The three‐component reactions of 1‐azabicyclo[1.1.0]butanes 1 , dicyanofumarates (E)‐ 5 , and MeOH or morpholine yielded azetidine enamines 8 and 9 with the cis‐orientation of the ester groups at the C?C bond ((E)‐configuration; Schemes 3 and 4). The structures of 8a and 9d were confirmed by X‐ray crystallography. The formation of the products is explained via the nucleophilic addition of 1 onto (E)‐ 5 , leading to a zwitterion of type 7 (Scheme 2), which is subsequently trapped by MeOH or morpholine ( 10a ), followed by elimination of HCN. Similarly, two‐component reactions between secondary amines 10a – 10c and (E)‐ 5 gave products 12 with an (E)‐enamine structure and (Z)‐oriented ester groups. On the other hand, two‐component reactions involving primary amines 10d – 10f or NH3 led to the formation of the corresponding (Z)‐enamines, in which the (E)‐orientation of ester groups was established.  相似文献

The conformations of (Z)‐ and (E)‐5‐oxo‐B‐nor‐5,10‐secocholest‐1(10)‐en‐3β‐yl acetates ( 2 and 3 , resp.) were examined by a combination of X‐ray crystallographic analysis and NMR spectroscopy, with emphasis on the geometry of the cyclononenone moiety. The 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectra showed that the unsaturated nine‐membered ring of (E)‐isomer 3 in C6D6 and (D6)acetone solution exists in a sole conformation of type B 1 , which is similar to its solid‐state conformation. The (Z)‐isomer 2 in C6D6, CDCl3, and (D6)acetone solution, however, exists in two conformational forms of different families, with different orientation of the carbonyl group, the predominant form (85%) corresponding to the conformation of type A 1 and the minor (15%) to the conformation A 2 present also in the crystalline state. In this solid‐state conformations of the nine‐membered ring of both compounds, the 19‐Me and 5‐oxo groups are ‘β’‐oriented. The NMR analysis suggests that the nine‐membered ring of 4 has a conformation of type C 1 in CDCl3 solution.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the four E,Z,E isomers of 1‐(4‐alkoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, namely (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C19H17NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C20H19NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐6‐(4‐n‐propoxyphenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C21H21NO3, and (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐n‐butoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C22H23NO3, have been determined. Intermolecular N⋯O dipole interactions between the nitro groups are observed for the methoxy derivative, while for the ethoxy derivative, two adjacent molecules are linked at both ends through N⋯O dipole–dipole interactions between the N atom of the nitro group and the O atom of the ethoxy group to form a supramolecular ring‐like structure. In the crystal structures of the n‐propoxy and n‐butoxy derivatives, the shortest intermolecular distances are those between the two O atoms of the alkoxy groups. Thus, the nearest two molecules form an S‐shaped supramolecular dimer in these crystal structures.  相似文献

(all‐E)‐5,6‐Diepikarpoxanthin (=(all‐E,3S,5S,6S,3′R)‐5,6‐dihydro‐β,β‐carotene‐3,5,6,3′‐tetrol; 1 ) was submitted to thermal isomerization and I2‐catalyzed photoisomerization. The structures of the main products, i.e. (9Z)‐ ( 2 ), (9′Z)‐ ( 3 ), (13Z)‐ ( 4 ), (13′Z)‐ ( 5 ), and (15Z)‐5,6‐diepikarpoxanthin ( 6 ), were determined by their UV/VIS, CD, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectra. In addition, (9Z,13′Z)‐ or (13Z,9′Z)‐ ( 7 ), (9Z,9′Z)‐ ( 8 ), and (9Z,13Z)‐ or (9′Z,13′Z)‐5,6‐diepikarpoxanthin ( 9 ) were tentatively identified as minor products of the I2‐catalyzed photoisomerization.  相似文献

Bis((Z)‐5‐phenyl‐2‐phenylmethylidene‐1, 3‐dithiole‐4‐yl)monosulfane ( 6 ), a molecule consisting of two diphenyldithiafulvene units connected by a sulfur bridge, was synthesized by the selective lithiation of (Z)‐4‐phenyl‐2‐phenylmethylidene‐1, 3‐dithiole ( 7a ) at the endocyclic double bond and by subsequent reaction of the lithiated intermediate with bis(phenylsulfonyl)sulfane. Since this reaction sequence proceeded with retention of configuration, of three possible isomers (E, E, Z, E, and Z, Z) only the Z, Z form was obtained. On the basis of the X‐ray structure analysis and the NMR‐spectroscopic characterization of 6 supplemented by the NMR parameters of (E)‐ and (Z)‐4‐phenyl‐2‐phenylmethylidene‐1, 3‐dithiole, it was demonstrated that two characteristic 5J coupling constants of the proton at the exocyclic double bond indicate the configuration (Z or E) of disubstituted dithiafuvene derivatives.  相似文献

The Z and E isomers of 3‐[4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl]‐2‐(2,4,6‐tribromophenyl)acrylonitrile, C17H13Br3N2, ( 1 ), were obtained simultaneously by a Knoevenagel condensation between 4‐(dimethylamino)benzaldehyde and 2‐(2,4,6‐tribromophenyl)acetonitrile, and were investigated by X‐ray diffraction and density functional theory (DFT) quantum‐chemical calculations. The (Z)‐( 1 ) isomer is monoclinic (space group P21/n, Z′ = 1), whereas the (E)‐( 1 ) isomer is triclinic (space group P, Z′ = 2). The two crystallographically‐independent molecules of (E)‐( 1 ) adopt similar geometries. The corresponding bond lengths and angles in the two isomers of ( 1 ) are very similar. The difference in the calculated total energies of isolated molecules of (Z)‐( 1 ) and (E)‐( 1 ) with DFT‐optimized geometries is ∼4.47 kJ mol−1, with the minimum value corresponding to the Z isomer. The crystal structure of (Z)‐( 1 ) reveals strong intermolecular nonvalent Br…N [3.100 (2) and 3.216 (3) Å] interactions which link the molecules into layers parallel to (10). In contrast, molecules of (E)‐( 1 ) in the crystal are bound to each other by strong nonvalent Br…Br [3.5556 (10) Å] and weak Br…N [3.433 (4) Å] interactions, forming chains propagating along [110]. The crystal packing of (Z)‐( 1 ) is denser than that of (E)‐( 1 ), implying that the crystal structure realized for (Z)‐( 1 ) is more stable than that for (E)‐( 1 ).  相似文献

The reactions of 4,4′‐dimethoxythiobenzophenone ( 1 ) with (S)‐2‐methyloxirane ((S)‐ 2 ) and (R)‐2‐phenyloxirane ((R)‐ 6 ) in the presence of a Lewis acid such as BF3?Et2O, ZnCl2, or SiO2 in dry CH2Cl2 led to the corresponding 1 : 1 adducts, i.e., 1,3‐oxathiolanes (S)‐ 3 with Me at C(5), and (S)‐ 7 and (R)‐ 8 with Ph at C(4) and C(5), respectively. A 1 : 2 adduct, 1,3,6‐dioxathiocane (4S,8S)‐ 4 and 1,3‐dioxolane (S)‐ 9 , respectively, were formed as minor products (Schemes 3 and 5, Tables 1 and 2). Treatment of the 1 : 1 adduct (S)‐ 3 with (S)‐ 2 and BF3?Et2O gave the 1 : 2 adduct (4S,8S)‐ 4 (Scheme 4). In the case of the enolized thioketone 1,3‐diphenylprop‐1‐ene‐2‐thiol ( 10 ) with (S)‐ 2 and (R)‐ 6 in the presence of SiO2, the enesulfanyl alcohols (1′Z,2S)‐ 11 and (1′E,2S)‐ 11 , and (1′Z,2S)‐ 13 , (1′E,2S)‐ 13 , (1′Z,1R)‐ 15 , and (1′E,1R)‐ 15 , respectively, as well as a 1,3‐oxathiolane (S)‐ 14 were formed (Schemes 6 and 8). In the presence of HCl, the enesulfanyl alcohols (1′Z,2S)‐ 11 , (1′Z,2S)‐ 13 , (1′E,2S)‐ 13 , (1′Z,1R)‐ 15 , and (1′E,1R)‐ 15 cyclize to give the corresponding 1,3‐oxathiolanes (S)‐ 12 , (S)‐ 14 , and (R)‐ 16 , respectively (Schemes 7, 9, and 10). The structures of (1′E,2S)‐ 11 , (S)‐ 12 , and (S)‐ 14 were confirmed by X‐ray crystallography (Figs. 13). These results show that 1,3‐oxathiolanes can be prepared directly via the Lewis acid‐catalyzed reactions of oxiranes with non‐enolizable thioketones, and also in two steps with enolized thioketones. The nucleophilic attack of the thiocarbonyl or enesulfanyl S‐atom at the Lewis acid‐complexed oxirane ring proceeds with high regio‐ and stereoselectivity via an Sn 2‐type mechanism.  相似文献

To examine the roles of competing intermolecular interactions in differentiating the molecular packing arrangements of some isomeric phenylhydrazones from each other, the crystal structures of five nitrile–halogen substituted phenylhydrazones and two nitro–halogen substituted phenylhydrazones have been determined and are described here: (E)‐4‐cyanobenzaldehyde 4‐chlorophenylhydrazone, C14H10ClN3, (Ia); (E)‐4‐cyanobenzaldehyde 4‐bromophenylhydrazone, C14H10BrN3, (Ib); (E)‐4‐cyanobenzaldehyde 4‐iodophenylhydrazone, C14H10IN3, (Ic); (E)‐4‐bromobenzaldehyde 4‐cyanophenylhydrazone, C14H10BrN3, (IIb); (E)‐4‐iodobenzaldehyde 4‐cyanophenylhydrazone, C14H10IN3, (IIc); (E)‐4‐chlorobenzaldehyde 4‐nitrophenylhydrazone, C13H10ClN3O2, (III); and (E)‐4‐nitrobenzaldehyde 4‐chlorophenylhydrazone, C13H10ClN3O2, (IV). Both (Ia) and (Ib) are disordered (less than 7% of the molecules have the minor orientation in each structure). Pairs (Ia)/(Ib) and (IIb)/(IIc), related by a halogen exchange, are isomorphous, but none of the `bridge‐flipped' isomeric pairs, viz. (Ib)/(IIb), (Ic)/(IIc) or (III)/(IV), is isomorphous. In the nitrile–halogen structures (Ia)–(Ic) and (IIb)–(IIc), only the bridge N—H group and not the bridge C—H group acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to the nitrile group, but in the nitro–halogen structures (III) (with Z′ = 2) and (IV), both the bridge N—H group and the bridge C—H group interact with the nitro group as hydrogen‐bond donors, albeit via different motifs. The occurrence here of the bridge C—H contact with a hydrogen‐bond acceptor suggests the possibility that other pairs of `bridge‐flipped' isomeric phenylhydrazones may prove to be isomorphous, regardless of the change from isomer to isomer in the position of the N—H group within the bridge.  相似文献

Annulenoid Tetrathiafulvalenes: 5,16‐Bis(1,3‐benzodithiol‐2‐ylidene)‐5,16‐dihydrotetraepoxy‐ and 5,16‐Bis(1,3‐benzodithiol‐2‐ylidene)‐5,16‐dihydrotetraepithio[22]annulenes(2.1.2.1) The title compounds are among the first tetrathiafulvalenes with annulene spacers, here with tetraepoxy‐[22]annulene(2.1.2.1) (see 3a ), tetraepithio[22]annulene(2.1.2.1) (see 3b ), and diepithiodiepoxy[22]annulene(2.1.2.1) (see 23 ) units. The annulenoid tetrathiafulvalenes 3a and 3b are prepared by cyclizing McMurry coupling of the 5,5′‐(1,3‐benzodithiol‐2‐ylidenemethylene)bis[furan‐ or thiophene‐2‐carbaldehydes] ( 8a or 8b , resp.) or by Wittig reaction of (1,3‐benzodithiol‐2‐yl)tributylphosphonium tetrafluoroborate ( 13b ) with tetraepoxy[22]annulene(2.1.2.1)‐1,12‐dione 20 (formation of 3a ) or diepithiodiepoxy[22]annulene(2.1.2.1)‐1,12‐dione 22 (formation of 23 ). The annulenoide tetrathiafulvalene 3a is obtained as a mixture of the isomers (E,E)‐ and (Z,Z)‐ 3a . At 130°, (Z,Z)‐ 3a rearranges quantitatively into the (E,E)‐isomer. Isomer (E,E)‐ 3a is a dynamic molecule, where the (E)‐ethene‐1,2‐diyl bridges rotate around the adjacent σ‐bonds. The tetraepithioannulene derivative 3b as well as 23 only exist in the (Z,Z)‐configuration. The oxidation of (E,E/Z,Z)‐ 3a with Br2 yields the annulene‐bridged tetrathiafulvalene dication (E,E)‐ 3a Ox, while with 4,5‐dichloro‐3,6‐dioxocyclohexa‐1,4‐diene‐1,2‐dicarbonitrile (DDQ) obviously only the radical cation 3a Sem is formed, which belongs to the class of cyanine‐like violenes. The annulenoide tetrathiafulvalenes 3b and 23 , which exist only in the (Z,Z)‐configuration, obviously for steric reasons, cannot be oxidized by DDQ. Electrochemical studies are in agreement with these results.  相似文献

The reaction of the 4‐hydroxyquinoline‐3‐carboxylate 6 with pentaerythritol tribromide gave the 1,1′‐(2‐methylenepropane‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 11 , whose reaction with bromine afforded the 1,1′‐(2‐bromo‐2‐bromomethylpropane‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 12 . Compound 12 was transformed into the (Z)‐1,1′‐(2‐acetoxymethylpropene‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 13 or (E)‐1,1′‐[2‐(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)propene‐1,3‐diyl]di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 14 . Hydrolysis of the dimer (Z)‐ 13 or (E)‐ 14 with potassium hydroxide provided the (E)‐1,1′‐(2‐hydroxymethylpropene‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylic acid) 15 or (Z)‐1,1′‐[2‐(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)propene‐1,3‐diyl]di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylic acid) 16 , respectively. The nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) spectral data supported that those hydrolysis resulted in the geometrical conversion of (Z)‐ 13 into (E)‐ 15 or (E)‐ 14 into (Z)‐ 16 .  相似文献

In the molecular structures of a series of substituted chalcones, namely (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H15FO2, (I), (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐fluorophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H14F2O2, (II), (2E)‐1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H14ClFO2, (III), (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C22H17FO2, (IV), and (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C22H17FO3, (V), the configuration of the keto group with respect to the olefinic double bond is scis. The molecules pack utilizing weak C—H...O and C—H...π intermolecular contacts. Identical packing motifs involving C—H...O interactions, forming both chains and dimers, along with C—H...π dimers and π–π aromatic interactions are observed in the fluoro, chloro and methyl derivatives.  相似文献

Lewis acid mediated skeletal rearrangement of the ingol diterpenoids 1 and 4 via regio‐ and stereospecific cyclopropane‐ring opening afforded the four new compounds 2, 3, 5 , and 6 , named nivulianol A–D (Scheme 1). Their structures were established by means of IR, MS, and in‐depth NMR spectroscopic analyses. The rearranged congeners were tested for lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced prostaglandin (PG) E2 (cyclooxygenase‐2) inhibition. Thereby, nivulianol B (=(1S*,2E,4R*,5S*,7Z,9S*,11R,13S*,14S*)‐14‐acetoxy‐5‐methoxy‐3,9,13‐trimethyl‐6‐(1‐methylethenyl)‐10‐oxo‐15‐oxatricyclo[9.3.1.01,11]pentadeca‐2,7‐dien‐4‐yl (2Z)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate; 3 ) was found to be significantly active, with an IC50 value of 36.3 μg/ml.  相似文献

Fulgides are a representative class of photochromic organic molecules which exhibit several interesting properties for diverse applications in fields such as data storage or high‐resolution spectroscopy. The crystal structures of three furyl fulgides with different steric constraints were determined and for two of the compounds both the E and Z isomer structures were defined. The compounds are 3‐[(E)‐1,3‐dimethyl‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydro‐2‐benzofuran‐4‐ylidene]‐4‐isopropylidenetetrahydrofuran‐2,5‐dione, C17H18O4, (I‐E), 3‐[(E)‐1,3‐dimethyl‐5,6,7,8‐tetrahydro‐4H‐cyclohepta[c]furan‐4‐ylidene]‐4‐isopropylidenetetrahydrofuran‐2,5‐dione, C18H20O4, (II‐E), and the Z isomer, (II‐Z), and 3‐isopropylidene‐4‐[(E)‐1‐(5‐methoxy‐2‐methyl‐1‐benzofuran‐3‐yl)ethylidene]tetrahydrofuran‐2,5‐dione, C19H18O5, (III‐E), with two molecules in the asymmetric unit, and the Z isomer, (III‐Z). The structures of the E and Z isomers show only little differences in the bond lengths and angles inside the hexatriene unit. Because of the strained geometry there are deviations in the torsion angles. Furthermore, small differences in the distances between the bond‐forming C atoms in the electrocyclization process give no explanation for the unequal photochromic behaviour.  相似文献

The structure of the main reaction products (9Z)‐ ( 2 ), (9′Z)‐ ( 3 ), (13Z)‐ ( 4 ), and (13′Z)‐cucurbitaxanthin A ( 5 ) was determined by their UV/VIS, CD, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectra.  相似文献

The reaction of 1‐(trimethylsilyloxy)cyclopentene ( 9 ) with (±)‐1,3,5‐triisopropyl‐2‐(1‐(RS)‐{[(1E)‐2‐methylpenta‐1,3‐dienyl]oxy}ethyl)benzene ((±)‐ 4a ) in SO2/CH2Cl2 containing (CF3SO2)2NH, followed by treatment with Bu4NF and MeI gave a 3.0 : 1 mixture of (±)‐(2RS)‐2{(1RS,2Z,4SR)‐2‐methyl‐4‐(methylsulfonyl)‐1‐[(RS)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐en‐1‐yl}cyclopentanone ((±)‐ 10 ) and (±)‐(2RS)‐2‐{(1RS,2Z)‐2‐methyl‐4‐[(SR)‐methylsulfonyl]‐1‐[(SR)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐en‐1‐yl}cyclopentanone ((±)‐ 11 ). Similarly, enantiomerically pure dienyl ether (−)‐(1S)‐ 4a reacted with 1‐(trimethylsilyloxy)cyclohexene ( 12 ) to give a 14.1 : 1 mixture of (−)‐(2S)‐2‐{(1S,2Z,4R)‐2‐methyl‐4‐(methylsulfonyl)‐1‐[(S)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐enyl}cyclohexanone ((−)‐ 13a ) and its diastereoisomer 14a with (1S,2R,4R) or (1R,2S,4S) configuration. Structures of (±)‐ 10 , (±)‐ 11 , and (−)‐ 13a were established by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. Poor diastereoselectivities were observed with the (E,E)‐2‐methylpenta‐1,3‐diene‐1‐ylethers (+)‐ 4b and (−)‐ 4c bearing ( 1 S )‐1‐phenylethyl and (1S)‐1‐(pentafluorophenyl)ethyl groups instead of the Greene's auxiliary ((1S)‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethyl group). The results demonstrate that high α/βsyn and asymmetric induction (due to the chiral auxiliary) can be obtained in the four‐component syntheses of the β‐alkoxy ketones. The method generates enantiomerically pure polyfunctional methyl sulfones bearing three chiral centers on C‐atoms and one (Z)‐alkene moiety.  相似文献

The compounds (2′E,2′E)‐2,2′‐(propane‐1,2‐diylidene)bis[1‐(2‐nitrophenyl)hydrazine], C15H14N6O4, (I), and (2Z,3Z)‐ethyl 3‐[2‐(2‐nitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]‐2‐[2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]butanoate tetrahydrofuran hemisolvate, C18H18N6O6·0.5C4H8O, (II), are puzzling outliers deviating from a general synthetic route aimed at the preparation of substituted pyrazoles. Possible reasons for this outcome, which is exceptional in an otherwise firmly established synthetic procedure, are analyzed. Compound (I) is unsolvated, while compound (II) crystallizes with a tetrahydrofuran solvent molecule lying on an inversion centre. The ethoxycarbonyl chain of (II), in turn, appears disordered into two equally populated (50%) moieties. In both structures, a plethora of different commonly occurring weak intermolecular interactions [viz. π(phenyl)...π(phenyl), π(C=N)...π(C=N), π(phenyl)...π(C=N), N—H...O and C—H...O] appear responsible for the crystal stability. Much less common are the short O(nitro)...O(nitro) contacts which are observed in the structure of (I), an example of unusual `electron donor–acceptor' (EDA) interactions.  相似文献

6‐(Diazomethyl)‐1,3‐bis(methoxymethyl)uracil ( 5 ) was prepared from the known aldehyde 3 by hydrazone formation and oxidation. Thermolysis of 5 and deprotection gave the pyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidine‐5,7‐diones 7a and 7b . Rh2(OAc)4 catalyzed the transformation of 5 into to a 2 : 1 (Z)/(E) mixture of 1,2‐diuracilylethenes 9 (67%). Heating (Z)‐ 9 in 12n HCl at 95° led to electrocyclisation, oxidation, and deprotection to afford 73% of the pyrimido[5,4‐f]quinazolinetetraone 12 . The Rh2(OAc)4‐catalyzed reaction of 5 with 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran and 2,3‐dihydrofuran gave endo/exo‐mixtures of the 2‐oxabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane 13 (78%) and the 2‐oxabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane 15 (86%), Their treatment with AlCl3 or Me2AlCl promoted a vinylcyclopropane–cyclopentene rearrangement, leading to the pyrano‐ and furanocyclopenta[1,2‐d]pyrimidinediones 14 (88%) and 16 (51%), respectively. Similarly, the addition product of 5 to 2‐methoxypropene was transformed into the 5‐methylcyclopenta‐pyrimidinedione 18 (55%). The Rh2(OAc)4‐catalyzed reaction of 5 with thiophene gave the exo‐configured 2‐thiabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane 19 (69%). The analoguous reaction with furan led to 8‐oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct‐2‐ene 20 (73%), and the reaction with (E)‐2‐styrylfuran yielded a diastereoisomeric mixture of hepta‐1,4,6‐trien‐3‐ones 21 (75%) that was transformed into the (1E,4E,6E)‐configured hepta‐1,4,6‐trien‐3‐one 21 (60%) at ambient temperature.  相似文献

Oxidations of 5α‐hydroxy‐B‐norcholestan‐3β‐yl acetate ( 8 ) with Pb(OAc)4 under thermal or photolytic conditions or in the presence of iodine afforded only complex mixtures of compounds. However, the HgO/I2 version of the hypoiodite reaction gave as the primary products the stereoisomeric (Z)‐ and (E)‐1(10)‐unsaturated 5,10‐seco B‐nor‐derivatives 10 and 11 , and the stereoisomeric (5R,10R)‐ and (5S,10S)‐acetals 14 and 15 (Scheme 4). Further reaction of these compounds under conditions of their formation afforded, in addition, the A‐nor 1,5‐cyclization products 13 and 16 (from 10 ) and 12 (from 11 ) (see also Scheme 6) and the 6‐iodo‐5,6‐secolactones 17 and 19 (from 14 and 15 , resp.) and 4‐iodo‐4,5‐secolactone 18 (from 15 ) (see also Scheme 7). Oxidations of 5β‐hydroxy‐B‐norcholestan‐3β‐yl acetate ( 9 ) with both hypoiodite‐forming reagents (Pb(OAc)4/I2 and HgO/I2) proceeded similarly to the HgO/I2 reaction of the corresponding 5α‐hydroxy analogue 8 . Photolytic Pb(OAc)4 oxidation of 9 afforded, in addition to the (Z)‐ and (E)‐5,10‐seco 1(10)‐unsaturated ketones 10 and 11 , their isomeric 5,10‐seco 10(19)‐unsaturated ketone 22 , the acetal 5‐acetate 21 , and 5β,19‐epoxy derivative 23 (Scheme 9). Exceptionally, in the thermal Pb(OAc)4 oxidation of 9 , the 5,10‐seco ketones 10, 11 , and 22 were not formed, the only reaction being the stereoselective formation of the 5,10‐ethers with the β‐oriented epoxy bridge, i.e. the (10R)‐enol ether 20 and (5S,10R)‐acetal 5‐acetate 21 (Scheme 8). Possible mechanistic interpretations of the above transformations are discussed.  相似文献

The intramolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition of four 4‐(but‐3‐enyl)oxyquinolones (substitution pattern at the terminal alkene carbon atom: CH2, Z‐CHEt, E‐CHEt, CMe2) and two 3‐(but‐3‐enyl)oxyquinolones (substitution pattern: CH2, CMe2) was studied. Upon direct irradiation at λ=300 nm, the respective cyclobutane products were formed in high yields (83–95 %) and for symmetrically substituted substrates with complete diastereoselectivity. Substrates with a Z‐ or E‐substituted terminal double bond showed a stereoconvergent reaction course leading to mixtures of regio‐ and diastereomers with almost identical composition. The mechanistic course of the photocycloaddition was elucidated by transient absorption spectroscopy. A triplet intermediate was detected for the title compounds, which–in contrast to simple alkoxyquinolones such as 3‐butyloxyquinolone and 4‐methoxyquinolone–decayed rapidly (τ≈1 ns) through cyclization to a triplet 1,4‐diradical. The diradical can evolve through two reaction channels, one leading to the photoproduct and the other leading back to the starting material. When the photocycloaddition was performed in the presence of a chiral sensitizer (10 mol %) upon irradiation at λ=366 nm in trifluorotoluene as the solvent, moderate to high enantioselectivities were achieved. The two 3‐(but‐3‐enyl)oxyquinolones gave enantiomeric excesses (ees) of 60 and 64 % at ?25 °C, presumably because a significant racemic background reaction occurred. The 4‐substituted quinolones showed higher enantioselectivities (92–96 % ee at ?25 °C) and, for the terminally Z‐ and E‐substituted substrates, an improved regio‐ and diastereoselectivity.  相似文献
