The reaction of silyl-substituted carbanion 1b with arene-1,2-dicarboxylates 6, 15 yields indenone derivatives 11, 16 in a domino process involving silyl C→O migration and elimination. However, in a competing pathway, the initial addition of 1b leads to lactone formation (8, 17). Substrates 26, 38 containing an ester group and a bromine substituent react with 1b under substitution of the halogen not allowing silyl migration. But desilylation with TBAF gives reactive carbanions providing benzo-annulated cycloalkanones 29, 40.  相似文献

Treatment of the functionalized Schiff base ligands with boronic esters 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d with palladium (II) acetate in toluene gave the polynuclear cyclometallated complexes 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d, respectively, as air-stable solids, with the ligand as a terdentate [C,N,O] moiety after deprotonation of the -OH group. Reaction of 1j with palladium (II) acetate in toluene gave the dinuclear cyclometallated complex 5j. Reaction of the cyclometallated complexes with triphenylphosphine gave the mononuclear species 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and 6j with cleavage of the polynuclear structure. Treatment of 2c with the diphosphine Ph2PC5H4FeC5H4PPh2 (dppf) in 1:2 molar ratio gave the dinuclear cyclometallated complex 4c as an air-stable solid.Deprotection of the boronic ester can be easily achieved; thus, by stirring the cyclometallated complex 3a in a mixture of acetone/water, 3e is obtained in good yield. Reaction of the tetrameric complex 2a with cis-1,2-cyclopentanediol in chloroform gave complex 2c after a transesterification reaction. Under similar conditions complexes 3a and 3d behaved similarly: with cis-1,2-cyclopentanediol, pinacol or diethanolamine complexes 3c, 3b, 3g and 3f, were obtained. The pinacol derivatives 3b and 3g experiment the Petasis reaction with glyoxylic acid and morpholine in dichloromethane to give complexes 3h, and 3i, respectively.  相似文献

tert-Butyldimethylsililoxy-2-aza-1,3-butadienes react with 2H-azirine 3 leading to Diels-Alder cycloadducts in moderate yields. The reactions are endo- and regioselective with the azirine being added by its less hindered face. There is only one product in the case of 1b, 4b. There are two isomers (4 and 5) from 1a, 1c and 1d. A different result was obtained with the diene 1e. Diene 1e formed products 4e and 8. Some of compounds 4 and 5 have been hydrolysed leading to functionalised aziridines 7. Phytochemical investigations on the organic extracts of the leaves of Suregada multiflora have led to the isolation of ten tetracyclic diterpene lactones 1-10, members of a rare class of abiatene diterpene lactones. Compounds 1-5 were found to be new. The structures of gelomulides F (11), D (12) and E (13) were revised on the basis of 2D NMR and X-ray diffraction evidences. Compounds 1 and 2 contain an epoxy linkage between C-8 and C-14, whereas compounds 3-5 were identified as 8,14-dihydroxy analogues of diterpene lactones. The stereochemical assignments in new compound 1 are based on X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 6 and 7 were identified as the known gelomulides A, G. The structures of compounds 7-9 were unambiguously confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

This paper describes the self-assembly of a new series of heterotrimers in chloroform-d by utilizing the cooperative interaction of hydrogen bonding and donor-acceptor interaction. Compounds 1 and 11, in which an 2-ureido-4[1H]-pyrimidinone unit is connected to 34-crown-10 or 36-crown-10, were used as donor monomer, and 2 and 19, in which an 2-ureido-4[1H]-pyrimidinone unit is connected to NDI, were used as acceptor monomer, while linear compound 4, which contains two diamido-1,8-naphthyridines, was used as template. A large tri-p-(t-butyl)phenylmethoxyl group was introduced to 19 in order to compare its assembling behavior with that of 2. Mixing 4 with dimer 1·2 caused 1·2 to fully decompose and to afford 55% of ‘in-in’-oriented heterotrimer 1·4·2. Adding 4 to the solution of 2·11 or 11·19 in chloroform-d also led to full dissociation of the dimers. However, in these systems the ‘in-in’-arranged heterotrimer 2·4·11 or 11·4·19 could be produced exclusively.  相似文献

We have demonstrated the self-assembly of linear oligo[2]catenanes via selective cross-catenation. A Pd(II)-linked double looped molecule 1 was transformed into the cyclic trimer c-(1)3 through the catenation. When 1 was treated with a kinetically inert Pt(II)-linked single looped molecule 2a in aqueous media (1:1.2 DMSO/H2O) at room temperature, linear oligo[2]catenanes of 2a-(1)n-2a (n=1 and 2) were selectively obtained, because the kinetically inert Pt(II)-linked ring 2a is allowed to thread on only kinetically labile Pd(II)-linked ring of 1. The distribution of the oligomers depends on the monomer ratio of 1 to 2a. When the ratio of 1 to 2a was 1:2, bis[2]catenane 3a (2a-1-2a) was quantitatively assembled. When the ratio of 1 to 2a was 1:1, not only 3a but also tris[2]catenane 4 (2a-1-1-2a) was assembled. The ratio of 3a to 4 was carefully determined to be 1:1 by NMR. The lengths of 3a and 4 in an extended conformation were estimated by MD/MM2 simulation to be 3.6 and 5.4 nm, respectively.  相似文献

Tiny azacryptand 1,4,7,10,13,16,21,24-octaazabicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane (L) upon reaction with 48% hydrobromic acid (containing <0.05% chloride contamination) forms hexabromide salt (1). Single crystal X-ray crystallographic investigation of the hexaprotonated bromide (1) shows no guest encapsulation inside the tiny cage. This bromide salt 1 with an empty proton cage has been utilized as the receptor for encapsulation of chloride (2) and fluoride (3). Crystallographic results of mixed chloride/bromide (2) and fluoride/bromide (3) complexes of L are examined, which show monotopic recognition of chloride in the case of 2 and fluoride in the case of 3 inside the proton cage with five bromide and three water molecules outside the cavity. Single crystals obtained from an experiment on mixed anionic system (chloride and fluoride), 1 shows selective encapsulation of fluoride, which supports the formation of complex 3 and crystals obtained upon treatment of 2 with tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride also yields complex 3. In a separate reaction between L and 49% hydrobromic acid containing higher chloride contamination (<0.2%) forms chloride/bromide salt (2). 1H NMR studies of 1 with sodium chloride and fluoride support the encapsulation of the respective anions inside the proton cage.  相似文献

Photoinduced cycloadditions of N-methyl-1,8-naphthalenedicarboximide 1 with phenylacetylenes 2a-2c, cyclopropylacetylene 2d, diphenylacetylenes 2e-2f and 1-phenylpropyne 2g were investigated. In the case of phenylacetylenes 2a, 2b and cyclopropylacetylene 2c, photoreaction with 1 takes place at the naphthalene C(1)C(2) bond to give the cyclobutene products. For 4-methoxyphenylacetylene 1c, the cyclobutene 3c is obtained together with the 4-benzo[a]thebenidinone 4c derived from a primary oxetene product formed by [2+2] addition of the imide carbonyl with the alkyne. Similar to 2c, photocycloaddition of 1 with 2e and 2f gave the cyclobutenes 7e, 7f, 8f and the 4-benzo[a]thebenidinone products 9e, 9f and 10f, respectively, derived from the corresponding oxetenes. Photoreaction of 1 with 2g gave cyclobutene 7g and benzo[a]thebenidinone 9g. Sensitization experiment and internal heavy atom effect study showed that these reactions proceed from the ππ* singlet excited state of 1. Estimation of the free energy change for electron transfer between 11* and the alkynes and the calculation of charge and spin density distribution in the anion radical of 1 and the cation radical of the alkynes suggested that the cyclobutene products are formed by direct [2+2] cycloaddition of 11* with the alkyne, while the formation of the oxetene products is the result of electron transfer interaction between 11* and the alkyne. The regioselectivity in the oxetene formation is accounted for by charge and spin density distribution in the anion radical of 1 and the cation radical of the alkyne.  相似文献

The synthesis, mesomorphic behavior, and optical properties of two new series of metal complexes 1a,b-M (M=Pd, Cu, Zn) derived from benzoxazoles 2a,b are reported. The crystal and molecular structures of mesogenic 5-decyloxy-2-(6-decyloxybenzooxazol-2-yl)phenol and nonmesogenic bis[5-octyloxy-2-(6-octyloxybenzooxazol-2-yl) phenol]Pd(II) were determined by means of X-ray structural analysis. Two benzoxazoles 2a exhibited monotropic SmA phases, and all benzoxazoles 2b were nonmesogenic. On the other hand, metal complexes 1a-M exhibited distinctly different mesomorphism from complexes 1b-M. Complexes 1a-Pd formed SmC phases; complexes 1a-Cu and 1a-Zn formed crystal phases. In contrast, complexes 1b-Zn exhibited columnar phases, and complexes 1b-Cu and 1b-Pd were nonmesogenic. The difference of the mesomorphism in 1a-M and 1b-M was probably attributed to the geometry and/or the overall molecular shape created by 2a and 2b. The electronic configuration of metal ion might play an important role in forming the mesophases. The fluorescent properties of these compounds were also examined.  相似文献

Reactions of quinazoline 1 with indole, pyrogallol and 1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazol-5-one in the presence of acid led to C-4 adducts 2, 3 and 5. Adduct 4 is formed by heating 1 with 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acid without acid catalysis. 1-Phenyl-3-methylpyrazol-5-one reacts with 1 without acid catalysis to form dipyrazolylmethane 6. 4-Chloroquinazoline 8 reacts with 1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazol-5-one to form 4-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-oxopyrazol-4-yl) quinazoline 9 and dipyrazolylmethane 6. Heating 8 with 2-methylindole leads to the formation of 4-(2-methylindol-3-yl) quinazoline 10 and tris(2-methylindol-3-yl)methane 11.  相似文献

Sodium dithionite initiated reactions of 1-bromo-1-chloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethane (1) with methyl and trimethylsilyl ethers of cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone enols (2a-d) in a MeCN/H2O system were investigated. 2-(2,2,2-Trifluoroethylidene)cyclopentanone (4a) and 2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethylidene)-cyclohexanone (4b), respectively, were obtained as the main products and isolated in reasonable yields. The reaction with a 1:1 mixture of 5- and 3-methyl substituted 1-methoxycyclohexenes, 2e and 2f, revealed strong influence of steric hindrance on the reaction rate; a mixture of 2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethylidene)-5-methylcyclohexanone (6) and 2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethylidene)-3-methylcyclohexanone (7) in a 9:1 ratio was formed. Ketones 4a and 4b were reduced to the corresponding alcohols 8 and 9 and the reaction of 4b with hydrazine gave an indazole derivative 10.  相似文献

New conformationally restricted analogues of tumor promoter (−)-indolactam-V (1), indolinelactam-Vs (8, 11) and their hexyl derivatives at position 1 or 7 (9, 10, 12, 13), were synthesized from 1. (3R)-Indolinelactam-V (8) adopted a conformation similar to the twist form of 1 with a cis amide, while the conformation of (3S)-indolinelactam-V (11) was close to that of the sofa form of 1 with a trans amide. 7-Hexyl derivatives of 8 and 11 (10, 13) showed binding affinities for C1 domains of protein kinase C (PKC) isozymes compared to 1, but exhibited little selectivity among these PKC isozymes. However, introduction of the hexyl group at position 1 of 8 and 11 significantly enhanced their binding selectivity for novel PKC isozymes. The best selectivity for novel PKC isozymes was observed in (3S)-1-hexylindolinelactam-V (12) with a sofa-like conformation. These results suggest that a sofa-restricted analogue of 1 with a hydrophobic chain at an appropriate position would be a promising lead for designing agents with a high selectivity for novel PKC isozymes.  相似文献

Reacting 2,4-bis(phenyl)-1,3-diselenadiphosphetane-2,4-diselenide [{PhP(Se)(μ-Se)}2], Woollins’ reagent, with an equivalent of aromatic diol in refluxing toluene afforded 10-membered phosphorus-selenium heterocycles 1 and 2 with an O-P(Se)-Se-Se-P(Se)-O linkage. Two equivalents of aromatic diol and Woollins’ reagent in refluxing toluene gave seven-membered phosphorus-selenium heterocycles 3 and 4 with an O-P(Se)-O linkage together with 10-membered phosphorus-selenium heterocycles 1 and 2. It was also found that the diphosphorus species O-P(Se)-Se-Se-P(Se)-O rings 1 and 2 could be readily ring contracted into the monophosphorus rings 3 and 4 in almost quantitative yields via further reaction with another equivalent of corresponding aromatic diol. The preparation of 3,4-dihydroquinolines (2a-d and 3a,b,d), as well as 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines (4a-e) by imino Diels-Alder reaction of boronates (1a-e) with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene is reported. Boronates (1a-d) containing substituents meta and para relative to the imino fragment lead to diastereomeric mixtures of 4-methyl-4-ethenyl-3,4-dihydroquinolines (2, 3) and tetrahydropyridines (4). In contrast, the presence of an electron withdrawing substituent at the para position (1e), favors the iminodienophile behavior giving 4,5-dimethyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (4e) as the main product. The results show that boronates derived from Schiff bases are electron deficient species which can act either as dienophiles or dienes in the reaction with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene to give 3,4-dihydroquinolines and 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines. All products were characterized by NMR and X-ray diffraction analysis of 2b, 2d, 3d and 4c allowed to assign the relative configuration of the newly formed stereogenic centers.  相似文献

The one-pot synthesis of malononitrile derivatives 4, 6, and 7 in moderate to high yields by the reaction of ylidenemalononitriles 3, prepared in situ from carbonyl compounds 1 and malononitrile 2 in the presence of ammonium acetate in aqueous solution at 50-60 °C, with Et3B or RI 5/Et3B in a water-diethyl ether biphase medium under an atmosphere of room temperature is reported. The reaction of Et3B with adamantyl iodides 8 and 10 under similar conditions gave 9 and 11 in high yields, respectively. However, low yields of the monoalkylated combined with dialkylated malonates 14 were obtained when benzaldehyde 1a was condensed with dimethylmalonate 12 followed by parallel free radical treatment in benzene solution.  相似文献

Solid-state photosensitized reactions of 4-acyloxy-2-pyrones (1b,c) with maleimide (2) afforded endo-endo double-[4+2] cycloadducts (3b,c) with high stereoselectivity. Sensitized photoreactions of 1a-d with 2 in solution gave exo-endo double-[4+2] cycloadducts (4a-d). 2-Pyrones 1a-d were photolyzed to give carboxylic acids (5a-d) via their valence isomerization in the solid state and in solution. Such kinds of photoreaction of the 4-acyloxy-2-pyrones were dramatically different from regio- and stereoselective [2+2] cycloadditions of 4-alkyloxy-2-pyrones. The photoreaction mechanisms of 1 with 2 and 1 itself were analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction analysis and MO calculations.  相似文献

1-Boraadamantane (1) and 2-ethyl-1-boraadamantane (1(2-Et)) react with bis(trialkylstannyl)ethynes (3), R3Sn-CC-SnR3 with R=Me (a), Et (b), in a 1:1 molar ratio by 1,1-organoboration under very mild conditions to give the 4-methylene-3-borahomoadamantane derivatives 4a,b and 7a,b, respectively, which are dynamic at room temperature with respect to deorganoboration. The compounds 4a,b react further with 3a,b by 1,1-organoboration to the tricyclic butadiene derivatives 5a,b. Attempts to crystallise 4a afforded the product of hydrolysis, the diboroxane 6a which was characterised by X-ray structural analysis. All products were characterised in solution by 1H-, 11B-, 13C- and 119Sn-NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The 13-hydroxy macrocycles 7a-d were prepared in 40-50% yields by the condensation of 1,ω-bis(4-amino-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylsulfany)alkanes 2a-d with 1,3-bis(2-formyphenoxy)-2-propanol (9). Acylation of 7a-d with 2-chloroacetylchloride gave the corresponding esters 11a,b. Amination of 11a,b with different amines in acetone furnished exclusively the target lariat macrocycles 12a,b and 13 in 60-70% yields. Reaction of 2 equiv. of the macrocycles 11a,b with 1 equiv. of piperazine afforded the novel bis macrocyles 14a,b in 50-60% yields. Reduction of 7a-d with NaBH4 afforded the corresponding 13-hydroxyazathia crown ethers 15a-d in 65-70% yields.  相似文献

The title compound 1 was obtained by the reaction of alcohol 18 and triethyl orthoformate catalyzed by aluminum chloride followed by catalytic hydrogenation in good yield. Similarly, compounds 1 and 3 were obtained by intramolecular cyclization of MOM ether 19 with titanium(IV) chloride in moderate yields and isochromanes 1, 3, 26 and 27 by intramolecular cyclization of ether 20 with titanium(IV) chloride in high yields. The structures of compounds 1-3 were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data and chemical reactions. The mechanisms on the formation of 1 and 3 are discussed.  相似文献
