ABSTRACT

A technique is presented for the determination of trace amounts of copper(II) by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry. The procedure is based on adsorptive accumulation of copper(II)-Alizarin Red S (ARS) complex on a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by a stripping voltammetric measurement of the reduction current of the adsorbed complex at -0.16 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The height of the copper -ARS reduction peak is linearly dependent upon the copper(II) concentration between 0.2-15 and 15-500 ng.ml?1. The detection limit of the technique is 0.05 ng.ml?1 copper(II) for a collection time of 1 minute. The method is free from most interferences. The procedure has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of copper(II) in some analytical grade salts.  相似文献

A novel, sensitive and selective adsorptive stripping procedure for simultaneous determination of iron, copper and cadmium is presented. The method is based on the adsorptive accumulation of thymolphthalexone (TPN) complexes of these elements onto a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by reduction of adsorbed species by voltammetric scan using differential pulse modulation. The influences of control variables on the sensitivity of the proposed method for the simultaneous determination of iron, copper and cadmium were studied using the Derringer desirability function. The optimum analytical conditions were found to be TPN concentration of 2.0 μM, pH of 9.5, and accumulation potential at ?0.4 V vs. Ag/AgCl with an accumulation time of 60 s. The peak currents are proportional to the concentration of iron, copper and cadmium over the 1–80, 0.5–100 and 1–100 ng mL?1 ranges with detection limits of 0.5, 0.4 and 0.9 ng mL?1, respectively. The R.S.D. at a concentration level of 20 ng mL?1 of iron, copper and cadmium were 2.5%, 0.9% and 1.5% (n=6), respectively. The procedure was applied to the simultaneous determination of iron, copper and cadmium in the tap water and some synthetic samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

在pH 6.47的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,可得到普罗帕酮的吸附溶出峰。峰电位为-1.38V(vs.Ag/AgCl),富集1min,溶出峰电流与普罗帕酮浓度在8.0x10~(-9)~7.0x10~(-7)mol/L范围内呈线性关系。富集4min检测下限为3.0×10(-10)mol/L。该法用于测定普罗帕酮制剂及人血清中的痕量普罗帕酮,均得到了满意的结果,并探讨了电极反应过程机理。  相似文献

在酸性介质中,苯胺与亚硝酸根离子和盐酸萘乙二胺反应生成玫瑰红色偶氮染料,该染料在汞电极上具有良好的吸附性能,并且在氨性缓冲介质中可在汞电极上还原,于-0.55V左右产生一灵敏的吸附极谱波。据此,建立了吸附溶出伏安法测定苯胺的方法。当吸附富集时间为3min时,该法的检测下限为5×10-9mol/L,比分光光度法降低了近两个数量级。应用本方法测定了废水中的苯胺,结果满意。  相似文献

Highly sensitive, simple and inexpensive techniques of adenine determination are particularly interesting in relation to the present development of ATP and DNA sensors. A nanomolar concentration of adenine can be determined in the presence of copper. For an accumulation time of 30 minutes, the detection limit found was 0.22 ppb (1.63×10?9 M). The method is based on controlled adsorptive accumulation of adenine‐copper at thin‐film mercury electrode followed by linear scan voltammetric measurement of the surface species. By applying a condition time of 60 s at ?0.9 V, the same thin‐film can be used over several measurements. Optimum experimental conditions were found to be the use of a 5.0×10?3 M NaOH solution, an accumulation potential over the ?0.20 to ?0.40 V range, and a scan rate of 100 mV s?1. The response of adenine‐copper is linear over the concentration range 20–100 ppb. The more convenient ways to measuring adenine in the presence of metals and other nitrogenated bases were also investigated. The adenosine triphosphate (ATP) or deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are first treated with acid (e.g., 0.1 M perchloric acid), and the acid‐released adenine (without separation from others products of the degradation) is directly determined by adsorptive stripping voltammetry.  相似文献

A stripping method for the determination of single‐stranded DNA in presence of copper at the submicromolar concentration levels is described. The method is based on controlled adsorptive accumulation of adenine (from acid‐treated DNA) at thin‐film mercury electrode followed by linear scan voltammetry measurement of the surface species. Optimum experimental conditions were found to be the use of a 5.0×10?3 M NaOH solution, an accumulation potential of ?0.40 V and a scan rate of 200 mV s?1. The response of adenine–copper is linear over the concentration range 50–250 ppb. For an accumulation time of 15 minutes, the detection limit was found to be 4 ppb. The more convenient relation to measuring the ssDNA in presence of metals and nitrogenated bases were also investigated. The utility of the method is demonstrated by the presence of adenosine‐triphosphate (ATP) and amino acids.  相似文献

苯胺经重氮化、偶合反应定量生成的偶氮化合物具有很强的电活性。作者用微分脉冲吸附溶出伏安法测定偶氮化合物来定量分析苯胺的含量。以NH3·H2O-NH4Cl(pH=10)缓冲液为底液,富集电位为-015V,富集时间120s,电位扫描速度4mV/s,在-0670V处产生一个灵敏度高、峰形好的溶出峰。苯胺浓度在10-9~10-7mol/L时与峰电流成线性关系。用印染厂土壤、废水和广州垃圾填埋场的渗出液作标准回收试验,平均回收率分别为982%、970%、975%,测定的相对标准偏差为43%、40%、33%。  相似文献

本文提出了利用吸附溶出催化伏安法测定人参中锗的方法。最佳体系为:2.5×10~(-2)mol/LH_2O_2、2.0×10~(-2)mol/L邻苯二酚、2.0×10~(-3)mol/L H_2SO_4。线性范围为2.0×10~(-9)~2.0×10~(-7)mol/L。当富集时间为4 min时,最低检测浓度为4.0×10~(-10)mol/L。此法己成功地应用于测定人参中的锗。  相似文献

Traces of copper(II) can be determined by adsorptive stripping voltammetry using 2‐carboxy‐2′‐hydroxy‐5′‐sulfoformazyl benzene (Zincon) as complex forming reagent. First in phosphate buffer pH 6.4, copper(II)‐Zincon complex was adsorbed on carbon paste electrode (CPE) with an accumulation potential of 0.6 V. Following this, adsorbed complex was oxidized and detected by differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) scan from 0.6 to 1.0 V. The effective parameters in sensor response were examined. The detection limit (DL) of copper(II) was 1.1 μg/L and relative standard deviations (RSDs) for 10 and 200 μg/L Cu(II) were 1.81 and 1.03%, respectively. The calibration curve was linear for 2–220 μg/L copper(II). The resulting CPE does not use mercury and therefore, has a positive environmental benefit. The method, which is reasonably sensitive and selective, has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amount of copper in water and human hair samples.  相似文献

在NH3-NH4Cl底液中,罂粟碱在汞电极上有一一线性扫描还原峰,峰电位Epc=-1.44(vs.sat.Ag/AgCl)。该峰具有明显的吸附性。当PAP浓度较小时,扫速较快,搅拌富集时间较长时,电极反应完全为吸附态的PAP的还原所控制。  相似文献

For determinations of organic compounds by adsorptive stripping voltammetry till now the same material of the electrode has been used for the accumulation and stripping steps. This paper describes a new protocol for extending the range of organic compounds, which can be determined by adsorptive stripping voltammetry. In the proposed procedure the accumulation step was performed on the electrode modified by a lead film, which assures adsorption of the studied species on the modified electrode and then the stripping step of the accumulated substance was performed on the support of the lead film electrode. As an example rifampicine was accumulated by adsorption at the lead film electrode while in the stripping step lead film and then the accumulated rifampicine were oxidized at a glassy carbon electrode. Using an acetate buffer as a supporting electrolyte a calibration graph for rifampicine in the range from 2.5×10?10 to 1×10?8 mol L?1 was obtained. The detection limit for rifampicine following 60 s accumulation time was equal to 9×10?11 mol L?1. The obtained detection limit was comparable or lower than reported previously for other stripping voltammetric procedures. The proposed procedure was applied to rifampicine determination in pharmaceutical preparation.  相似文献

本对胆绿素的吸附溶出分析法进行了研究,发现胆绿素在Na2HPO4-Na3PO4(0.1mol/L,pH11.5)缓冲溶液中可在-0.83V(vs,SCE)左右产生灵敏的吸附溶出峰,该峰可检测出低至5×10^-9mol/L胆绿素。在通常条件下,通过0.5min预富集后溶出,可使峰高提高约一个数量级。应用此法间接测定了小牛血清中的胆红素含量。  相似文献

考察了阳极溶出伏安法测定ZSM-5催化剂中Cu2 和Ni2 的可行性。实验采用玻碳汞膜电极为工作电极的三电极系统,在pH=0.73的0.24 mol.L-1HCl底液中,Cu2 在-0.25 V(vs.SCE)附近有一个灵敏的一阶导数溶出峰,其峰高与Cu2 在0.01~0.325μg.mL-1范围内有较好的线性关系,检出限为0.004596μg.mL-1,相关系数为0.9991,回收率在98.00%~100.5%,精密度在2.27%~5.14%;在pH=9.41的0.06 mol.L-1NH4OH-NH4Cl底液中,Ni2 在-0.30 V(vs.SCE)附近有一个灵敏的一阶导数溶出峰,此峰高与Ni2 在0.5~5.5μg.mL-1范围内有较好的线性关系,检出限为0.4422μg.mL-1,相关系数为0.9996,回收率在98.12%~101.7%,精密度在3.64%~6.21%。常见干扰离子Fe3 、Zn2 、Cd2 、Ni2 、Al3 等对镍和铜的分析无影响。用本法对ZSM-5催化剂中Cu2 、Ni2 含量进行了测定,获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

Abstract

The adsorption of vitamin Ki at a hanging mercury drop electrode at pH 4.2 allows the determination of this compound in the 1 × 10?6 M ? 1 × 10?9 M concentration range. Applying a square-wave potential scan provides a 200-fold increase of the peak current compared to differential pulse stripping voltammetry. The influence of several operational parameters such as the nature and the pH of the supporting electrolyte, the deposition time and the potential are discussed. Interactions between the adsorbed molecules occur during the deposition step.  相似文献

This work describes a very sensitive and selective voltammetric procedure for the determination of platinum. Instead of commonly used hydrazine, thiosemicarbazide as a component of supporting electrolyte was applied. The method is based on adsorption of platinum‐thiosemicarbazone complex, formed in situ in voltammetric cell from thiosemicarbazide and formaldehyde, coupled with a hydrogen catalytic reaction at a hanging mercury drop electrode. The linear relation between platinum concentration and height of analytical signal was observed up to 1.5×10?9 mol L?1 with the detection limit calculated as 1.5×10?13 mol L?1 (3 s of the blank) after 50 s of accumulation time. The effect of various interferences from other ions was studied. Described method was applied for platinum determination in hydroponically cultivated plants after microwave decomposition.  相似文献
