Four new triterpenoid saponins, designated as stelmatotriterpenosides E-H (1-4), together with three known compounds, asterbatanoside B (5), 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (6) and 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (7), were isolated from the stems of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. On the basis of chemical and spectral evidence, the structures of 1-4 were established as 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1), 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 2alpha,3beta,19alpha-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), and 2beta,3beta,19alpha-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid-24-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl diester (4).  相似文献

Two new ursane-type triterpene glucosides, 2alpha,3alpha,24-trihydroxyurs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1) and 2alpha,3alpha,23-trihydroxyurs-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), were isolated from the roots of Rosa laevigata, together with three known compounds: 2alpha,3beta,19alpha-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid beta-Dglucopyranosyl ester (3), 2alpha,3alpha,19alpha-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4) and 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (5). The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of detailed 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 2 and 5 exhibited modest in vitro antifungal activities against Candida albicans and C. krusei.  相似文献

Four triterpenoid saponins were isolated from Amaranthus hypochondriacus which are grain crops in the Nepal, Mexico and South America. Their structures were elucidated based on spectral evidence to be: (1) 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-2 beta,3 beta-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester. (2) 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-2 beta,3 beta- dihydroxyolean-12-en-23-al-28-oic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester; (3) 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-2 beta, 3 beta-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester. (4) 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1----3)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-2 beta, 3 beta-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12, 20(29)-dien-23-al-28-oic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester.  相似文献

Five new triterpenoid saponins, fargosides A, B, C, D, and E, were isolated from the roots of Holboellia fargesii. The structures of fargosides A-E were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence and found to be 3beta,20alpha-dihydroxy-29-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3beta,20alpha,24-trihydroxy-29-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid 23-O-beta-D-fucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3beta,23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-2,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyluronic acid-(1-->3)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (3), 3beta,23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid 3-O-methyl beta-D-glucopyranosyluronate-(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (4), and 3beta,23-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid 3-O-methyl beta-D-glucopyranosyluronate-(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (5), respectively.  相似文献

Biotransformation of oleanolic acid (OA) by Circinella muscae AS 3.2695 was investigated. Nine hydroxylated and glycosylated metabolites (1–9) were obtained. Their structures were elucidated as 3β,7β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1), 3β,7β,21β-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 3β,7α,21β-trihydroxyolean-12-en- 28-oic acid (3), 3β,7β,15α-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (4), 7β,15α-dihydroxy- 3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (5), 7β-hydroxy-3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (6), oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (7), 3β,21β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28- oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (8), and 3β,7β,15α-trihydroxyolean-12-en- 28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (9) by spectroscopic analysis. Among them, compounds 4 and 9 were new compounds. In addition, anti-inflammatory activities were assayed and evaluated for the isolated metabolites. Most of the metabolites exhibited significant inhibitory activities on lipopolysaccharides-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 cells.  相似文献

采用溶剂提取和萃取方法得到白山毛桃根乙酸乙酯、 正丁醇和水层萃取物. 通过噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法考察了各萃取物对脑胶质瘤细胞U87MG活性的抑制作用. 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱法比对确认活性部位的主要化学成分为2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸. 采用溶剂挥发法制备了2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸纳米胶束, 对其包封率、 粒径及ζ电位等进行了表征, 并考察了其抗肿瘤活性. 体外细胞实验结果表明, 白山毛桃根乙酸乙酯萃取物对脑胶质瘤细胞U87MG具有抑制作用, 通过与标准品比对确认2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸为乙酸乙酯部位的主要成分, 且该成分对脑胶质瘤细胞活性具有较强抑制作用. 通过溶剂挥发法制备的2α,3α,4-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸纳米胶束包封率为64.7%, 粒径为20 nm, 粒径分布宽度(PDI)为0.246, ζ电位为-5.7 mV. 细胞实验结果进一步证明, 与单体化合物相比, 2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸纳米胶束对脑胶质瘤细胞活性具有更强的抑制作用, 为白山毛桃根在脑胶质瘤治疗中的应用提供了实验依据.  相似文献

Our ongoing investigations on the stem bark of Uncaria macrophylla afforded a new ursolic triterpene, 3β,6β,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-24-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1), named uncariursanic acid, and three known ursolic triterpenes including 3β,6β,19α-trihydroxy-23-oxo-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 3β,6β,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (3) and ursolic acid (4). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectral methods, including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The cytotoxicities of the four compounds were evaluated against two cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and HepG2) by the MTT method, and only compound 4 exhibited potent activity.  相似文献

Two new new diterpene glycosides, 13-[(2-O-(6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy] kaur-16-en-18-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1) and 13-[(2-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-beta-D-fructofuranosyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy] kaur-16-en-18-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2) were isolated from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, along with the known steviol glycosides stevioside, rebaudiosides A-F and dulcoside A. Two new oleanane-type triterpene glycosides designated as Termiarjunoside I and Termiarjunoside II were isolated from stem bark of Terminalia arjuna (Combretaceae) and characterized as olean-1alpha,3beta,9alpha,22alpha-tetraol-12-en-28-oic acid-3beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and olean-3alpha,5alpha,25-triol-12-en-23,28-dioic acid-3alpha-D-glucopyranoside (2) based on chemical and spectral data evidences. Both compounds 1 and 2 potently suppressed the release of nitric oxide and superoxide from macrophages and also inhibited aggregation of platelets.  相似文献

Bioassay guided investigation of whole parts of Polygala japonica afforded two new triterpenoid saponins, characterized as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl medicagenic acid 28-O-{beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->3)]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl} ester (1), 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 2-oxo-olean-12-en-23, 28-dioic acid 28-O-{beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1-->3)]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl} ester (2), together with four known triterpenoid saponins (3-6). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Saponins 3, 4 and 5 showed significant anti-inflammation effects on carrageenan-induced acute paw edema in mouse.  相似文献

Studies on the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Kalidium foliatum have led to the isolation of three new and one known compounds. The structures of new constituents have been elucidated through spectral studies including 2D-NMR experiments (HMQC, HMBC, COSY, NOESY and J-resolved) and MS/MS fragmentation using Q-TOF mass spectrometer equipped with an ESI source as kalidiumoside C (=3beta-hydroxy-29-methylmalonoxy-olean-12-en-23,28-dioic acid-23-methyl-28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester; 1), kalidiunin (=3beta,23,29-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-methyl-oate; 2) and kalidiumoside D (=3beta,23,29-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester; 3). The known compound was identified as 3beta,23,29-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid 4) through comparison of its spectral data with those reported in literature. Acid hydrolysis of both 2 and 3 yielded the known compound 4 providing a conclusive evidence of the proposed structures.  相似文献

Fractionation of an EtOAc-soluble extract of the stems of Rumex japonicus led to the isolation of two new 24-norursane type triterpenoids, 2alpha,3alpha,19alpha-trihydroxy-24-norurs-4(23),12-dien-28-oic acid (1) and 4(R),23-epoxy-2alpha,3alpha,19alpha-trihydroxy-24-norurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), along with the known compounds myrianthic acid (3), tormentic acid, and emodin. Five new lanostane-type triterpenes, named fomefficinic acid A-E (1-5), were isolated from the dried sclerotium of Fomes officinalis, respectively. Their structures were established as 24-methylene-3-oxo-lanost-8-en-21-oic acid (1), 3alpha,15alpha-dihydroxy-24-methylene-lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-21-oic acid (2), 3alpha,15alpha-dihydroxy-24-methylene-lanost-8-en-21-oic acid (3), 15alpha-hydroxy-3-oxo-24-methylenelanost-8-en-21-oic acid (4), 15alpha-acetoxy-3-oxo-24-methylenelanosta-7,9(11)-dien-21-oic acid (5), by spectral analysis and chemical methods as well as comparison with known compounds.  相似文献

The stems of Akebia quinata have been analyzed for their triterpene glycoside constituents, resulting in the isolation of six new triterpene glycosides, along with 19 known ones. On the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR data, and chemical evidence, the structures of the new compounds were deter-mined to be 3beta-[(O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]olean-12-en-28-oic acid O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3beta-[(O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]olean-12-en-28-oic acid O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3beta-[(O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-23-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3beta-[(O-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-23-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3beta-[(O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-29-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, and 3beta-[(O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-23,29-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, respectively. The main triterpene glycosides contained in the stems of A. quinata were found to have two sugar units at C-3 and C-28 of the aglycone in this study, whereas those of Akebia trifoliate were reported to possess one sugar unit at C-28 of the aglycone. It may be possible to distinguish between A. quinata and A. trifoliate chemically by comparing their triterpene glycoside constituents.  相似文献

The complete assignments of all the (1)H and (13)C NMR signals of three polyhydroxylated 12-ursen-type triterpenes, 6beta,19alpha,22alpha-trihydroxyurs-12-en-3-oxo-28-oic acid (1), 3beta,6alpha,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28- oic acid (2) and 3beta,6beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3), were carried out by means of homo- and hetero-nuclear two-dimensional NMR experiments. Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the aerial parts of Dischidia esquirolii. Of them, 1 and 2 were identified as new polyhydroxylated ursolic acid derivatives. Compound 2 is the C-6 hydroxyl epimer of 3, which was isolated first from Adina rubella, and its structure is revised in this paper.  相似文献

Guided by a hemostasis bioassay, seven terpene glycosides were isolated from the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis L. by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. On the grounds of chemical and spectroscopic methods, their structures were identified as citronellol-1-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), geraniol-1-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), geraniol-1-O-α-Larabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), 3β-[(α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-19α-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), 3β-[(α-L-arabinopyranosyl)-oxy]-19α-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranoside (ziyu-glycoside I, 5), 3β,19α-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranoside (6) and 3β,19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). Compound 1 is a new mono-terpene glycoside and compounds 2, 3 and 5 were isolated from the Sanguisorba genus for the first time. Compounds 1–7 were assayed for their hemostatic activities with a Goat Anti-Human α2-plasmin inhibitor ELISA kit, and ziyu-glycoside I (5) showed the strongest hemostatic activity among the seven terpene glycosides. This is the first report that ziyu-glycoside Ι has strong hemostatic activity.  相似文献

Three new lupane-type saponins, acankoreosides F--H (1--3) were isolated from the methanol extract of the leaves of Acanthopanax koreanum NAKAI. The structures of these three saponins were established by chemical and spectroscopic analysis as 3alpha,30-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-23,28-dioic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (1), 3alpha,30-dihydroxylup-23-al-20(29)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (2), and (20S) 3alpha-hydroxylup-23-al-28,29-dioic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (3), respectively. The effects of the isolates (1-3) on the lipopolysaccharide-induced production of nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2 were evaluated in RAW 264.7 macrophages.  相似文献
