苏州荠苧总黄酮与微量元素含量的测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用分光光度法测定了苏州荠芋的总黄酮含量;采用了等离子发射光谱法测定了其元素含量。结果表明,苏州荠芋总黄酮的含量分别为55.31mg/g(7月采收)、65.00mg/g(8月采收);含K、Ca、Mg等多种常量元素;含Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr、Co等多种人体必需的微量元素,其中Fe含量最高;而有害重金属元素Hg未检出,Pb和AS的含量均较低(小于药典规定量)。可见8月采收的苏荠芋总黄酮含量较高,苏州荠芋含多种人体必需的微量元素,有害重金属含量低,具有较大的开发价值。  相似文献

Pervaporative performances were investigated for dehydration of water–acetonitrile using nanocomposite metal oxide and Pervap® 2202 membranes. Poly (vinyl alcohol) based nanocomposite metal oxide membranes were prepared through co-precipitation of different amounts of Fe (II) and Fe (III). The freestanding nanocomposite metal oxide membranes were characterized by Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Sorption studies evaluated the extent of interaction and degree of swelling of the membranes. Fe containing PVA polymer matrix showed improved flux and selectivity. In order to observe simultaneous effect of flux and selectivity, pervaporation separation index showed 10 wt.% iron oxide containing membrane is the most amongst all tested. The diffusion coefficients were calculated using pervaporation results and sorption kinetics data. An attempt was made to predict sorption selectivity thermodynamically. PV separation factor was observed to be governed by sorption and/or diffusion phenomena and sorption selectivity was found to be higher than PV separation factor. Prediction of concentration profile in the membrane was also attempted and the results showed that water concentration in the membrane drops down with increase in membrane thickness.  相似文献

A monolayer of gamma-Fe(2)O(3) nanoparticles embedded in a polyimide (PI) matrix was fabricated by oxidizing an Fe metal film between two PI precursor layers. There was a critical Fe thickness ( approximately 7 nm) above which a continuous layer of gamma-Fe(2)O(3) film was formed in the PI film. Below the critical Fe thickness, the oxide film broke up into fine particles whose size was approximately 8 nm with narrow size distribution. It was further shown that these nanoparticles could have metallic cores, surrounded by an oxide layer. This method offers a unique way of covering a large surface area with fine magnetic oxide nanoparticles for potential application in high-density data-storage media.  相似文献

Dissolved heavy metal traces in sea water are determined by a procedure based on total-reflection x-ray fluorescence spectrometry (t.x.r.f.). The trace elements are separated from the salt matrix by chelation with sodium dibenzyldithiocarbamate, selective chromatographic adsorption of the metal complexes onto a lipophilized silica-gel carrier, and subsequent elution of the metal chelates by a chloroform/methanol mixture. Aliquots of the eluate are then dispensed onto highly polished quartz sample carriers and evaporated to thin films for the t.x.r.f. measurements. The following elements can be determined: V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Mo, Cd, (Hg), Pb, and U. For 200-ml samples and a measuring time of 1000 s, detection limits of 5–20 ng kg?1 are achieved for most of these elements. The limits are slightly higher for iron, zinc and mercury because of fluctuations in the blank values. Systematic investigations of the yield in the separation and enrichment step are described, and the procedure is characterized with regard to blanks, detection limits, precision and accuracy. The accuracy was checked with the aid of the sea-water reference material NASS-1. Some applications to Baltic sea water and open ocean waters are reported and discussed in terms of their information content.  相似文献

本文采用向样品中加入硼酸来降低基体效应,加入氧化镧来稳定样品总质量吸收系数,建立固体粉末压片制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定锡矿石中锡含量的方法。通过将标准物质按一定比例混合配制和选取部分自制标样来补充标准物质样品,以解决锡矿石标准物质样品缺乏的问题。实验优化了稀释比,确定了以最佳稀释比为m(矿物质样品):m(硼酸):m(氧化镧)=1.0:2.0:0.5。在最优的实验条件下,Sn的荧光强度(kcps)与Sn浓度CSn呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9989。方法中锡元素的最低检出限为0.005 %,测定范围在0.015 %-4.47 %之间。样品的混合均匀性实验表明各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在1.0 %-2.64 %之间。对3个不同含量段的物质进行测定来验证方法的准确度和精密度,准确度分别为0.0082-0.0367,均小于0.04,精密度分别为0.39 %-1.18 %,均小于8.0 %,准确度和精密度均符合地质样品分析规范要求。测定值均在误差范围内,各组分测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在1.20 %以下。粉末压片-X射线荧光光谱法测定锡矿石中锡含量具有分析范围广、分析时间短、重现性好、精度高且操作简单等特点。能应用于地质、环境、材料等领域。  相似文献

Nickel is not coprecipitated with lanthanum hydroxide in ammonium hydroxide solution because it forms rapidly soluble nickel ammine complexes. This behaviour is used for the separation of Ni matrix from trace elements. These are simultaneously and quantitatively coprecipitated with lanthanum hydroxide at pH 10.0 and separated from the Ni matrix. Seven trace elements (Al, As, Cr, Fe, Ti, V and Zr) in Ni metal and 3 certified elements (Cr, Fe and Ti) in a standard reference material of nickel oxide have been simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).  相似文献

采用粉末压片-波长色散X射线荧光光谱法分析了中碱及无碱玻璃纤维中硅、铝、钙、镁、铁、钛、钾、钠、砷、氟等10种主、次量元素成分含量。以6个标准样品并结合两个参考样品建立校准曲线,采用DeJongh模式方程有效校正玻璃基体中元素间的吸收增强效应和重叠效应。该方法测定10个元素的精密度和准确度均较好,其相对标准偏差在0.35%~2.86%之间,对实际样品的分析结果与化学法相吻合,可应用于玻璃纤维中多元素成分的快速分析。  相似文献

A total reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) procedure was developed for the determination of metal traces in petrochemical end products or intermediates for surfactant synthesis. The method combines a fast and straightforward sample preparation, i.e. deposition on the sample holder and evaporation of the sample matrix, with an efficient quantification method based on internal standardization (organic gallium standard). The method developed showed detection limits below 0.05 μg g-1 and in most cases below 0.005 μg g-1. Fifteen elements (Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Rh, Sn, Sr, V and Zn) were determined in matrices such as paraffins, n-olefins, linear alkylbenzenes, long-chain alkyl alcohols and esters: typical metal contents were below 1 μg g-1. The results were compared with the reference method ASTM D5708 (test method B) based on inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy: advantages and drawbacks of the two procedures were critically evaluated. The TXRF method developed showed comparable precision and absence of bias with respect to the reference method. A comparison of the performances of the two methods is presented.  相似文献

Highly fluorescent water-soluble CdSe/ZnS (core/shell) quantum dots (QDs) as a fluorescent Cu2+ ion probe were synthesized using thiacalix[4]arene carboxylic acid (TCC) as a surface coating agent. Hydrophobic trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) capped CdSe/ZnS QDs were overcoated with TCC in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature, and deprotonation of the carboxyl groups of TCC resulted in the formation of water-soluble QDs. The surface structure of the QDs was characterized by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). TEM images showed that TCC-coated QDs were monodispersed with the particle size (core-shell moiety) of approximately 5 nm. Hydrodynamic diameter of the TCC-coated QDs was determined to be 8.9 nm by FCS, showing that the thickness of the surface organic layer of the QDs was approximately 2 nm. These results indicate that the surface layer of TCC-coated QDs forms a bilayer structure consisting of TOPO and TCC molecules. TCC-coated CdSe/ZnS QDs were highly fluorescent (quantum yield, 0.21) compared to the QDs surface-modified with mercaptoacetic acid and mercaptoundecanoic acid. Fluorescence of the TCC-coated QDs was effectively quenched by Cu2+ ions even in the presence of other transition metal ions such as Cd2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Fe2+, and Fe3+ ions in the same solution. The Stern-Volmer plot for the fluorescence quenching by Cu2+ ions showed a linear relationship up to 30 microM of Cu2+ ions. The ion selectivity of TCC-coated QDs was determined by measurements of fluorescence responses towards biologically important transition metal ions (50 microM) including Fe2+, Fe3+, Co2+>Zn2+, Cd2+. The fluorescence of TCC-coated QDs was almost insensitive to other biologically important ions such as Na+, K+, Mg2+, and Ca2+, suggesting that TCC-coated QDs can be used as a fluorescent Cu2+ ion probe for biological samples. A possible quenching mechanism by Cu2+ ions was also discussed on the basis of a Langmuir-type adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

An isotope dilution mass spectrometric (IDMS) method has been developed for the determination of trace impurities (Fe, Cu, Cr, Ni, Cd, Pb, Tl, and U) in TiO2; this is of special interest for the quality control of this pigment substance. The measurement of the isotope ratios was carried out using a compact thermal ionization quadrupole mass spectrometer by producing positive thermal ions. For the dissolution of the sample, microwave digestion with HF was applied. Different separation techniques (ion exchange chromatography, extraction, electrolytic deposition) were used for the trace/matrix separation and the element specific isolation of the different trace elements to be determined. The detection limits obtained were (in ng/g): Fe=90, Cu=11, Ni=8, Cd=7, Pb=26, Tl=0.6, U=0.2. Because IDMS usually results in accurate analytical results, this method can best be used for calibration of other analytical methods, or for the certification of corresponding standard reference materials.  相似文献

Endogenous metals present in tobacco from agricultural practices have been purported to generate metal carbonyls in cigarette smoke. Transition metal catalysts, such as iron oxide, have been investigated for the reduction of carbon monoxide (CO) in cigarette smoke. These studies motivated the development of an analytical method to determine if iron pentacarbonyl [Fe(CO)(5)] is present in mainstream smoke from cigarette models having cigarette paper made with iron oxide. An FT-IR puff-by-puff method was developed and the detection limit was determined using two primary reference spectra from different sources to estimate the amount of Fe(CO)(5) present in a high-pressure steel cylinder of CO. We do not detect Fe(CO)(5) in a single 35 mL puff from reference cigarettes or from those cigarette models having cigarette paper made with iron oxide, with a 30-ppbV limit of detection (LOD). Also, it was shown that a filter containing activated carbon would remove Fe(CO)(5).  相似文献

Prompt gamma-ray neutron activation analysis (PGNAA) using the internal mono-standard method was tested for its applicability to analyzing large solid samples including irregularly shaped meteorite samples. For evaluating the accuracy and precision of the method, large quantities of the Geological Survey of Japan standardized rock powders (JB-1a, JG-1a, and JP-1) were analyzed and 12 elements (B, Na, Mg, Al, Cl, K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Sm, and Gd) were determined by using Si as an internal standard element. Analytical results were mostly in agreement with literature values within 10 %. The precision of the method was also shown to be within 10 % (1σ) for most of these elements. The analytical procedure was then applied to four stony meteorites (Allende, Kimble County, Leedey, Lake Labyrinth) and four iron meteorites (Canyon Diablo, Toluca (Mexico), Toluca (Xiquipilco), Squaw Creek) consisting of large chunks or single slabs. For stony meteorites, major elements (Mg, Al, Si, S, Ca, and Ni), minor elements (Na and Mn) and trace element (B, Cl, K, Ti, Co, and Sm) were determined with adequate accuracy. For iron meteorites, results for the Co and Ni mass fractions determined are all consistent with corresponding literature values. After the analysis, it was confirmed that the residual radioactivity remaining in the sample after PGNAA was very low and decreased down to the background level. This study shows that PGNAA with the internal mono-standard method is highly practical for determining the elemental composition of large, irregularly shaped solid samples including meteorites.  相似文献

 The actual detection limits of total reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) are determined and compared to those of destructive physical analytical methods like secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) and chemical methods like vapour phase decomposition in combination with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (VPD-ICP-MS). The elements Ca, Ti, Cr, Fe, Cu were analyzed on a Si wafer with 10 nm thermal oxide using TXRF and VPD-ICP-MS. The deviation of the TXRF and the VPD-ICP-MS results is less than 30%. The thickness, composition and density of a Co/Ti two-layer stack were determined using angle dependent total reflection and grazing incidence X-ray fluorescence (A-TXRF). The obtained data were compared with X-ray reflectometry (XRR) and energy filtered transmission electron microscopy (EFTEM). The agreement between TEM and A-TXRF is excellent for the determination of the thickness of the metal layers. From these results we conclude, that A-TXRF permits the accurate determination of composition, thickness and density of thin metallic layers. The results are discussed regarding detection efficiency, acquisition time, accuracy and reproducibility.  相似文献

A one-step sample preparation by electro-deposition for total-reflection X-ray fluorescence (TXRF) analysis has been developed using a common three-electrode arrangement with a rotating disc as the working electrode. Several elements such as Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ag, Cd, Pb, As and U have been determined simultaneously in saline matrix. A special electrode tip has been constructed as a holder for the TXRF sample carrier, which consists of polished glassy carbon. The influence of parameters such as time, pH value, and trace element concentration on the deposition yield has been examined for 14 elements. From repeatability studies, the uncertainty in deposition yields at the 95% confidence level has been found to be less than 20% for most of these elements. Typical detection limits range from 5 to 20 ng/l under the experimental conditions applied here. By an appropriate choice of the reference element and by calculation of yield factors, reliable quantification can be achieved directly by internal standardization. First results obtained for the standard reference material CRM 505 are presented.  相似文献

Neutron-induced prompt gamma-ray analysis (PGA) was applied to seven meteorite samples (Allende, Zagami, Acfer 209, ALH77005, ALH84001, EET79001 and Neagari). Samples were irradiated in both the thermal neutron and the cold neutron guided beams of JRR-3M at JAERI. Multiple samples of an Allende standard powder were analyzed for Si using two different methods: (1) the comparison method, using a Si standard, and (2) the mono-standard method, using Fe as an internal reference element. The Si concentrations determined by these two methods are in good agreement with literature values. The analytical sensitivity for Si using the cold neutron guided beam is∼14.3× higher than that for the thermal neutron guided beam. Other elements determined (B, Ca, Ti and S) also showed higher sensitivities using the cold neutron beam. The other meteorites studied showed some anomalous B and S values likely due to the effects of terrestrial weathering/contamination.  相似文献

In recent decades, numerous analytical techniques have been used for the analysis of archeological samples. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a promising technique due to its practically nondestructive nature and minimal sample preparation. In this work, LIBS was used for the qualitative and quantitative elemental analyses of pottery manufactured in ancient settlements of Rome. The qualitative study showed that the ceramics were composed of Fe, Ca, and Mg. For quantitative analysis, calibration curves of Fe, Ca, and Mg were constructed with reference samples of each element in a KBr matrix with zinc as an internal standard. The results obtained by LIBS were compared with values obtained by atomic absorption.  相似文献

A gold film electrode modified with a film of tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) in a PVC matrix has been prepared and tested. Cyclic voltammetric experiments have shown that the electrode is useful for highly selective voltammetric determinations of a number of metals, primarily Hg, Cr, Fe, Bi, Sb, U and Pb. The electrode has been applied to the anodic stripping voltammetric determination of mercury in some environmental samples, such as river sediments. Concentrations of 0.02-50 ppm of mercury can be determined with good precision and accuracy, as demonstrated by analyses of reference materials. A selective decomposition of the samples at laboratory temperature decreases the danger of sample contamination and of volatilization of mercury.  相似文献

Cutting tools are subjected to work, mechanical and tribological stresses, during the crushing of thermoplastics. The purpose of this work was to investigate the influence of a pre-existing oxide film on the friction process between the tool and the thermoplastic, during the crushing. Steam is employed for oxidizing the tools at 300°C.The experimental results showed that during the major part of the grinding non oxidized tools exhibit a severe oxidation wear and the thermoplastic transfers to the tools. The oxidation of the tools, notably in the case of steam, decreases the wear rate. The oxide thickness and addition element concentrations were determined by scanning transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy. The microanalysis confirmed the presence of oxygen, Fe, Si, Mg, N. These results are discussed in terms of addition element effects on the development of the microstructure of the oxide films and on the friction process.  相似文献

Nitriding phenomena that occur on the surfaces of pure Fe and Fe? Cr alloy (16 wt% Cr) samples were investigated. An Ar + N2 mixture‐gas glow‐discharge plasma was used so that surface nitriding could occur on a clean surface etched by Ar+ ion sputtering. In addition, the metal substrates were kept at a low temperature to suppress the diffusion of nitrogen. These plasma‐nitriding conditions enabled us to characterize the surface reaction between nitrogen radicals and the metal substrates. The emission characteristics of the band heads of the nitrogen molecule ion (N2+) and nitrogen molecule from the glow‐discharge plasma suggest that the active nitrogen molecule is probably the major nitriding reactant. AES and angle‐resolved XPS were used to characterize the thickness of the nitride layer and the concentration of elements and chemical species in the nitride layer. The thickness of the nitride layer did not depend on the metal substrate type. An oxide layer with a thickness of a few nanometers was formed on the top of the nitride layer during the nitriding process. The oxide layer consisted of several species of Nx‐Fey‐O, NO+, and NO2?. In the Fe? Cr alloy sample, these oxide species could be reduced because chromium is preferentially nitrided. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
