Composite solution of sol–gel‐derived titania and perfluorosulfonated ionomer (Nafion) was used as a solubilizing agent for multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CNT) as well as an encapsulation matrix for alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) for the fabrication of a highly sensitive and stable amperometric ethanol biosensor. ADH was immobilized within a thin film of CNT–titania–Nafion composite film coated on a glassy carbon electrode. Because of the mesoporous nature of the CNT–titania–Nafion composite film, the present biosensor exhibited remarkably fast response time within 2 s. The presence of CNT in the composite film increases not only the sensitivity of the ethanol biosensor but also the long‐term stability of the biosensor. The present biosensor responds linearly to ethanol in the wide concentration ranges from 1.0×10?5 M to 3.0×10?3 M with the sensitivity of 51.6 mA M?1cm?2. The present biosensor showed good long‐term stability with 75% of its activity retained after 4 weeks of storage in 50 mM phosphate buffer at pH 7.0.  相似文献

A tyrosinase (Tyr) biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing Tyr on the surface of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)‐chitosan (Chit) composite modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The MWNTs‐Chit composite film provided a biocompatible platform for the Tyr to retain the bioactivity and the MWNTs possessed excellent inherent conductivity to enhance the electron transfer rate. The Tyr/MWNTs‐Chit/GCE biosensor showed high sensitivity (412 mA/M), broad linear response (1.0×10?8–2.8×10?5 M), low detection limit (5.0 nM) and good stability (remained 93% after 10 days) for determination of phenol. The biosensor was further applied to rapid detection of the coliforms, represented by Escherichia coli (E. coli) in this work. The current responses were proportional to the quantity of coliforms in the range of 104–106 cfu/mL. After 5.0 h of incubation, E. coli could be detected as low as 10 cfu/mL.  相似文献

The carbon nanotubes decorated nanoplatinum (CNT‐Pt) were prepared using a chemical reduction method and a novel base electrode was constructed by intercalating CNT‐Pt on the surface of a waxed graphite electrode. The results showed that the nano‐particles of platinum at a waxed graphite electrode exhibits high catalytic activity for the reduction of hydrogen peroxide. The cholesterol oxidase (ChOx), chosen as a model enzyme, was immobilized with sol‐gel on the CNT‐Pt base electrode to construct a biosensor. The current response of the biosensor for cholesterol was very rapid (<20 s). The linear range for cholesterol measurement was 4.0×10?6 mol/L ?1.0×10?4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.4×10?6 mol/L. The experiments also showed that the ChOx/sol‐gel/CNT‐Pt biosensor was sensitive and stable in detecting cholesterol in serum samples.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and stable amperometric tyrosinase biosensor has been developed based on multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) dispersed in mesoporous composite films of sol–gel‐derived titania and perfluorosulfonated ionomer (Nafion). Tyrosinase was immobilized within a thin film of MWCNT–titania–Nafion composite film coated on a glassy carbon electrode. Phenolic compounds were determined by the direct reduction of biocatalytically‐liberated quinone species at ?100 mV versus Ag/AgCl (3 M NaCl) without a mediator. The present tyrosinase biosensor showed good analytical performances in terms of response time, sensitivity, and stability compared to those obtained with other biosensors based on different sol–gel matrices. Due to the large pore size of the MWCNT–titania–Nafion composite, the present biosensor showed remarkably fast response time with less than 3 s. The present biosensor responds linearly to phenol from 1.0×10?7 M to 5.0×10?5 M with an excellent sensitivity of 417 mA/M and a detection limit of 9.5×10?8 M (S/N=3). The enzyme electrode retained 89% of its initial activity after 2 weeks of storage in 50 mM phosphate buffer at pH 7.0.  相似文献

A new nanocomposite material for enzyme immobilization and subsequent direct electrochemistry and electrocatalysis was developed by using 1,2‐dimyristoyl‐sn‐glycero‐3‐phospho‐(1‐rac‐glycerol)‐phospholipid‐monolayer‐membrane‐modified graphene (DMPG‐G). Microperoxidase‐11 (MP11) was chosen as a model enzyme to investigate the composite system. Owing to the improved conductivity and biocompatible microenvironment, MP11 that was immobilized in the matrix of the DMPG‐G nanocomposite (DMPG‐G‐MP11) effectively retained its native structure and bioactivity. DMPG‐G‐MP11‐modified glassy carbon electrode (DMPG‐G‐MP11/GCE) exhibited a pair of well‐defined quasi‐reversible redox peaks of MP11 and showed high electrocatalytic activity towards hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The linear response of the developed biosensor for the determination of H2O2 ranged from 2.0×10?6 to 4.5×10?4 M with a detection limit of 7.2×10?7 M . This biosensor exhibited high reproducibility and long‐term storage stability. The promising features of this biosensor indicate that these lipid–graphene nanocomposites are ideal candidate materials for the direct electrochemistry of redox proteins and that they could serve as a versatile platform for the construction of a third‐generation biosensor.  相似文献

Poly(aniline‐luminol‐hemin) nanocomposites are prepared on an electrode surface through electropolymerization, and a highly sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor for choline is developed based on the poly(aniline‐luminol‐hemin) nanocomposites and an enzyme catalyzed reaction of choline oxidase (CHOD). The obtained nanocomposites are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) and ECL. The results indicate that hemin can be incorporated into the poly(aniline‐luminol) nanocomposites using the facile electropolymerization method, and the poly(aniline‐luminol‐hemin) nanocomposites are rod shaped porous nanostructure. Moreover, the poly(aniline‐luminol‐hemin) nanocomposites exhibit higher ECL intensity than poly(aniline‐luminol) nanocomposites in alkaline media due to the catalytic effect of hemin on the ECL of the polymerized luminol and the electron transfer ability of hemin in the nanocomposites. CHOD is immobilized on the surface of the poly(aniline‐luminol‐hemin) nanocomposites modified electrode with glutaraldehyde, and the ECL biosensor based on poly(aniline‐luminol‐hemin)/CHOD exhibits a wider linear range for the choline detection. The enhanced ECL signals are linear with the logarithm of concentration of choline over the range of 1.0×10?11~1.0×10?7 mol L?1 with a low detection limit of 1.2×10?12 mol L?1. Moreover, the proposed biosensor is successfully applied to the detection of choline in milk.  相似文献

Iron‐phthalocyanines (FePc) are functionalized at multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to remarkably improve the sensitivity toward hydrogen peroxide. We constructed a highly sensitive and selective glucose sensor on FePc‐MWNTs electrode based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase (GOD) on poly‐o‐aminophenol (POAP)‐electropolymerized electrode surface. SEM images indicate that GOD enzymes trapped in POAP film tend to deposit primarily on the curved tips and evenly disperse along the sidewalls. The resulting GOD@POAP/FePc‐MWNTs biosensor exhibits excellent performance for glucose with a rapid response (less than 8 s), a wide linear range (up to 4.0×10?3 M), low detection limits (2.0×10?7 M with a signal‐to‐noise of 3), a highly reproducible response (RSD of 2.6%), and long‐term stability (120 days). Such characteristics may be attributed to the catalytic activity of FePc and carbon nanotube, permselectivity of POAP film, as well as the large surface area of carbon nanotube materials.  相似文献

A nanobiocomposite film consisted of zirconia, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and Myoglobin (Mb) was electrochemically deposited on the electrode. Direct electron transfer for the immobilized Mb was realized and high electrocatalytic efficiency toward H2O2 was observed. The proposed biosensor via a simple one‐step electrodeposition method displayed a broader linear range and a lower detection limit for H2O2, as compared with those CNT or ZrO2 based biosensor. The linear range is from 2 × 10?6 M to 1 × 10?3 M with the detection limit of 6 × 10?7 M. The present strategy provides a simple and effective method to assemble CNT, ZrO2 and enzyme nanohybrid on the electrode and expands the scope of CNT‐based electrochemical devices.  相似文献

A novel highly sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection protocol for mercury(II) ions was developed. Based on the strong and stable thymine? thymine mismatches complexes coordination chemistry, mercury(II) ions can specifically bind to a designed DNA strand, leading to the release of the complimentary DNA strand. The released DNA strand was then captured by magnetic beads modified with specific DNA, and then through the formation of DNA‐linked luminol‐Au nanoparticles (NPs) superstructure, a specific ECL system for mercury(II) ions was developed. Using 3‐aminopropyl‐triethoxysilane as an effective enhancer, the ECL system can detect Hg2+ ion within a linear range from 2.0×10?10 mol L?1 to 2.0×10?8 M, with a detection limit as low as 1.05×10?10 M (3σ). Moreover, this ECL system is highly specific for Hg2+, without interference from other commonly coexisted metal ions, and it can be used for the analysis of real samples.  相似文献

Novel PVC membrane (PME) and coated graphite (CGE) Cu2+‐selective electrodes based on 5,6,7,8,9,10‐hexahydro‐2H‐1,13,4,7,10‐benzodioxatriazacyclopentadecine‐3,11(4H,12H)‐dione are prepared. The electrodes reveal a Nernstian behavior over wide Cu2+ ion concentration ranges (1.0×10?7–1.0×10?1 M for PME and 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?1 M for CGE) with very low limits of detection (7.8×10?8 M for PME and 9.1×10?9 M for CGE). The potentiometric responses are independent of the pH of the test solutions in the pH range 2.7–6.2. The proposed electrodes possess very good selectivities for Cu2+ over a wide variety of the cations including alkali, alkaline earth, transitions and heavy metal ions. The practical utility of the proposed electrodes have been demonstrated by their use in the study of interactions between copper ions and human growth hormone (hGH) in biological systems, potentiometric titration of copper with EDTA and determination of copper content of a sheep blood serum sample and some other real samples.  相似文献

An electrochemical DNA sensing film was constructed based on the multilayers comprising of poly‐L ‐lysine (pLys) and Au‐carbon nanotube (Au‐CNT) hybrid. A precursor film of mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) was firstly self‐assembled on the Au electrode surface. pLys and Au‐CNT hybrid layer‐by‐layer assembly films were fabricated by alternately immersing the MPA‐modified electrode into the pLys solution and Au‐CNT hybrid solution. Cyclic voltammetry was used to monitor the consecutive growth of the multilayer films by utilizing [Fe(CN)6]3?/4? and [Co(phen)3]3+/2+ as the redox indicators. The outer layer of the multilayer film was the positively charged pLys, on which the DNA probe was easily linked due to the strong electrostatic affinity. The hybridization detection of DNA was accomplished by using methylene blue (MB) as the indicator, which possesses different affinities to dsDNA and ssDNA. Differential pulse voltammetry was employed to record the signal response of MB and determine the amount of the target DNA sequence. The established biosensor has high sensitivity, a relatively wide linear range from 1.0×10?10 mol/L to 1.0×10?6 mol/L and the ability to discriminate the fully complementary target DNA from single or double base‐mismatched DNA. The sequence‐specific DNA related to phosphinothricin acetyltransferase gene from the transgenically modified plants was successfully detected.  相似文献

A label‐free DNA biosensor based on three‐dimensional reduced graphene oxide (3D‐rGO) and polyaniline (PANI) nanofibers modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was successfully developed for supersensitive detection of breast cancer BRCA1. The results demonstrated that 3D‐rGO and PANI nanofibers had synergic effects for reducing the charge transfer resistance (Rct), meaning a huge enhancement in electrochemical activity of 3D‐rGO‐PANI/GCE. Probe DNA could be immobilized on 3D‐rGO‐PANI/GCE for special and sensitive recognition of target DNA (1.0×10?15–1.0×10?7 M) with a theoretical LOD of 3.01×10?16 M (3S/m). Furthermore, this proposed nano‐biosensor could directly detect BRCA1 in real blood samples.  相似文献

A novel [Ru(bpy)2(dcbpy)NHS] labeling/aptamer‐based biosensor combined with gold nanoparticle amplification for the determination of lysozyme with an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method is presented. In this work, an aptamer, an ECL probe, gold nanoparticle amplification, and competition assay are the main protocols employed in ECL detection. With all the protocols used, an original biosensor coupled with an aptamer and [Ru(bpy)2(dcbpy)NHS] has been prepared. Its high selectivity and sensitivity are the main advantages over other traditional [Ru(bpy)3]2+ biosensors. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) characterization illustrate that this biosensor is fabricated successfully. Finally, the biosensor was applied to a displacement assay in different concentrations of lysozyme solution, and an ultrasensitive ECL signal was obtained. The ECL intensity decreased proportionally to the lysozyme concentration over the range 1.0×10?13–1.0×10?8 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 1.0×10?13 mol L?1. This strategy for the aptasensor opens a rapid, selective, and sensitive route for the detection of lysozyme and potentially other proteins.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective glucose biosensor has been developed based on immobilization of glucose oxidase within mesoporous carbon nanotube–titania–Nafion composite film coated on a platinized glassy carbon electrode. Synergistic electrocatalytic activity of carbon nanotubes and electrodeposited platinum nanoparticles on electrode surface resulted in an efficient reduction of hydrogen peroxide, allowing the sensitive and selective quantitation of glucose by the direct reduction of enzymatically‐liberated hydrogen peroxide at ?0.1 V versus Ag/AgCl (3 M NaCl) without a mediator. The present biosensor responded linearly to glucose in the wide concentration range from 5.0×10?5 to 5.0×10?3 M with a good sensitivity of 154 mA M?1cm?2. Due to the mesoporous nature of CNT–titania–Nafion composite film, the present biosensor exhibited very fast response time within 2 s. In addition, the present biosensor did not show any interference from large excess of ascorbic acid and uric acid.  相似文献

A bienzyme biosensor in which the enzymes β‐galactosidase (β‐Gal), fructose dehydrogenase (FDH), and the mediator tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) were coimmobilized by cross‐linking with glutaraldehyde atop a 3‐mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) self‐assembled monolayer on a gold disk electrode, is reported. The working conditions selected were Eapp=+0.10 V and (25±1) °C. The useful lifetime of one single TTF‐β‐Gal‐FDH‐MPA‐AuE was surprisingly long, 81 days. A linear calibration plot was obtained for lactulose over the 3.0×10?5–1.0×10?3 mol L?1 concentration range, with a limit of detection of 9.6×10?6 mol L?1. The effect of potential interferents (lactose, glucose, galactose, sucrose, and ascorbic acid) on the biosensor response was evaluated. The behavior of the SAM‐based biosensor in flow‐injection systems in connection with amperometric detection was tested. The analytical usefulness of the biosensor was evaluated by determining lactulose in a pharmaceutical preparation containing a high lactulose concentration, and in different types of milk. Finally, the analytical characteristics of the TTF‐β‐Gal‐FDH‐MPA‐AuE are critically compared with those reported for other recent enzymatic determinations of lactulose.  相似文献

The anodic electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of dissolved oxygen with 2‐(dibutylamino) ethanol (DBAE) on platinum electrode has been reported previously by our group. Interestingly, the ECL intensity can be greatly amplified at TiO2 nanoparticles modified platinum electrode (TiO2/Pt), which is due to the catalytic effect of TiO2 nanoparticles to electrochemical oxidation of DBAE. It is the first case to obtain the enhanced ECL from luminophor by electrochemical catalysis of co‐reactant. The enhanced anodic ECL intensity can be quenched by dopamine sensitively. And the ECL intensity versus the logarithm of concentration of dopamine was linear over the 4.0×10?12–1.8×10?8 M (R2=0.9957), with the limit of detection of 2.7×10?12 M (S/N=3).  相似文献

3‐hexylthiophene was electropolymerized on a carbon nanotube (CNT)‐laden fluorine‐doped tin oxide substrate. Scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the polymer was infused throughout the thickness of the 150‐nm thick CNT mat, resulting in a conducting composite film with a dense CNT network. The electropolymerized poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (e‐P3HT)/CNT composites exhibited photoluminescence intensity quenching by as much as 92% compared to the neat e‐P3HT, which provided evidence of charge transfer from the polymer phase to the CNT phase. Through‐film impedance and J‐V measurements of the composites gave a conductivity (σ) of 1.2 × 10?10 S cm?1 and zero‐field mobility (μ0) of 8.5 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1, both of which were higher than those of neat e‐P3HT films (σ = 9.9 × 10?12 S cm?1, μ0 = 3 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1). In electropolymerized samples, the thiophene rings were oriented in the (010) direction (thiophene rings parallel to substrate), which resulted in a broader optical absorbance than for spin coated samples, however, the lack of long‐range conjugation caused a blueshift in the absorbance maximum from 523 nm for unannealed regioregular P3HT (rr‐P3HT) to 470 nm for e‐P3HT. Raman spectroscopy revealed that π‐π stacking in e‐P3HT was comparable to that in rr‐P3HT and significantly higher than in regiorandom P3HT (ran‐P3HT) as shown by the principal Raman peak shift from 1444 to 1446 cm?1 for e‐P3HT and rr‐P3HT to 1473 cm?1 for ran‐P3HT. This work demonstrates that these polymer/CNT composites may have interesting properties for electro‐optical applications. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A poly(vinyl chloride)‐based membrane of dimethyl 1‐acetyl‐8‐oxo‐2,8‐dihydro‐1H‐pyra‐zolo[5,1‐a]isoindole‐2,3‐dicarboxylate as a neutral carrier with sodium tetraphenylborate (NaTPB) as an anion excluder and 2‐nitrophenyl octyl ether (NPOE) as plasticizer was prepared and investigated as a Ba(II)‐selective electrode. The electrode exhibits a Nernstian slope of 29.7±0.4 mV per decade over a wide concentration range (1.0×10?6 to 1.0×10?1 M) with a detection limit of 7.6×10?7 M between pH 3.0 and 11.0. The response time of the sensor is about 10 s and it can be used over a period of 2 months without any divergence in potential. The proposed membrane sensor revealed good selectivity for Ba(II) over a wide variety of other metal ions. It was successfully used in direct determination of barium ions in industrial wastewater samples.  相似文献

The third generation amperometric biosensor for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) has been described. For the fabrication of biosensor, o-aminobenzoic acid (oABA) was first electropolymerized on the surface of platinum (Pt) electrode as an electrostatic repulsion layer to reject interferences. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) absorbed by nano-scaled particulate gold (nano-Au) was immobilized on the electrode modified with polymerized o-aminobenzoic acid (poABA) with L-cysteine as a linker to prepare a biosensor for the detection of H2O2. Amperometric detection of H2O2 was realized at a potential of +20 mV versus SCE. The resulting biosensor exhibited fast response, excellent reproducibility and sensibility, expanded linear range and low interferences. Temperature and pH dependence and stability of the sensor were investigated. The optimal sensor gave a linear response in the range of 2.99×10^-6 to 3.55×10^-3 mol·L^-1 to H2O2 with a sensibility of 0.0177 A·L^-1·mol^-1 and a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 4.3×10^-7 mol·L^-1. The biosensor demonstrated a 95% response within less than 10 s.  相似文献

When the concentration of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt (SDBS) is 0.7 mmol·L?1, the electrochemical and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) intensity of Ru(bpy)32+‐chlorpheniramine maleate (CPM) system at the Au electrode were studied. The results showed that compared with the absence of SDBS, enhancement of the ECL intensity was 14‐fold at Au electrode. Base on this, an ECL method was established for efficient and simple determination of CPM at Au electrode. Under the optimum experimental condition, the enhanced ECL intensities had good linear relationship with the concentration of CPM in the range of 1.0×10?4–1.0×10?7 mol·L?1, and a linear regression equation was obtained as follows: I (counts)=48.805×106c+394.03 (r=0.9975), the detection limit for CPM was 1.4×10?8 mol·L?1. The RSD for 5 times determinations of 1.0×10?5 mol·L?1 CPM was 3.2%. The results of recovery test were between 96.3%–102.5%, and the RSD of recovery test (n=5) was 2.7%. In addition, eleven kinds of tertiary amines‐Ru(bpy)32+ systems were investigated in the absence and presence of SDBS. The results showed that the enhancement of SDBS on ECL intensity of tertiary amines‐Ru(bpy)32+ systems was universal.  相似文献
