Three new sesquiterpenes, pyxidatol A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), were obtained from the fermentation culture of Clavaria pyxidata, together with two known ones, tsugicoline E ( 4 ) and omphadiol ( 5 ). Their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments, HR‐ESI‐Q‐TOF mass spectrometry, chemical correlation, and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction.  相似文献

Flamvelutpenoids A–D ( 1 – 4 ), four new cuparene‐type sesquiterpenes, were isolated from the solid culture of Flammulina velutipes. Their structures were elucidated by NMR experiments. The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were assigned via the circular dichroism data of the [Rh2(OCOCF3)4] complex, whereas that of C(3) of 3 was determined by applying the octant rule for the α,β‐unsaturated ketone moiety. Compounds 1 – 4 showed weak antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus with MIC values larger than 100 μM .  相似文献

Three new bisabolane sesquiterpenes, songaricalarins F–H ( 1 – 3 , resp.), and five known analogs, 4 – 8 , were isolated from roots and rhizomes of Ligularia songarica. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D‐NMR techniques. The isolated compounds were also evaluated for their cytotoxic activities, against human lung carcinoma (A‐549) and human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF‐7) cell lines, and three compounds were found to show moderate cytotoxicities.  相似文献

Three new macrocyclic β‐dihydroagarofuran‐type sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloids, fortuneines A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), together with the four known alkaloids wilfornine E ( 4 ), aquifoliunine E‐I ( 5 ), euoverrine B ( 6 ), and euojaponine I ( 7 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Euonymus fortunei. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including HR‐ESI‐MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, DEPT, 1H,1H‐COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and ROESY. This is the first isolation of the above sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloids from this plant, except for compound 6 .  相似文献

A new benzocoumarin derivative, dendrocoumarin (1), along with itolide A were isolated from the stems of Dendrobium nobile. The structure of the new compound 1 elucidated on the basis of NMR and mass spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 showed broad spectrum antibacterial activity against five terrestrial pathogenic bacteria.  相似文献

Investigation of the cultured mycelia of Cordyceps ophioglossoides resulted in the isolation and characterization of three new unusual spiro[4.5]decane sesquiterpenes, cordycepol A ( 1 ), cordycepol B ( 2 ), and cordycepol C ( 3 ), and a new fumagillol analogue, cordycol ( 4 ). Their structures were established by spectroscopic means. The cytotoxic activities were also evaluated, compounds 3 and 4 showing their IC50 values in the range of 12–33 μg/ml against HeLa and HepG2 (Table 3). In addition, 3 and 4 were not obviously harmful towards normal liver cell lines LO2, showing IC50 values above 80 μg/ml.  相似文献

从金钗石斛茎中获得了1个均一多糖组分DNP-W1B, 采用化学与光谱学结合的手段对其一级结构进行了解析. 结果表明, DNP-W1B分子量为7.7×105, 比旋度20D=+81.3°(c0.3, H2O), 由葡萄糖、 阿拉伯糖和半乳糖3种单糖组成, 摩尔比为6.2:3.1:0.9. DNP-W1B主链由1,4-和1,6-连接的葡萄糖残基组成, 在主链1,6-连接葡萄糖残基的4位形成分支, 支链由末端半乳糖残基和阿拉伯糖残基组成. 初步的免疫活性实验结果表明, DNP-W1B在体外能促进免疫细胞的增殖.  相似文献

Three new phthalides, gnaphalides A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), together with three known phthalides, were isolated from the aerial part of Gnaphalium adnatum. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 6‐(1,1‐dimethylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐5,7‐dihydroxy‐2‐benzofuran‐1(3H)‐one ( 1 ), 5‐hydroxy‐7‐[(2‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbut‐3‐en‐1‐yl)oxy]‐2‐benzofuran‐1(3H)‐one ( 2 ), and 1,3‐dihydro‐7‐[(3‐methylbut‐2‐en‐1‐yl)oxy]‐1‐oxo‐2‐benzofuran‐5‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3 ) on the basis of spectral analyses. The structure of 1 was also confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The three known phthalides, identified as 5,7‐dihydroxyisobenzofuran‐1(3H)‐one ( 4 ), anaphatol ( 5 ), and 7‐O‐(β‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐hydroxyisobenzofuran‐1(3H)‐one ( 6 ), were isolated from the genus Gnaphalium for the first time.  相似文献

Eight new benzoylated gentisyl alcohol (=2‐(hydroxymethyl)benzene‐1,4‐diol) glucosides, itosides A–H ( 1 – 8 ), together with the new pyrocatechol (=benzene‐1,2‐diol) glycoside itoside I ( 9 ) were isolated from the bark and twigs of Itoa orientalis (Flacourtiaceae). In itosides B–D ( 2 – 4 ), the gentisyl alcohol moiety was esterified by 1‐hydroxy‐6‐oxocyclohex‐2‐ene‐1‐carboxylic acid, while itosides E–H ( 5 – 8 ) contained instead an additional 2‐hydroxybenzoic acid moiety. The compounds were accompanied by the known derivatives 4‐hydroxytremulacin ( 10 ), poliothyrsoside ( 11 ), poliothyrsin ( 12 ), homaloside D ( 13 ), tremulacin, and pyrocatechol β‐D ‐glucopyranoside. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.  相似文献

Three new glycosides with the same saccharides, namely miliusoside A ( 1 ), miliusoside B ( 2 ), and miliusoside C ( 3 ), together with five known compounds were isolated from the stems of Miliusa balansae. Three new triterpenoid saponins, xuedanglycosides A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), along with six known ones, were isolated from the rhizomes of Hemsleya chinensis. By detailed analysis of the NMR spectra, by chemical methods, and by comparison with spectral data of known compounds, the structures of new compounds were determined to be 16α,23α‐epoxy‐2β,3α,20β‐trihydroxy‐10α,23α‐cucurbita‐5,24‐dien‐11‐on‐2‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 2β,3α,16α,20β‐tetrahydroxycucurbita‐5,25‐diene‐11,22‐dion‐2‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), and oleanolic acid 28‐Oβ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐Oβ‐glucopyranoside ( 3 ). In addition, hemslecin A 2‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 6 ), hemsamabilinin B ( 7 ), and hemslonin A ( 9 ) were obtained for the first time from this plant.  相似文献

Three new phenylpropanoid compounds, named nervolans A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), together with two other known phenylpropanoids, coniferyl diangelate and sinapyl diangelate, were isolated from the aerial parts of Inula nervosa Wall . (Asteraceae), a traditional Chinese medicinal plant. The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses, including HR‐ESI‐MS data and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. Compounds 1 – 5 exhibited mild inhibitory effects against NO production in LPS‐stimulated RAW264.7 cells.  相似文献
