Our recent relativistic mean-field (RMF) calculations of multi?-? $\bar K$ nuclei are briefly reviewed. I discuss the saturation pattern of the $\bar K$ separation energy $B_{\bar K}$ and nuclear densities on increasing the number of antikaons embedded in the nuclear medium. Saturation appears to be a robust feature of multi- $\bar K$ nuclei. Because $B_{\bar K}$ generally does not exceed 200 MeV, it is unlikely that kaon condensation occurs in strong-interaction self-bound strange hadronic matter. Last, I present our calculations of self-bound strange systems made out of neutrons and ${\bar K}^0$ mesons.  相似文献

When the $\bar{K}N$ system is submerged in nuclear medium the $\bar{K}N$ scattering amplitude and the final state branching ratios exhibit a strong energy dependence when going to energies below the $\bar{K}N$ threshold. A sharp increase of $\bar{K}N$ attraction below the $\bar{K}N$ threshold provides a link between shallow $\bar{K}$ -nuclear potentials based on the chiral $\bar{K}N$ amplitude evaluated at threshold and the deep phenomenological optical potentials obtained in fits to kaonic atoms data. We show the energy dependence of the in-medium K ??? p amplitude and demonstrate the impact of energy dependent branching ratios on the Λ-hypernuclear production rates.  相似文献

The BES Collaboration measurements of J/ψ radiative decays into $ p{\bar p}$ indicate a strong enhancement at $ p {\bar p}$ threshold. In a related experiment a peak in the invariant π ?+? π ???η′ mass is observed. It is shown that both structures may be related to a broad $ N{\bar N}$ quasi-bound state in the $^{11}S_{0} $ wave. The existence of this state finds additional support from the antiprotonic atom level widths. It is also explained by a traditional model of $ N \bar{N} $ interactions based on G-parity transformation. The level widths in H, D and He antiprotonic atoms and the radiochemical studies of $ {\bar p}$ capture in nuclei indicate the existence of another near-threshold quasi-bound state in a P wave.  相似文献

The three-body Faddeev-type AGS equations were used for investigation of scattering states in the ${\bar{K} NN - \pi \Sigma N}$ system. Newly constructed “chirally motivated” potentials describing ${\bar{K} N - \pi \Sigma}$ interaction were used as an input. The results of the three-body calculations were then used for calculations of the corresponding 1s level shift and width of kaonic deuterium.  相似文献

As a first step toward clarifying whether the strange dibaryon resonances in the ${\bar{K}NN-\pi YN}$ system can emerge with a physical significance in the nuclear-reaction observables, we compute the break-up probability of ${Y_K + N \to \pi +\Sigma + N}$ at real scattering energies by solving ${\bar{K}NN-\pi YN}$ coupled-channel Alt–Grassberger–Sandhas equations. We examine how the signature of the dibaryon resonance shows up in the probability, and also discuss the possibility for a use of strange dibaryon production reactions to distinguish two-body-interaction models with Λ(1405).  相似文献

The process p $ \bar{{p}}$ $ \rightarrow$ $ \Lambda_{c}^{+}$ $ \bar{{\Lambda}}_{c}^{-}$ is investigated within the handbag approach. It is shown to lowest order of perturbative QCD that, under the assumption of restricted parton virtualities and transverse momenta, the dominant dynamical mechanism, characterized by the partonic subprocess u $ \bar{{u}}$ $ \rightarrow$ c $ \bar{{c}}$ , factorizes in the sense that only the subprocess contains highly virtual partons, namely a gluon, while the hadronic matrix elements embody only soft scales and can be parameterized in terms of helicity flip and non-flip generalized parton distributions. Modelling the latter functions by overlaps of light-cone wave functions for the involved baryons we are able to predict cross-sections and spin correlation parameters for the process of interest.  相似文献

A phenomenological isospin-dependent $\bar{K}N\hbox{-}\pi\Sigma$ potential reproducing a medium KEK value of 1s kaonic hydrogen level shift instead of a K ? p scattering length is constructed. The corresponding three-body $\bar{K}NN\hbox{-}\pi\Sigma N$ calculation using the obtained potential is performed.  相似文献

In this article, we study the $\frac{1} {2}^ -$ and $\frac{3} {2}^ -$ heavy and doubly heavy baryon states $\Sigma _Q \left( {\frac{1} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Xi '_Q \left( {\frac{1} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Omega _Q \left( {\frac{1} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Xi _{QQ} \left( {\frac{1} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Omega _{QQ} \left( {\frac{1} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Sigma _Q^* \left( {\frac{3} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Xi _Q^* \left( {\frac{3} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Omega _Q^* \left( {\frac{3} {2}^ - } \right)$ , $\Xi _{QQ}^* \left( {\frac{3} {2}^ - } \right)$ and $\Omega _{QQ}^* \left( {\frac{3} {2}^ - } \right)$ by subtracting the contributions from the corresponding $\frac{1} {2}^ +$ and $\frac{3} {2}^ +$ heavy and doubly heavy baryon states with the QCD sum rules in a systematic way, and make reasonable predictions for their masses.  相似文献

The creep of Ni3Ge alloy single crystals is investigated at temperatures of 873, 923, and 973 K, which lie above the temperature of the anomalous peak behavior of mechanical properties with the deformation axis orientations $\left[ {\bar 234} \right]$ and $\left[ {\bar 122} \right]$ for which cubic slip is characteristic. It is shown that the steady state creep rate depends weakly on temperature.  相似文献

The origin of the poles generated by chiral coupled-channel dynamics and applied to ${\bar{K}N}$ interactions is related to the nonzero diagonal couplings in the πΣ, ${\bar{K}N}$ and channels. An evolution of the poles from the zero coupling limit and from a limit of restored SU(3) symmetry is discussed.  相似文献

The $\bar pp$ -annihilation reactions $\bar pp \to \eta \eta \eta$ and $\bar pp \to \eta {\rm K}\bar {\rm K}$ at rest are considered in the tree approximation in the framework of SU(3) chiral effective theory at leading order. The calculated branchings are compared with the data. The results for neutral (????, $\eta {\rm K}^0 \bar {\rm K}^0$ ) and charged (??K + K ?) channels are essentially different.  相似文献

We estimate $BR(K \to \pi \nu \bar \nu )$ in the context of the Standard Model by fitting for λ tV tdV ts * of the “kaon unitarity triangle” relation. To find the vertex of this triangle, we fit data from |? K|, the CP-violating parameter describing K mixing, and a ψ,K , the CP-violating asymmetry in B d 0 J/ψK 0 decays, and obtain the values $\left. {BR(K \to \pi \nu \bar \nu )} \right|_{SM} = (7.07 \pm 1.03) \times 10^{ - 11} $ and $\left. {BR(K_L^0 \to \pi ^0 \nu \bar \nu )} \right|_{SM} = (2.60 \pm 0.52) \times 10^{ - 11} $ . Our estimate is independent of the CKM matrix element V cb and of the ratio of B-mixing frequencies ${{\Delta m_{B_s } } \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{\Delta m_{B_s } } {\Delta m_{B_d } }}} \right. \kern-0em} {\Delta m_{B_d } }}$ . We also use the constraint estimation of λ t with additional data from $\Delta m_{B_d } $ and |V ub|. This combined analysis slightly increases the precision of the rate estimation of $K^ + \to \pi ^ + \nu \bar \nu $ and $K_L^0 \to \pi ^0 \nu \bar \nu $ (by ?10 and ?20%, respectively). The measured value of $BR(K^ + \to \pi ^ + \nu \bar \nu )$ can be compared both to this estimate and to predictions made from ${{\Delta m_{B_s } } \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{\Delta m_{B_s } } {\Delta m_{B_d } }}} \right. \kern-0em} {\Delta m_{B_d } }}$ .  相似文献

New strong coupled-channel $\bar{K}N - \pi \Sigma$ potential, reproducing all existing experimental data and suitable for using in accurate few-body calculations, is constructed. Isospin breaking effects of direct inclusion of the Coulomb interaction and the use of physical masses in calculations are taken into account. The 1s level shift and width of kaonic hydrogen, consistent with the scattering data, was obtained and the corresponding strong K ??? p scattering length was calculated. One- and two-pole forms of Λ(1405) resonance were considered.  相似文献

A chiral-motivated \({\bar{K}N - \pi\Sigma - \pi\Lambda}\) potential was constructed and used in Faddeev calculations of different characteristics of \({\bar{K}NN - \pi\Sigma N}\) system. First of all, binding energy and width of the K ? pp quasi-bound state were newly obtained. The low-energy K ? d scattering amplitudes, including scattering length, together with the 1s level shift and width of kaonic deuterium were calculated. Comparison with the results obtained with the phenomenological \({\bar{K}N - \pi\Sigma}\) potential demonstrates that the chiral-motivated potential gives more shallow K ? pp state, while the characteristics of K ? d system are less sensitive to the form of \({\bar{K}N}\) interaction.  相似文献

A few-body type computation is performed for a three-charge-particle collision with participation of a slow antiproton ${\bar{\rm{p}}}$ and a muonic muonium atom (true muonium), i.e. a bound state of two muons ${(\mu^{+}\mu^{-})}$ in its ground state. The total cross section of the following reaction ${\bar{\rm p}+(\mu^{+}\mu^{-}) \rightarrow \bar{\rm{H}}_{\mu} + \mu^{-}}$ , where muonic anti-hydrogen ${\bar{\rm{H}}_{\mu}=(\bar{\rm p}\mu^{+})}$ is a bound state of an antiproton and positive muon, is computed in the framework of a set of coupled two-component Faddeev-Hahn-type equation. A better known negative muon transfer low energy three-body reaction: ${{\rm t}^{+} + ({\rm d}^{+}\mu^{-})\rightarrow ({\rm t}^{+}\mu^{-}) + {\rm d}^{+}}$ is also computed as a test system. Here, t+ is triton and d+ is deuterium.  相似文献

A full ligand-field energy matrix diagonalization treatment for 3d 1 ions in tetragonal symmetry is developed on the basis of the two spin?Corbit coupling parameter model, and the contributions of the spin?Corbit coupling of the ligand ions to the optical and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra are included. Spin Hamiltonian parameters of the tetragonal ${\rm V}^{4+}$ center in $\hbox{K}_2\hbox{SO}_4 {-} \hbox{Na}_2\hbox{SO}_4{-}\hbox{ZnSO}_4$ glass are calculated from the complete energy matrix diagonalization and the perturbation theory methods. The results calculated by both methods are not only close to each other but also in good agreement with the experimental values. Furthermore, the compressed defect structure of the ${\rm (VO_6)^{8-}}$ cluster is discussed.  相似文献

The nucleus $\ensuremath {\rm ^{127}Sb}$ , which is on the neutron-rich periphery of the $\ensuremath \beta$ -stability region, has been populated in complex nuclear reactions involving deep-inelastic and fusion-fission processes with $\ensuremath {\rm {}^{136}Xe}$ beams incident on thick targets. The previously known isomer at 2325 keV in $\ensuremath {\rm {}^{127}Sb}$ has been assigned spin and parity $\ensuremath 23/2^+$ , based on the measured $\ensuremath \gamma$ - $\ensuremath \gamma$ angular correlations and total internal conversion coefficients. The half-life has been determined to be 234(12) ns, somewhat longer than the value reported previously. The 2194 keV state has been assigned $\ensuremath J^{\pi} = 19/2^+$ and identified as an isomer with $\ensuremath T_{1/2} = 14(1) {\rm ns}$ , decaying by two $\ensuremath E2$ branches. The observed level energies and transition strengths are compared with the predictions of a shell model calculation. Two $\ensuremath 15/2^+$ states have been identified close in energy, and their properties are discussed in terms of mixing between vibrational and three-quasiparticle configurations.  相似文献

A representation of a specialization of a q-deformed class one lattice ${\mathfrak{gl}_{\ell+1}}$ -Whittaker function in terms of cohomology groups of line bundles on the space ${\mathcal{QM}_d(\mathbb{P}^{\ell})}$ of quasi-maps ${\mathbb{P}^1 \to \mathbb{P}^{\ell}}$ of degree d is proposed. For ? = 1, this provides an interpretation of the non-specialized q-deformed ${\mathfrak{gl}_{2}}$ -Whittaker function in terms of ${\mathcal{QM}_d(\mathbb{P}^1)}$ . In particular the (q-version of the) Mellin-Barnes representation of the ${\mathfrak{gl}_2}$ -Whittaker function is realized as a semi-infinite period map. The explicit form of the period map manifests an important role of q-version of Γ-function as a topological genus in semi-infinite geometry. A relation with the Givental-Lee universal solution (J-function) of q-deformed ${\mathfrak{gl}_2}$ -Toda chain is also discussed.  相似文献

It is shown that for each finite number N of Dirac measures ${\delta_{s_n}}$ supported at points ${s_n \in {\mathbb R}^3}$ with given amplitudes ${a_n \in {\mathbb R} \backslash\{0\}}$ there exists a unique real-valued function ${u \in C^{0, 1}({\mathbb R}^3)}$ , vanishing at infinity, which distributionally solves the quasi-linear elliptic partial differential equation of divergence form ${-\nabla \cdot ( \nabla{u}/ \sqrt{1-| \nabla{u} |^2}) = 4 \pi \sum_{n=1}^N a_n \delta_{s_n}}$ . Moreover, ${u \in C^{\omega}({\mathbb R}^3\backslash \{s_n\}_{n=1}^N)}$ . The result can be interpreted in at least two ways: (a) for any number N of point charges of arbitrary magnitude and sign at prescribed locations s n in three-dimensional Euclidean space there exists a unique electrostatic field which satisfies the Maxwell-Born-Infeld field equations smoothly away from the point charges and vanishes as |s| ?? ??; (b) for any number N of integral mean curvatures assigned to locations ${s_n \in {\mathbb R}^3 \subset{\mathbb R}^{1, 3}}$ there exists a unique asymptotically flat, almost everywhere space-like maximal slice with point defects of Minkowski spacetime ${{\mathbb R}^{1, 3}}$ , having lightcone singularities over the s n but being smooth otherwise, and whose height function vanishes as |s| ?? ??. No struts between the point singularities ever occur.  相似文献
