A phytochemical investigation of the flowers of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge led to the isolation of two new oleanane‐ and ursane‐type triterpenoids, (3α)‐olean‐12‐ene‐3,23‐diol ( 1 ) and (3α)‐urs‐12‐ene‐3,23‐diol ( 2 ), as well as of four known triterpenoids. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, HR‐MS, and the X‐ray analysis, and by comparison with literature data.  相似文献

From the whole plant of Dracocephalum forrestii (Labiatae), three new and nine known triterpenoids were isolated. The new compounds were identified as (3β,18β)‐20,28‐epoxy‐3‐hydroxyurs‐21‐en‐28‐one ( 1 ), (3β,18β)‐urs‐21‐ene‐3,20,28‐triol ( 2 ), and (3β,18α,19α)‐ursane‐3,20,28‐triol ( 3 ) by means of in‐depth spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the leaves of Ilex hainanensis Merr . led to the isolation of four new ursane‐ and oleanane‐based triterpenoids, ilexhainanins A–D ( 1 – 4 ), as well as two known compounds, 2α,3β,19α‐trihydroxyurs‐12‐ene‐23,28‐dioic acid and 2α,3β,19α‐trihydroxyolean‐12‐ene‐23,28‐dioic acid. Three new triterpenoid saponins with an 18,19‐secours‐13(18)‐ene skeleton, dunnianaolactones A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), together with nine known compounds i.e., the ursane‐type triterpene saponin 4 , the two benzofuran lignans 5 and 6 , five flavonoid glycosides, and 4‐hydroxybenzoic acid, were isolated from the leaves of Ilex dunniana Levl . (Aquifoliaceae). Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic and chemical methods. The configuration of dunnianaolactone A ( 1 ) was further confirmed by X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis.  相似文献

A known cassane‐type furanoditerpenoid, caesalpinista B ( 1 ), and a new diterpenoid, deoxycaesaljaponin A ( 2 ), were isolated from the cotyledons of Caesalpinia decapetala var. japonica. The previously reported configurational assignments of 1 and the related diterpenoid caesalpinista A ( 3 ) were revised on the basis of X‐ray crystallography and chemical conversion. Three new oleanane‐skeleton triterpenoid saponins, 3β,4β,16α‐17‐carboxy‐16,24‐dihydroxy‐28‐norolean‐12‐en‐3‐yl 4‐O‐β‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosiduronic acid ( 1 ), (3β,4β,16α)‐17‐carboxy‐16,24‐dihydroxy‐28‐norolean‐12‐en‐3‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranosiduronic acid methyl ester ( 2 ), and (3β,4β)‐24‐hydroxy‐16‐oxo‐28‐norolean‐12‐en‐3‐yl 4‐O‐β‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosiduronic acid ( 3 ), together with eight known constituents, i.e., the oleanane‐type triterpenoids 4 – 6 , and the ursane‐type triterpenoids 7 – 11 , were isolated from the spikes of Prunella vulgaris. The new structures were established by means of detailed spectroscopic analysis (IR, HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments). Compounds 1 – 3 were tested for their inhibition activity against the growth of tumor cell lines; only compound 3 displayed marginal inhibition activity.  相似文献

The two previously unreported esters 1 and 2 of pentane‐2,4‐diol and p‐coumaric acid (=3‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)prop‐2‐enoic acid) along with 13 known compounds including 6 oleanane‐ and ursane‐type triterpenoids were isolated from MeOH extracts of the stems of Vaccinium myrtillus. The structures of the new compounds were assigned as (2S,4R)‐4‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)pentan‐2‐yl (2E)‐p‐coumarate ( 1 ) and its aglycone 2 on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic analyses of the isolated and synthesized compounds and molecular modelling experiments. This is the first report on the occurrence of a chiral pentane‐2,4‐diol linker between the phenol‐derived acid and a glycoside part in natural products.  相似文献

Seven new and three known bisresorcinols, grevirobstol A (=5,5′‐((6Z,9Z)‐hexadeca‐6,9‐diene‐1,16‐diyl)bisresorcinol; 8 ), 5,5′‐[(8Z)‐hexadec‐8‐ene‐1,16‐diyl]bisresorcinol ( 9 ), and 2‐methyl‐5,5′‐[8Z)‐hexadec‐8‐ene‐1,16‐diyl]bisresorcinol ( 10 ) were isolated from the stems of Grevillea glauca. The new compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data as (Z)‐6,7‐didehydroglaucone A ( 1 ), glaucones A and B ( 2 and 3 , resp.), 2‐(3‐hydroxyisopentyl)bisnorstriatol ( 4 ), 2‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bisnorstriatol ( 5 ), 2′‐methylgrebustol A ( 6 ), and glaucane ( 7 ).  相似文献

A new polyprenylated xanthone (=9H‐xanthen‐9‐one) and a new polyprenylated benzophenone, namely oblongifolixanthone A ( 1 ) and garciniagifolone A ( 2 ), were isolated from the bark of Garcinia oblongifolia, together with five known compounds including the four xanthones 3 – 5 and 7 and a benzophenone 6 . The structures of 1 and 2 were established by detailed analysis of their spectroscopic data, especially 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectra and HR‐ESI‐MS data. All these compounds were assayed for their cytotoxic activities against three human tumor cell lines (HeLa, SGC7901, and HepG2). The 1,3,6,7‐tetrahydroxy‐9H‐xanthen‐9‐one ( 3 ) was inactive, and the other compounds showed weak to moderate activity.  相似文献

From the methanolic extract of the leaves of Planchonella duclitan, 2α,3α,19α,23‐tetrahydroxy‐13,27‐cyclours‐11‐en‐28‐oic acid (1), myrianthic acid (2), 2‐hydroxyursolic acid (3), ursolic acid (4), pomolic acid (5), rotundic acid (6), and jacoumaric acid (7) were isolated, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic analysis. Among them, compound 1 was a new cyclopropyl ursane‐type triterpene acid. Additionally, compounds 4 and 7 showed significant cytotoxicity toward human colorectal carcinoma cell line HT29 and human breast carcinoma cell line MCF‐7 with IC50 values ranging from 5.8 ± 1.4 to 6.5 ± 1.9 μM.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, named paecilomycine A ( 1 ) and paecilomycine B ( 2 ), including a novel skeleton with a five‐membered lactone ring, together with three known labdane diterpenoids, rel‐(1R,3S,4aS,5R,8aS)‐5‐[(3E)‐4‐carboxy‐3‐methylbut‐3‐en‐1‐yl]decahydro‐3‐hydroxy‐1,4a‐dimethyl‐6‐methylidenenaphthalene‐1‐carboxylic acid ( 3 ), botryosphaerin E ( 4 ), and agathic acid ( 5 ), were isolated from solid culture of the insect pathogenic fungi strain Paecilomyces sp. The structures of all compounds were established on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic studies. The relative configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

A new ursane‐type nortriterpenoid, adenanthusone (=(11α,12α)‐4‐demethyl‐11,12‐epoxy‐3,13‐dihydroxy‐2‐oxoursa‐3,20(30)‐diene‐28‐oic acid γ‐lactone; 1 ) was isolated from Isodon adenanthus. Its structure was determined by NMR spectra and X‐ray crystallographic diffraction analysis. The biogenetic implication of the nortriterpene is discussed.  相似文献

From the Et2O extract of the Chinese liverwort Marchantia polymorpha L., three new bibenzyl (=1,1′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bisbenzene) derivatives, compounds 1 – 3 , were obtained, together with the two known compounds marchantin J and perrottetin E. Their structures were established by NMR and HR‐EI‐MS analyses. Polymorphatin A ( 1 ) represents a new type of bis[bibenzyl] skeleton, and compound 3 is the first example of a bibenzyl oxidatively coupled to a phenylmethanol.  相似文献

Two new pseudoguaianolide‐type sesquiterpene lactones, named deacetyltetraneurin A ( 3 ) and hysterone E ( 4 ), were isolated from flowers of the plant Parthenium hysterophorus L., along with the seven known compounds parthenin ( 1 ), coronopilin, tetraneurin A, 8‐β‐hydroxycoronopilin, scopoletin, hysterone D, and conchasin A ( 2 ). Three new eudesmanolactones (=eudesmanolides), loloanolide A ( 1 ), loloanolide B ( 2 ), and 1‐O‐acetylloloanolide B ( 3 ), together with five known compounds, were isolated from the CHCl3 extract of the aerial parts of Camchaya loloana. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. This type of eudesmanolactones bearing a 2‐(hydroxymethyl)acryloyloxy group at C(8) was discovered for the first time. Compounds 1 – 3 exhibited cytotoxicity against the HepG2 cell line, with GI50 values of 22.9, 18.1, and 12.8 nmol/ml, respectively.  相似文献
