A mononuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu(dmpp)(OCN)2(H2O)], was synthesized using 2,6‐bis (3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl) pyridine (dmpp) and cyanate anion (OCN), and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The coordination around the Cu atom is a distorted square‐pyramid involving three N atoms from the dmpp ligand and one N atom from OCN at the basal plane. The O atom of the OCN group is located at the apical position. The Cu atom is located 0.2782(1) Å above the basal plane. The Cu atom is coordinated by different donor atoms of the OCN groups. The complex crystalizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, with unit cell dimensions a= 12.4413(12), b=11.1457(13), c=14.2203(12) Å, β=108.817(3)°, V= 1866.5(3) Å3. The cell containes 4 molecules. In the crystal, there are three intermolcular and three intramolecular hydrogen bonds interactions. The Cu atom and crystal water O interactions is 5.574 Å. © 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Trans‐bis(2‐pyridinepropanol)bis(saccharinato)nickel(II), [Ni(sac)2(pypr)2], where sac and pypr are the saccharinate anion and the 2‐pyridinepropanol molecule, respectively, crystallizes in the triclinic space group P (No. 2) with a = 8.1981(8), b = 9.9680(10), c = 10.4956(10) Å, α = 90.740(3)° β = 108.142(3)°, γ = 111.025(3)°, Z = 1, V = 1.537 Å3. The structure of the nickel(II) complex consists of neutral molecules in which the nickel(II) ion sits on a center of symmetry and is octahedrally coordinated by two sac ligands, and two neutral pypr ligands. The pypr acts as a bidentate N‐ and O‐donor ligand forming a seven‐membered chelate ring, while sac behaves as a monodentate O‐donor ligand via the carbonyl O atom. The Ni‐N bond distance is 2.1016(15) Å, whereas the Ni‐Opypr and Ni‐Osac bond distances are 2.1280(12) and 2.0792(11) Å, respectively. The individual molecules are held together with a strong hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl O atom of pypr and N atom of sac and the C‐H…O type weak hydrogen bonds between some ring hydrogen atoms of pypr and sac, and the carbonyl and sulfonyl O atoms of sac in the neighbouring molecules. A novel bis (dmit) complex of copper (II), [(C3H7)4N]2[Cu(dmit)2] ( 1 ), where dmit is 2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolate, was prepared and structurally characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The copper (II) atom is tetracoordinated by four dmit S atoms, forming a nearly square planar arrangement. The [Cu(dmit)2]2‐ anions and the [(C3H7)4N]+ counter‐cations form a three‐dimensional solid‐state structure by C–H…S hydrogen bonds. The third‐order nonlinear optical properties of the complex were determined by picosecond Z‐scan technique at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The results indicate the compound exhibits reverse saturation absorption and self‐defocusing performance. The molecular second‐order hyperpolarizability γ is calculated to be as high as (1.8±0.2)×10‐30 esu. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The title compound [[Cu(shen)]2(tp)], {[Cu(C15H17O4N2)]2}, where tp = dianion of terephthalic acid and shen = (N‐salicylidene‐N'‐(2‐hydroxyethyl ethylene‐diamine)) has been prepared and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction at room temperature. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with four formula units in a unit cell of dimensions a = 12.298(2), b = 14.214(2) and c = 16.436(2)Å. The structure consists of binuclear units with Cu(II) ion bridged by the tp ligand in a bis‐unidentate fashion. The five coordinate Cu(II) complex adopts a distorted square‐based pyramid. A crystallographic inversion center has been located at the center of the benzene ring of the tp bridging ligand. The Cu … Cu distance inside a same binuclear entity is 11.069Å. Intermolecular aromatic ring stacking interactions were observed with the shortest atom to atom contact being 3.423Å.  相似文献

The structure of the title complexes [Cu(AFO)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.2(AFO).2H2O (AFO = 4,5‐Diazafluoren‐9‐one)has been established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1 with cell constants a = 7.659(3) Å, b = 11.066(3) Å, c = 14.203(5) Å, alpha = 75.16(3)°, β = 79.87(3)°, gamma = 85.71(3)°, Z = 1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.0595 (wR2 = 0.1164). The X‐ray analysis reveals that a pair of AFO ligands chelate to a Cu(II) atom in an asymmetric fashion with one Cu‐N bond being much longer than the other, the Cu(II) atom is further coordinated by a pair of aqua ligands to form an elongated octahedral geometry. In the crystal of the complex, the mononuclear complex cations [Cu(AFO)2(H2O)2]2+, uncoordinated AFO molecules, lattice water molecules and perchlorate anions are assembled into 3‐D structure via hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interaction.  相似文献

A new complex of Zinc(II) and guanidinium pyridine–2,6–dicarboxylate proton transfer compound, (GnH)2 (pydc), was synthesized and characterized using IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X–ray diffraction. The chemical formula and space group of the resulting complex is (GnH)[Zn(pydc)(pydcH)] · (pydcH2) · 4H2O, P 1 where the final R value is 0.0310 for 13287 reflections collected. The [Zn(pydc)(pydcH)] anions and the (GnH)+ counter‐cations form a three‐dimensional solid‐state structure by a variety of noncovalent interactions such as ion pairing, hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking which are going to be discussed. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters a = 7.295(4), b = 19.627(5), c = 12.770(4) Å, β = 101.25(4)º, V = 1793.2(12) Å3, Z = 4, ρ = 1.684 Mg/m3 at T = 293(2)K. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares procedures to final R = 0.0387 using 2906 observed reflections. The asymmetric unit of the complex contains a mononuclear tridentate ligand, a perchlorate group and a methanol molecule. The compound crystallizes as parallel layers of polymeric complex bridged through perchloarate groups. The molecular CuN2OO′O′′2 chromophore involves an elongated rhombic octahedral structure and the Cu‐ligand bond shows greater disparity. The five‐membered chelate ring and the pyridine ring lie in the same plane while the six membered chelate ring assumes sofa conformation. A strong O‐H…O inter molecular interaction plays a key role in the formation of dimer along b‐axis. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex has been solved using X‐ray diffraction data. The compound crystallizes from aqueous ethanol solvent in the triclinic system, space group P‐1, with unit cell parameters: a = 8.9532(1), b = 12.7423(3), c = 14.9012(3) Å, α = 73.767(1), β = 75.322(1), γ = 77.496(1)°, Z = 2, V = 1559.4(5) Å3. The trial structure was determined by automated Patterson methods and subsequent difference Fourier techniques using DIRDIF98 and refined to a final R‐factor of 0.064. The copper ion Cu1 adopts a (4+1) square‐pyramidal geometry defined by the tridentate N‐salicylidimine dianions and the neutral monodentate pyridine ligand in the basal plane. The apical position is occupied by a solvent methanol molecule at a distance of 2.341(4) Å. The copper Cu2 adopts a square‐planar geometry.  相似文献

The title compound [Ni(CPDD)(H2O)2]2(H 2O )2, {]Ni2(C44H28N8O12)] (H2O)2 }, where CPDD = 1H‐cyclopenta(2,1‐b:3,4‐b')(dipyridine‐2,5‐dione) has been prepared and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction at room temperature. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 w ith two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The cell dimensions are a=10.452(1),b=14.098(1) & c=16.023 Å; D=110.13(1), E=100.63(1) & J=100.85(1)°. The two independent molecules in the asymmertic unit are related by pseudo two fold symmetry. In both the molecules the coordination environment around the Ni(II) may be best described as a distorted octahedral. Due to some delocalization of charge towards one of the oxygens(O1a) from the O2a atom some degree of bond localization has been observed. The individual diones of both the molecules are almost right angles at the metal atom. A long the y‐axis inversion related molecules are forming pseudo‐dimers through hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Adducing structural analogies between the two fused systems, N1, N5‐Dibenzoyltetrahydro‐4‐methyl‐1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2‐one, C24H20N2O3 (DBTBO CCDC 200341) and Tetrahydro‐4‐methyl‐1,5‐benzodiazepin‐2‐one, C10H12 N2O (TBO CCDC 200342) helps to find the pharmacological differences from the view point of variant hetero atom substitutions in the hetero cycle. Both the diazepines crystallized in identical monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 14.1134(1) Å, b = 9.2444(1) Å, c = 16.3812(1) Å; β = 107.11(1)º, V = 2042.7(3) Å3 for DBTBO and a = 9.3363(7) Å, b = 10.4895(8) Å, c = 9.9852(7) Å, β = 91.314(1)º, V = 977.62(1) Å3 for TBO, respectively. The two structures were solved by direct methods and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares procedure to final R‐values of R1 = 0.0575(DBTBO) and R1 = 0.0984(TBO). Structural differences include non‐identical boat conformations of these seven‐membered rings and the different non‐bonding interactions in the benzodiazepine pair.  相似文献

A crystal of the title complex [Pt(DMSO)(GT)] ( 1a ), where H2GT = glyoxylic acid thiosemicarbazone, has been characterized by X‐ray crystallography and its structure has been compared with that of the recently described cytotoxic complex [Pt(DMSO)(GT)]·DMSO (1). The crystal of 1a is monoclinic; space group P 21/n; unit cell dimensions: a = 7.3270(10), b = 10.313(2), c = 13.706(3) Å, β = 101.92(3)°; V = 1013.3(3) Å3; Z = 4. The Pt(II) ion is approximately planar tetragonal coordinated by the carboxylato oxygen, azomethine nitrogen and thiolato sulfur atom of the doubly deprotonated H2GT molecule, and the sulfur atom of DMSO. The two five membered chelate rings are almost coplanar. In distinct with 1 , the sulfoxide oxygen atom and thiolato sulfur atom are in gauche position. A system of hydrogen bonds of the type N–H···O involving the amino, carboxylato and sulfoxide groups links the complex molecules within the unit cells. The ππ stacking pattern between the chelate rings in 1a involves centrosymmetric pairs of complex molecules and differs from that in 1 . (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of bis(N,N-di-n-butyldithiocarbamato)gold(III) bis(1,2-dicyanoethene-1,2-dithiolato)aurate(III), Au[S2CN(C4H9)2]2Au[S2C2(CN)2]2, has been determined from a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The monoclinic cell, space groupP21,/c, witha = 9·930(3),b = 12·517(3),c = 15·632(3) Å and = 110·46(3) °, contains two formula units. Three-dimensional intensity data, up to = 35 ° were collected on an automatic diffractometer. A chiral complex of (R)‐2‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene)amino)‐2′‐hydroxy‐1,1′‐binaphthyl ( L ) with hydrated nickel (II) acetate has been synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal structure of [NiL2(CH3OH)(CH3COO)]CH3COO·CH3OH has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P 2(1) 2(1) 2(1) with cell constants a = 15.1035 (19), b = 17.836 (2), c = 18.730 (2)Å, α = β = γ = 90.00°, Z = 4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0346 (wR2 = 0.0863). The analytical result of the crystal structure indicates that a pair of L ligands chelate to a Ni (II) atom in an asymmetric fashion with one Ni‐N bond being longer than the other, the Ni (II) atom is further coordinated by one methanol molecule and one acetate anion to form a distorted octahedral geometry. In the crystal of the complex, the coordination cation [NiL2(CH3OH)(CH3COO)]+, the uncoordinated methanol molecule and uncoordinated acetate anion are further assembled into one‐dimensional chain structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the a‐axis. Bis(isothiocyanato)‐bis(4‐methylpyridine)zinc(II)(Zn(SCN)2(C6H7N)2), (abbreviated as ZBNC) single crystals of optical quality have been grown from acetone solution by the slow temperature‐lowering method. Its solubilities at different temperatures in acetone were measured. The X‐ray powder diffraction (XRPD) spectroscopy of ZBNC crystal was performed at room temperature. The second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency was determined by powder technique of Kurtz and Perry using Nd:YAG laser, which is equivalent to KDP crystal. The thermal decomposition process was characterized by thermal gravity and differential thermal analysis (TG\DTA). The specific heat of the crystal is 1440.67 J/mol·K at 325 K. The IR spectrum was recorded in the 500∼3500 cm–1 region, using KBr pellets on a Nicolet 170sx FT‐IR spectrometer. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu(C6H2I3O)2(NH3)2] (CCDC 238896) has been determined by x‐ray diffraction. This monomeric centrosymmetric Cu(II) complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system. The CuO2N2 coordination sphere is trans ‐planar, [Cu–O: 1.943(5) Å and Cu‐N: 1.972(7)] with the fifth and sixth coordination sites occupied by I atoms from the phenoxide ions [Cu–I1: 3.3552(8) Å] to form a tetragonally elongated octahedral structure for CuO2N2I2 coordination. The complex molecules hold together in a one dimensional chain true [100] direction by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Differantial scanning calorimeter, FTIR and magnetic susceptibility measurements were also performed in order to identify the title complex. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Trans‐bis(ethanolamine)bis(saccharinato)mercury(II), [Hg(ea)2(sac)2], where ea and sac denote the ethanolamine molecule and the saccharinate anion, respectively, crystallizes in the triclinic space group P (No. 2) with a = 9.4651 (5), b = 10.4365 (5), c = 11.9314 (6) Å, α = 84.402 (1)° β = 78.313 (1)°, γ = 75.307 (1)°, Z = 2, V = 1115.11 (10) Å3. The structure consists of isolated [Hg(ea)2(sac)2] units in which the Hg(II) ion is octahedrally coordinated by two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms of two neutral ea ligands, and two nitrogen atoms of two sac ligands. The ea acts as a bidentate N‐ and O‐donor ligand and occupies the trans positions of the equatorial plane of the coordination octahedron forming a fivemembered chelate ring, while sac behaves as a monodentate N‐donor ligand occupying the axial positions. The average Hg‐Nsac and Hg‐Nea bond distances are 2.739 (3) and 2.114 (7) Å, respectively. The crystal exhibits extensive hydrogen bonds between the hydroxyl and amine hydrogen atoms of the ea ligands and the sulfonyl, carbonyl and amine groups of the sac ligands.  相似文献
