1,2‐Dihydro‐2‐imino‐6‐(2‐imino‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)‐1,4‐diphenyl‐pyridine‐3‐carbonitrile 4 has been synthesized and reacted with ethyl cyanoacetate to yield the new 5‐amino‐1,7‐dihydro‐2‐(2‐imino‐2H‐chromen‐3‐yl)‐7‐oxo‐1,4‐diphenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine‐6‐carbonitrile 6 , which consider a good and available starting intermediate for synthesis of series of functionalized chromenes. So, the compound 6 was utilized as a key for the synthesis of some new pyrimido[5,4‐c][1,8]naphthyridinones, pyrido[2,3‐c][1,6]naphthyridinones, triazolo[3′,4′:1,6]triazino][5,4‐c][1,8]naphthyridinones, triazolo[2′,3′:1,6]pyrimido[4,5‐c][1,8]naphthyridinones, triazepino[6,5‐c][1,8]naphthyridinone, and triazino[5,4‐c][1,8]naphthyridinones. A series of 2‐substituted‐4(3H)‐quinazolinones 13‐20 has been synthesized in good yields using the reaction of double lithiated 2‐methylquinazolinone‐4 with a variety of aromatic aldehydes. They have been easily transformed in high yields into the corresponding 2‐substituted conjugated derivatives 21‐28 bearing terminal aryl groups by F3CCOOH mediated dehydration.  相似文献

The mol­ecule of the title compound, C3H5N5O4, has a planar geometry. Due to the presence of a second nitro group, the lengths of the two conjugated C—N bonds are different. Nevertheless, the conjugation of the nitr­imine group spreads to the nitr­amine group. Intermolecular N—H...O bonds connect mol­ecules into dimers in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The condensation of 5‐[4′‐(2″‐halo‐ethoxy)benzylidenyl]‐2,4‐thiazolidinediones 2 when separately carried with different 2‐amino thiazoles 3 and different sulphanilamides 4 in DMF, using potassium hydroxide in the presence of a catalytic amount of a phase transfer catalyst, gave new 5‐[4′‐(4″‐aryl‐thiazol‐2″‐yl‐aminoethoxy)‐3′/5′‐substituted benzylidenyl]‐2,4‐thiazolidinediones 5 and 5‐[4′‐(2″/4″‐sulphonamidophenyl aminoethoxy)‐3′/5′‐substituted benzylidenyl]‐2,4‐thiazolidinediones 6 derivatives in good yields, respectively. The structures of all new compounds were established from analytical and spectral data. All the reaction sequences were carried under microwave irradiation, as an efficient tool. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Tris(dimethylsilyl)methyl lithium, (HSiMe2)3CLi, reacts with allyl, phenyl, benzyl, n‐propyl and n‐butyl glycidyl ethers in THF at ‐5 °C to give 1‐oxa‐2‐silacyclopentane derivatives. It seems that ring closure is facilitated by conversion of the Si? H bond into an Si? O bond. Glycidyl methacrylate (GM) random copolymers with 4‐methyl‐ and 4‐methoxy styrene, synthesized by solution free radical polymerization at 70 (±1) °C with α,α‐azobis(isobutyronitrile) (AIBN) as initiator, contained pendant epoxide functions. Treatment of these with (HSiMe2)3CLi did not lead to intramolecular nucleophilic attack as found for simple epoxides.  相似文献

The synthesis is described of a set of new N‐heterocyclic compounds which are derivatives of 1,10‐phenanthroline. The compounds are designed to be general purpose chelating agents which could function as tri‐, tetra‐ or hexadentate ligands with transition metal ions. Fused‐ring molecular components have been included in the design of the compounds so that they may function as binding agents to DNA through intercalation. This includes the synthesis of substituted derivatives of pyrazino[2,3‐f][1,10]phenanthroline and dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′3′‐c]phenazine.  相似文献

Silica‐POCl2 was used as promoter for the three‐component reaction of ethyl 3‐phenyl glycidate, aniline derivatives, and dimethylformamide (DMF), which leads to the synthesis of ethyl 4‐phenyl‐3‐aryl‐2,3‐dihydrooxazole‐5‐carboxylate derivatives. A simple and efficient synthesis of 2‐amino‐4‐aryl thiazole derivatives was carried out through the reaction of substituted acetophenones and thiourea using three different types of catalytic systems including N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonamide [TBBDA], poly(N,N′‐dibromo‐N‐ethylbenzene‐1,3‐disulfonamide) [PBBS] and a combination of TBBDA and nano‐magnetic catalyst supported with functionalized 4‐amino‐pyridine silica (MNPs@SiO2‐Pr‐AP). The results showed that the use of TBBDA along with the MNPs@SiO2‐Pr‐AP gains the highest yields of the products in the shortest reaction time.  相似文献

A simple and easy synthesis of 2‐(3‐nitro‐phenyl)‐quinazoline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 3 ) has been successfully developed through a one‐pot three‐component condensation reaction of (2‐amino‐phenyl)‐oxo‐acetic acid sodium salt ( 1 ) obtained from the hydrolysis of isatin with ammonium acetate and 3‐nitrobenzaldehyde. Some novel quinazoline‐ester derivatives 4‐7 were then obtained by the reaction between the new compound 3 and various alcohols. Then, quinazoline‐amide derivatives 10‐14 were synthesized from the reaction of various amines and 2‐(3‐nitro‐phenyl)‐quinazoline‐4‐carbonyl chloride ( 8 ), obtained by the reaction of compound 3 with SOCl2. Finally, some novel quinazoline‐azo derivatives 17‐19 were synthesized by the coupling reaction between β‐dicarbonyl compounds and the novel amino‐quinazoline derivative compound 15 , obtained by reduction of nitro‐quinazoline derivative compound 11 . Thus, a new series of quinazoline‐4‐carboxylic acid, ester, amide, and azo derivatives was synthesized and fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry analysis.  相似文献

A novel and facile one‐pot procedure for the preparation of 2,4‐diamino‐6‐substituted‐s‐triazine derivatives (IIa‐n) was reported. The scope of its application was demonstrated with a number of examples. The new procedure involved treatment of proguanil or chloroproguanil with acyl chloride or alky chlorooxoacetate in pyridine at ice cold temperature followed by reflux overnight to give good yields of the desired products.  相似文献

2‐Benzoyl‐3‐phenylpent‐2‐ene‐1,5‐dinitrile 1 undergoes bromination with N‐bromosuccinimide (NBS) to afford the bromo derivative 2a . This bromo derivative undergoes reactions with sodium hydrogen sulfide, ethyl thioglycollate, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, hydrazines, cyanoacetamide, cyanacetohydrazide and urea derivatives to afford the thiophene 4 , 4H‐thiopyran 6 , 4H‐1,2‐oxazine 8 , 4H‐pyridazines 10a,b , the pyridine 15 , pyrrolo[1,2‐b]pyridazine 17 and the N‐substituted‐pyrrole derivatives 19a‐c respectively.  相似文献

A series of 3‐alkyl(aryl)‐4‐(p‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ones 2 were obtained from the reaction of alkyl (aryl) ester ethoxycarbonyl hydrazones 1 with p‐hydroxy aniline. The reaction of 1 with 1,4‐diamino benzene (1:1) to afford 3‐alkyl(aryl)‐4‐(p‐aminophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ones 3 . The reaction of 3 with benzaldehyde gave 3‐alkyl(aryl)‐4‐(4′‐benzilidenamino)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐ones 4 . All of the above reactions occurred under microwave heating and conventional methods. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and elemental analyses. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The novel 4H‐thiazolo[3,2‐d][1,5]benzodiazepinium salts have been synthesized in a single step by the reaction of the variously substituted 2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,5‐benzodiazepine‐2(1H)‐thiones and bromoacetaldehyde diethyl acetal. Cyclization is obviously influenced by the nature of the substituents in the benzodiazepine system. New functional dehydrophenylalanines 3 were prepared from β‐amino alcohols 1 in a two‐step reaction sequence. The synthesis involved chlorination of the starting amino alcohols 1 to afford the intermediate erythro β‐chloroamines 2 . Treatment of the latter with an appropriate base led to a highly stereoselective elimination reaction, giving the corresponding (E)‐dehydrophenylalanine derivatives 3 in high yields. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
