macroporous adsorbent (XAD-4). The Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models were employed to fit the experimental data to describe adsorption mechanism. It shows that NDA-99 resin exhibits an adsorption affinity for 2,4-D higher than XAD-4 resin owing to its exceptional micropore structure and the amine group of the hypercrosslinked matrix.Further studies indicate that the hydrogen bonding interaction and the stronger π-π conjugation play a significant role in the course of the adsorption of 2,4-D on NDA-99 resin, which is in agreement with the IR spectroscopic results and the △E values of HOMO (the highest occupied molecular orbit) of adsorbent and LUMO (the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit) of adsorbate calculated from the MINDO/3 model.  相似文献

<正>Zein/chitosan composite fibrous membranes were fabricated from aqueous ethanol solutions by electrospinning. Poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP) was introduced to facilitate the electrospinning process of zein/chitosan composites.The asspun zein/chitosan/PVP composite fibrous membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and tensile tests.SEM images indicated that increasing zein and PVP concentrations led to an increase in average diameters of the composite fibers.In order to improve stability in wet stage and mechanical properties,the composite fibrous membranes were crosslinked by hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI).The crosslinked composite fibrous membranes showed slight morphological change after immersion in water for 24 h.Mechanical tests revealed that tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite fibrous membranes were increased after crosslinking,whereas Young's modulus was decreased.  相似文献

Ordered porous block copolymer films(PBCFs) have attracted much attention because of their potential applications in several fields. In this paper, we first reported a non-destructive, controllable, and efficient approach for preparation of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)-functionalized PBCFs(β-CD-PBCFs). The key point of the approach is to incorporate β-CD units into the hydrophilic segment of amphiphilic block copolymers before the preparation of films. β-CD-PBCFs with structural integrity and controllable pore parameters were fabricated through combining of self-assembly and breath figure methods. And then, the effective adsorption capacity of β-CD-PBCFs toward Congo red was confirmed through UV-Vis spectroscopy and was found to be affected by β-CD content and solution p H values. Adsorption kinetic results showed that the adsorption behavior of β-CD-PBCFs was consistent with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the chemisorption mechanism.  相似文献

A series of novel β-cyclodextrin polymers was synthesized by immobilization of β-cyclodextrin on the chloromethylated crosslinked polystyrene carriers. The synthetic conditions such as reaction time, temperature, molar feeding ratio of reactants, the degree of crosslinking of polystyrene and the catalysts used were studied in detail and the chemical and physical structures of the formed β-CDpolymers were characterized. Results show that the preparation method is simple and the amount of β-CD immobilized is high. As biomedical adsorbents, they were tested for removal of various endogenous and exogenous toxins such as phenols, aromatic amins, barbitals and unconjugated bilirubin. Results indicate that the adsorptión capacity for those toxins can be enhanced by the inclusion interaction among the β-CD, the substrate molecules and the β-CD polymers.  相似文献
