A new electrochemical method was proposed for the determination of adenosine‐5′‐triphosphate (ATP) based on the electrooxidation at a molecular wire (MW) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE), which was fabricated with diphenylacetylene (DPA) as the binder. A single well‐defined irreversible oxidation peak of ATP appeared on MW‐CPE with adsorption‐controlled process and enhanced electrochemical response in a pH 3.0 Britton‐Robinson buffer solution, which was due to the presence of high conductive DPA in the electrode. The electrochemical parameters of ATP were calculated with the electron transfer coefficient (α) as 0.54, the electron transfer number (n) as 1.9, the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) as 2.67 × 10?5 s?1 and the surface coverage (ΓT) as 4.15 × 10?10 mol cm?2. Under the selected conditions the oxidation peak current was proportional to ATP concentration in the range from 1.0 × 10?7 mol L?1 to 2.0 × 10?3 mol L?1 with the detection limit as 1.28 × 10?8 mol L?1 (3σ) by sensitive differential pulse voltammetry. The proposed method showed good selectivity without the interferences of coexisting substances and was successful applied to the ATP injection samples detection.  相似文献

A new sensor, gold‐6‐amino‐2‐mercaptobenzothiazole (6A2MBT), was fabricated via a self‐assembly procedure. Electrochemical properties of the monolayer were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The modified electrode showed excellent antifouling property against the oxidation products of DA, allowed us to construct a dynamic calibration curve with two linear parts, 1.00×10?6 to 3.72×10?4 and 3.72×10?4 to 6.42×10?4 M DA, with correlation coefficients of 0.997 and 0.992 and a detection limit of 1.57×10?7 M DA by using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), respectively. Finally, the performance of the Au‐6A2MBT modified electrode was successfully tested for electrochemical detection of DA in a pharmaceutical sample.  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of L ‐cysteic acid studied at the surface of p‐bromanil (tetrabromo‐p‐benzoquinone) modified carbon paste electrode (BMCPE) in aqueous media by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and double step potential chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteic acid at the surface of BMCPE occurs at a half‐wave potential of p‐bromanil redox system (e.g., 100 mV vs. Ag|AgCl|KClsat), whereas, L ‐cysteic acid was electroinactive in the testing potential ranges at the surface of bare carbon paste electrode. The apparent diffusion coefficient of spiked p‐bromanil in paraffin oil was also determined by using the Cottrell equation. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteic acid exhibits a linear dependency to its concentration in the ranges of 8.00×10?6 M–6.00×10?3 M and 5.2×10?7 M–1.0×10?5 M using CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (2σ) were determined as 5.00×10?6 M and 4.00×10?7 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was used as a new, selective, rapid, simple, precise and suitable voltammetric method for determination of L ‐cysteic acid in serum of patient's blood with migraine disease.  相似文献

An expanded graphite‐epoxy composite electrode (EG‐Epoxy) was employed for the simultaneous determination of 4‐chlorophenol (4‐CP) and oxalic acid (OA) by using cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry (CA), and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The results indicated that OA could be determined in the presence of the same concentrations of 4‐CP within the concentration range of 0.1 mM to 0.5 mM with a relative standard deviation (RSD) smaller than 5%. Electrode fouling occurred during CA for 4‐CP concentrations larger than 0.5 mM. The DPV method was used for the simultaneous determination of 4‐CP and OA before and after electrochemical oxidation by chronopotentiometry under galvanostatic conditions (j=0.04 mA cm?2, t=2 h) of a tap water sample spiked with 0.19 mM 4‐CP and 0.1 M Na2SO4.  相似文献

In this paper a molecular wire modified carbon paste electrode (MW‐CPE) was firstly prepared by mixing graphite powder with diphenylacetylene (DPA). Then a graphene (GR) and chitosan (CTS) composite film was further modified on the surface of MW‐CPE to receive the graphene functionalized electrode (CTS‐GR/MW‐CPE), which was used for the sensitive electrochemical detection of adenosine‐5′‐triphosphate (ATP). The CTS‐GR/MW‐CPE exhibited excellent electrochemical performance and the electrochemical behavior of ATP on the CTS‐GR/MW‐CPE was carefully studied by cyclic voltammetry with an irreversible oxidation peak appearing at 1.369 V (vs. SCE). The electrochemical parameters such as charge transfer coefficient (α) and electrode reaction standard rate constant (ks) were calculated with the results of 0.53 and 5.28×10?6 s?1, respectively. By using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) as detection technique, the oxidation peak current showed good linear relationship with ATP concentration in the range from 1.0 nM to 700.0 µM with a detection limit of 0.342 nM (3σ). The common coexisting substances, such as uric acid, ascorbic acid and guanosine‐5′‐triphosphate (GTP), showed no interferences and the modified electrode was successfully applied to injection sample detection.  相似文献

Using a highly sensitive flow‐type 27 MHz quartz crystal microbalance, we could detect a small mass change during stepwise and alternating one‐sugar transfer of glucuronic acid (GlcA) and N‐acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) to an acceptor, catalyzed by chondroitin polymerase from Escherichia coli strain K4 (K4CP), and analyze the elongation mechanism of K4CP. K4CP was found to bind strongly to a chondroitin acceptor (Kd=0.97 μM ). Although the binding affinity and the catalytic rate constant for each monomer were considerably different, the apparent catalytic efficiency (kcat/Km) was similar (6.3×104 M ?1 s?1 for GlcA transfer and 3.4×104 M ?1 s?1 for the GalNAc transfer). This is reasonable for the smooth alternating elongation of GlcA and GalNAc on the acceptor. This is the first study to report the determination of kinetic parameters for enzymatic, alternated, sugar elongation.  相似文献

In recent years, coordination polymers constructed from multidentate carboxylate and pyridyl ligands have attracted much attention because these ligands can adopt a rich variety of coordination modes and thus lead to the formation of crystalline products with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new coordination polymer, namely poly[[μ2‐1,6‐bis(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,3,5‐hexatriene‐κ2N:N′](μ3‐naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O1,O1′:O4:O4′)zinc(II)], [Zn(C12H6O4)(C16H14N2)]n, has been prepared by the self‐assembly of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (1,4‐H2ndc) and 1,6‐bis(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,3,5‐hexatriene (3,3′‐bphte) under hydrothermal conditions. The title compound has been structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by four O atoms from three 1,4‐ndc2− ligands and by two N atoms from two 3,3′‐bphte ligands, forming a distorted octahedral ZnO4N2 coordination geometry. Pairs of ZnII ions are linked by 1,4‐ndc2− ligands, leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional square lattice ( sql ) layer extending in the ab plane. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by 3,3′‐bphte bridges, generating a three‐dimensional architecture. From a topological viewpoint, if each dinuclear zinc unit is considered as a 6‐connected node and the 1,4‐ndc2− and 3,3′‐bphte ligands are regarded as linkers, the structure can be simplified as a unique three‐dimensional 6‐connected framework with the point symbol 446108. The thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

The halide‐binding properties of N‐confused porphyrin (NCP, 1 ) and doubly N‐confused porphyrins (trans‐N2CP ( 2 ), cis‐N2CP ( 3 )) were examined in CH2Cl2. In the free‐base forms, cis‐N2CP ( 3 ) showed the highest affinity to each anion (Cl?, Br?, I?) with association constants Ka=7.8×103, 1.9×103, and 5.8×102 M ?1, respectively. As metal complexes, on the other hand, trans‐N2CP 2–Cu exhibited the highest affinity to Cl?, Br?, and I? with Ka=9.0×104, 2.7×104, and 1.9×103 M ?1, respectively. The corresponding Ka values for cis‐N2CP 3–Cu and NCP 1–Cu were about 1/10 and 1/2, respectively, of those of 2–Cu . With the help of density functional theory (DFT) calculations and complementary affinity measurements of a series of trisubstituted N‐confused porphyrins, the efficient anion binding of NCPs was attributed to strong hydrogen bonding at the highly polarized NH moieties owing to the electron‐deficient C6F5 groups at meso positions as well as the ideally oriented dipole moments and large molecular polarizability. The orientation and magnitude of the dipole moments in NCPs were suggested to be important factors in the differentiation of the affinity for anions.  相似文献

A two‐dimensional MnII coordination polymer (CP), poly[bis[μ2‐2,6‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)pyridine‐κ2N3:N3′]bis(thiocyanato‐κN)manganese] [Mn(NCS)2(C11H9N5)2]n, (I), has been obtained by the self‐assembly reaction of Mn(ClO4)2·6H2O, NH4SCN and bent 2,6‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)pyridine (2,6‐bip). CP (I) was characterized by FT–IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal structure features a unique two‐dimensional (4,4) network with one‐dimensional channels. The luminescence and nitrobenzene‐sensing properties were explored in a DMF suspension, revealing that CP (I) shows a strong luminescence emission and is highly sensitive for nitrobenzene detection.  相似文献

Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) were prepared by a self‐assembly process on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with poly(o‐phenylenediamine) (PoPD) film. The stepwise fabrication process of PBNP‐modified PoPD/GCE was characterized using scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The prepared PBNPs showed an average size of 70 nm and a homogeneous distribution on the surface of the modified electrode. The PBNPs/PoPD/GCE showed electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of pyridoxine (PN) and was used as an amperometric sensor. The modified electrode exhibited a linear response for PN oxidation over the concentration range 3–38.5 μM with a detection limit of ca 6.10 × 10?7 M (S/N = 3) and sensitivity of 2.79936 × 103 mA M?1 cm?2 using an amperometric method. The mechanism and kinetics of the catalytic oxidation reaction of PN were investigated using cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The values of α, kcat and D were estimated as 0.36, 1.089 × 102 M?1 s?1 and 8.9 × 10?5 cm2 s?1, respectively. This sensor also exhibited good anti‐interference and selectivity. A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with Mg‐Al‐SDS hydrotalcite‐like clay (SDS‐HTLC) was used for the sensitive voltammetric determination of 2‐nitrophenol (2‐NP) utilizing the oxidation process. The results indicate the prepared modified electrode has an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward 2‐NP oxidation, lowering the oxidation overpotential and increasing the oxidation current. Under optimal conditions, the oxidation current was proportional to 2‐NP concentration in the range from 1.0×10?6 to 6.0×10?4 M with the detection limit of 5.0×10?7 M by DPV (S/N=3). The fabricated electrode was applied for 2‐NP determination in water samples and the recovery for these samples was from 95.6 to 103.5%.  相似文献

The detection of layer‐by‐layer self‐assembly multilayer films was carried out using low‐temperature plasma (LTP) mass spectrometry (MS) under ambient conditions. These multilayer films have been prepared on quartz plates through the alternate assembling of oppositely charged 4‐aminothiophenol (4‐ATP) capped Au particles and thioglycolic acid (TGA) capped Ag particles. An LTP probe was used for direct desorption and ionization of chemical components on the films. Without the complicated sample preparation, the structure information of 4‐ATP and TGA on films was studied by LTP‐MS. Characteristic ions of 4‐ATP (M) and TGA (F), including [M]+?, [M‐NH2]+, [M‐HCN‐H]+, and [F + H]+, [F‐H]+, [F‐OH]+, [F‐COOH]+ were recorded by LTP‐MS on the films. However, [M‐CS‐H]+ and [F‐SH]+ could not be observed on the film, which were detected in the neat sample. In addition, the semi‐quantitative analysis of chemical components on monolayer film was carried out, and the amounts of 4‐ATP and TGA on monolayer surface were 45 ng/mm2 and 54 ng/mm2, respectively. This resulted the ionization efficiencies of 72% for 4‐ATP and 54% for TGA. In order to evaluate the reliability of present LTP‐MS, the correlations between this approach and some traditional methods, such as UV–vis spectroscopy, atomic force microscope and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy were studied, which resulted the correlation coefficients of higher than 0.9776. The results indicated that this technique can be used for analyzing the films without any pretreatment, which possesses great potential in the studies of self‐assembly multilayer films. The present work describes oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) at octacyanomolybdate‐doped‐glutaraldehyde‐cross‐linked poly‐L ‐lysine (PLL‐GA‐Mo(CN) film modified glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 M H2SO4. The modified electrode has been successfully prepared by means of electrostatically trapping Mo(CN) mediator in the cationic film of glutaraldehyde‐cross‐linked poly‐L ‐lysine. The dependence of peak current of modified electrode in pure supporting indicates that the charge transfer in the film was a mixed process at low scan rates (5 to 200 mV s?1), and kinetically restrained at higher scan rates (200 to 1000 mV s?1). Cyclic voltammetry and rotating disk electrode (RDE) techniques are used to investigate the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid and compared with its oxidation at bare and undoped PLL‐GA film coated electrodes. The rate constant of catalytic reaction k obtained from RDE analysis was found to be 9.5×105 cm3 mol?1 s?1. The analytical determination of ascorbic acid has been carried out using RDE technique over the physiological interest of ascorbic acid concentrations with a sensitivity of 75 μA mM?1. Amperometric estimation of AA in stirred solution shows a sensitivity of 15 μA mM?1 over the linear concentration range between 50 and 1200 μM. Interestingly, PLL‐GA‐Mo(CN) modified electrode facilitated the oxidation of ascorbic acid but not responded to other electroactive biomolecules such as dopamine, uric acid, NADH, glucose. This unique feature of PLL‐GA‐Mo(CN) modified electrode allowed for the development of a highly selective method for the determination of ascorbic acid in the presence of interferents.  相似文献

The assembly of alternating DNA and positively charged poly‐(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) (PDDA) multilayer films by electrostatic layer‐by‐layer adsorption has been studied. Real time surface plasmon resonance (BIAcore) technique was used to characterize and monitor the formation of multilayer films in solution in real time continuously. The results indicate that the uniform multilayer can be obtained on the poly‐(ethylenimine) (PEI) coated substrate surface. The kinetics of the adsorption of DNA on PDDA surface was also studied by real‐time BIAcore technique, and the observed rate constant was calculated using a Langmuir model (kobs = (1.28 ± 0.08) × 10?2s?1).  相似文献

A carbon paste electrode spiked with 1‐[4‐ferrocenyl ethynyl) phenyl]‐1‐ethanone (4FEPE) was constructed by incorporation of 4FEPE in graphite powder‐paraffin oil matrix. It has been shown by direct current cyclic voltammetry and double step chronoamperometry that this electrode can catalyze the oxidation of tryptophan (Trp) in aqueous buffered solution. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00), the oxidation of Trp at the surface of such an electrode occurs at a potential about 200 mV less positive than at an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient, α and rate constant for the chemical reaction between Trp and redox sites in 4FEPE modified carbon paste electrode (4FEPEMCPE) were also determined using electrochemical approaches. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of Trp showed a linear dependent on the Trp concentrations and linear calibration curves were obtained in the ranges of 6.00×10?6 M–3.35×10?3 M and 8.50×10?7 M–6.34×10?5 M of Trp concentration with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 1.80×10?6 M and 5.60×10?7 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was also examined as a selective, simple and precise new method for voltammetric determination of tryptophan in real sample.  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of hydrazine studied at the surface of a carbon paste electrode spiked with p‐bromanil (tetrabromo‐p‐benzoquinone) using cyclic voltammetry (CV), double potential‐step chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) in aqueous media. The results show this quinone derivative modified carbon paste electrode, can catalyze the hydrazine oxidation in an aqueous buffered solution. It has been found that under the optimum conditions (pH 10.00), the oxidation of hydrazine at the surface of this carbon paste modified electrode occurs at a potential of about 550 mV less positive than that of a bar carbon paste electrode. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of hydrazine showed a linear dependent on the hydrazine concentrations and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 6.00×10?5 M–8.00×10?3 M and 7.00×10?6 M–8.00×10?4 M of hydrazine concentration with CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 3.6×10?5 M and 5.2×10?6 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was also used for the determination of hydrazine in the real sample (waste water of the Mazandaran wood and paper factory) by standard addition method.  相似文献

Layer‐by‐layer assemblies consisting of alternating layers of nitrilotris(methylene)triphosphonic acid (NTMP), a polyfunctional corrosion inhibitor, and zirconium(IV) were prepared on alumina. In particular, a nine‐layer (NTMP/Zr(IV))4NTMP stack could be constructed at room temperature, which showed a steady increase in film thickness throughout its growth by spectroscopic ellipsometry up to a final thickness of 1.79 ± 0.04 nm. At higher temperature (70 °C), even a two‐layer NTMP/Zr(IV) assembly could not be prepared because of etching of the alumina substrate by the heated Zr(IV) solution. XPS characterization of the layer‐by‐layer assembly showed a saw tooth pattern in the nitrogen, phosphorus, and zirconium signals, where the modest increases and decreases in these signals corresponded to the expected deposition and perhaps removal of NTMP and Zr(IV). Time‐of‐flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF‐SIMS) confirmed the attachment of the NTMP molecule to the surface through PO?, PO2?, PO3?, and CN? signals. Increasing attenuation of the Al signal from the substrate after deposition of each layer was observed by both XPS and ToF‐SIMS. Essentially complete etching of the alumina by the heated Zr(IV) solution was confirmed by spectroscopic ellipsometry, XPS, and ToF‐SIMS. Atomic force microscopy revealed that all the films were smooth with Rq roughness values less than 0.5 nm. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel chromogenic method to measure the peroxidase activity using para‐phenylenediamine dihydrochloride (=benzene‐1,4‐diamine hydrochloride; PPDD) and N‐(1‐naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydrochloride (=N‐(2‐aminoethyl)naphthalen‐1‐amine; NEDA) is presented. The PPDD entraps the free radical and gets oxidized to electrophilic diimine, which couples with NEDA to give an intense red‐colored chromogenic species with maximum absorbance at 490 nm. This assay was adopted for the quantification of H2O2 between 20 and 160 μM . Catalytic efficiency and catalytic power of the commercial peroxidase were found to be 4.47×104 M ?1 min?1 and 3.38×10?4 min?1, respectively. The catalytic constant (kcat) and specificity constant (kcat/Km) at saturated concentration of the co‐substrates were 0.0245×103 min?1 and 0.0445 μM ?1 min?1, respectively. The chromogenic coupling reaction has a minimum interference from the reducing substances such as ascorbic acid, L ‐cystein, citric acid, and oxalic acid. The method being simple, rapid, precise, and sensitive, its applicability has been tested in the crude vegetable extracts that showed peroxidase activity.  相似文献

The precursor film was first formed on the Au electrode surface based on the self‐assembly of L ‐cysteine and the adsorption of gold colloidal nanoparticles (nano‐Au). Layer‐by‐layer (LBL) assembly films of toluidine blue (TB) and nano‐Au were fabricated by alternately immersing the electrode with precursor film into the solution of toluidine blue and gold colloid. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) were adopted to monitor the regular growth of {TB/Au} bilayer films. The successful assembly of {TB/Au}n films brings a new strategy for electrochemical devices to construct layer‐by‐layer assembly films of nanomaterials and low molecular weight materials. In this article, {TB/Au}n films were used as model films to fabricate a mediated H2O2 biosensor based on horseradish peroxidase, which responded rapidly to H2O2 in the linear range from 1.5×10?7 mol/L to 8.6×10?3 mol/L with a detection limit of 7.0×10?8 mol/L. Morphologies of the final assembly films were characterized with scanning probe microscopy (SPM).  相似文献
