[reaction: see text] A facile, transition-metal-free N-arylation procedure for amines and sulfonamides has been developed, which affords good to excellent yields of arylated products under very mild reaction conditions. A methoxy-substituted aryl triflate affords N-arylated products in high yields with excellent regioselectivity. This chemistry tolerates a variety of functional groups.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A facile, transition-metal-free O-arylation procedure for phenols and aromatic carboxylic acids has been developed that affords good to excellent yields of arylated products under very mild reaction conditions. A methoxy-substituted aryl triflate affords O-arylated products in high yields with excellent regioselectivity. This chemistry tolerates a variety of functional groups.  相似文献

In this study, a well-defined, novel NHC-Ni complex was developed and used to catalyze the N-arylation of alkyl- and arylamines with arylboronic acids in a rare version of Chan-Lam coupling. Although the same coupling using copper catalysts has been widely studied, the nickel-catalyzed version is rare and normally requires 10–20?mol% catalyst loading. This novel NHC-Ni complex in combination with 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine, however, proved to be an effective catalyst that lowered the required catalyst loading to only 2.0?mol%.  相似文献

A Cu-mediated ligand-free arylation of NH-sulfoximines and sulfonamides by arylhydrazine hydrochlorides was herein demonstrated. The oxidative transformation provided an easy access towards N-aryl sulfoximines and sulfonamides in high yields (up to 93% yields) with broad functional groups tolerance (up to 36 examples). The protocol was proposed to take place through the free radical pathway based on the results of control reactions and EPR analysis.  相似文献

N-Arylation of imidazoles and amines with arylboronic acids was accomplished with copper-exchanged fluorapatite (CuFAP) in methanol at room temperature. The products N-arylimidazoles and N-arylamines were isolated in good to excellent yields. A variety of arylboronic acids were converted to the corresponding N-arylimidazoles and N-arylamines, demonstrating the versatility of the reaction.  相似文献

A fast and convenient method using the Mukaiyama reagent was developed to prepare acyl sulfonamides from carboxylic acids and sulfonamides. This methodology is effective for a range of acids and sulfonamides proceeding in moderate to good yields with the majority of reactions complete within one hour under the optimized condition.  相似文献

Alky, aryl, and heteroaryl amines were found to react efficiently with formic acid under Lewis acid catalysis giving N-formyl derivatives in high yields. A study of ZnCl2-catalyzed N-formylation of a variety of amines using formic acid as formylating agent is described.  相似文献

A practical copper-catalyzed N-arylation of NH-containing heterocycles with arenediazonium tetrafluoroborates has been developed using CuCl as catalyst and K2CO3 as additive under ligand-free conditions. This reaction system has wide substrate scope including imides, 1H-pyrazole, 1H-tetrazoles, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, and related sulfonamides and gives moderate to excellent yields (up to 95%) of the desired products. This strategy is very general, simple, environmentally friendly, and tolerant of oxygen.  相似文献

This Letter describes a copper catalyzed sulfonamide coupling reaction with aryl bromides to form N-aryl sulfonamides under mild conditions, including the first examples of Cu-catalyzed sulfonamide coupling at room temperature. The reaction protocol tolerates a broad range of substrates including a variety of primary and secondary sulfonamides and challenging heteroaryl bromides such as 2-bromothiazole.  相似文献

A practical and promising protocol was developed for N-arylations of various amines with differently substituted aryl halides. The processes are efficiently promoted by the catalyst system involving the environmentally benign Fe2O3 and the universal ligand L-proline. The versatility, convenient operation, low cost, and environmental friendliness, in combination with the high yields, render this method viable for use in both laboratory research and larger industrial scales.  相似文献

The combination of palladium chloride with BINAP shows high efficiency in the decarboxylative cross-coupling reactions of arenecarboxylic acids with aryl iodides. The reactions proceed smoothly to generate the corresponding biaryl compounds in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A general and mild method for the N-arylation of primary and secondary aliphatic amines is reported. Copper acetate, triethylamine mediated C/N cross-coupling reaction of arylboronic acids at room temperature to solid-supported primary and secondary amines gave good to excellent yields of the desired N-arylated products.  相似文献

A novel simple and efficient synthesis of biaryls via a Pd-catalyzed decarboxylative cross-coupling reaction of arenecarboxylic acids and diaryliodonium triflates is described. The PdCl2/DPEphos catalytic system in the presence of Ag2CO3 in DMSO was found to be the most efficient. Various biaryls, including sterically hindered biaryls, were synthesized with yields ranging from 37 to 85%.  相似文献
