A palladium‐catalyzed direct C‐arylation reaction of readily available cage carboranyllithium reagents with aryl halides has been developed for the first time. This method is applicable to a wide range of aryl halide substrates including aryl iodides, aryl bromides, and heteroaromatic halides.  相似文献

Nickel‐catalyzed selective cross‐coupling of aromatic electrophiles (bromides, chlorides, fluorides and methyl ethers) with organolithium reagents is presented. The use of a commercially available nickel N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complex allows the reaction with a variety of (hetero)aryllithium compounds, including those prepared via metal‐halogen exchange or direct metallation, whereas a commercially available electron‐rich nickel‐bisphosphine complex smoothly converts alkyllithium species into the corresponding coupled product. These reactions proceed rapidly (1 h) under mild conditions (room temperature) while avoiding the undesired formation of reduced or homocoupled products.  相似文献

A general method for the synthesis of [18F]difluoromethylarenes from [18F]fluoride for radiopharmaceutical discovery is reported. The method is practical, operationally simple, tolerates a wide scope of functional groups, and enables the labeling of a variety of arenes and heteroarenes with radiochemical yields (RCYs, not decay‐corrected) from 10 to 60 %. The 18F‐fluorination precursors are readily prepared from aryl chlorides, bromides, iodides, and triflates. Seven 18F‐difluoromethylarene drug analogues and radiopharmaceuticals including Claritin, fluoxetine (Prozac), and [18F]DAA1106 were synthesized to show the potential of the method for applications in PET radiopharmaceutical design.  相似文献

Multipulse pulsed laser polymerization coupled with size exclusion chromatography (MP‐PLP‐SEC) has been employed to study the depropagation kinetics of the sterically demanding 1,1‐disubstituted monomer di(4‐tert‐butylcyclohexyl) itaconate (DBCHI). The effective rate coefficient of propagation, k, was determined for a solution of monomer in anisole at concentrations, c, 0.72 and 0.88 mol L?1 in the temperature range 0 ≤ T ≤ 70 °C. The resulting Arrhenius plot (i.e., ln k vs. 1/RT) displayed a subtle curvature in the higher temperature regime and was analyzed in the linear part to yield the activation parameters of the forward reaction. In the temperature region where no depropagation was observed (0 ≤ T ≤ 50 °C), the following Arrhenius parameters for kp were obtained (DBCHI, Ep = 35.5 ± 1.2 kJ mol?1, ln Ap = 14.8 ± 0.5 L mol?1 s?1). In addition, the k data was analyzed in the depropagatation regime for DBCHI, resulting in estimates for the associated entropy (?ΔS = 150 J mol?1 K?1) of polymerization. With decreasing monomer concentration and increasing temperature, it is increasingly more difficult to obtain well structured molecular weight distributions. The Mark Houwink Kuhn Sakurada (MHKS) parameters for di‐n‐butyl itaconate (DBI) and DBCHI were determined using a triple detection GPC system incorporating online viscometry and multi‐angle laser light scattering in THF at 40 °C. The MHKS for poly‐DBI and poly‐DBCHI in the molecular weight range 35–256 kDa and 36.5–250 kDa, respectively, were determined to be KDBI = 24.9 (103 mL g?1), αDBI = 0.58, KDBCHI = 12.8 (103 mL g?1), and αDBCHI = 0.63. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A mild visible‐light‐induced Pd‐catalyzed intramolecular C?H arylation of amides is reported. The method operates by cleavage of a C(sp2)?O bond, leading to hybrid aryl Pd‐radical intermediates. The following 1,5‐hydrogen atom translocation, intramolecular cyclization, and rearomatization steps lead to valuable oxindole and isoindoline‐1‐one motifs. Notably, this method provides access to products with readily enolizable functional groups that are incompatible with traditional Pd‐catalyzed conditions.  相似文献

A combination of 10 % CoCl2 and 20 % 2,2′‐bipyridine ligands enables cross‐coupling of functionalized primary and secondary alkylzinc reagents with various (hetero)aryl halides. Couplings with 1,3‐ and 1,4‐substituted cycloalkylzinc reagents proceeded diastereoselectively leading to functionalized heterocycles with high diastereoselectivities of up to 98:2. Furthermore, alkynyl bromides react with primary and secondary alkylzinc reagents providing the alkylated alkynes.  相似文献

A modular and facile route has been developed to synthesize functionalized 2,5‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐1‐H‐arylpyrroles from readily available starting materials. These units are compatible with various polymerization conditions and are versatile building blocks for conjugated polymers. The polymers show high thermal stability and solubility in a number of solvents. Characterization of the polymers reveals a correlation between molecular packing, controllable by polymer design, and charge carrier mobility. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Conditions for the palladium‐catalyzed coupling of (2‐pyridyl)acetones with aryl bromides have been developed. Followed by an acid‐promoted deacetylation step, the desired 1‐(het)aryl‐2‐(2‐pyridyl)ethanones were obtained in good to excellent yields with high functional group tolerance. Test reactions revealed that both the addition of MgCl2 and a specifically positioned heteroatom in the heteroaromatic ring were crucial for product formation indicating the importance of a chelated intermediate in the reaction mechanism. The reaction conditions proved suitable for a number of 5‐ and 6‐membered heteroaromatic starting materials affording all products in good yields. The utility of the obtained 1‐(het)aryl‐2‐(2‐pyridyl)ethanones was demonstrated by the straightforward synthesis of several multiaromatic derivatives in only few additional steps.  相似文献

Whereas aryl(trialkyl)silanes are considered to be ideal organometallic reagents for cross‐coupling reactions owing to their stability, low toxicity, solubility, and easy accessibility, they are generally inert under typical cross‐coupling conditions. Disclosed herein is a palladium/copper catalytic system that enables the cross‐coupling of trimethyl, triethyl, tert‐butyldimethyl, and triisopropyl aryl silanes with aryl bromides. This process is applicable to the sequential C?H and C?Si bond arylation of thiophenes and the synthesis of poly(thiophene–fluorene)s.  相似文献

Acid‐catalyzed Friedel–Crafts alkylation of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds with electrophilic alcohols, is known to be an effective C? C bond forming reaction. However, until now, this reaction has not been amenable for α‐alkylation of aryl methyl ketones because of the notoriously low nucleophilicities of these compounds. Therefore, α‐alkylation of aryl methyl ketone relies on precious metal catalysts and also, the use of primary alcohols is mandatory. In this study, we found that a system composed of a Fe(OTf)3 catalyst and chlorobenzene solvent is sufficient to promote the title Friedel–Crafts reaction by using benzhydrols as electrophiles. 3,4‐Dihydro‐9‐(2‐hydroxy‐4,4‐dimethyl‐6‐oxo‐1‐cyclohexen‐1‐yl)‐3,3‐dimethyl‐xanthen‐1(2 H)‐one was also applicable as an electrophile in this type of benzylation reaction. On the basis of this result, a three‐component reaction of salicylaldehyde, dimedone, and aryl methyl ketone was also developed, and this provided an efficient way for the synthesis of densely substituted 4H‐chromene derivatives.  相似文献

A series of N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides were produced efficiently by treating N‐aryl 3‐(phenylsulfonyl)‐propanamides with potassium tert‐butoxide in THF at 0°C. With out isolation, it was further treated with an additional equivalent of potassium tert‐butoxide and allyl bromide to give N‐allyl N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides in one pot in good yields. Followed by a ring‐closing metathesis reaction, these N‐allyl N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides were respectively converted into corresponding N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in moderate yields.  相似文献
