TiCI4 and MnSO4.H2O as raw materials are hydrolyzed stiochiometrically, following the intermediate of oxide hydrating reacts at 150℃, 0.5 MPa in high-pressure reactor, after filtering, washing and drying, nanometric TiO2-MnO2 (Ti1-xMnxO2) is prepared. The effects of the reaction temperature and time on nanometric TiO2-MnO2 are also discussed. XRD shows that the product is TiO2-MnO2 with amorphous phase. After being sintered at above 780℃, it transfers into Ti1-xMnxO2 with a rutile structure. TEM shows that TiO2-MnO2 is the spherical particle. And the average diameter of the particles is 20 nm. The optical absorbance was determined by UV-265 spec-trophotometer after dispersing the sample in the mixture of water and glycerol with the ratio of 1 : 1 equably. It is found that the nano-material possesses the advantages of both nano-TiO2 and nano-MnO2, and it has strong absorption in the UV and visible region. Cyclic AMP-binding protein was purified 30 fold from the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum by the methods of ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-cellulose, phospho-cellulose ion exchange chromatography and Sephacryl S-100 gel filtration. The molecular mass of the purified protein is 34.5 kDa and 17 kDa by Sephacryl S-100 gel filtration and SDS-ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis, respectively. From these results it is suggested that the protein has a homometric dimmer structure. The pI of the purified protein is pH 8.2 by native isoelectric focusing gel. The half-life of the protein activity in 10% glycerol at 4 ℃ is 7 d in crude extract, but its half-life is only 3 d under purifying conditions. The optimal conditions of the protein activity are at 1 ℃ and pH 7.5. Its activity is increased 6 times by 1 mmol/L Zn^2 and is slightly inhibited by cGMP,Cu^2 and Mn^2 .  相似文献

The application of phenylfluorone (PF)-Mo(VI) complex as a spectroscopic probe is studied. In the presence of OP microemulsion at pH 3.04, PF-Mo(Ⅵ) complex combines protein rapidly to form a stable compound and the absorbance at 527 nm is in proportion to the concentration of protein in the range 0-16 μg mL-1 for bovine serum albumin (BSA). OP microemuslion media is introduced into protein determination, it has increased markedly the sensitivity of the system. The molar absorption coefficient was 5.98×l06 L mol-1 cm-1 for BSA. The assay, with sensitivity, simplicity and tolerance to many foreign substances, is applied to the determination of protein in samples with satisfactory results. Moreover, the binding number of BSA with the complex, which is determined by molar ratio and slope ratio methods, is in good agreement.  相似文献

An imidazole modified silver electrode is prepared by immersing the substrate silver electrode in a 2% imidazole solution of ethanol at 50℃ for 10 min. The modified electrode is then swept in a cytochrome c solution and the modified layer takes off because the modified electrode is very unstable. Although the amount of the silver-imidazole complex is very small compared with the amount of cytochrome c in the protein solution, it greatly facilitates redox reactions involving the biomacromolecules.  相似文献

The interactions of oxygen with pre~reduced silver catalysts as well as their catalytic propertiesfor CO selective oxidation in H2 after oxygen pre-treatment are studied in this paper. It is found that the pretreatment exerts a strong influence on the activity and selectivity of the silver catalyst. A drop in activity and selectivity is observed after treating a pre-reduced catalyst with oxygen at low temperatures,whereas a converse result is obtained after an oxidizing treatment at high temperatures (T≥350℃). O2-TPD results show that surface oxygen species adsorbs on silver surface after the oxygen treatment at low temperatures. However, penetration of oxygen into the silver is enhanced by a high temperature treatment, meanwhile the surface oxygen species disappear. No other silver species except metallic silver are observed on all the catalysts by XRD, and the size of silver particle is not changed after the treatment with oxygen at low temperatures. The surface oxygen species formed by oxygen treatment can also be removed by hydrogen reduction. The strongly-adsorbed surface oxygen species prohibit the adsorption and diffusion of oxygen species in reaction gas on the surface of silver catalyst, causing the decrease in CO oxidation activity, in other words, it is important to obtain a clean silver surface for increasing the catalyst activity in CO removal from H2-rich feed gas. The differences in activity and selectivity due to the oxygen pretreatment at different temperatures axe discussed in terms of the changes in the surface/subsurface oxygen species of the silver particles.  相似文献

Molecular modeling of interactions of four 7- or 8-substituted benzolactam-V8 (BLV) molecules with the cys2 activator-binding domain of protein kinase C (PKCδ) was carried out using molecular docking program Autodock. The docked models reveal that the hydroxymethyl group at the C(5) atom of the eight-membered ring of each BLV is bound at the bottom of the binding groove of the cys2 domain of PKCδ The BLV molecules make hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions with PKCδ, which are similar to those in the crystal structure of the cys2 domain of PKCδ in complex with phorbol 13-acetate. BLV-1 does not contain a long side chain that is hydrophobic and necessary for membrane insertion, so that it would not be a potent modulator of PKCδ. The other three BLV molecules have long side chains substituted at C(7) or C(8) atoms, and it was predicted, based on the docking results, that they had the PKCδ-binding affinity in the order of BLV-2〉BLV-4〉BLV-3, and BLV-2 would be a potent activator of PKCδ.  相似文献

A new formulation of the Lindemann mechanism of unimolecular reactions in gaseous phase is presented, without the use of steady state hypothesis. It is hereby shown that the nature of applicability of steady state hypothesis in the regime of high reactant gas pressure is different from that in the regime of low gas pressure. In the former case it is an equilibrium approximation, while in the latter case it is a highly reactive intermediate approximation in no connection with a steady state. Furthermore for the latter case it is shown that in the classical formulation of Lindemann mecbRnism the use of steady state hypothesis is an ad hoc assumption. A highly reactive intermediate in the sense that its concentration is very small during the whole course of reaction is a necessary condition for the applicability of very reactive intermediate approximation. When the two distinctive nature of the applicability of steady state hypothesis is mlxed-up, wrong or useless conclusion may be arrived at. The only possible case of realizing a true steady state in a complex reaction is pointed out.  相似文献

The solubility of stearic acid in supercritical CO2 with acetonitrile (CH3CN) cosolvent was measured at 318.15 K in the pressure range from 9.5 to 16.5 MPa, and the cosolvent concentration ranges from 0. 0 to 5.5 mol% . The solubility increases with acetonitrile concentration and pressure, and it also increases with the apparent density of CO2 d1(moles of CO2 in per liter of fluid) at higher cosolvent concentrations. At lower d1, however, the solubility of the acid at lower acetonitrile concentrations is lower than that in pure CO2 provided that d1 is fixed, which is discussed qualitatively based on the clustering of the components in the system.  相似文献

The behavior of the electrochemical polymerization of aniline in a weak acid, phosphoric acid, is very similar to that in strong acids, i.e. its polymerization rate increases quickly with the electrolysis time. The FTIR spectra of polyaniline samples synthesized in phosphoric acid indicate that the counter ion H2PO4^- is present in both the oxidized form and the reduced form of polyaniline. The counter ion plays an important role in adjusting the pH value at the electrode surface of polyaniline during the oxidation and reduction processes. As a result, a pair of redox peaks still appear in cyclic voltammograms of polyaniline in a solution of sodium sulfate of pH 5.5 and in a solution of NaH2PO4 of pH 7.0,respectively, at low potential scan rate; and the color of polyaniline film also changes with applied potential at pH 7.0. Thus,the pH region for the electrochemical activity and the electrochromism of polyaniline is extended to pH 5.5 for a solution of sodium sulfate and to pH 7.0 for a solution of NaH2PO4. The conductivity of polyaniline is 3.3 S cm^-1, depending on the concentration of phosphoric acid used in the stage of polymerization of aniline. The electronic and optical properties of monoclinic and rhombohedral V2O3 are investigated in the framework of density functional theory (DFT) and GGA+U. It is found that, the metal-insulator transition (MIT) in V2O3 is induced by the on-site correlation effect, accompanied with a distinct orbital occupation change. The MIT is independent of the structural transition. The theoretical energy gap 0.6 eV agrees with the experimental value of 0.66±0.05 eV very well. Subsequently, the optical properties are also investigated. Interestingly, the insulating V2O3 shows minimal absorption in the infrared region, but the metallic V2O3 becomes opaque in such region. Therefore, a threshold at about 1 eV interprets the experimental charge gap (Perucchi et al., 2009) theoretically. Such infrared thermochromism makes it a potential candidate for several optical applications.  相似文献

Formic acid(FA) dehydrogenation has attracted a lot of attentions since it is a convenient method for H_2 production. In this work, we designed a self-supporting fuel cell system, in which H_2 from FA is supplied into the fuel cell, and the exhaust heat from the fuel cell supported the FA dehydrogenation. In order to realize the system, we synthesized a highly active and selective homogeneous catalyst Ir Cp*Cl_2 bpym for FA dehydrogenation. The turnover frequency(TOF) of the catalyst for FA dehydrogenation is as high as7150 h~(-1)at 50°C, and is up to 144,000 h~(-1)at 90°C. The catalyst also shows excellent catalytic stability for FA dehydrogenation after several cycles of test. The conversion ratio of FA can achieve 93.2%, and no carbon monoxide is detected in the evolved gas. Therefore, the evolved gas could be applied in the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) directly. This is a potential technology for hydrogen storage and generation. The power density of the PEMFC driven by the evolved gas could approximate to that using pure hydrogen.  相似文献

In this study a mathematical model of a small scale single pellet for the oxidative coupling of methane(OCM)over titanite pervoskite is developed.The method is based on a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)code which known as Fluent may be adopted to model the reactions that take place inside the porous catalyst pellet.The steady state single pellet model is coupled with a kinetic model and the intra-pellet concentration profiles of species are provided.Subsequent to achieving this goal,a nonlinear reaction network consisting of nine catalytic reactions and one gas phase reaction as an external program is successfully implemented to CFD-code as a reaction term in solving the equations.This study is based on the experimental design which is conducted in a differential reactor with a Sn/BaTiO3 catalyst(7-8 mesh) at atmospheric pressure,GHSV of 12000 h-1,ratio of methane to oxygen of 2,and three different temperatures of 1023,1048 and 1073 K.The modeling results such as selectivity and conversion at the pellet exit are in good agreement with the experimental data.Therefore,it is suggested that to achieve high yield in OCM process the modeling of the single pellet should be considered as the heart of catalytic fixed bed reactor.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the interaction of ethyl benzoate (EBA) and trifluoroaceticacid (TFA) molecules in the excited state by measurements of steady--state and transient fluo-rescence spectra at room and low temperatures. The results show that not only the 1:1 exci-plex but also the 2:1 triplex between EBA and TFA was formed. The formation pathway ofthe triplex is that the exciplex formed at first, then by the interaction with the EBA mole-cule it transformed into triplex. But it could not be formed by the dimer of EBA by interac-tion with TFA. The dimer of EBA is confirmed in the concentrated solution. So there arefour components in EBA/TFA--concentrated solution and their fluorescence lifetimes aremeasured respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-one (PMBP) and methyldithiocarbazate (mdtc) in methanol results in formation of a yellow crystalline solid, adduct of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4benzoyl-2,5-dihydro-lH-pyrazol-5-one and methyldithiocarbazate. When the yellow solids were dissolved in a mixture of methanol and ether (1:4), a red crystal, which is an oxidation product of the former, was obtained by allowing solvent to evaporate for a few days at room temperature. The X-ray analysis of the red crystal indicates that it is a novel disulfide with a special structure like a “U” conformation in the solid state.  相似文献

The phase stability of nanocrystaline anatase and rutile TiO2 in sols peptized at different temperature has been studied by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and thermodynamical analysis. The results show that the stability of nanocrystaline TiO2 of different crystal types is a function of particle size. According to the thermodynamical analysis, anatase TiO2 becomes more stable than rutile TiO2 when the particle size is less than ca. 14 nm, which coincides with the experimental data obtained by XRD. Both surface Gibbs free energy and surface stress play important roles in the thermodynamically phase stability. Comparing the data calculated thermodynamically with the experimental results obtained under different temperatures, it is found that the constant K in the function relation, f=KGS, between surface free energy GS and surface stress f is temperature dependent and equal to 1 at 333 K and 2 at 453 K, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, a composite explicit nonlinear dispersion relation is presented with reference to Stokes 2nd order dispersion relation and the empirical relation of Hedges. The explicit dispersion relation has such advantages that it can smoothly match the Stokes relation in deep and intermediate water and Hedgs's relation in shallow water. As an explicit formula, it separates the nonlinear term from the linear dispersion relation. Therefore it is convenient to obtain the numerical solution of nonlinear dispersion relation. The present formula is combined with the modified mild-slope equation including nonlinear effect to make a Refraction-Diffraction (RDF) model for wave propagating in shallow water. This nonlinear model is verified over a complicated topography with two submerged elliptical shoals resting on a slope beach. A topological analysis on the ternary 7-phase multisystem involving laihunite (FeO-Fe_2O_3-SiO_2; Q-H-M-W-L-Fa-fs) in P-T plane has resulted in an n+4 phase closed-net-diagram. The most possible straightline-net-diagram was derived by using the thermodynamic properties of the phases concerned. From the straight-line-net-diagram it is apparent that laihunite is not a phase stable only at high pressures. P-T-fo_2, analysis suggests that the formation and stabilization of laihunite are closely related to oxygen fugacity. However, laihunite shows different ways of formation at different pressures. At low pressures, it is formed via the oxidation of fayalite; with increasing pressures the contribution of ferrosilite to the formation of laihunite increases; at very high pressures laihunite can be formed only by the oxidation of ferrosilite.  相似文献

The study of the electrode reactions of palladium(II) at non-modified carbon paste electrodes (CPEs) in chloride solution has revealed the existence of a chloropalladate(II) complex at the electrode surface. The complex is formed during the application of anodic potentials after preceding palladium deposition. In the present paper the electrode reactions of PdII at CPEs modified with some N′,N′-disubstituted derivatives of N-benzoylthiourea [as selective ligands for palladium(II)] are studied in chloride solution by cyclic voltammetry. Two reduction peaks are observed in the cathodic scans recorded after deposition of palladium and anodization of the electrode. From the results it is concluded that [in addition to the chloropalladate(II) complex, observed at the non-modified electrode] a second palladium complex is formed at positive potentials. The formation of the palladium(II) complex of the N-benzoylthiourea derivatives by ligand exchange at the electrode surface is assumed. The ligand exchange itself occurs without charge transfer across the electrode|solution interface; therefore, it cannot be detected electrochemically. After palladium deposition and anodic treatment a pronounced "inverse" peak (i.e., an anodic peak in the cathodic scan) with peak currents up to 100 μA is observed at about +0.8 V. Its peak current increases with the amount of deposited palladium and the number of cycles. The reactions at the electrode surface are discussed. The results of the study reveal the existence of two different surface complexes of palladium(II) at ligand-modified CPEs, but the surface reactions could not be elucidated in detail. Combination of partial oxidation of methane (POM) with carbon dioxide reforming of methane (CRM) has been studied over Ru-based catalysts at 550℃.POM,CRM and combined reaction were performed over 8wt%Ru/γ-Al2O 3 and the results show that both POM and CRM contribute to the combined reaction,between which POM plays a more important role.Moreover,the addition of Ce to Ru-based catalyst results in an improvement in the activity and CO selectivity under the adopted reaction conditions.The Ce-doped catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,XRD,TPR,XPS and in situ DRIFTS.The mechanism has been studied by in situ DRIFTS together with the temperature distribution of catalyst bed.The mechanism of the combined reaction is more complicated and it is the combination of POM and CRM mechanisms in nature.The present paper provides a new catalytic system to activate CH4 and CO2 at a rather low temperature.  相似文献
