同轴静电纺丝法在纳米中空Ti02纤维中填充Ag的应用 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)溶胶,钛酸四正丁酯和PVP溶胶,银颗粒为前驱体,以共轴静电纺丝法制备了银填充的TiO2中空纳米纤维.将双组分纤维在200℃下热处理去除乙醇与表面吸附水后,继而在空气气氛中焙烧至600℃.可以得到在内表面上沉积银颗粒的TiO2纳米管,银颗粒的直径为5-40 nm,TiO2纳米管的外径150-300 nm.管臂厚10-20 nm.用红外吸收光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对超细纤维进行了表征.中空纤维的直径和管壁可以通过改变电纺参数来调节.与Ag-TiO2纳米纤维、TiO2纳米中空纤维、TiO2纳米纤维及TiO2纳米粉体相比较,Ag颗粒填充的TiO2纳米中空纤维在光分解亚甲基蓝上表现出了更好的光催化性能. 相似文献

Magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles with superparamagnetic properties were prepared via a reverse mi-croemulsion method at room temperature. The as-prepared samples were characterized by transmission electron mi-croscopy(TEM), X-ray diffractometry(XRD), and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM). The Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were modified by (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES) and subsequently activated by glutaraldehyde(Glu). Protein A was successfully immobilized covalently onto the Glu activated Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles. The adsorption capacity of the nanoparticles was determined on an ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV) and approximately up to 203 mg/g of protein A could be uniformly immobilized onto the modified Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic beads. The core-shell of the Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic beads decorated with protein A showed a good binding capacity for the chime-ric anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody(anti-EGFR mAb). The purity of the anti-EGFR mAb was analyzed by virtue of HPLC. The protein A immobilized affinity beads provided a purity of about 95.4%. 相似文献

通过静电纺丝法制备出含有Fe3O4纳米微粒的TiO2纳米纤维,再采用浸渍还原法将Au纳米微粒嵌入到TiO2纳米纤维上,制备出一种具有较强磁性和良好可见光响应能力的复合光催化材料.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见固体漫反射光谱仪(UV-VisDRS)等对样品的结构和形貌进行表征,并以降解罗丹明B(RhB)为模型反应,考察了样品在可见光照射下的光催化性能.结果表明,嵌入Au纳米微粒可使复合纳米纤维在可见光下降解RhB时表现出非常好的降解速率和降解率;同时,将Fe3O4纳米微粒嵌入TiO2纳米纤维内部可以赋予材料较强的磁性,使材料便于分离和重复利用. 相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticles show great potential in RNA enrichment and separation for rapid detection of viral infection.Fundamental studies on the interaction between RNA and nanoparticles with uniform size and surface property are necessary for designing better adsorbent and optimizing the conditions.In this study,monodispersed superparamagnetic magnetite(Fe3O4) nanoparticles were synthesized by thermal decomposition and modified with tetramethylammonium hydroxide[N(CH3)4OH,TMAOH] that become highly dispersible and stable in water.High-efficiency plant viral RNA adsorption onto TMAOH/Fe3O4 nanoparticles in the extracted solution of plant leaves was demonstrated.The changes of surface charge of TMAOH on the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with pH contribute to the RNA adsorption and elution.Separating viral RNA with magnetic nanoparticles could be a simple,quick andhighly efficient method. 相似文献

Ultrafine apatite fibers were prepared by electrospinning of sol-gel precursor/poly( vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) solutions followed by subsequent calcination. The as-electrospun and calcinated fibers were observed under a scanning electron microscope and an optical polarizing microscope. Results show that the morphology and the diameter of as-electrospun fibers strongly depend on the viscosity and the surface tension of sol-gel precursor/PVP solutions. After calcination, the smooth as-electrospun fibers shrink and the fiber diameter decreases because of the removal of the polymer. The chemical evolution upon the transformation of the precursor from a gel to the final apatite fibers was investigated by thermogravimetric-differenfial thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. It is thus suggested that the crystalline structure of the calcined fibers is largely influenced by the calcination temperature. After being calcined at 600 ℃, the apatite fibers with a diameter of about 280 nm containing β-tricalcium phosphate were obtained. 相似文献

以锌盐、铁盐和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为原料,通过静电纺丝法先制备PVP/硝酸盐复合纤维,这些复合纤维以5℃·min-1的升温速率加热到500℃并保温3h,最终得到铁酸锌(ZnFe2O4)中空纤维.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分析手段对中空纤维的晶体结构、形貌和磁学性能进行了研究.结果显示,ZnFe2O4中空纤维属于尖晶石结构,高温处理后仍能保持一维结构,纤维直径在200-400nm之间,纤维壁由大小为25nm的颗粒堆积而成.室温磁化结果显示制备的ZnFe2O4中空纤维具有超顺磁性,在10kOe的磁化强度为2.03emu·g-1. 相似文献

采用化学共沉淀方法合成了Fe3O4纳米粒子, 用3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(3-MPS)对其进行表面接枝修饰, 然后以苯乙烯(St)为单体, 过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂, 4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧化物自由基(HTEMPO·)为稳定自由基介质, 采用可控/“活性”自由基聚合技术在修饰后的Fe3O4纳米粒子表面原位引发聚合, 制备了粒径小、分布窄、磁含量高的磁性聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米粒子. X射线衍射(XRD)研究表明, 所合成的Fe3O4粒子为尖晶石结构. 凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析表明, 聚苯乙烯的分子量与反应时间呈较好的线性关系. 透射电镜(TEM)观察表明, 所制备的磁性聚苯乙烯纳米粒子的粒径在20-30 nm之间. 热重(TG)分析得到磁性聚苯乙烯纳米粒子的磁含量为62.6%. 振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试结果表明, 磁性聚苯乙烯纳米粒子的比饱和磁化强度为31.7 emu·g-1, 呈现单磁畴结构. 相似文献

对十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂的导电聚苯胺(PAn-DBSA)的氯仿溶液,在pH为中性的条件下,采用“修饰-再掺杂(Modification-re-doped)法”合成了含有Fe3O4磁性纳米颗粒的导电聚苯胺复合物的有机溶液.用FTIR,XRD,TEM,UV-Vis和SQUID等对所得复合物进行了表征,结果表明,该复合物呈现超顺磁性和半导体的导电性,并具有较好的透明性. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶过程和静电纺丝技术相结合方法, 以聚丙烯腈和醋酸锰为前驱物, 制得了PAN/Mn(CH3COO)2复合纳米纤维. 将该复合纤维高温煅烧, 获得了Mn2O3纳米纤维. 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、差热-热重(TG-DTA)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析等对样品进行了表征. 结果表明, Mn2O3纳米纤维为规则的一维结构, 直径分布均匀, 具有铁磁性-反铁磁性-顺磁性相互转化的特性. 相似文献

Dyestuff textile wastewater treatment has become a research hotspot due to its high chroma, poor biodegradability, and low toxicity characteristics. In this paper, we have synthesized magnetic Fe3O4 and core‐shell Fe3O4@SiO2 materials by hydrothermal methods. These materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, N2 adsorption‐desorption and so on. These materials’ heterogeneous Fenton has been applied to dye wastewater treatment. Methylene blue was used as a typical target of dye wastewater. Decolorization ratios of methylene blue were determined by different nanostructure composites catalysts. A serious of results of study showed that decolorization ratios of magnetic nanoparticles and core‐shell composites arrived at above 90 % under the weakly acidic or neutral conditions and room temperature. When these catalysts were reused, the results show that Fe3O4@SiO2 materials were possessed with good cycle performance. 相似文献

采用静电纺丝法制备了PVA/Y(NO3)3复合纳米纤维,在适当的温度下进行热处理,得到Y2O3纳米纤维. 利用XRD,SEM,TG-DTA,FTIR等现代分析手段对样品进行了表征. XRD分析表明,PVA/Y(NO3)3复合纤维为无定型,焙烧温度在600 ℃以上得到晶态单相的Y2O3纳米纤维,属于立方晶系,空间群为Ia3. SEM分析表明,PVA/Y(NO3)3复合纤维表面光滑,平均直径为110 nm. 焙烧温度对Y2O3纳米纤维的形成有重要影响. 600 ℃焙烧得到的Y2O3纳米纤维的平均直径约50 nm,900 ℃焙烧得到的Y2O3纳米纤维由纳米颗粒堆积而成,部分已断裂. TG-DTA和FTIR分析表明,PVA,Y(NO3)3以及水分在600 ℃以上时完全分解挥发,最终样品为晶态单相的Y2O3纳米纤维. 相似文献

This study investigated the coaxial electrospinning process of silver filling in TiO2 ultrafine hollow fibers using polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) sol/titanium n-butyloxide (Ti(OC4H9)4) and PVP sol/silver nanoparticles as pore-directing agents. The bicomponent fibers were heat treated at 200 °C and calcined at 600 °C. Silver particles having diameters of 5 to 40 nm were deposited on the inner surface of the long hollow TiO2 nanofibers (outer diameter of 150.300 nm) with mesoporous walls (thickness of 10.20 nm). The morphological structure of the filled ultrafine hollow fibers has been studied by means of infrared (IR) spectrum, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The diameters and wall thicknesses of the hollow fibers could be tuned by adjusting the electrospinning parameters. Compared with other nanostructured TiO2 materials, such as mesoporous Ag-TiO2 blending fibers, TiO2 hollow nanofibers, TiO2 nanofibers, and TiO2 powders, the silver filled TiO2 hollow fibers exhibited a higher photocatalytic activity toward the degradation of methylene blue. 相似文献
