The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21 /n. The cell parameters are a = 12.3824(3) Å, b = 8.9255(1) Å, c = 19.9188(4) Å, V = 2181.75(7) Å3 , α = γ = 90.0° and β = 97.663(1)°. The structure has an indole moiety and an imidazolidine ring connected together. The phenyl sulfonyl group is attached to the indole moiety and the dichlorophenyl ring to the imidazolidine ring. The structure has a C‐H … Cl intra molecular hydrogen bond and C‐H … π type intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C15H13N4OCl was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction technique. The structure consists of a p‐chlorobenzylamino moiety and triazol and phenyl rings. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 14.368(3), b = 6.255(3), c = 17.631(3) Å, β = 113.24(3)°, Z = 4, V = 1455.8(8) Å3 and Dx = 1.372 gcm‐3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares method (R=0.0477). The dihedral angle between the triazole moiety and the phenyl ring is 28.8(3)°. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters a = 7.295(4), b = 19.627(5), c = 12.770(4) Å, β = 101.25(4)º, V = 1793.2(12) Å3, Z = 4, ρ = 1.684 Mg/m3 at T = 293(2)K. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares procedures to final R = 0.0387 using 2906 observed reflections. The asymmetric unit of the complex contains a mononuclear tridentate ligand, a perchlorate group and a methanol molecule. The compound crystallizes as parallel layers of polymeric complex bridged through perchloarate groups. The molecular CuN2OO′O′′2 chromophore involves an elongated rhombic octahedral structure and the Cu‐ligand bond shows greater disparity. The five‐membered chelate ring and the pyridine ring lie in the same plane while the six membered chelate ring assumes sofa conformation. 3‐Phenyl‐chroman‐4‐one is the basic unit of isoflavonoids which are found in the plants of the sub‐family papilionoidae of Leguminosae. They are known to possess antifungal and antibacterial properties. Crystal data of the title compound : Monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 14.021(3), b = 18.682(4), c = 11.362(2) Å, β = 95.75(3)°, R = 0.066. The two phenyl rings directly attached to the pyrrolidine ring are nearly perpendicular to it. The dihydropyrone moiety adopts a half‐chair conformation while the cyclohexane ring attached to the pyrrolidine ring adopts a chair conformation. The best plane passing through the chroman‐4‐one moiety makes a dihedral angle of 82.2(3)° with the pyrrolidine ring. The molecule is stabilized by one intra‐ and two intermolecular C‐H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, a nickel complex [C23H26N3O2Br2Ni.(ClO4)] (CCDC 199520) crystallizes in triclinic space group P with the cell parameters a = 10.2560(4), b = 10.8231(4), c = 12.0888(5)Å, α = 99.404(1), β = 99.780(1), γ = 92.252(1)° and V = 1301.49(9)Å3. The structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares procedures to a final R = 0.0497 using 6287 observed reflections. In the complex, the piperidine ring takes chair conformation and the geometry around the Ni ion is slightly distorted square planar. The dihedral angle between the planes [N‐Ni‐N and O‐Ni‐O] is 9.4(1)°. The chelate ring containing both the nitrogen atoms adopts twisted boat conformation. The crystal structure of methyl‐3, 4‐dihydro‐3‐(p‐methylphenyl)‐4‐oxo‐2‐quinazolinyl thiopropionate (C19H18N2O3S) has been determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with unit cell parameters: a = 9.094(2), b = 9.428(3), c = 10.612(3) Å, α = 94.55(3), β = 95.44(2), γ = 106.75(3)° and Z = 2. The structure has been refined to an R‐value of 0.054 for 2533 observed reflections [Fo > 4σ(Fo)]. The quinazoline moiety and the methyl substituted phenyl ring is almost planar. The dihedral angle between these two moieties is 84.96(8)° . The crystal structure is stabilized by an intermolecular C‐H … O interaction.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 3b‐acetoxy‐5a‐cholestan‐6‐one‐semicarbazone (C30H51O3N3) has been determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with cell parameters a = 11.641(1), b = 16.552(1) c = 31.181(4) Å and Z = 8. The structure has been refined to an R‐value of 0.050 for 4407 observed reflections. Two molecules in the asymmetric unit have been observed. In both the crystallographically independent molecules, all the three six‐membered rings (A, B and C ) of steroid nucleus exist in chair conformation, while the five‐ membered ring D exists in 13β distorted‐envelope in molecule‐I and 13β, 14α half‐chair conformation in molecule‐II. Three intermolecular N‐H … O hydrogen bonds have been observed.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two cinnamanilide derivatives 2‐methyl cinnamanilide (C16 H15 N O – compound I) and 2‐methoxy cinnamanilide (C16 H15 N O2 – compound II) are reported. In both crystal structures, the cinnamamide group is almost planar. The inter‐planar angle between the two phenyl rings are 71.6(1)° for compound I and 7.5(1)° for compound II. The N‐H…O and C‐H…O type of hydrogen bond interactions between the amide group and the carbonyl group stabilizes the molecular packing as chains in the crystal lattice.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (3 α ‐acetoxy‐urs‐12‐en‐24‐oic acid, C32H50O4) has been determined by X‐ray crystallographic techniques. The compound crystallizes into orthorhombic space group P212121 with unit cell parameters : a = 12.773(2), b=16.381(4), c=27.929(7)Å. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.054 for 4930 observed reflections. The structure contains two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit which are almost identical in geometry. Rings A, B, D and E have chair conformations while ring C assumes a sofa conformation in both the molecules. The molecules in the structure are linked together by intra‐ and intermolecular O‐H…= and C‐H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, C17H17N1O5, has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray analysis and UV‐Vis spectra. The crystals are monoclinic, P 21/c, a = 17.994 (5) Å, b = 4.0592 (9) Å, c = 21.625 (5) Å, β = 99.634 (5)°, V = 1557.2 (6) Å3 and Z = 4. The molecule has an almost stretched form with a molecular length of 17.505 Å and an imbricated structure known for liquid crystals. The structure contains no direction‐specific intermolecular interactions like aromatic π‐π stacking and C‐H… π(arene) other than two weak C‐H…O hydrogen bonds. Good optical transmittance in the entire visible region of the UV‐Vis spectrum suggests that it is a potential candidate for optoelectronic applications. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Monsaccharides are the building blocks of polysaccharides and hence are the simplest sugar molecules to study the conformation and molecular structures of sugars. Benzyl‐4,6‐O‐benzylidene‐3‐O‐benzoyl‐β‐D‐galactoside is a key intermediate in the synthesis of polysaccharides. Crystal structural investigation of the title compound was undertaken to establish their chemical structure as well as to study their solid state conformation. Crystals of the title compound, obtained from water/methanol, are orthorhombic, space group P212121, with cell dimensions a=11.290 (4), b=9.941 (1), c= 21.442(2)Å, V= 2406Å3, Z=4, Dobs= 1.42 gm/cm3, Dcalc=1.423 g/cm3, 2886 reflections were collected on a CAD‐4 diffractometer. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final reliability index of 4.7%. The galactoside sugar has the chair conformation with C2' and C5' deviating from the mean plane of the other atoms of the sugar. The 4,6‐O‐benzylidene ring also has a chair conformation with the benzoyl group proximal to O6'. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full‐matrix least‐squares method (R = 0.0457). The title molecule consists of 3,4‐dichlorophenylamino and 2‐phenyl‐1,2‐ethanedione‐1‐oxime groups. The intermolecular O‐H…N and N‐H…O hydrogen bonds [O…N 2.760(6) and 3.087(5) Å] are highly effective in forming the polymeric chains. The oxime group has an E configuration. The compound crystallizes in the space group P21 with cell parameters : a = 13.060(3), b=6.299(2), c=17.152(6)Å; β =96.47(3)o, V = 1402.02Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.072 for 1921 observed reflections. A novel coordination polymer, [Ni(dppz)(oba)(H2O)]·0.5H2O (dppz = dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine and oba = 4,4′‐oxy(bisbenzoate)) has been synthesized through hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.163(5), b = 18.211(4), c = 14.460(3) Å, α = γ = 90°, β = 100.45(3)°, V = 5998(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0866 (wR2 = 0.1836). 17α-Cyanomethyl-17β-hydroxy-estr-4-en-3-one is the first member in a series of progestagens investigated systematically by X-ray structure analyses. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P 212121 with cell parameters α = 8.887(6), b = 11.814(7), and c = 16.263(2) A. The structure was solved by MULTAN-82 and refined to R = 0.045 for 1453 observed reflections. The steroid ring A has an 1β-sofa conformation, the rings B and C adopt chair forms, ring D is intermediate between 13β,14α-half chair and 13β-envelope. All rings are trans-fused. 3β-O-(2′,3′ -O-isoropylidene-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl) — digitoxigenin crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21 with two molecules C32H48O8 per unit cell and the lattice constants a = 7.865, b = 6.470, c = 29.803 Å, β = 93.95°. The structure was solved by direct methods of phases determination and subsequently refined by least squares technique to the final R-value 0.06.
